The mind will provide the answer, but keep asking, don't Accept any answer because all the answers the mind gives are false, they come from unreal parts of you, they come from words, they come from scriptures, they come from conditioning, they come from society, they come from others, keep asking, let this The arrow of "Who am I?" penetrates deeper and deeper, and a moment will come when there will be no more answers. That is the right moment, now you are approaching the answer, when no answer is coming, you are approaching the answer, because the mind becomes quiet, or you can say you have moved away from the mind; when there is no answer, a vacuum will be created around you Come out, and at that point your question will look absurd, who are you asking?There is no one to answer you, and suddenly even your questioning stops, and with the stopping of asking, the last part of your mind disappears, because the question also belongs to the mind, the answers belong to the mind, and the question also belongs to the mind. Mind, both are gone, so now "you are". Try this, if you persist, this technique will most likely give you a glimpse of the real, and the real is immortal. Second trick: Wherever and in what act you find fulfillment, fulfill it. "Wherever you find fulfillment, in whatever act, fulfill it." You feel thirsty, so you drink water, a subtle fulfillment is achieved, forget that water, forget that thirst, stay where you are That subtle fulfillment you feel, being filled with, just feels fulfilled. But the human mind is harmful, it just feels dissatisfied, dissatisfied, it never feels satisfied, never satisfied.If you are not satisfied, you will feel it, you will be filled with it.When you are thirsty you feel it and you are full of thirst and you feel it in your throat and if it grows you feel it all over your body and then there comes a moment when it is not "You are thirsty", you will feel that you have become that thirst, if you have no water in the desert, you will not feel "you are thirsty", you will feel that you have become Became that thirsty. Dissatisfaction is felt, misery is felt, misery is felt, whenever you suffer, you become the sufferer, that's why the whole life becomes a hell, you never feel the positive, you always It is to feel the negative.Life is not as misfortune as we make it, misfortune is just our interpretation.The Buddha