"Cultivate Doing and Knowing in Real Being" - not in a dream.Do whatever you like, but really think: are you doing it, or is your mother doing it through you, or is your father doing it through you?因为那些死去的人、死去的父母、社会和已经离现在很久的前辈子的人,他们仍然在你里面运作,他们已经创造出某种制约,而你继续在满足他们,他们在满足他们死去的父母亲,而你在满足你死去的父母亲,然而,事实上没有人被满足,你怎么能够满足某一个死去的人?但是那个死去的人却透过你而活着。 每当你做什么事,你一定要观察,是你父亲透过你在做它,或是你在做它。当你生气,那是你的生气,或是你父亲惯用的生气方式?你只是在模仿。我看到那个模式在继续着,在被重复。如果你结婚,你的婚姻将大概跟你父亲和你母亲的婚姻一样,你的行为会像你父亲一样,你太太的行为会像你母亲一样,而你们将会再度创造出同样的一团糟。当你生气的时候,你要观察:是你在哪里,或是其他某人在哪里?当你爱,记住,是你在那里或是其他某人在哪里?当你说些什么,记住,是你在说,或是你的老师在说?当你作一个手势,记住,那是你的,或是其他某人存在于你的手中?那将会很困难,但这就是修行,灵性的努力就是这个意思。 离开所有的虚假,你或许会暂时觉得无趣,因为你所有的虚假都将必须抛弃,而那真实的需要经过一些时间才能够来临,才能够表现出它本身。将会有一段空档,要让那一段空档存在,不要害怕、不要恐惧,迟早你虚假的自己将会消失、面具将会消失,而你真实的脸将会出现,唯有透过那真实的脸,你才能够碰到神,那就是为什么这段经文说:"当一只母鸡培养她的小鸡,要培养在真实存在里特别的知和特别的做。" 第二段经文: 既然在真理当中,枷锁和自由是相关联的,这些文字只是为那些对宇宙感到恐惧的人而存在,这个宇宙是头脑的反映,就好像天上只有一个太阳,而你可以从水中看到很多太阳,所以要以这样来看枷锁和自由。 这是一个非常深的技巧,是最深的技巧之一,只有非常稀有的头脑曾经尝试过它。禅是基于这个技巧,这个技巧在说一件非常困难的事,很难去了解,而不是很难去经验,但是,首先,了解是需要的,这段经文说:世界和涅槃并不是两件事,它们是同一件事;天堂和地狱并不是两件事,它们是同一件事;枷锁和自由并不是两件事,它们是同一件事。这是难以了解的,因为唯有当我们以相反的两极来措辞,我们才能够很容易地去设想事情。 我们说这个世界是枷锁,所以,你怎么能够离开这个世界而变自由?这样的话,自由就是某种相反的东西,它就不是枷锁,但是这段经文说此两者都是一样的——自由和枷锁——除非你能够免于此两者,否则你就没有自由,枷锁会束缚你,自由也是一样,枷锁是一种奴役,自由也是一样。 试着去了解这个,注意看一个试着去超越枷锁的人,他在做什么,他离开家、离开家庭、离开财富、离开世俗的东西、离开社会,为的只是要脱离枷锁、脱离世界的锁链,然后他为他自己创造出新的锁链,他自己所创造出来的锁链是负向的。 我曾经看过一个圣人,他不能够碰触到金钱,他备受尊敬,他一定会被那些疯狂追逐金钱的人所尊敬,因为他已经跑到另一个极端。如果你将钱放在他的手中,他会将它丢掉,好像它有毒似的,或是好像你将某种毒蝎放在他的手中,他会将它丢掉,然后他会变得害怕,他的身体会产生微妙的颤抖,到底是怎么一回事?他一直在跟金钱抗争,他一定曾经是一个贪婪的人、过分贪婪的人,唯有如此,他才会跑到这个极端,他或许曾经太过分执著于金钱,现在他仍然执著,但是是以相反的方式,然而,那个执著还是存在。 我曾经看过一个弟子,他不能够看任何女人的脸,他会变得害怕,他会一直往下看,如果有某一个女人在那里,他一定不会往上看,问题在哪里?他一定是太过分注意性、过分执著于性,他仍然执著,以前他一直在追这个女人或那个女人,而现在他在逃离女人,逃离这个女人和那个女人,但是他仍然执著于女人,不管他是在追逐,或是在逃离,他的执著仍然存在。