Lei Enjun (1903-1985) was born in Anding (now Zichang), Shaanxi Province. He joined the Communist Party of China in 1925 and participated in the Qingjian Uprising in September 1927. He was one of the leaders of the Shaanxi-Gansu guerrillas. After 1934, he served as Chairman of the County Soviet Military Commission, Chief of the Queue Section of the Central Revolutionary Military Commission, Chief of Staff of the Security Command of the Guanzhong Division, and Chief of Staff of the Security Command of the Trilateral Division.After the founding of the People's Republic of China, he successively served as the director of the Labor Bureau and the director of the Industry Department of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, the director of the Gansu Provincial Supervision Department, the deputy secretary of the Gansu Provincial Supervisory Committee of the Communist Party of China, and the vice chairman of the Gansu Provincial Political Consultative Conference.

Died of illness on March 13, 1985.
