So the first thing is: never think in terms of compromise, but if you think in terms of contradictions and how to harmonize them, you will definitely think in terms of compromise, so what advice can I give you? The first thing is: always integrate within, don't think about any integration without, because you are the meeting point.When you are alone, you sit silently, in life you have to be active, you have to be involved.Stillness and involvement are polar opposites, but they meet within you.You are silent and you are involved. When he regained consciousness the next morning, he committed suicide immediately.You must have heard the word "seppuku". So when you are healthy, you have a sense of well-being, and bring that sense of well-being to a situation where you are sick or unhealthy.I want to tell you that that sense of well-being does not depend on health, that sense of well-being is an inner feeling, it does not depend on the body, even when you are sick, you can carry it. Someone asked: Why didn't you cry when he was alive?They said: It seemed very absurd, looking at his face, looking into his eyes, it looked as if he was about to enter a higher realm of being, as if death was just the door to the divinity, as if he was not about to die, but to be regenerated.He is not an old man, if you look into his eyes, he is a child, only his body is old. That happiness can be carried, even when you are very sick, you can maintain the inner happiness; another situation is what you know: even when you are perfectly healthy, you can feel unhappy, this is what you know!So this is also possible: when you are perfectly healthy but you feel miserable, when you are young and alive but inside you seem to be dying.The whole life seems like a heavy burden to you, a dead weight on you. You live, because you cannot not live, what can you do?You are alive, you are aware that you are alive, so you go on living, but life is not an ecstatic phenomenon for you, you are not joyful in it, you are not celebrating it. Such a great blessing! ——It was able to live.It would be wonderful to be alive and aware even for a moment, to live so long, so many lives...but you don't give thanks, because unless you celebrate, how can you feel anything Appreciation or any thanks? You are utterly young, utterly alive.But within there is pain, and in dying, a man who knows will carry bliss, and the laughter will come from within him, from the very core of his being. What I want to emphasize, what I absolutely want to emphasize, is this: you settle down, don't try to find any harmony in opposite extremes, you will never find it.If you try too much, you will be disturbed more and more because it is impossible! Another thing you asked about is: when you are with me, you feel a sense of well-being, you feel a sense of peace, you feel that everything is possible.That can also become a dependency, and then when you're not with me, things seem less likely, things don't seem to be in harmony, and you feel confused. When you are with me you feel peace because you are less, when you are with me, sit with me, there are moments when you become selfless, there are moments when you are not there, you are just With me, that barrier is broken, that wall disappears, and in that moment, I flow into you and everything seems possible. When you come home, when you leave me, your walls build up again, you are there, then things are not so beautiful, so try to understand what is going on, and when you leave me, take with it.
