Gong Fengchun (1908-1978), a native of Chenggu County, Shaanxi Province. He joined the Communist Party of China in 1930 and was later sent to Wang Taiji's department. On July 21, 1933, after Wang Taiji's uprising, he served as the director of the Political Department of the Northwest Anti-Japanese Volunteer Army, and entered the Zhaojin Revolutionary Base with the uprising troops.Later, he served as the director of the Political Department of the 26th Red Army, the director of the Propaganda Department of the Shaanxi-Gansu Border Special Committee of the Communist Party of China, the organization director and propaganda director of the Jinsui Branch of the CPC Central Committee, etc.After the founding of the People's Republic of China, he served as the third secretary of the Party Committee of the Western Sichuan District of the Communist Party of China, the vice chairman of the Sichuan Provincial Political Consultative Conference, the first deputy director of the Organization Department of the Southwest Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the deputy branch chief of the Central Senior Party School, and a member of the Standing Committee of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.

Died of illness in Beijing on December 1, 1978.
