Life is a melody; existence is musical for many reasons. Existence is harmony; it is not chaos.It is not a state of chaos; it is a universe, a unity.It's so complex, it's so huge, but it's still unified.And life pulsates, from the lowest atom to the highest star.The wavelengths and frequencies are different, but the whole is one and pulsating harmoniously.Plotinus called it "the music of the celestial bodies."The whole existence is a kind of music.

Existence is also music in another sense.Yoga, Tantra and all the schools that have been doing the mysteries of the inner journey of human consciousness say that life is made of sound; existence is made of sound. Science is different, but not very different.Science says the elementary particle is electricity not sound.But science also says that sound is a pattern of electricity, a way of expressing electricity, that is, sound is composed of particles of electricity. Yoga says that the basic element, the basic unit of existence is sound, and electricity is a mode of sound.That's why we have the myth that fire can be created through sound.If fire (electricity) is just a combination of sounds, then fire can be created.

The difference between the scientific attitude and the yogic attitude is worth knowing.Why does science say that sound is nothing but electricity and yoga says that electricity is nothing but sound?Because science approaches existence from matter, and yoga approaches existence from life. The deeper you go into yourself, the more you discover a new world of sound and silence.When you get to the innermost core of your essence, you will find the voice of the unvoiced.That is what Hinduism calls Nad: Anahanad, the uncreated voice, that is your life itself.It is not created from anything, it is not made.it's there.It is cosmic.

Aum (Aum) is the symbol for that sound.If you go deep inside, you will hear the buzzing sound when the ultimate core is reached.That's not something you made.It vibrates right there.It is the basic element of life. The scripture says, "Listen to the song of life".But you cannot listen unless you have heard it in your own heart.Whatever you can see you have to see in your own mind first, otherwise you cannot see it, hear it.The basic experience must be inner.Only then can the outer be experienced. Whatever you know in the outer world is just a reflection or a projection.If you are full of love, the whole life will seem to be full of love.If you sit with your lover, the whole existence is unproblematic.Nothing wrong, nothing miserable.Because you are filled with a deep music, the whole being is also filled with a deep music.There is no discord within you; your heart feels a deep harmony.You and your lover or friend are so deeply one that this oneness spreads everywhere.

If you are in distress -- suffering, sadness, depression, the whole existence seems to be depression.That's you being depressed not being depressed.Existence remains the same, but the climate of your mind changes.Existing in a climate can look depressing.Existence in another climate seems celebratory.That is not the case; existence is always the same.But you are always changing, your mind is always projecting.Existence is like a mirror.You are reflected in the mirror. If you think that what you are interpreting are facts and not just projections, you will fall deeper into illusion.But if you can understand that that is not fact but a figment of the mind, then you can change.That is for you to decide, not for existence to decide.You can go through a transformation, an inner revolution can happen because now it's up to you.

If you are a chaos, the world can also be a chaos.If you are a universe, the world can also be a universe.If you are dead inside, the world can be dead; if you are alive inside, the world can be very alive.That depends on you.You are the world.Only you truly exist.Everything else is just a mirror. I remembered a story. A very powerful emperor, created a palace, a mirror palace.Everywhere in the palace are mirrors.The emperor was a very handsome man, and he reveled in his own beauty to such an extent that he was never attracted to anyone.He is a man with a narcissistic complex.He only loves himself, he thinks everyone else is ugly.In the end, he kept no one from entering his palace.He lived there alone, watching his own face reflected in every part of the palace.There were mirrors everywhere, with many, many reflections of his own face.

But gradually he got tired of it.He began to dislike himself.He looks at himself all day long.He is sick; he becomes sad and depressed.He became so lethargic that he was almost on the verge of death.He just had enough of himself. Then he suddenly remembered: "I created this palace by myself. I don't need to be here. No one forced me to be here." So he broke the mirrored wall with a chair.For the first time in years he saw the sky.It was a full moon night, and the moonlight shone in.It was a fresh, living world.He made contact with the world. He jumped out of his hell, out of prison.Now he's not lifeless and lifeless, he's off the edge of death.He started dancing, celebrating.He completely forgot about his face.It is said that he has not looked in the mirror since then.

This is what happens to each of us.That's not a story about some unknown emperor.That's your story.You live in a house of mirrors.When you look at your wife's face, what you see is not her real face.That is a projection.It is your own face that is reflected in your wife's face.When you look at a flower, you are not looking at the flower.What you are seeing is the psychological flower projected onto the real flower. Everywhere you carry your own mirror, your own imagination.Then of course you get tired, you are fed up with the whole thing, and you say, "Life is miserable." You say, "Life seems pointless." You say, "Suicide seems better. Life There seems to be no purpose. I can't go anywhere, I keep going in circles. It doesn't get me anywhere. Every day is the same, the same repetition."

But that is not because of the relationship that exists; it is because of your relationship.Throw away and smash those mirrors.Get out of your palace, out of your captivity, and don't look at the world through your mind, through your emotions.See the world with naked eyes and listen with naked ears.Don't let any mental state come between you and the world. This is what I call meditation: looking at the world without thinking.Then everything is new and new.Everything is always alive; everything is divine.But to get to this point you have to go deep, to penetrate your own heart; because the life sap is there waiting for you.You might call it "the elixir of life".It is waiting for you.

