In fact, this kind of picture often appears in our life and work.We always hear words such as "my...", "my idea", "my thought" and so on, and even defend these "my..." to the death, and do not allow others to express any different opinions on it.The prophets said "the world of great unity, the world is one family" does not refer to the material world, but in the material world, everyone's body is independent, and our spiritual world is interlinked and integrated. You have me, and I There is you in it, because the spirit is indivisible.Understand this truth, in our work and life, there will be less "mine", "you must" and other words that lack the spirit of negotiation.

People adopt an attitude of rejection and non-cooperation towards people from different systems and backgrounds, which is also the root cause of conflicts and disputes.We need to break down these barriers that prevent our spiritual world from communicating, only in this way can we make progress, and this kind of progress is a common and overall progress, and it is the spirit that drives the material world to progress together. Consultation can eliminate barriers and conflicts, and only consultation can bring about a happy future for mankind.Almost all conventions that take care of the well-being of the majority of human beings are the result of consultation; all truths that have become the consensus of all mankind and have universal value are also the result of consultation.The more people who participate in the consultation, the more universal the value of the agreement reached.People in the same era can negotiate face to face and reach a treaty that benefits everyone; while people in different eras can also complete the negotiation through spirit.For example, I am reading at this time, and I am negotiating with Confucius.The excellent culture of a nation develops through inheritance, which is the result of consultations between the later generation and the previous generation.