他认为现在他已经免于女人,但这是一个新的枷锁,你不能够藉着相反的反应来免于什么东西,那个你所反对的东西将会负向地束缚着你,你无法逃离它。如果某人反对世界而赞成自由,那么他就无法自由,他将会继续停留在这个世界,那个反对的态度就是一个枷锁。 这段经文非常深,它说:"既然在真理当中,枷锁和自由是相关联的……"它们不是相反的,它们是相关联的。自由是什么?你说:"不是枷锁。"而枷锁是什么?你说:"不是自由。"你可以使用双方来互相定义。然而,它们就好像冷和热,它们不是相反的。热是什么,而冷是什么?它们只是同一个现象的不同程度,它们是不同程度的温度,但那个现象是一样的,它们是相关联的,如果有一桶热水和一桶冷水,而你将你的两手放进去,一只手放进热水,另一只手放进冷水,你会感觉到什么?不同的温度。 如果你将双手先用冰冷却,然后将它们放进热水和冷水,将会怎样?如此一来,你将会再度感觉到一个差别,你冰冷的手在热水里将会觉得比以前更热,而如果另外一只手已经变冷了,比冷水更冷,那么你将会觉得那些冷水是热的,你将不会觉得它是冷的,它是比较的,只是程度上的不同,但那个现象是一样的。 坦陀罗说枷锁和自由;善什和莫克夏,并不是两件事情,而是同一件事的相关现象。所以坦陀罗是独一无二的,坦陀罗说,你不仅要从枷锁里面自由出来,你也必须从莫克夏(自由)里面自由出来,除非你能够从两者里面自由出来,否则你并没有被解放。 所以,第一件事是:不要试着去反对任何事,因为你将会跑到仍然属于它的事情上面去,它看起来是相反的,但其实不然。不要从性跑到无欲,如果你试着从性跑到无欲,你的无欲将只不过是性意念;不要从贪婪跑到不贪婪,因为那个不贪婪将再度成为一个微妙的贪婪,那就是为什么如果一个传统教你不贪婪,它都会给你某种利益的动机。 我曾经跟一个圣人在一起,他告诉他的追随者说:"如果你摆脱贪婪,你将会在另一个世界得到更多;如果你脱离贪婪,你将会在另一个世界获得更多!"那些贪婪的人、那些贪婪另一个世界的人,他们将会受到这个所影响,他们或许会受到激励,为了要获得,他们将准备好离开很多东西,但是那个想要去得到的动机还是存在,否则一个贪婪的人怎么能够走向不贪婪?一定要有某种能够深深满足他贪婪的动机存在。 所以,不要创造出相反的极端,所有相反的极端都是相关联的,它们是同一现象各种不同的程度,如果你能够觉知到这一点,你将会说:那两个极端都是一样的,而如果这个感觉加深,你将会从两者解放出来,那么你既不要求善什(世界;枷锁),也不要求莫克夏(自由)。事实上,如果能够这样的话,你就不要求任何东西,你已经停止要求,在那个停止当中,你就解放了(自由了),当你感觉到每样东西都一样的时候,未来就被抛弃了,如此一来,你能够跑到哪里呢?性和无欲两者都是一样的,所以一个人要跑到哪里去呢?如果贪婪和不贪婪是一样的、暴力和非暴力是一样的,那么,一个人要跑到哪里去呢? 没有地方去,那么活动就停止了,那么就没有未来,你不能够欲求任何东西,因为所有的欲望都是一样的,所不同的只是在于程度,你能够欲求什么呢?有时候我问人们,当他们来到我这里,我问他们:"你真正在欲求什么?"他们的欲望以他们现在的情况为基础,如果他们是贪婪的,他们就欲求不贪婪;如果他们是具有性欲的,如果他们执著于性,他们就欲求无欲、欲求如何超越性,因为他们被性困扰得很痛苦。 但是这个对无欲的欲求是基于、是植根于他们的性意念,他们问:"要如何走出这个世界?"世界对他们来讲太过分了,他们被压得透不过气来,他们太过于执著。世界无法重压你,除非你执著于它。那个重担是在你的头脑里,并不是因为那个重担,而是因为你,你携带着它。他们携带着整个世界,因此他们受到重压。在这个痛苦的经验里,有一个新的、要求相反之物的欲望产生,因此他们就开始渴望那相反的东西。 以前他们追求金钱,现在他们追求静心;以前他们追求属于这个世界的东西,现在他们追求属于那个世界的东西,但那个追求还是存在,那个追求就是问题之所在,目标是不相关的,欲望才是问题。