老黄：后来我们没事时打个小牌，认识一些同乡，他们想挖点钱，我不肯破财消灾，就被整起冤枉来，被诬告三十四年农历七月间，在共产党占领下的莱阳绕岭区，干过共产党的指导员；后来派到辇至头村地方，干过共产党的小学教员。就凭这点单薄的人证和罪名，就被警备总部军法处初审判决“死刑，褫夺公权终身”了。Faucet!快救命啊（大哭，又磕起头来）！ 龙头：好了，起来（扶他），不许哭、不准哭！ 余三共：龙头是这里老大，他是狠角色，他不喜欢别人哭。哭是窝囊废，并且哭会传染给别人，老大规定不许哭、不准哭，每个人都要笑。 老黄：好，我笑，我笑，只要龙头救命，我笑就是了，我笑就是了（装笑不成，掩面大哭）。 余三共：（指着老黄）你被判死刑，说你是共产党，看你这副模样，共产党要吐血了。你见过共产党吗？ 老黄：我们在家乡，人人都一样，谁知道谁是共产党啊？不敢说见过，也不敢说没见过，共产党三个字，也不会写在脸上。 余三共：现在让你见识见识，我就是共产党。 老黄：（惊讶）你这么年轻，就是共产党？ 余三共：（得意）就凭我年轻，才是共产党。老油条就不会做共产党了。 老黄：你也杀人放火吗？ 余三共：有机会杀坏人也会杀，放火也一样。可惜还没有机会，就给抓进来了。奇怪，什么不好说，偏说共产党杀人放火？ 老黄：不是我说的，是政府说的。 余三共：你还这么听政府的，他妈的政府都给你挂上脚镣了。 老黄：唉，我们只是小百姓、老百姓，他们怎么说，我们就怎么听，那敢反对呀？ 余三共：那你就不要麻烦龙头帮你写上诉状，上诉就表示不服，就是反对政府。 老黄：天哪！不反对就送掉老命了。 余三共：所以呀，要保命就得反对政府，因为政府要你的命。所以，为了保命就要做共产党。 老黄：你这位小哥，你把俺弄糊涂了。俺正好相反，因为被当成共产党才眼看要送命啊！ 余三共：这就是这政府可恶之处，你不是共产党，它硬说你是，要你的命，所以，一不做二不休，干脆做共产党吧！ 老黄：我已经做了，在调查局，我被打三天三夜，叫我承认我是共产党，我受不了，只好招了，承认我是共产党。 余三共：所以，你的入党仪式是在国民党的调查局做的。 老黄：谁说不是啊？我是被当成共产党给抓进来以后才变成共产党的。 龙头：其实你老黄别懊恼吧，有人是调查局的，也在调查局变成共产党呢。 老黄：谁啊？ 龙头：远在天边，近在眼前。这位调查局的，就住过这第十一房，就是你的前任共产党，他是调查局的处长呢，专门抓共产党的。最后自己也被当成共产党，给枪毙了。 老黄：他是真的共产党吗？ 龙头：假的。但口供上自己招了。 老黄：既然是假的，那他为什么招了？ 龙头：他能不招吗？正因为是行家，所以他会先招了，招了再说。Why?告诉你为什么。这十一号囚房，我住了五年了，前后有不少过客，有一天来了卡车司机老吕，他被当成抢犯，抓到调查局，办案人员办案，刑求他，不但要他承认这次抢案是他干的，还要他承认其他许多破不了的悬案，也是他干的。老吕说：“我承认这么多，岂不要被判死刑？”办案人员说：“你签字承认了，也许死，也许不死，但那是以后的事，你还有机会去打官司，救回一命；你若不签字承认，今天就要你死！”老吕只好一一承认。后来老吕被判死刑，求我帮他喊冤，我帮他一阵，总算以无期徒刑定谳，暂保了一条老命。老吕说：“那些狗可不是说着玩的，他们真能把你当场打死，然后谎报你畏罪自杀。”看到了那么多不明不白死在调查局的例子，我相信老吕的话，我相信真可以把老吕当场打死。老吕一一自诬是对的，招了再说，置之死地而后生或死，总胜于先被打死啊！老吕跟我说他的故事，愈说愈气，馀怒未消，把棉被卷成一团，坐在地上，一边搥棉被，一边大喊：“调查局，利嘎西郎（你家死人）！调查局，利嘎西郎！”旧派心理学家喜欢谈“本能”问题，凡遇到无法解决的主题，都列为“本能”问题含糊带过，有人以“毯子学说”blanket theory讥笑他们，因只能遮盖问题而不能解决问题。看到这土头土脑的台湾人老吕，竟能如此用棉被解决问题，真可成立“棉被学说”了。所以我说，这处长招了再说，是行家手法，不招就先死在调查局了。 老黄：奇怪，奇怪。我在调查局被刑求要我招认是共产党时，有一次，一个身材高大、相貌堂堂的人进来巡视，我的冤狱就是他主持的，但后来听说他本人才是共产党，也给抓起来了。 龙头：你说这人身材高大、相貌堂堂，是不是戴很厚的黑边眼镜？ 老黄：是啊！好厚好厚的黑边眼镜。 龙头：听说他姓什么吗？ 