Wang Bingxiang (1916-1993), born in Juyi County, Shaanxi Province.Born in Ning County, Gansu, he used to be named Wang Dongping.He joined the Communist Party of China in his early years and served as the head of the Organization Department of the Xinning County Committee of the Communist Party of China. In 1934, he served as the captain of the Red Army Unit 1 of the Third Route Guerrilla Zone Headquarters on the Shaanxi-Gansu Border, and led the team to fight in the Zhaojin Revolutionary Base Area.Anti-Japanese War period.He once served as the deputy director of the Organization Department of the Guanzhong Prefectural Committee of the Communist Party of China, the political commissar of the First Brigade and First Regiment of the Guanzhong Security Guard and the Political Commissar of the Western Front Command, and the head of the Propaganda Department of the Guanzhong Prefectural Committee of the Communist Party of China.After the founding of the People's Republic of China, he served as Secretary of the Longdong Prefectural Committee of the Communist Party of China, Director of the Organization Department of the Gansu Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Gansu Provincial Party Committee, Vice Governor of Gansu Province, and Chairman of the Gansu Provincial Political Consultative Conference.He was elected as a member of the Disciplinary Committee of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, a representative of the 13th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, director of the Gansu Local History Compilation Committee, president of the Gansu Poetry Society, a representative of the Second National People's Congress, a member of the Sixth National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, and a member of the Standing Committee of the Seventh National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.

He died in Lanzhou in August 1993 at the age of 77.
