The relationship between meditation and Qimai, the changes in Wenqimai and various phenomena of physiological reactions are generally as above. However, for many people who practice river meditation, their physiology and qi channels are not completely consistent.Since they are both human bodies and meditation, is it because of the different methods of getting started that the responses of the Qi mechanism will have different effects? There are two aspects to this month: (1) From the point of view of formal meditation and Taoism, there is really no other way except to respond in a regular manner through the "Ren" and "Du" channels.

(2) In terms of various factors such as physical strength, disease, or age and gender, the Qi channels and physiological responses are also different. As for the different reactions due to the different methods of starting, although there is a part of the relationship, it is not the main reason. For example: (1) Many people who learn to meditate often have body vibrations, and even change from internal vibrations to beatings of the whole body and limbs, or naturally do many different postures, such as Tai Chi movements. In the eyes of people who generally value mystical concepts, they think it is a magical, mysterious and inconceivable thing. In the past, some people who specialized in "Da Shenquan" started from this phenomenon. The so-called "Shenquan" of "Yihequan" in history, and even some people's practice of turning "somersault clouds" are also the consequences of misleading themselves and others from this phenomenon.

Actually, is this "mysterious"?no.This kind of effect is partly caused by psychology, and partly caused by physiological relationship, and the physiological relationship is still hinted by self-psychology.It happens because the mind is too intense during meditation, which causes tension in the nerves. Then the nervous tension is reflected to the effect of the subconscious mind, causing the internal nerves and muscles of the body to have a preliminary trembling response. After this response, the self-revelation of the subconscious mind will naturally enter the state of self-hypnosis. stimulate the nerves to vibrate.Because the subconscious mind plays a role of suggestion to the self, it is easy to cause the limbs and the whole body to make various similar and regular movements. But ordinary people, after having this phenomenon, can’t understand it, or are affected by the fatigue after the shock, and they are afraid of "fire demons" and give up meditation or Taoism. Some people think that they have obtained the "magic power" and just I am not tired of doing it, and I think I have the foundation of Taoism. Few people can reflect on this kind of situation. Movement occurs; on the contrary, the qi is at the beginning; it cannot enter the true track of the "Ren" and "Du" channels, but only flows smoothly between the muscles and tendons.

If the purpose of Criticism Meditation is only to strengthen the heart, or to achieve the "internal strength" of martial arts, then it can also be developed by it.If the aspiration is not here, then it is necessary to achieve the inner tranquility of the self and to imply the relaxation of the nerves and muscles, so that one can enter the state of stillness and tranquility "to a higher level". (2) Some people learn to meditate because of their existing physical ailments, such as lung disease, stomach disease, liver disease, kidney disease, or various similar nervous diseases. When he sits in meditation, he is likely to feel the qi movement in his body rolling around in every part.Roughly speaking, people with weak lungs and kidneys will often feel that the qi mechanism is rotating regularly on the left and right sides of the body.If there is a problem with the stomach, it will feel spinning in the abdomen. If there is a problem with the liver or heart, it is likely to feel that there is something blocked between the chest and the diaphragm, like a mass.If you can get through this feeling of stalking, you will suddenly see the light. However, it is more likely to have loose stools and mucus discharge.

In short, for example, Mr. Jiang Weiqiao, the author of "Yin Shizi Meditation Method".He started to meditate because of heart disease in his youth, so he wrote down the experience he gained during the meditation process in the book.So there are phenomena such as the rotation of the qi machine. This book can provide a reference for those who learn to meditate, but it must not be regarded as a golden rule, as a standard and unchangeable.