老黄：好像姓史不是什么的。 龙头：对了，就是他！他的案子速辦速决，立刻送军法，前后几个月，就给枪毙了。 老黄：枪毙了？ 龙头：枪毙了。不知为什么，他的案子速度特别快，我猜是他知道得太多，怕夜长梦多，先给打掉了。 老黄：他就是你说的住过这十一房的同一个调查局处长吗？ 龙头：就是这么巧！就是这么冤冤相报！it's him!整人者人亦整之，有老共，一起假，他反倒后来居上，先给枪毙了。 老黄：（突然大哭）哎呀！那俺可怎么办？俺也要被枪毙吗？他说人共产党的，都躲不掉，要被当成共产党，俺这种被人说的，还躲得掉吗？what!龙头救命啊！ 余三共：其实，老黄同志啊，何必要龙头救你呢？想想看，弄假成真，真的做个堂堂正正的共产党，也不错啊！ 老黄：别！do not!do not!小哥啊！do not!共产党是你们做的，不是俺们做的，圣人才能做共产党，俺们只是凡人。 龙头：三共啊，老黄这话可说得满有学问呢，他说得对，圣人才能做共产党，凡人做起来就有点问题。想想中国共产党的创始人，当年北京大学文科学长陈独秀吧，他是五四时代的代表人物，不过，你别忽略了，他们其实也在摸索中前进，所以矛盾时出。以急先锋陈独秀为例，他气壮总胜于理直。他大刀阔斧论古典主义之当废，但却同时盛誉古典主义而不自知；他明白宣布“相信尊重自然科学实验哲学”，但却误以为唯物辩证法是科学；他说实验哲学和辩证法的唯物史观是近代两个最重要的思想方法，并希望两者能成为联合战线，其实是完全错误的。辩证法是达尔文演化论成立以前的玄学，实在不是什么科学，但是陈独秀却不知道，他的徒子徒孙也不知道。陈独秀后来带头替中国选择了共产主义，共产主义的理想是美丽的、伟大的、无懈可击的，并且是古往今来志士仁人的一贯好梦。《礼记》中“力恶其不出于身也，不必为己”，岂不正是共产主义的“各尽所能”吗？“货恶其弃于地也，不必藏于己”，岂不正是共产主义的“各取所需”吗？但是，把这么伟大的圣人才能做到的境界，施之于匹夫匹妇，可得多下工夫。共产主义祖师爷马克思早在一八六五年就完成《资本论》初稿的最后两卷，但他不让恩格斯看，事实上，他在第三卷中，已经动摇了他在第一卷中劳动价值的论据。他在一八七二年海牙大会的讲演中，也有“我们不否认有些国家如英国、美国，甚至荷兰的劳工们，可用和平方法达到目的”的石破天惊之言，可见马克思本人，对马克思主义，也不无疑义。恩格斯一八九○年写信给舒密特，提到马克思曾自讽的说：“我所知道的就是我不是一个马克思主义者。”由此可见，此马来头大，固有自知之明者也。如今一个世纪下来，马克思所预言的资本主义，依然逍遥健在，而共产主义亦不得不明暗之间，走资以求繁荣，可见教匹夫匹妇去做圣人，志士仁人实有力不从心之苦。 老黄：刚才小哥说他是共产党，那龙头也是共产党？ 龙头：我不是，我是自由主义者。 老黄：什么是自由主义者？ 龙头：（笑）自由主义就是自自在在由我自己决定少吃酱油的主义。自由主义者在精神上信共产党，在肉体上信资本家。并且相信从资本主义的手段，最后才能达到共产主义的目的。 老黄：龙头说得太深了，俺是粗人，听不懂。只是俺奇怪，小哥和我都因为说是共产党坐牢，龙头你为什么坐牢？ 龙头：原因很简单，我写文章写出祸来，可是政府不愿背迫害言论自由的罪名，因此让我背个搞“台湾独立”的罪名。我这根本反台独的人，居然戴着台独的帽子入狱，真荒谬绝伦，我宁愿做匪谍呢！结果，在这台独案中，我被派定为五委员之一，也就是五巨头之一。最后，案子移送到军法处前，办案人员才发现，我这台独大员，根本不会说台湾话，甚至“听莫”、听不懂台湾话，如今成了“台独先烈”，未免滑稽。我跟他们开玩笑说：“没关系、没关系，英国国王乔治第一根本不会说英文呢，他是从欧洲大陆过去的，不会英文都能做英国皇帝，我不会说台湾话却做上台独大员，又算什么啊？” 余三共：你还有心情跟他们开玩笑？ 龙头：为什么没有呢？在重要关头、在紧要关口，一个人能保持开玩笑的幽默气度，是一种轻松、一种纾解，也是一种反抗。我举个例，我被刑求的项目中，有一项拶指。他们把三支原子笔夹在我左手四根手指中间，再强行用我的右手紧握四根手指。（做手势）并对我说：“看哪！这不是我们折磨你，是你自己的右手在使你的左手痛苦，所以不能怪我们。”我笑笑，说：“我不怪你们，也不怪我的右手。”他们急着问：“你怪什么？”我说：“我怪原子笔。”你想想看，当时我这种开玩笑的
