How to practice Buddhism 南怀瑾 8198Words 2018-03-20
content summary. Knowledge and body. Knowing and thinking. The beginning of practice. Attention, false perception, object. A hypothetical demonic realm. Keep the spirit clean. Do not keep the spirit bright and clean. leak. Changes in Renmai. Push away the data today to make practical conclusions. Last time we mentioned that when we first sat down, we crossed our legs together, and during the first thought, there was no special effort to do kung fu, and this stage was relatively clean. We divide it into two parts: one part is perceptual, and the other part is sensory. The state of perception is biased toward the mind, the mind; the state of feeling is toward the body.

In terms of the five aggregates last time, a general explanation has been made.Later, a classmate raised an objection. He said, "Teacher, don't you usually say that knowing this "knowledge" is a problem, is it ignorance? Now in samadhi, if there is still a knowing, isn’t this knowing the biggest problem? Last time I said that knowing that you are scattered or drowsy does not belong to distraction or drowsiness, and you must maintain that knowledge. Now this classmate pointed out: the knowledge of knowing that one is scattered and one is pure should belong to non-existence, for example, doesn’t it say in the Heart Sutra that “without wisdom there is no gain”?

This question is very correct, and this knowledge is indeed a problem.Take the reality to study, for example, no matter whether we practice or not, our current knowledge is very clear, or we can sit there and get samadhi. However, there is a prerequisite: the life still exists, the body has not been destroyed, and the brain and nerves are still healthy, so it is possible to have a clear knowledge.Suppose our brain nerves are destroyed, will this knowledge still exist? If we die, or the brain nerves are destroyed, and this knowledge dies with the death of the brain nerves, then we have been teaching the Buddhadharma for a lifetime, have we not been deceiving ourselves for a lifetime? Then why bother to do such a kung fu?Investing a lifetime of time and energy into it is useless.

If we say that after the death of our brain nerves or body, this knowledge has another realm of detachment, then we can discuss this issue. This is a very real problem, and there is no need to explain it with the principles of Buddhism and Zen. Those explanations are too vain. You said, you must go there after you die, and others don’t have to accept your words, because you are living to say it now.How to be liberated after death? Then you said, when the time comes, you can prove it to us, but we can’t see it when you prove it to us, and you are dead, and we can’t find you, so what should we do with this proof? This is worth noting.

The knowledge that we are living now, the knowledge that the spirit is clear and pure, is formed by our physical body, four elements, and five aggregates in an absolutely healthy state. Here comes the problem. For example, people who practice Qimai in Taoism, or people who focus on Qimai practice in Tantric Buddhism, after cultivating Qimai, it is to keep the existing life absolutely healthy and pure, even beyond ordinary health and purity. Therefore, you have such a pure state because of your physical body, that is to say, this state comes from physiology and depends on the existence of life—the four major and five aggregates. If the four elements and the five aggregates are destroyed, and the purity and spirituality disappear, then this is not idealism.

If it is said that I was pure and clear at that time, and after leaving this physiological and physical world, I would still exist in another way. How to prove this statement is a major problem. At present, while we are alive, we have to maintain this knowledge at first.Of course, this knowledge is the pure side of the sixth consciousness, and this knowledge is also the sixth consciousness, not the ultimate. In other words, this knowledge belongs to "thinking" in consciousness-only aspect. This knowing, when we are in tranquility, we have the knowing of being pure and clear. When we are drowsy, we know drowsiness; when we are scattered, we know that we are scattered; This kind of knowledge is said in the Shurangama Sutra: "Knowing and seeing and establishing knowledge is the nameless foundation; knowing and seeing without seeing is Nirvana, pure and pure without leakage."

In the past, there was a Zen master who became enlightened by reading the Shurangama Sutra, and he saw this sentence. When he saw this, he suddenly had an inspiration, and added another punctuation point: "Knowledge and seeing are established, knowing is the root of ignorance; knowing and seeing nothing, seeing this is nirvana." This punctuation changed, and it became: There is a knowledge and vision, and a pure state exists. Those who know this purity are ignorance and delusions; if they know and see nothing, the realm of knowledge is empty, and even this knowledge is empty. Some people see this , is called enlightenment. He himself became enlightened because of this, so his Dharma name was later called "Poshurangama".

