Yang Zaiquan (1905-1963), formerly known as Zhongjie, courtesy name Jingmin, was born in Yangjiahe, Sigou Township, Yaoxian County. From 1923 to 1926, he studied in Weibei Normal University in Sanyuan. Inspired by the new ideas of the May 4th Movement, he read many progressive books and periodicals and yearned for revolution. Called by Qu Wu in Sanyuan in May 1926, he joined the Chinese Kuomintang.In the winter of that year, Huiyao County established the Kuomintang temporary party headquarters and the agricultural association organization, and served as a member of the party department and was responsible for the work of the agricultural association.

Introduced by Li Yuexian in May 1927, he joined the Communist Youth League of China.After the failure of the Great Revolution, he lost his organizational relationship, but he often had contact with Zhang Bangying, Ren Langhua, and Zhang Zhongliang. Introduced by Zhang Bangying in 1930, he joined the Communist Party of China and worked in the White Army under the leadership of the Shaanxi Military Commission.After his identity was exposed, in May 1931 Zhang Zhongliang, Chen Xueding, and Cao Wen from Tongyi established the Yaoxian Special Branch of the Communist Party of China and served as members of the special branch.The following year, the party organization launched the "handover to farmers" movement.In Nansanbao (Confucian Society, Dingjiagou, Qijiapo), he led the peasants to fight local tyrants and distribute grain, and led the famous Nansanbao peasant uprising.After the failure of the riot, in January 1933, he was organized and sent to the Zhaojin Revolutionary Base to join the 26th Red Army.In June of that year, he was transferred to the Shaanxi-Gansu border to appoint the Secretary-General, responsible for drafting and receiving documents such as drafting documents and copying mimeographs.

In September 1933, he participated in the defense of Xuejiazhai.After the fall of Xuejiazhai, along with Zhang Xiushan, Wu Daifeng moved from the back mountain. In 1936, he studied at the Central Party School in Yan'an. After graduation, he successively served as the head of the United Front Work of the Chunyao County Committee of the Communist Party of China, the secretary-general of the Guanzhong District, and the manager of the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region Trading Company.After the founding of the People's Republic of China, he successively served as the deputy director of the Northwest Electric Power Bureau, the deputy director of the Shaanxi Provincial Health Department, and the director of the Teaching and Research Office of Traditional Chinese Medicine of the Fourth Military Medical University. He died in Xi'an in 1963.