is very happy here and now, and he is very happy in this life.Krishna is dancing and playing the flute, right here and now in this life, right where we are miserable, Krishna is dancing, life is neither misery nor joy, joy and Misery is our interpretation, it is our attitude, it is the way we process it, it is the way we see it, it is your mind, it is the way the mind sees it. But you are interested in quantity, you are interested in how to get richer - in quantity, not in quality, you can have two houses, two cars, a bigger bank account, lots and lots of things.Quantity changes, it becomes more, more, but your quality remains the same. However, richness is not in stuff, richness is the quality of your mind, the quality of your life.A poor man can be a rich man in terms of qualities, and a rich man can be a poor man, and this is almost always the case, because a man who is concerned with things and quantities is completely unaware that there is a different dimension In him - the quality level, that level changes only when your mind is positive. Buddha said, "Before I allow you to go, I will ask you three questions: If people in that province insult How would you feel about you, humiliating you?" Punakasiap said, "If they just insulted me, I would think they were nice, if they hadn't hit me, they were good people, they could have hit me." Buddha said, "Second question, how would you feel if they started beating you?" Punakasya said, "I would feel that they are very good people, they could have killed me, but they just beat me "Then Buddha said, "The third question, if they really kill you, really murder you, how would you feel at the moment of your dying?" So Buddha said, "In this way, you can go anywhere , the whole world is a paradise for you, now there is no problem, the whole world is a paradise for you, so you can go anywhere." It's a very delicate process, but it's also very sweet, and the more you do it, the sweeter it becomes, and you'll be filled with a New sweetness and fragrance.Just look for the beautiful, forget the ugly, and a moment will come, and when that moment comes, the ugly also becomes beautiful, just pay attention to those happy moments, then a moment will come, and when that moment comes, there will be no What can be called unhappiness, then there is no unhappy moment.Be concerned with those who are happy, then sooner or later there will be no misery, everything is beautified by a positive mind. 