Only Tantra says: this control is false, sick, sick, because you cannot really separate from the flow, you are it!So, all the divisions are false and arbitrary, basically impossible to divide, because you are the flow, you are a part of it, a wave in it, you can become frozen,你可以将你自己跟那个流分开，但是那个冻结是一种死亡，而人类已经变得死气沉沉，没有一个人是真正活生生的，你只是一个死的重量，在潮流里漂浮。融解！坦陀罗说：要试着去融解，不要变成好像冰山一样，融解而与河流成为一体。 与河流成为一体，感觉与河流合而为一，并入河流里，要觉知，那么就会有蜕变——那就是蜕变。蜕变不是透过冲突，而是透过觉知。这三个技巧是非常非常科学的，但是依照这三个技巧的话，性就变成某种异于你所知道的东西，那么它就不是一个暂时的解脱、不是将能量丢出去，那么它就是没有结束的，它变成一个静心的圆圈。 在很高兴地看着一个阔别已久的朋友，要弥漫着这个喜悦。 进入这个喜悦，与它成为一体——任何喜悦、任何快乐。 这只是一个例子："在很高兴地看着一个阔别已久的朋友……"当你突然看到一个阔别多日或多年的朋友，就有一股突然的喜悦抓住了你，但是你的注意将会放在朋友身上，而不是放在你的喜悦之上，那么你就错过了某些东西，而这个喜悦将会是暂时性的。你注意的焦点会放在朋友身上，你会开始谈话、回忆，那么，你将会错过这个喜悦，这个喜悦将会离你而去。 当你看见一个朋友而突然感觉到一阵喜悦在你内心升起，这个时候要集中精神在这个喜悦上，感觉它，而且变成它，带着觉知，以及充满着喜悦来会见那个朋友，让那个朋友只是在周围，而你保持停留在你快乐的感觉。 这在很多其他情况下也可以做。当太阳升起的时候，你突然感觉到某种东西在你里面升起，那么，你要忘掉太阳，让它停留在周围，你要停留在你自己上升能量的感觉里，当你注意看它的那个片刻，它将会散播开来，它将会变成你的整个身体、整体存在。不要只是成为它的观察者，要溶入它。你感觉到喜悦、快乐或喜乐的情况是很少的，但你却又一直在错过它们，因为你变得集中在客体上。 每当有喜悦，你觉得它是来自外在。你碰到一个朋友，当然，那个喜悦似乎是来自你的朋友，来自你看到他，但那并非实际的情形，那上喜悦永远都是在你里面，那个朋友只是变成一个情况，那个朋友只是帮助喜悦浮现、帮助你去发现它的存在。不仅喜悦如此，其他每一样东西也都是如此：愤怒、悲伤、不幸、快乐，以及每一样东西都是如此，其他的东西都只是一些情况，在那些情况里，隐藏在你里面的东西被表现出来了。它们并非致因，它们不是导致你里面的某些东西。任何正在发生的都正发生在你身上，它一直都在那里，跟朋友的会合只是变成一个情况，在那个情况里，任何隐藏的东西都会表现出来——都表现出来。它从那个隐藏的泉源变成可见的、明显的。每当这种情况发生的时候，要保持停留在内在的感觉，那么你对生命里面的每一样东西都将会有一个不同的态度。 即使对负向的感情，你也要这样做，当你生气的时候，不要注意在那个引起你生气的人身上，让它停留在周围，你只要变成愤怒，全然地去感觉那个愤怒，让它发生在你里面，不要作合理化的解释，不要说是那个人创造了它，不要谴责那个人，他只是变成那个情况，要感觉对他感激，因为他帮助你将某些隐藏在里面的东西显现出来，他打击到你某个隐藏伤口的地方，如此一来，你就知道了它，所以你就变成那个伤口。 不论是正向的或负向的，不论是任何感情，都要使用这个，这样做将会在你里面产生很大的改变。如果那个感情是负向的，当你觉知到它存在你里面，你就能够免于它，如果那个感情是正向的，你将会变成那个感情本身，如果它是喜悦，你就会变成喜悦，如果它是愤怒，愤怒将会瓦解。 正向的感情和负向的感情之间的不同就是：如果你变成觉知到某一个感情，当你变成觉知的时候，那个感情就瓦解，那么它就是负向的；如果变成觉知到某一个感情，你就变成那个感情，然后那个感情散布开来而变成你的存在，那么它就是正向的，觉知在这两种情形之下的运作是不一样的。如果它是一个有毒的感情，你会透过觉知而摆脱它，如果它是好的、喜乐的、狂喜的，你就会变成与它合而为一，觉知会加深它。 所以对我来说，原则就是：如果某种感情藉着你的觉知而加深，那么它是好的，如果某种感情透过你的觉知而瓦解，那么它是坏的，那个不能在觉知里面成长的是罪恶，那个能够在觉知里面成长的是美德，美德和罪恶并不是社会的观念，而是内在的了解。 