What percentage is appropriate; (2) what percentage of food-deficient households (calculated based on a monthly shortage of grain), what percentage are self-sufficient households, and what percentage are surplus-grain households; (3) In terms of the supply of grain households, what percentage are the households who are really short of grain that should be supplied, and what percentage are the households that are falsely short of grain that should not be supplied (excluding revolving grains).
