Ma Peixun (1907-1984), a native of Xiaoyi County, Shanxi Province. He participated in the revolution in 1931 and later joined the Communist Party of China.Participated in the establishment of the Shanxi Guerrilla Team of the Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army, and later served as the squadron leader of the Shaanxi-Gansu Guerrilla Squadron of the Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army's Shaanxi-Gansu Guerrilla Team, and director of the Political Department.After the Shaanxi-Gansu guerrillas of the Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army were reorganized into the 26th Army of the Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army.He moved to the Zhaojin Revolutionary Base with the army and participated in the establishment of the Zhaojin Revolutionary Base in Shaanxi-Gansu Bian.He later served as Chairman of the Soviet Government in Northern Shaanxi, Chairman of the Provincial Trade Union Committee, Secretary of the Jiangxi Provincial Special Committee of the Communist Party of China, Political Commissar of the Eighth Route Army, Secretary of the Seventh Division of Shanxi and Suizhou and Commander of the Division.After the founding of the People's Republic of China, he served as the director of the Labor Bureau of the Shanxi Provincial People's Government.

After 1951, he served as the chairman and party secretary of the Shanxi Provincial Federation of Trade Unions. In 1955, he served as the vice chairman of the First Mechanical Trade Union and the executive committee member of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions. After 1958, he served as deputy secretary of the Supervisory Committee of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, president of the High Court of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, and vice chairman of the CPPCC of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. Died of illness in 1984.