你欲求什么,那不是问题,你欲求,那才是问题,而你一直在改变目标,今天你欲求A,明天你欲求B,你认为你在改变,然后,后天你欲求C,而你认为你已经蜕变了,但你是一样的,你欲求A、你欲求B、你欲求C,然而A或B或C都不是你,你欲求,那才是你。你保持一样,你欲求枷锁,然后你遭到挫折;你受够了,然后你就欲求自由。你欲求,而那个欲求就是枷锁。 所以,你不能够欲求自由,因为欲求就是枷锁;你不能够欲求自由,当欲求停止,自由就存在。这段经文说:"在真理当中,枷锁和自由是相关联的。"所以不要变成执著于相反的东西。 "这些文字只是为那些对宇宙感到恐惧的人而存在。"这些自由和枷锁的文字只是为那些对宇宙感到恐惧的人而存在。"这个宇宙是头脑的反映。"任何你在这个宇宙里所看到的都是一个反映,如果它看起来像枷锁,它意味着那是你的反映;如果它看起来像自由,那么它也是你的反映。 "就好像天上只有一个太阳,而你可以从水中看到很多太阳,所以要以这样来看枷锁和自由。"太阳升起,有很多池塘,——肮脏的和纯洁的;大的和小的;美的和丑的——一个太阳反映在很多池塘里,一个继续在数那些反映的人将会认为有很多很多太阳,一个洞察真相而不是看那些反映的人将会只看到一个太阳。世界、就你所看到的世界,反映着你。如果你是具有性欲的,那么整个世界就似乎是属于性的,如果你是一个贼,那么整个世界就似乎是在同一个职业里。 有一次,木拉那斯鲁丁和他的太太在钓鱼,那个地方是管制区,只有持有执照的人能够在那里钓鱼,突然有一个警察出现,所以木拉的太太说:"木拉,你有执照,所以你跑开,同时,我会逃走。"所以木拉就开始跑,他跑了又跑,跑了又跑,而警察在后面追,当然,木拉把太太留在那里。木拉跑了又跑,直到他觉得气喘如牛,在那个时候,警察抓到他,警察也是汗流夹背,警察说:"你的执照在哪里。"木拉把执照拿出来,警察看了一下,没有问题,所以他说:"你为什么要跑,那斯鲁丁?为什么你要跑开?" 那斯鲁丁说:"我去看医生,他说每次饭后要跑半英里。"警察说:"好,但是你看到我在你后面跑,追赶你,大声喊,你为什么不停下来?"那斯鲁丁说:"我以为或许你也要去找同一个医生。" 那是合乎逻辑的,那就是所发生的。任何你在你周围所看到的大部分是你的反映,而不是真实的东西,你看你自己被反映在每一个地方。当你改变,那个反映就改变了;当你变得完全宁静,整个世界就变宁静。世界不是一个枷锁:枷锁是一个反映;世界不是解放:解放也是一个反映。 佛陀发现整个世界都处于涅槃之中,克里虚纳发觉整个世界都在狂喜当中庆祝、在喜乐当中庆祝,没有痛苦。但是坦陀罗说:任何你所看到的都是一个反映,除非所有的"看"都消失,只有镜子被看到,而没有什么东西被反映在它里面。那就是真理。 "如果某种东西被看到,那只是一个反映,真理只有一个,而如果有很多个的话,那只能够是反映,一旦这个被了解,不是理论上的了解,而是存在性的、透过经验的了解,那么你就解放了:从枷锁和自由两者当中解放出来。 当那罗帕成道的时候,有人问他:"你现在达成解放了吗?"那罗帕说:"是和不是两者,是是因为我已经不处于枷锁之中,不是是因为那个解放也是枷锁的一个反映,因为枷锁的缘故,我才会想到解放。" 以这样的方式来看它:你是生病的,而你渴望健康,那个渴望健康也是你生病的一部分,如果你真的健康,你将不会渴望健康,你怎么会呢?如果你真的健康,那个渴望要从何而来?有什么需要?如果你真的健康,你从来不会觉得你是健康的,只有生病的人才会觉得他们是健康的,有什么需要呢?你怎么会觉得你是健康的?如果你一生下来就是健康的,从来没有生过病,你能够感觉到你的健康吗?健康存在,但是它不能够被感觉到。唯有透过对照、透过相反的情况,它才能够被感觉到,唯有透过相反的情况,事情才能够被感觉到,如果你是生病的,你能够感觉到健康,而如果你感觉到健康,记住,你仍然是生病的。 所以那罗帕说:"是和不是两者,是是因为现在已经没有枷锁,但是解放也随着枷锁而消失,所以才会说不是。解放也是枷锁的一部分,现在我超越两者,既不在枷锁里,也不在解放里。" 不要使宗教成为一个追求、一个欲望,不要使莫克夏(解放)、涅槃成为一个欲求的目标,它是当没有欲求的时候才会发生。
