Yang Wenmo (1912-1972), was born in Yangjiagou, Nanxiang, Shenshi County, Shaanxi.When I was young, I went to primary school run by Shishi Cun Ancestral Hall. At the beginning of 1927, he entered Shamao Town Model Primary School. In October 1928, he transferred to Yingpan Town Senior Primary School and soon joined the Communist Party of China. In the spring of 1929, he entered Yushi Middle School. In 1931, he used his identity as a teacher to engage in revolutionary activities in Liujiawan Primary School. In September 1932, he joined the Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army, served as a member of the Party Committee of the Second Regiment of the 26th Army, political instructor of the First Company, and technical secretary of the Regiment Headquarters, and participated in the struggle to establish and consolidate the Zhaojin Revolutionary Base.

In May 1933, after the failure of the Red Twenty-Sixth Army going south, it fought arduously against the enemy with Liu Zhidan and Wang Shitai, and moved to Xi'an to serve as the temporary secretary of the Municipal Party Committee. In May 1934, he was transferred to the political commissar of the third detachment of the northern Shaanxi guerrillas.In September of the same year, the third detachment was reorganized into the third regiment of the independent division of the Red Army in northern Shaanxi, and served as the political commissar of the regiment. After the Central Red Army arrived in Wayaobao in northern Shaanxi in October 1935, he was transferred to be the Minister of the Supply Department of the Military Department of Northern Shaanxi Province. In early 1937, he served as the Chief of Staff of the Independent Division of the Shen (City) Mansion (Valley) Red Army.During the Anti-Japanese War, he served as the chief of staff of the Sixth Regiment of the 120th Division of the Eighth Route Army.

At the end of 1937, he entered the Chinese People's Anti-Japanese Military and Political University to study, and left school early in March 1938.Served as Chief of Staff and Commander of the Shenfu Military Division of the Security Command of the Eighth Route Army Remaining Corps. Since May 1941, he has served as the deputy head and head of the Fourth Security Regiment. From July 1943 to March 1945, he studied calligraphy at the Second Department of the Party School of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.After the victory of the Anti-Japanese War, he was transferred to the Northeast.

In early 1946, he served as deputy commander and chief of staff of the Thirteenth Military Division of the Eastern Jidong Military Region. Since December 1947, he has served as the deputy chief of staff and chief of staff of the Eastern Jidong Military Region. In the spring of 1949, he served as the captain of the Southward Brigade of the Eastern Jidong Military Region. In July, he went to Changsha, Hunan Province, and was assigned by the 12th Corps to the Chen Mingren Uprising Force as a party representative.After the founding of the People's Republic of China, he served as chief of staff of the 53rd Army of the 21st Corps of the Chinese People's Liberation Army.

In March 1951, he served as the deputy commander of the Central South Military Command of the Chinese People's Liberation Army. In August of the same year, he was transferred to the deputy chief of staff and chief of staff of the Central South Military Command Naval Command, and the chief of staff of the South China Sea Fleet of the Chinese People's Liberation Army Navy. From August 1956 to August 1958, he studied at the Nanjing Military Academy of the Chinese People's Liberation Army. From November 1958 to November 1959, he served as the Deputy Director of the Training Department of the Chinese People's Liberation Army Naval Command.

From January 1960 to October 1961, he served as the head of the Mobilization Department of the Chinese People's Liberation Army Naval Command. In November 1961, he served as the deputy director of the Navy Logistics Department of the Chinese People's Liberation Army. In September 1962, under the instructions of the General Political Department, he served as the deputy director of the editorial office of the Northwest Red Army War History of the Lanzhou Military Region, and participated in the compilation of the Northwest Red Army War History. In 1965, he continued to work in the Naval Logistics Department.

Died in 1972. In 1955, he was awarded the rank of Taizhi of the Navy, and Zeng Pu was awarded the Second Class August 1st Medal, the Second Class Independence and Freedom Medal, and the First Class Liberation Medal.