"In your natural nature you will find faith, hope and love.The man who chooses evil refuses to look within himself, covers his ears from the melody of his heart, and blinds his eyes from the light of his soul.He does it because he finds it easier to live in desire.But beneath all life lies a strong undercurrent that cannot be detected; in fact there is a great current.Find them out…. 』 "In your natural nature you will find faith, hope and love. ’ It’s these three things.If you can get in touch with your inner music, these three things will automatically blossom in you: faith, hope, love.But these words have very different meanings.They do not refer to the ordinary meaning we attach to them. When we say "believe" we mean faith.Faith is not "belief".Faith is something that is forced.Doubt is hidden, but you wrap yourself in belief and push the doubt inward. For example, you say, "I believe in God." What do you mean?Really no doubt?Doubt exists.Faith cannot remove doubt; faith can only conceal doubt.In fact you believe because you doubt.You are afraid of doubt.If you don't believe, if you doubt, you will feel inconvenient.Faith gives you convenience, comfort, comfort, comfort.You feel very at home.But belief is only a psychological, intellectual appearance.Behind it, doubt always lurks. In every belief you will find hidden doubts.If you say, "I strongly believe it," that means there is strong doubt behind it.Those who say, "I absolutely believe," have absolute doubt in their hearts.What is the need for faith?The need arises because doubt exists, and you find it inconvenient. That's why there are so many theists and so few atheists.But in fact, the world is full of atheists, and it is very difficult to find a theist; it is impossible.The whole thing is fake.People say they believe in God because it seems difficult and inconvenient not to believe in God.It's not good socially or formally. Not that they believe it.They doubt, they know they doubt, but they deceive themselves.Their lives are still untouched by their faith; their religion is still a Sunday religion.Their lives were not touched at all.On Sunday they go to church and pray as a social ritual, good manners.Then, out of church, they were the same people again.Six days they are impious; one day they are pious.Is that possible?Can you stay ugly for six days and be beautiful one day?Can you be a bad guy for six days and a good guy for one day?Can you possibly stay evil six days and then be holy one day?Is that possible? That is impossible.The seventh day must be a false day; the other six days are true.The seventh day is just a self-deception trick. Faith is false.That is helpful and useful, but also untrue. "Faith" is quite different.Faith means hidden doubt; "faith" means doubt disappears.That's the difference between the two. "Faith" refers to the disappearance of doubt.Faith is when doubt exists and you create a belief against it.You doubt God exists, but you say, "I believe." Because your wife is sick, and if you don't believe, who knows?God may exist.Or you are in danger of losing your job.Who knows?God may help you.If you don't believe in God, then He won't help you.That's an exploit; it serves a purpose to you.However, doubts remain. "Faith" refers to the disappearance of doubt.That is the absence of doubt.But doubt can only disappear when you have gained some inner understanding; understanding comes to you when no one gives you faith.When you have understood, the letter will appear. There is also "hope".This "hope" is not desire.This "hope" does not refer to hope for the future.It has nothing to do with the future.This "hope" simply refers to a hopeful attitude towards everything.That's about everything.It is an optimistic view, a hopeful attitude.Look on the bright side of things.You are hopeful no matter what happens, you are not depressed. Frustration only happens when you're looking at the wrong side.Everything has two sides: a wrong side and a right side.You can see the wrong side and you will be depressed; or you can see the right side and you will be happy.So, that depends. People without "hope" always look at the wrong things.The first thing he tried to find was the wrong thing.If I tell him, "This man plays the flute beautifully." He will first look at him and say, "No, I cannot believe that he can play the flute because he is a thief." What does that matter?A man can be both a thief and a good piper.But he would deny that possibility.He will say, "No, he cannot. He is a thief, a well-known thief. How can he be a good piper?" This is the mind without hope.If a mind is full of hope, if I say, "This man is a thief," he will say, "But how can he be a thief? He is a very good piper." How do you see things?Do you look at it with "looking" or without "looking"?Often, unless you are in touch with your inner music, you don't look at the world with a "look" attitude.Then everything is wrong, and whatever you do is wrong.And from every where, you get misery.You will become a misery expert.Anything can make you miserable. When you touch the inner silence, the inner music, you become hopeful; you become hopeful.You will see things as they are.You will always touch the innermost core of something, you will touch its heart.Then, there will be no frustration. And "love".In general terms, love is a relationship.But when you get in touch with your innermost essence, love becomes your state, not a relationship.It is not between you and others.It is now that you have become love.That's not a relationship.Even if you are alone, sitting under a tree, you will love.Alone, with no one around, you will still love. It's like a lonely flower growing on an unknown path.No one will pass there, but the flower will continue to spread its fragrance.That's the state of it.It is not that the king passes by it to emit fragrance.It's not that a beggar doesn't emit fragrance when he passes by it.If a beggar passes by, the flowers will give off a fragrance.It also emits a fragrance if a king passes by.If no one passes by, the flower will continue to spread its fragrance.Fragrance is the state of being of the flower.That's not a relationship. Our love is a relationship.When love is a relationship, it creates misery.When love is a state of being, it creates joy.A buddha is also in love, but he is not trying to love you.Just because he is what he is, the love will spread.Love becomes a fragrance that will spread to the far corners of the earth. These three qualities evolve: Faith, Hope, and Love.If all three are present, you don't need to do anything else.These three will take you to the ultimate heights of life and existence. "...you know that it is indeed within you.Go out there and look for it, and once you hear it, you'll be more ready to recognize it around you. 』 If you can feel your inner music, your inner truth, your inner faith, hope and love, you will begin to recognize it all around you.The whole universe will change for you because you have changed.Whatever you feel inside, you will feel those things around you now. The world is still the same; but when you change, everything changes.For you, your universe will be different.If you are rooted in divinity, the whole existence is also rooted in divinity.If you are rooted in evil, the whole universe is hell.That depends on you.It is you, the magnified version of you.