Now let’s talk about the kung fu of cultivating the certificate. As mentioned earlier, it is divided into two aspects, one is the perception aspect, and the other is the sensory aspect. Those who have already attained it, or anyone who has no experience at all, or even has no experience in meditation, where should they start to practice? The answer comes from the perception part. Those who have realized the Tao must go through this practice and then seek proof; those who have not realized the Tao need to go through this practice even more in order to seek real practice and real proof. The question is how to repair the certificate?First of all, we must take the knowledge of our sixth consciousness and fabricate a state of object, first fabricate a thing or state that can be grasped and grasped. Why is it called a fake?

Taking the place of consciousness-only in Buddhism, it is called mind. (Change the noun to make it sound better, so let’s learn Buddhism and Taoism, and don’t be fooled by the nouns) First, we must pay attention, such as chanting the Buddha’s name. Afterwards, after accepting this method, I will establish a Buddha name in my consciousness, which is intentional. It’s also good for people who learn Tantra to recite mantras, (almost all mantras have three basic sounds: um, ah, coax. om (mouth big electricity) now everyone pronounces it as "I", and the word a is pronounced as "ㄜ". Why? Evolved into this?

There's a reason we're leaving it alone for now. ) visualization, this is all attention, creating an object, even learning Zen to recognize Canhuatou, or even fully reaching the state of three-level support, all of which are the sixth consciousness. In the sixth consciousness, I think this is pure and empty.Even Tiantai sect's method of stopping, watching, listening to rest, or Avalokitesvara's ear root method, etc., all of these methods, when combined, are the "intent" of the five kasina of consciousness-only learning. The so-called "false establishment" of Tiantai sect refers to the "false view" of the three views of emptiness, falsehood and middle.False contemplation is to establish an object, which does not exist originally, and is created out of nothing. There is no such thing in the consciousness, but it is falsely established. This falsely established method has produced the 84,000 methods taught by the Buddha. For example, Taoism cultivates the upper dantian, middle dantian, and lower dantian. (Women must never keep the lower dantian. If you pay attention to the lower dantian, there will be serious problems. If a woman wants to focus on the body, she can only keep the middle dantian, that is, the chest. above.) and guarding the orifices, guarding the light, refining qi, and preserving thoughts, all of which are mindfulness, which are really 84,000 methods. But no matter what, first find an idea.

Especially some old cultivators here, who got a little income, got refunded halfway. The first thing in studying Buddhism is the last; the basic is the most profound; the first thought is also the last.We don't pay attention to this point, and often after gaining a little realm and a little understanding of the truth, we throw away the original one, don't look back, and start from the basics. Therefore, there is a saying in Buddhism: "If you become a monk as before, you will have more than enough to become a Buddha." The first thought: I want to become a monk. If I have been a monk for decades and have been as sincere as my first thought, I would have succeeded long ago.The same principle applies to practice, which basically lies in mindfulness, and one must first find an object to do mindfulness on. I often advise everyone to take the path of reciting Buddha Dharma, and practice according to the practice of the Sixteen Contemplation Sutras. It doesn’t matter whether you practice Zen, Pure Land, Esoteric Buddhism, or any other sect, it is the same. Hui. Seek to stop first, tie the sixth consciousness to an edge first, and seek to stop. Therefore, many people feel that they have realized this principle and think it is right. To be honest, if you check it out, your thoughts have never stopped, and they are all scattered. You must tie the "knowledge" of the sixth consciousness to a condition, and pretend this condition yourself, to see if you can do it. To "one thought for ten thousand years, one thought for ten thousand years." If you visualize Amitabha Buddha or Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva, choose one. If you can’t visualize it, you can visualize the bright light in front of the Foyin Hall, or the round light on the top, or the word "Wan" on the chest. First, grasp a little bit. This is false. stand. How do we cultivate?Three steps. First, according to the meditation posture, sit your body well. Second, train yourself to get rid of your own consciousness and all habits of thought, and get rid of them completely. (This sentence is easy to say, but difficult to do.) It doesn’t matter if it is ruled out, or it can’t be ruled out. Third, the consciousness conceives an object, of course it is best to think of a Buddha statue, a bright spot, and imagine an object placed in front of or on top of it, never moving. For example, if you visualize a ball in front of you, you forget about your body and only have this predestined relationship in your consciousness. If you think of this Buddha statue, oops! The Buddha smiled at me, or the Buddha touched my head, that was the second thought. You only need to think