Prince Cheng's palace is divided into old mansion and new mansion. The old mansion of Prince Cheng is located in the north of Xidajie Road in today's Ping'anli.According to historical records: "The old mansion of Prince Cheng is in Guanyuan." (Volume 4 of "Xiaoting Xulu") Guanyuan is the site of today's Beijing Children and Youth Activity Center. In the forty-eighth year of Kangxi (1709), Yunzhi was granted the title of prince, and experienced the ups and downs of the late Kangxi period and the storms of the Yongzheng New Deal in these two mansions.

The new residence of Prince Cheng is located at the site of Jishuitan Hospital (from "The Complete Map of Qianlong's Capital")

In June of the sixth year of Yongzheng (1728), Yunzhi asked Su Keji for a bribe. He was ordered to surrender to the king of the county, and he was blamed on Hongsheng, who was imprisoned by the clan's mansion. As a result, Prince Cheng Yunzhi's family moved out of Prince Cheng's Mansion (the old mansion). It was given to Emperor Kangxi's 21st son Shenjun Wang Yunxi. In February of the eighth year of Yongzheng (1730), Yunzhi was granted the title of prince again. Now that Fujue is the prince and the original mansion has been given to King Shenjun, a new mansion for Prince Cheng will be built. Therefore, a new residence of Prince Cheng was built in Jiang's house in Deshengmen.

The new residence of Prince Cheng, Prince Li Zhaolian recorded in "Xiaoting Xulu" that Prince Cheng's "new residence is in Jiang's house", which is Jiang's Yangfang Hutong, which is now the site of Jishuitan Hospital (now No. 31, Xinjiekou East Street, Xicheng District) .Judging from the "Complete Map of Qianlong's Capital City", Jiang's house is Jiang's raised house outside Xinjiekou. The mansion starts from Shuiche Hutong in the east, Guangze Hutong in the west, Weikeng in the south, and the south bank of Jishuitan in the north, covering a large area.Prince Cheng's new residence is divided into east and west.

Prince Cheng’s Mansion is divided into two parts: the palace and the garden. The picture shows the existing buildings
The west is the palace. In the ninth year of Shunzhi (1652), Prince Ding's Mansion was regulated: Prince's Mansion, the base is ten feet high, surrounded by walls. There are five rooms wide at the main entrance, and three open doors. The main hall is seven rooms wide, with stone railings around the front wall. There are nine rooms in each of the left and right wings. The apse is five rooms wide. There are two layers of bedrooms, five in each. The back building has one layer, with seven rooms on the upper and lower sides. From the back hall to the building, there are wide verandahs on the left and right. (Volume 869 of "Guangxu Daqing Huidian Cases")

It is also stipulated that the golden nails on the gate are nine vertical and seven horizontal; the main entrance, hall and bedroom are all covered with green glazed tiles; Prince Cheng's permission to benefit the new mansion should basically comply with the regulations. The east is a garden. There are pavilions, towering ancient trees, dotted with rocks and surrounded by earth and mountains in the garden. There is a lake in the park, and in the lake there is a small island of earth and rocks, and the water of the lake is drawn from the Jishuitan.Today, in the Jishuitan Hospital, there are still lakes, stone bridges, rockery, double buildings, flower halls, pavilions and so on.

After Prince Cheng seized the title, was confinement, and died of illness, the place belonged to Princess Zhuang Jinggulun, the fourth daughter of Emperor Jiaqing (the same mother and sister of Emperor Daoguang), who married the Mongolian Tumotmani Badala County King. After the change, until the Republic of China. The remaining water pool garden of this palace now adds a beautiful landscape to Jishuitan Hospital.