但是为什么会产生这样的罪恶?因为每一个人在内心深处有一种可能,不赞成必然需要母亲,因为母亲虽然生你,她也是可能将你虚假化的一个工具,她会使你变得不真实,她塑造了你,如果你是一个地狱,那个地狱里面有她的一部分、最大的部分,如果你是悲惨的,你的母亲也是在某个地方隐藏在你里面;因为母亲生你,把你带大,或者,实际上,她从你真实的存在把你"往下带",她将你虚假化,第一个不真实是发生在你和你母亲之间,第一个谎言发生在你和你母亲之间——第一个谎言! 即使没有语言,而小孩子不能够说话,他也会撒谎,小孩子迟早会觉知到,他的很多感觉不被母亲所赞同,她的脸、她的眼睛、她的行为、她的心情、她的每一样东西都显示出,在他里面的某些东西是不被接受的、不被赏识的,那么他就开始压抑,有某些东西是错的,当时还没有语言,他的头脑还没有开始运作,但是他的整个身体就开始压抑,然后他开始感觉,有时候某些东西不被母亲所赏识;他依靠母亲,他的生命依靠着母亲,如果母亲离开他,他就完了,他的整个存在都集中在母亲身上。 每一样母亲所表示的、所做的、所说的、所行动的,都具有意义,如果小孩子微笑,然后母亲就爱他、给他温暖和牛奶,而且抱他,这个时候他就在学习一些外交手腕,他会在不想笑的时候笑,因为他知道这样做,他能够说服他的母亲。他会笑一个虚假的笑,然后那个谎言就诞生了,那个搞外交手腕的政客就诞生了,现在他已经知道如何去虚假化,而这是他从他和母亲之间的关系学来的,这是他跟世界的第一个关系,当他开始觉知到他的悲惨、他的地狱、他的混乱,他将会发现他的母亲隐藏在某一个地方。 你或许会觉得对母亲有敌意,这是非常可能的,那就是为什么每一种文化都坚持:杀死你的母亲是最大的罪恶,即使在思想里、即使在梦里,你都不能够杀死你的母亲,我不是在说你应该杀死她,我只是在说你的梦也是假的、象征性的、不真实的,你是那么的虚假,以致于你甚至无法做一个真实的梦。 这是我们两个虚假的脸:一个是当你醒着的时候,一个是当你在睡觉的时候,在这两个虚假的脸之间,有一个非常小的门、一个间隔,在那个间隔当中,你能够瞥见到你真实的面目,那个面目是你不跟你的母亲关联在一起,不透过你的母亲跟社会关联在一起;那个面目是当你跟你自己在一起,当"你是"——不是这个也不是那个:没有分裂,只有那真实的,没有不真实的,你能够瞥见那个面目,那个在这两个醒与睡的运作过程之间天真的面目。 平常我们不会顾虑到梦,我们顾虑到我们醒着的时候,但是心理分析比较顾虑到你的梦,比较不顾虑到你醒着的时候,因为它觉得在醒着的时候,你是一个大谎言家,而在梦中可以抓到某些东西。当你在睡觉的时候,你比较没有觉知,你不会强迫事情,你没有在控制,那么就可以抓住某些真实的东西。你或许是一个无欲的人,醒着的时候,你是一个和尚,但是你压抑了性冲动,那么性就会将它自己压进你的梦中,你的梦将会有性欲。很难找到一个不做性梦的和尚,事实上那几乎不可能,你能够找到一个没有性梦的罪犯,但是你找不到一个没有性梦的宗教的人。一个淫荡的人或许不会有性梦,但是一个所谓的圣人会有性梦,因为不论在你醒着的时候压下什么东西,它都会在你的梦中进出来,而染上你的梦。 心理分析学家并不顾虑到你清醒时的生活,因为他们知道那完全是假的,如果他们想瞥见某些真实的东西,他们只能够透过你的梦来瞥见,但是坦陀罗说:即使梦也并不那么真实,它们只是更真实。这看起来是似非而是的,因为我们认为梦是真实的。它们比你醒着的时候更真实,因为在梦中你比较没有防卫,检查员在睡觉,事情可能会出现,那个被压抑的可能会表现出它自己,当然,它是象征性的,但是象征符号能够被分析。 人类的象征符号在全世界都一样,当醒着的时候,你或许会说不同的语言,但是在做梦的时候,你是说同样的语言,全世界梦的语言是统一的,如果性遭到压抑,那么同样的象征符号将会出现。如果对于食物的冲动、想吃东西的冲动或饥饿遭到压抑,那么同样的象征符号,或是类似的象征符号将会出现。梦的语言是一致的,但是在梦中仍然会有困难,因为它是象征性的,弗洛伊德或许会以不同的方式来解释它们,而容格会以另一种不同的方式来解释它们,阿德勒又会以另一种不同的方式来解释它们,如果你被一百个心理分析学家分析,将会有一百种解释,你会变得比你以前更混乱,更混乱的原因是因为一种东西有一百种解释。 坦陀罗说:在醒着或睡觉的时候你都是不真实的,只有在这两者之间你才是真实的,所以不要顾虑到醒着的时候,也不要顾虑到做梦和睡觉的时候,要顾虑到那个空隙、要觉知到那个空隙,当你从一个状态转变到另一个状态,你要瞥见它,一旦那个空隙来临,你就能够知道,你就变成它的主人,你已经有了那个钥匙,你在任何时间都能够打开那个空隙而进入它,一个不同存在的层面、真正的层面,就打开了。 第四个技巧: 幻象会骗人,颜色会划出界限,即使可分的也是不可分的。 这是一个稀有的技巧,不常被使用,但是印度最伟大的老师之一——山卡拉,曾经使用过它,山卡拉的整个哲学就是以这个技巧作为基础,你知道他"马耶"(maya)的哲学——幻象的哲学。山卡拉说:每一样东西都是幻象的,任何你看到的、听到的、感觉到的,都是幻象,它不是真实的,因为那真实的无法被感官所触及,你在听我讲话,我在看着你听我讲话,它或许只是一个梦,你无法判断它是不是一个梦,我或许只是梦见你在这里听我讲话,我怎么知道这是真实的而不是一个梦?这是没有办法的。 据说庄子有一天晚上梦见他变成一只蝴蝶,早上的时候他非常伤心,他是不轻易伤心的,人们从来不知道他会伤心,他的弟子集合起来说:"庄子,师父,你为什么那么伤心?"庄子说:"因为一个梦。"