about a Buddha, or visualize a sun disc, or visualize a starlight, only this predestined relationship, one thought for ten thousand years, one thought for ten thousand years, this is called attaining tranquility and attaining samadhi.Without this kind of practice, your Dharma teaching is exactly the same as Shakyamuni Buddha, and it is useless. Can't resist life and death, can't get rid of reincarnation, can't transcend the ordinary and become holy. It also makes sense to think about it below. You say that it is disrespectful to meditate below. There are Buddhas in the ten directions and three times, and there are also Buddhas below. How can you call it disrespectful? There is a joke in the Laughing Zen Record: A child was in a hurry to urinate, ran into the main hall, pulled up his pants and urinated in front of the Buddha. The monk scolded him angrily, but he said solemnly: There are Buddhas in ten directions and three times, where do you want me to spread them? There was truth in the joke, but it wasn't a joke either. When I was studying Taoism, a young monk friend taught me a method of heretics——practice in emptiness. While reciting the Buddha's name, visualize your body sinking, and keep sinking.Although this is a heretical method, this method has saved many people with high blood pressure and people whose nerves are about to explode. When we meditate, especially those over middle age, the blood pressure will actually increase, because we are working hard, and we all go up. This method can be used to treat it. I went to learn everything back then, whether there is a way or not, I had to explore it from them. There is another method, which is good for people with high blood pressure, the elderly, sick people or people with insomnia.Sir, he didn’t think about anything in his mind, just read the word “empty” and went on emptying all the way, relaxing his nerves and relaxing his mind. Someone used this method to cure the nervousness. In short, no matter which path you take, you must first establish an object.Consciousness-only is called "Consciousness", and Tiantai School is called "false view". In other words, if you have succeeded in cultivating false visualization, it is related to the thought-generated body of the Lenga Sutra. It is useless for a person who learns Zen to realize the Tao if he does not understand the body.If you have realized the realm of emptiness, if you don’t know how to practice kung fu, if you don’t realize the mind and body, the emptiness you have realized is useless at all.So you have to find something. Now most people learn Zen, sit cross-legged and sit for half an hour or an hour. , not even as stubborn as empty. Therefore, in order to achieve success in practice, one must have a predestined relationship. This predestined relationship is the perception part, that is, the perception part of the sixth consciousness is predestined to one point.Assuming you are a person with great capacity and courage, just go on like this and you will be successful.Because this object includes the three stops and three views. First of all, this thought is created out of nothing, and it looks like a false view, which is intentional. After contemplating it, after forgetting the body and mind, and then emptying out the object of one's own fabrication, it is "contemplation of emptiness".That emptiness is not the emptiness imagined by our current consciousness, because the emptiness imagined by our current consciousness cannot be separated from the emptiness created by the brain and psychology. Before the contemplation of emptiness, the emptiness of letting go of all ties is the real emptiness. Then if there is emptiness, it will be empty, if there is something, there will be, and then turn it over, so that there is a dual fusion of emptiness. In terms of theory, it is called "Middle View"; in terms of reason, it is called being able to vacuum, and being able to truly exist; In short, you must go through this practice. But, again, the classmate said: This preliminary knowledge is caused by the sixth consciousness, not the ultimate. We can also put it another way, knowing this knowledge without being attached to this knowledge is the ultimate. It is for the Hinayana that this knowledge is not the ultimate; it is for the Mahayana Bodhisattva that this knowledge is the ultimate. It is for ordinary people to say that this knowledge is ignorance; it is for Da Enlightenment and Dazheng Bodhi to say that knowledge and ignorance do not matter. So much for the theory. Now let’s go back and talk about it, when we practice shamatha, we must cultivate the object, and the consciousness creates something. For example, the breath of fate, why should the heart and breath depend on each other? It is to turn the breath into an object. However, no matter where your predestined relationship is, there will be a real problem immediately, that is, your perception is always held by one thing, that is, feeling, by the feeling initiated by the yin. When we sit cross-legged, we are all feeling our bodies, our waists are sore, and our legs are numb; if we are more advanced, we feel that we are clean at this time; this cleanliness also comes from our senses. Most of us are dragged away by our feelings, plus we have read Taoism books and learned Tantric Buddhism, um, we are going to be with Jiaji; well, the gate of life has been closed; it is all the combination of knowledge added by the sixth consciousness the day after tomorrow, where is it? Create boundaries.Sitting