使用你的觉知，它就好像你把光带到黑暗中来，黑暗就不复存在，只要把光带进来，黑暗就不复存在，因为事实上它"不是"，它是负向的，它是光的不在，但是很多存在的东西会被显现出来，只要把光带进来，这些书架、这些图画、这些墙壁将不会消失，在黑暗当中，它们"不是"，你无法看到它们，如果你将光带进来，黑暗将不复存在，但是那个真实的将会被显现出来，透过觉知，所有像黑暗一般负向的东西：恨、愤怒、悲伤、暴力都将会瓦解，那么爱、喜悦、狂喜将会首度地显现给你，所以，"在很高兴地看着一个阔别已久的朋友，要弥漫着这个喜悦。" 当在吃东西或喝饮料的时候，变成那个食物或饮料的滋味，而且被那个滋味所充满。 "当吃东西或喝饮料的时候，变成那个食物或饮料的滋味，而且被那个滋味所充满。"我们继续在吃东西，没有食物，我们不能够生存，但是我们非常无意识地、自动地、就好像机器人一样地在吃东西，如果你没有去尝那个味道，你只是在填塞食物。要慢慢地，要觉知食物的滋味，唯有当你慢慢地吃，你才能够觉知，不要只是继续吞食，不匆不忙地去品尝它们，而变成那个滋味本身。当你感觉甜，变成那个甜，那么你的整个身体都可以感觉到它，不只是在嘴里或是在舌头上感觉到它，整个身体都可以感觉到它！某一种甜以微波的方式散布开来，或者，任何其他的东西也都可以，不论你吃什么东西，感觉那个滋味而且变成那个滋味。 就因为坦陀罗是如此，所以它显得跟其他传统背道而驰，耆那教说："没有滋味——阿苏瓦德（Aswad）。"甘地将它看成他聚会所的一个规则："阿苏瓦德：不要去尝任何东西，吃，但是不要尝，忘掉那个滋味，吃是一个必要，但是以一种机械式的方式来做它，尝是欲望，所以不要尝。"坦陀罗说：尽可能地去尝它，要更敏感、更活生生地，不仅要敏感，而且要变成那个滋味。 如果用阿苏瓦德——不尝滋味，你的感官将会死掉，它们将会变得越来越不敏感，当你的敏感度降低，你将无法感觉到你的身体，你将无法感觉到你的感觉，那么你就会只停留在你的头脑里，这个停留在头脑是一种分裂，坦陀罗说：不要在你自己里面创造出任何分裂，去品尝是美好的，敏感是美好的，如果你更敏感，你将会更活生生，如果你更活生生，那么有更多的生命会进入你内在的本性，你将会更敞开。 你可以不用尝而吃东西，那并不困难，你可以碰触某人而没有真正碰触到它，那并不困难，我们已经在这样做。你跟一个人握手，但是没有真正碰触到它，因为要真正碰触，"你"必须来到你的手、你必须移到你的手、你必须变成你的手指、变成你的手掌，就好像你或你的灵魂来到了你的手，唯有如此，你才能够真正碰触。你可以握住某一个人的手，但是是退缩的，你可以退缩，那么就只有一只死的手在那里，它看起来好像是在碰触，但是它并没有真正在碰触。 我们并没有真正在碰触！我们害怕去碰触别人，因为碰触被认为与性有关，你或许站在人群里、在电车里、在火车上，碰触到很多人，但是你并没有真正碰触他们，他们也没有真正碰触你，只有身体在接触，但你是退缩的，你可以感觉到那个不同：如果你在人群里真正碰触到别人，他将会觉得被冒犯，你的身体可以碰触，但是"你"不应该移入身体，你必须保持冷漠、超然，就好像你不在身体里，就好像只有一具尸体在碰触。 这种不敏感是不好的，它之所以不好是因为你透过保护你自己来对抗生命，你非常害怕死亡，但是你已经死了，你不需要真的害怕，因为没有人会死，你已经死了。那就是为什么你在害怕——因为你还没有活过。你一直在错过生命，而死亡正在来临。 一个"活生生"的人将不会害怕死亡，因为他真正在生活，如果你真正在生活，你就不会害怕死亡，你甚至可以去活过死亡。当死亡来临的时候，你将会对它非常敏感，以致于你将会去享受它，它将是一项伟大的经验。如果你是活生生的，你甚至可以活过死亡，那么死亡就不存在了。如果你甚至能够活过死亡，如果你甚至能够在你退缩到你的中心而溶解时很敏感于你垂死的身体，如果你甚至能够活过这个，那么你就变成不朽的。 "当在吃东西或喝饮料的时候，变成那个食物的或饮料的滋味，而且被那个滋味所充满。"当喝水的时候，感觉那个清凉，闭起双眼，慢慢喝，品尝它，感觉那个清凉，而且感觉你已经变成那个清凉，因为那个清凉正在从水被传递给你，它正在变成你身体的一部分，你的嘴巴正在碰触，你的舌头正在碰触，而那个清凉就被传递了，让它发生在你的整个身体，让它的微波散布开来，你将会感觉到全身有一个清凉，以这种方式，你的敏感度将会成长，你可以变得更活生生的、更被充满的。 我们遭到挫折、感觉空虚，我们一直在说生命是空虚的，但是我们就是它为什么空虚的原因，我们并没有填满它，我们并没有让任何东西来填满它，我们有一道装甲围绕着我们——一道防卫的装甲，我们害怕变成易受伤害的，所以我们继续在防卫，使外在的东西无法侵入，然后我们就变成坟墓、变成死的东西。 坦陀罗说：要活生生的、更活生生的，因为生活就是神圣，除了生活以外没有其他的神圣，要变成更活生生的，那么你将会更神圣，要完全活生生的，那么，对你而言就没有死亡。