弟子们笑了,然后说:"你竟然因为一个梦而伤心,你一直在教导我们说,即使整个世界都引起你伤心,你也不要伤心,而单单一个梦就使你伤心?你是在讲什么?"庄子说:"它是如此的一个梦,它引起我非常非常深的混乱、伤心和痛苦,我梦见我变成一只蝴蝶。" 弟子们说:"它里面到底有什么东西那么困惑?"庄子说:"那个困惑是这样的:如果庄子能够梦见他变成一只蝴蝶,那么相反的情况不是也能够成立吗?那只蝴蝶或许会梦见它变成一个庄子,这样一来,我就很困扰,到底什么是对的,什么是错的?什么是真实的,什么是不真实的?是庄子梦见他变成一只蝴蝶是真的,或是蝴蝶进入睡觉而梦见它变成一个庄子是真的?如果其中一个是可能的,那个另外一个也是可能的。"据说庄子从来没有克服这个困惑,终其一生,这个困惑都被保留着。 要如何来决定我不是在梦中跟你讲话?要如何来决定你不是梦见我在讲话?用感官不可能作决定,因为当你做梦的时候,梦看起来是真实的,跟任何东西一样的真实,当你做梦的时候,你总是觉得它是真实的,当梦能够被感觉成是真实的,那么,真实的存在为什么不能被感觉成梦? 山卡拉说,用感官不可能知道面对着你的东西是真的,或是假的,而如果不可能知道它是真的,或是假的,山卡拉称它为"马耶":它是幻象,幻象并不是意味着不真实,幻象意味着不可能去决定它是真的,或是假的——记住这一点。在西方的语言里,"马耶"被翻译得非常不对,在西方的文辞里,它给予一种感觉说"幻象"意味着"不真实",这不是!"幻象"意味着没有能力去决定事情是真的,或是假的,这个混乱就是"马耶"。 整个世界是一个马耶、是一个混乱,你不能够决定,你对它不能下决定,它总是躲开你,总是在改变,总是在转变成另外的某种东西,它是一个想象的东西,一个类似梦的东西,这个技巧所顾虑到的就是这个哲学。"幻象"会骗人,或者我们可以说:那个会骗人的是幻象。"颜色会划出界限,即使可分的也是不可分的"在这个幻象的世界里,没有一样东西是确定的,这整个世界就好像彩虹,它们好像有,但其实没有。如果你在很远的地方看,它们是有的;如果你走得比较近一点,它们就消失了;你走得越近,它们就越不存在;如果你走到你看到彩虹的地方,它已经不在那里。 整个世界就好像彩虹的颜色,它的确如此,当你离得很远,每一样东西都是有希望的;当你走得比较近,希望就消失了;当你达到那个目标,就只有灰烬存在,只是一道死的彩虹,各种颜色都消失了,东西看起来的样子已经不复存在,你觉得它们存在,然而它们是不存在的。 "即使可分的也是不可分的。"你的整个数学、你的整个计算系统、你的所有观念、所有哲学,都变成没有用的,如果你试着去了解这个幻象,你的努力将会使你更加混乱,在那里没有什么东西是确定的,每一样东西都是不确定的,都是一个流动、一个变化的流动,你不可能去决定这个或那个是真的,或是假的,那么将会怎么样呢?如果你采取这个态度,事情将会怎么样呢?如果你真正深入这个态度,说每一样不能决定的东西都是幻象的,你将会自动地、自发性地转告你自己,那么,唯一你能够有一个中心的点,就是你自己的本性,那是确定的。 试着去了解这个:我或许会在晚上梦到我变成一只蝴蝶,在那个梦里,我不能够决定这是真的或是假的,早上的时候,我或许会像庄子一样地困惑,事情是不是刚好相反,或许是蝴蝶在做梦,这是两个梦,我们无法比较哪一个是真的,哪一个是假的。 但是庄子错过了一样东西——那个做梦的人,他只是想到梦,他只是在比较梦,而错过了那个做梦的人,那个梦见庄子变成一只蝴蝶的人,那个在思考事情或许相反的人,那个在思考说:蝴蝶正在做梦,而他变成了庄子的人。谁是这个观察者,是谁在睡觉,而现在是醒的?对我来讲,你或许是不真实的,你或许是一个梦,但是"我"对我自己不可能是一个梦,因为即使梦要存在的话,也需要一个真正做梦的人,即使是虚假的梦,也需要一个真正做梦的人。如果没有一个真正做梦的人,那么,连一个梦也无法存在,所以,把梦忘掉。这个技巧说:把梦忘掉,整个世界都是幻象,而你不是,所以,不要追逐世界,在那里不可能得到确定,现在,即使科学研究也似乎可以证明这一点。 在过去的三个世纪里,科学是确定的,而山卡拉看起来只是一个哲学的头脑,它是富有诗意的。有三个世纪的时间,科学是确定的,但是在这最后的二十年里面,科学已经变得不确定,现在,最伟大的科学家说:没有一样东西是确定的。对于物质,我们永远不能够确定,每一样东西都再度变得不确定,每一样东西都看起来好像是一个流动,一个一直在改变的流动,只有外观看起来是确定的,你越深入,每一样东西就变得越不确定、变得越模糊。 山卡拉说,而坦陀罗也一直在说:世界是幻象的。即使在山卡拉出生之前,坦陀罗就在教导一个技巧,说整个世界是幻象的,所以,将它想成一个梦。如果你能够将它想成一个梦(只要你去想,你就会了解它是一个梦),那么你整个意识的焦点将会转向内在,因为有一股深深的冲动要去找到真理、找到那真实的。 如果整个世界是不真实的,那么你在它里面就无所庇护,那么你是在追逐和追随影子,你是在浪费时间、生命和精力,那么你就移向内在,有一件事是确定的:"我是。"即使整个世界都是幻象,也有一件事是确定的:有一个人知道这是幻象。那个知识或许是幻象,那个被知者或许是幻象,但是那个知者不可能是幻象,这是唯一的确定,这是唯一你可以站在它上面的岩石。 这个技巧说:注意看世界,它是一个梦、它是幻象,没有一样东西是它所表现出来的那样,它只是一道彩虹,深入这个感觉,你将会被丢回你自己,当你回到你自己的本性,你就来到一个确定的真理,来到某种不容置疑的、绝对的东西。 科学永远不可能是绝对的,它一定是相对的,只有宗教必然是绝对的,因为它不是在找寻梦,它在找寻那个做梦者、它不是在找寻那个被观察者,而是在找寻那个观察者,那个看的人、那个觉知的人。