in meditation is very busy, holding Taoist seminars, holding seminars on Qimai of Tantric Buddhism, and then I have to add annotations, add my own fantasies, add annotations to my fantasies, and take this as kung fu.When it comes to true practice, you must strictly examine your own thoughts, everyone should pay attention. You have to be firm on the object, not to be carried away by the feeling of the energy channel, if there is a little reaction in the body, you have to ignore it completely, this place needs to be liberated by wisdom. When you really achieve not being restrained by feelings, and when you can really ignore this feeling, the true Qi channel will come.At this time, the so-called Taoist principles of refining qi and refining qi to transform gods are the same as Maitreya Bodhisattva's adornment. Four plus lines. So Taoism has a name called "Nine Turns Returning Pills", which is equivalent to chemical refining, which needs to be refined nine times. "Nine" is not a rigid number. According to the concept of the Book of Changes, nine is the highest number, which means refining and refining, refining and refining.Repeatedly again and again, this illustrates the principle of repeated refinement. The state of our physical sensation is real, not false, but because people have read too many of these books, they are influenced by these concepts in their minds, so they cannot concentrate on the object of the conscious state. For example, a lot of people are sitting, seeking emptiness in one thought, sitting quietly, knowing that they have delusional thoughts, knowing that they are distracted, and knowing that they are drowsy. When there is distraction or drowsiness, we will know it; if there is no distraction and drowsiness, we need to know it. Keeping this forever is our object state, but we cannot do it. Sitting there and taking the path of empty mind meditation, you often know and know, what about purity? It seems to be pure, dizzy and dizzy, dizzy, and the delusions inside are also playing. Although there are no big delusions, small delusions come and go, and can never be stopped. So if you sit there for 10,000 years, you are not practicing Taoism. It can only be regarded as a meditation method for ordinary people to cultivate samadhi. We have a conclusion for those who fail to achieve success in meditation, that is, the object of their sixth consciousness has not been single-minded, so they cannot succeed at the beginning, and they cannot reach the first meditation. Don’t think that if you can sit quietly for several hours, the Qi channels will respond a little bit. Even if it is successful, useless, and unreliable, you will definitely regret it when it comes to life and death, because this is unreliable. no more.If this Tao comes from physiology, it is materialistic. However, Tao is absolutely ideal, and this problem is very serious. As mentioned above, when practicing kung fu, we must concentrate on the object state, that is, we must have an assumption about our psychological state. However, this assumption is also very troublesome, so I mostly advise people not to assume it, but to maintain their own sharp awareness.Because imagining is easy to cause problems, (don’t pay attention to the lower pubic region, women tend to cause bleeding when paying attention to the lower dantian, and men are prone to spermatorrhea.) Assumptions often cooperate with physiological changes and produce many illusions.Illusion is the magic realm, what light you see, what sound you hear, what smell you smell, etc. come here. Where did all these illusions come from? Those who study Buddhism should pay attention, they must study the teachings, and if they do not understand, they will not go wrong. In fact, any illusion is caused by the concepts existing in the subconscious of our alaya consciousness, and we don't know it.Everyone is different in the illusion, because the seeds of alaya consciousness brought by each person are different. Some people see demons, some see ghosts, and some see hallucinations from sounds. In fact, they are all ghosts in our subconscious, and it is difficult to check them out.The subconsciousness mentioned in general psychology is part of the sixth consciousness of Consciousness-Only School, and the seventh and eighth consciousness cannot be represented by subconsciousness.People who really have prajna wisdom can check it out as soon as they have illusions, and know that they come out of their subconscious mind, and there is nothing else. Therefore, Nagarjuna Bodhisattva's "middle theory" must be read: "All dharmas do not arise from themselves, nor do they arise from others. They are not without a cause, and they are called non-existence." For example, when we see an illusion, this illusion itself has no roots, and it cannot be born by itself; it is not that there are ghosts, demons, or Bodhisattvas deliberately conjured up for you to see.Non-symbiosis does not mean that something is formed from others; nor does it arise without a cause. Coexistence is about causation, and Buddhism talks about causation everywhere. The Shurangama Sutra says: "It is not about causation, nor is it natural." All dharmas do not arise by themselves, that is, they do not come from a natural force; nor do they have another master. The highest principle of Buddhism is: no master, unnatural. These are all aspects of views, and they also have relationships with fellow practitioners. I don't really agree with the active methods of ordinary people who