They always hope that the audience will agree with their point of view, resonate with their own feelings, and share their happiness and sorrow together.They are audience-centered, not ego-centered, because they understand that the success or failure of their presentations is not determined by them, but by the heads and hearts of their audience.

At one point in my many years of teaching, I relied on the tenets of the textbook.I only know how to copy the habits my teachers have instilled for many years, but it turns out that they have not broken through the ethos of ostentatious lectures.I will never forget the first speech class I took. During the frugality movement, I went to the American Banking Institute New York branch to give a speech class. I trained a group of students. One of them had a serious problem. When he did it according to the method I asked, he really aroused his strong enthusiasm for this work and made his blood boil during the speech. He felt that he was shouldering a heavy responsibility.When he went out to speak, he always infected his audience with words of conviction, he told them about the advantages of frugality, and told people that he would like to help them.He ceased to be a mere speaker of facts and became a good preacher, striving to convert the people to the faith of thrift.
