Chapter 36 Yuan Wenzong——Pictures and Muer

Tutie Muer (13041332), also known as Emperor Zayadu. The second son of Wu Zong, younger brother of Ming Zong.During Yingzong's time, he was exiled in Qiongzhou, Hainan (now Qiongshan County, Guangdong). When his cousin Emperor Taiding was in power, he was recalled and named King Huai, guarding Jiangling (now Jiangling County, Hubei).Emperor Taiding died, was welcomed into Dadu, and ascended the throne.Since then, the struggle for the throne among the Mongolian nobles has intensified. Not long after Tutie Mu'er came to the throne, Mingzong and Shiyu were welcomed to the north, announced their abdication, and were named the emperor's younger brother. But on the way to the south of Mingzong, he was poisoned again.Tutie Muer ascended the throne again. He was in power for five years before and after, and he was mediocre and inactive, and most of them died of illness. The temple name is Wenzong.

Wearing a blouse and whipping, hooking the willow tip of the waning moon.
①Jiqing Road: Administrative area, Yuan Zhi, where the government is located in today's Nanjing City. ② Shirt: Ming Tao Zongyi's "Rough Cultivation Records" eleventh "Collecting and Painting Method": "Whoever mixes the colors of clothing and utensils,... the shawl, use powdery soil and yellow sandalwood to ink a little;... the damask, use the purple flower bottom , Purple pink with pattern." Shirt, covered with this kind of clothing color as the shirt, or made of wool satin. According to "Yueshan Poetry Talk", this poem may have been mistakenly included in the collection of Ming Taizu, titled "Zaoxing Poems", and the ten numbers were changed. His writings: "Busy about collecting clothes and whipping whips, turning around and hanging on the willows. Two or three o'clock dew is not rain, and seven or eight stars are still in the sky. The chickens in the hut are chattering, and the bamboo fence dogs are barking. Waiting for the Fusang day, the mountains and rivers of Sheji are in front of you." Gu recorded it for reference. This poem was written on the way from Jiqing Road to the capital.According to "Yuan History" Zhihe first year (1328) when Emperor Taiding passed away, Yan Tiemuer then sent an envoy to welcome King Huai Tutiemuer to succeed Datong (emperor) from Jiangling. The poem was written at this time, as far as pen and ink are concerned, It looked extraordinarily cheerful.

The first sentence begins with climbing the journey with the whip, bringing out the image of the lyrical protagonist of the poem, "Wearing the whip while wearing a blouse", showing chicness in haste. "A hook of the waning moon at the side of the willow tip", the time of departure is based on the scenic spots. The second and second sentences are a very clever couplet: "Two or three o'clock dew drops like rain, and six or seven stars are still in the sky." , The pen is light and handsome.Lu Yan of the Five Dynasties "Xunshan Temple Poetry" said: "Two or three electricity want to be rain, and four or five stars are still in the sky." When the former sages come out, they must be in line with nature and be sensitive to their feelings and scenes.

"Dogs bark and bamboo fence people talk, cocks crow and shopkeepers wake up to sleep." Dogs bark and cock crows mixed with human voices, compared with the above couplet, it is exactly one movement and one stillness, the movement sets off the stillness, and the stillness sets off the movement.Think carefully, what is quiet is the scene or night, what is moving is the person or the heart. The neck couplets and jaw couplets outline a picture of a night walk in the countryside, which has its own gratifying features. The whole poem takes the passage of time as a clue, from "a crescent moon on the side of the willow tip" to "six or seven stars still in the sky", and leads to "the Fusang sun will be held out in a moment"-the rising sun in the east, and the golden light. At this moment, all the mountains near and far are showing figures in various poses, followed by a brilliant day.The clues are continuous and tight, giving people a sense of urgency. The protagonist is in a hurry and in a really happy mood, because he is going to Beijing to ascend the throne and become a generation of emperors. No wonder there is a sense of self-satisfaction in the poems but no leisurely meaning.

In the past, I saw "Jiuhua Tu" to ask whether there is or is not in the south of the Yangtze River.
Jiuhua Mountain, formerly known as Jiuzi Mountain, is located in the southwest of Qingyang County, Anhui today. There are nine peaks on it, so it is called Jiuzi Mountain. In the Tang Dynasty, Li Taibai traveled to Jianghan and saw that Jiufeng was like a lotus, so he changed its name to Mount Jiuhua, and wrote "Jiuzishan to Jiuhuashan couplet" with his friends to record it, which is also the beginning of this mountain. This little poem "Looking at Jiuhua" expresses the author's sighs and surprises while watching the scenery.

Poetry from the past to the present, from the virtual to the real, because of the painting to describe the scenery. "I saw the "Jiuhua Picture" in the past, and asked whether there was any in the south of the Yangtze River." The picture that the poet saw is not detailed, but according to the predecessors, the mountain is really desirable. "Jiuhua Mountain Records" said that "this mountain is beautiful, high above the clouds, and the peaks and ridges are strange." "Qingyang County Chronicle" said that "forty-eight of the peaks get their names, rock fourteen, cave five, ridge eleven, spring seventeen, source two, and the rest belong to Taiwan, Shichi, Jianxitan, and are famous for their strange places. There are different ones." As for the "Coupled Sentences" cited above, it even chanted the charm of its beauty and beauty: "There are two kinds of spirits, and the Lingshan is opened with nine flowers (white). ). Accumulated snow radiates overcast valleys, flying streams spray sun cliffs (Quanyu). Green and jade-colored trees, misty feathers (white)." From this, we can infer that the painting scene seen by Wenzong must be very beautiful, otherwise, why would the poet be so happy? The sigh of "asking whether there is or is not in the south of the Yangtze River"?As the saying goes: the scenery is picturesque. The scene in the painting is integrated into the ideal of Danqing's master hand, and it must be perfect, which is difficult to add.In other words, the beauty of Jiuhua has been written to the extreme in just a few sentences. It is not difficult to imagine the exquisiteness of the paintings and the generosity of the viewers.

Next, the poet turned into the real scene with the phrase "see you on the Wuxi Bridge today".However, what he saw, he finally didn't say it, only said "the painter still owes his work", and sighed again. As for the reason for sighing, it is left to the reader to speculate. In this quatrain, there is not a word describing the scenery, and there is no word that is not describing the scenery. It only compares, sets off, reflects, and integrates the painting and the scenery, and stimulates the reader's imagination with sighs and admiration from the heart.