practice Taoism or Tantric Buddhism, because in this era, the brain is already complicated enough. Now people's afflictions are different from those in the ancient times of peace and prosperity. Factors that easily cause physical and psychological turbidity can easily enter the magic barrier, so it is better to keep a clear and pure spirit, which is more secure. It is easy to keep the spirit clear and clear, as long as you keep it for the first time, but this is also the object, you have to keep this thought forever, don't fall into drowsy and distracting thoughts in the middle, just keep this knowledge. But with this knowing, the knowing is pure in the mind and the mind, and the knowing is maintained in the mind and the mind, and the knowing becomes a delusional thought. The first moment of knowing, that's it.If I keep reciting, I want to maintain a single awareness, then it is too much. Therefore, "knowledge and seeing are established, and knowing is the origin of ignorance; knowing and seeing nothing, seeing is nirvana." We know that this knowledge is pure, and after it is purified, we ignore it and pass it, isn't it right? If you keep thinking about the knowledge of purity, it is wrong again. After maintaining it like this, physical changes will inevitably occur. To be honest, the practice of the four meditations and eight samadhis step by step cannot be separated from this body. When it comes to physiology, I have already mentioned what are the disadvantages of learning Taoism and secrets, and what are the disadvantages of learning Zen. Conversely, neither is a problem. After understanding the principles, the way of Qimai is inevitable. But if you ask for a decision, the first thing to do is to not miss it. The scope of non-leakage can be divided into broad sense and narrow sense. In a broad sense, we are leaking all day long, seeing with our eyes, listening with our ears, and leaking from all six faculties. In the evil world of the five turbidities, the "turbidity of fate" of modern people is the worst.Lao Tzu said a very reasonable saying, "Five tones make people deaf, and five colors make people blind." Born in this sensual era, the speakers are brilliant, the lights are particularly colorful, and the TV is particularly good.As a result, more people became deaf and more myopic. On the contrary, they were not as good as the green oil lamps with only one stalk back then.I retreated in Mount Emei for three years, and I read the Tripitaka with three lamp grasses, and the monks said it was a waste. In this era, the more advanced the material civilization, the more turbid life is, and the more problems there are. Our six organs are all leaking, and the most important leak of the body root is the leaking pill. Not to mention that the problem of sexual attitudes in modern America is very serious. As for why we can’t attain samadhi when we cultivate the Dao, we can’t pass the question of sex, so we can’t get samadhi. The Shurangama Sutra repeatedly emphasizes that if the roots of lust are constant, if you want to achieve samadhi, it is like "steaming sand into rice", how can you succeed? Someone asked: According to recent scientific physiology, the sperm of men and women need to be metabolized just like other cells at a certain time.If it is not excreted, it will hinder the body. This is what modern medicine and hygiene say, but one thing to know is that there is no absolute conclusion in any science. A lot of scientific research is considered to be the truth today, but it will be overthrown tomorrow, so don't blindly believe in science. The Sixth Buddha of the Shurangama Sutra told Ananda: "If a person who continues to indulge in meditation is like steaming sand and stones, if he wants to become his rice, it will only be called hot sand after hundreds of thousands of kalpas. Why is this not the origin of rice, but sand and stones?" Therefore, practice is like steaming sand into rice if the root of lust is continuous. What is this root?In the past, there was a monk in Hangzhou, who was a famous Dharma master. People said that he had cut off his kinky roots. When he saw a lay girl or nun, he hugged them, and everyone didn't care.Because he used scissors to cut off his genitals in order to practice Taoism. How could this be a broken root? The root of sexual immorality does not refer to this, but the root of sexual immorality refers to the mind. This monk violated the precepts more than anyone else, which is very serious. Because he cut off his physical part, he messed around like this, and violated the precepts of sexual immorality all day long - sexual immorality. The root of so-called prostitution refers to consciousness. Once there is sexual desire in consciousness, there will be various consequences of missed alchemy.Generally, this omission is just a body omission. In fact, all six are leaking. Only by completely purifying this desire can we attain samadhi.Suppression is not breaking, like that monk is not breaking, the root still exists. But if you really want to cut off the root of sexual immorality, you must go to the Four Dhyana Concentrations before you can cut it off. So when you meditate, from the top of the head to the fingertips, every nerve is not happy, it is because of the dissatisfaction of essence, and it is because of the cause of leakage. When we sit and meditate, our body cannot be comfortable, our mind cannot be pure, our thoughts cannot be single-minded, and we cannot really attain concentration, all because of the