至于到了楼上，怎么单独跟叫慈航的说话，又怎么看他写字，作画等等，她都不记得了，那天的脑子好像被一种叫雾的东西罩着，直到走也没清醒过来。至于楼下母亲跟那个长相凶恶的老男人说了什么，就更是不晓了。直到后来，有一天，母亲突然要她管那个老男人叫干爹时，她才明白，那晚，母亲带着她去，原是让她认干爹的。
母亲的本意很简单，生怕父亲万海波有了别的女人，她会受虐待，就想借这位干爹的光，让她多一层保护。

江宛音哪个组也不去，执意要跟万月在一起。她的理由堂而皇之，要跟万月姐姐学本事。
“扯淡，纯粹是扯淡。”罗正雄一急，又吼了起来。
“我怎么扯淡了，人家就是想跟万月姐姐在一起嘛。”
“那好，你自个去问，看她要不要你。”
“问就问！”江宛音一鼓嘴，赌气走了。
结果令罗正雄很意外，万月不仅痛快地答应，还亲自领着江宛音来找他：“你就把她交给我吧，我会尽力带好她的。”
“谢谢姐姐。”没等罗正雄开口，江宛音已亲热地亲了万月一口。望着两人亲密的样子，罗正雄怀疑自己的眼睛走了光。怎么可能，怎么可能嘛？“好，她要惹出什么事儿来，你负责！”
就这样，江宛音成了三组的测量员，这时节，三组的测量工作已很是紧张，江宛音几乎没休息，就背着挎包上路了。
三天后的傍晚，万月带的三组一分组在一座名叫马儿嘴的岭下安下营。一分组的测量速度最快，跑的点也最多，万月打算在马儿嘴休息一天，等等其他几个分组。深山中作业，相互之间不能拉得太开，以免遇到紧急情况互相增援不上。扎好营，布置好警戒，万月冲江宛音说：“你跟我来。”
“到哪去？”江宛音真是累了，连续三天，她都是跑点最多的，不跑由不得她，万月测多快，她就得跑多快，稍慢，万月的脸就黑了。她不想让万月挑出毛病，当初是讲好了条件的，一旦她不能适应这个分组，就要无条件离开。三天拼下来，她的双腿真是有点支持不住，真想倒草坪上，好好睡它一觉。
万月没理她，自顾自往前走了。江宛音愣了有几秒，翻起身，追着万月的步子去了。
夜幕很快降临，这是科古琴一天里最神秘最庄严的时刻，暮色如水一般漫过整个山脉时，你能听到松涛一般的轰鸣声，其实科古琴是没有松涛的，除了辽阔的草原，再就是各种杂生植被，那些植被，多的万月叫不上名字，但却能凭借着它们，判断出岩层的走向还有山体滑坡的可能性。这是进入大山必备的本领，要不然，你就会被貌似坚固的山体欺骗，一旦发生滑坡或遭遇泥石流，后果将不堪设想。
江宛音追了一阵，撵上万月。“万月姐姐，你要带我去哪？”
万月还是不说话，今天看上去她有心事。两人闷声走了几步，来到一片灌木前。寻眼望去，远处的山岭下，泛出点点亮光，江宛音心想，那一定是美丽的塞里木湖。
“能告诉我，为什么要到特二团来吗？”万月突然问。
江宛音有点紧张，她为什么要问这个？
“不敢回答？”
“敢！”
“那告诉我。”
“可以，不过你得先告诉我，为什么想知道这个？”
万月没想到，江宛音会将她一军，一时，有点回答不了。江宛音并没难为她，很是坦诚地说：“我是为正雄哥来的。”
“这我知道。”
“知道你还问？”
“我是想知道，为什么一定要进我这一组？”
江宛音认真想了想，如实道：“听说他喜欢你，所以……”
“喜欢我？”一直冷着脸的万月突然笑出了声，夜幕