leakage. Sometimes we are very pure when we meditate, because the six faculties are absorbed, and if there is less leakage, it will be better naturally. If we sit more slowly and do not leak, our physiology will naturally change. In my book "Cultivating the Tao through Meditation and Immortality", the Qimai process described must be passed through. This book only talks about the Governor Vessel, not the Ren Vessel. The Ren channel is the part of the autonomic nervous system, including the internal organs. If the Ren channel is opened, the central channel will also be opened. The Ren channel is more difficult to open than the Du channel. When the Ren meridian changes, the viscera and the six internal organs change places. If you don't understand the truth, you will be scared to death. This is also the role of idealism. It is said in the Buddhist scriptures that "the pulse relieves the heart and opens", which is true.It is very uncomfortable to untie the heart meridian, like being stabbed in the heart, but after opening it, it is really comfortable.Stomach qi is especially uncomfortable, as if the stomach is connected to the lungs and liver, and it is torn off by someone at once. When it is opened, it seems that the internal organs have been replaced. In other words, the functions of the heart, liver, spleen, lung, and kidney are gradually broken down, and the inside of you is slowly removed for you and replaced with a new one. After the conception channel is cleared, of course, the visualization of the object is still in a state of tranquility. This state of perception has nothing to do with our physical changes. Only then will we understand liberation. Assuming that due to various physiological changes at this time, we died on the spot, and our spiritual awareness sees our own changes, just as the Heart Sutra says: "Seeing that the five aggregates are empty", it doesn't matter, if you want to die, you will die. amazing. As long as we maintain the state of samadhi, and when the Ren channel is completely opened up, we can reach the real first jhana. Of course, Ren Mai Tong is not so simple, practice is ascetic. There is a term in Taoism called "burning repair", and practitioners are called "refining masters", just like exercising in fire. Ren Du's opening up of the two channels is different from the situation of the three channels and seven chakras mentioned in Tantric Buddhism. The three chakras and seven chakras are discussed separately. Our bodies hanging here are superfluous. In fact, our real life is one with this universe, this Dharma Realm, and this space, and it will exist forever. This body is just the third projection of life in this world. These belong to the practice of feeling, and the changes in physiology and the four elements are fixed step by step.Notice! The cognition that is attached to the object is always motionless, and the physiological changes come naturally. However, most people can't pass these many tests, especially modern people, who are afraid when they feel a little bit uncomfortable. For example, the stomach pumps up like a sack, it feels really uncomfortable. At this time, the ethereal state of mind does not change, and the physiology will change. This is the key point. If there is no samadhi at that time, the energy channel will not be unblocked, and the disease will not be cured, and the two must be separated to be liberated. If you mix the two together, you will never be able to get rid of birth, old age, sickness and death.Notice! Dingjing is still ethereal and has not changed. The stomach is not empty, and the Vishuddhi is blocked. If the throat and esophagus are not empty, it is impossible to get rid of delusions and troubles. Therefore, Tantric Buddhism says that those who have truly opened up the part from the throat chakra to the heart chakra can have no delusions, because they can no longer have delusions, and physiology and psychology are mutually causal. Ascetics and yin and yang families all know a saying: "The four phenomena and five elements are all borrowed from the soil, and the nine palaces and eight trigrams are inseparable from Ren". Stomach is soil, so I often advise everyone to do a good job in stomach. The so-called Renshui means refining without leaking pills. Therefore, once the stomach is unblocked, the Zhonggong Qi is unblocked. At that time, you will realize what Mencius said, "fullness is beauty".That is, the Yijing Kun hexagram, "Huang Zhongtong Li" ((Yuezuo) Li is the skin).Stomach qi is cleared, and "rightly occupies the body", which is what Mencius called "the awe-inspiring qi fills the space between heaven and earth", this is a real state. In short, the five internal organs and six internal organs belong to the scope of Renmai, and each function must be replaced. That's why the Taoist saying "reborn" is not a lie. Only when these energy channels are connected can one realize the true meditation of the first meditation—the first meditation realm of Mahayana.Everyone should cultivate well and not mess around. Generally speaking, the so-called qi channels and kung fu are just scratching the surface. The whole system has not been clarified, and I have not done the hard work but the hard work, the unbearable austerity. If you don’t practice asceticism, it’s not true kung fu. That kind of practice is just scattered, fragmented, and will never succeed, and will never prove the fruit. Due to time constraints, the three channels and seven chakras of tantra and yoga were not discussed.
