His style reminded me of the emperors of the Six Dynasties who believed in Buddhism in ancient times. ，一个也不少杀。幸亏我不信佛教，我若信了，看到这票制造冤狱的法官也佛来佛去，我一定逃之夭夭，宁愿改信个摩门教！ 这一冤狱，我曾以再审寻求救济，但是与林晃、黄剑青、顾锦才同属“高院”刑庭的法官王瑶、陈健民、吴谦仁以裁定驳回了它。官官相护，我一点也不惊异。这个案子在林晃、黄剑青、顾锦才还没做成冤狱前，因为萧孟能诬告我，我曾就他和他姘妇王剑芬伪造文书的部分，告到地检处。检察官陈聪明不但起诉了他们这对男女，并已连同一起伪造文书陷害李敖的共犯胡茵梦也一块儿起诉了，旋经地院法官郑文肃判决萧孟能六个月、王剑芬三个月、胡茵梦罚金一千元。到了“高院”后，那时林晃、黄剑青、顾锦才对我的冤狱判决了，法官陈培基、张济团、谢家鹤竟公然抹杀伪造文书的铁证，改判三人无罪。这种抹杀铁证的判决方法，真令人痛恨！ 这个案于在林晃、黄剑青、顾锦才还没做成冤狱前，因我在地检处告了萧孟能、王剑芬伪造文书，他们转而告我诬告，我乃转而追究，检察官林朝阳乃把这对男女提起诬告公诉。地院法官判他们无罪，上诉后，“高院”法官伍伯英。蔡秀雄、王德云又判无罪。这是进一步地胡来。因为这票法官不但抹杀卷中铁证，并巳还捏造事实呢。判决书中说： 告诉人李敖虽称：“15日我不在台北，14日上午我陪胡因子（胡茵梦）在万里海边拍电影亦不在台北”等语，而其所举证人孟祥林（柯字之误）亦称：“7月15日上午八时许李敖到我家，下午天黑晚饭前回去”（见同上侦查卷第四○、六六页），但纵使上午陪胡茵梦在万里拍片下午即可返台北，白天在孟祥林（柯字之误）处，晚上亦可返台北，均无法证明告诉人李敖并无接听被告萧益能电话之事实。显然是说，被告在14日下午晚上或15日晚上可跟李敖通电话，但是法官伍伯英、蔡秀雄、王德云为什么不翻翻卷中铁证，卷中被告明明向检察官说笔录通话时间是“上午”！——连被告自己都说是“上午”通的话，我们的法官伍伯英、蔡秀雄、王德云竟要他稍安毋躁，等李敖从万里或孟家返寓以后再把电话通成！做法官的竟如此以推测和拟制断案，捏造事实，这是什么法官啊！ 在萧孟能被我反击，使他入狱两次后，我第三次告他，最后“最高法院”果然判决萧孟能要第三次坐牢了，他告李敖一次，最后反弹之下，自己竟奉陪得过了头。——世之好跟李敖为敌者，有如此萧！在我反击过程中，1985年4月2日，有日记如下：“二时后出地检处庭。庭前胡茵梦先向我高声问好，庭后又来聊天。她说：'李敖你老了。'我说：'和你一样老了。'她说：'你看我头发剪短了。'我说：'你不是预言要做尼姑吗？还会更短呢！'萧孟能在旁边，我拍他肩膀说：'孟能这一阵我告你，你先被判了一个月零二十天；现在又被判了四个月，一共五个月零二十天。——你还欠我十天，等我第三次要你坐了牢，十天还我，就扯平了。你死了，我们朋友一场，我会买个金棺材送你。'孟能听了，哭笑不得。”——这条好玩的日记，可以看出胡茵梦的风华。萧孟能的风度和李敖的风趣。 萧孟能诬告我的案子，造成了以下四点结局：一、李敖坐了一次牢，但萧孟能坐了两次，又变成通缉犯，又在“最高法院”六件民事判决中全部败诉。——他想要李敖的钱，可是一块钱都没要到。二、李敖帮助萧孟能太太朱婉坚拍卖了萧孟能和她姘妇的家，并为朱婉坚争回天母静庐的房子。三、李敖宣布和胡茵梦离婚。四、国民党做手脚使李敖入狱，以为封杀此潦，殊不知彼此撩大肆报复，一连报复二十多年，至今未息。 平心说来，若萧孟能本人未被挑唆，他尚不会对李敖无情无义到诬告的程度，可惜他为姘妇所浼，以致铸此大错。在他声言要告我之际，我对他说：“孟能你告我，官方一定趁机介入整我，我会垮下来，可是我李敖垮了会爬起来；你告我，你也会垮，你垮了就爬不起来了。”果然不出所料，在我出狱后的楔而不舍里，萧孟能倍感压力。在地方法院童有德法官判决“萧孟能意图他人受刑事处分，向该管公务员诬告，累犯，处有期徒刑六月”以后，萧孟能上诉，1987年1月14日“高等法院”开庭，法官廖茂荣一再劝谕和解，李敖为尊重法官的好意，乃于退庭后委由龙云翔律师去函萧孟能，开具条件；2月18日再开庭时，法官表示条件合理，萧孟能本人也当庭表示愿以“自承怀疑之错误，并向老友李敖表示道歉”文字登报和解。不期书记官完成笔录后，萧孟能的律师又要加添意见，和解乃告破裂。和解虽告破裂，萧孟能这一当庭表示的心态，却足征诬告李敖属实，否则又何必认错道歉呢？ 萧孟能入狱后，陆啸钊去看他，隔着铁栏，陆啸钊劝他“向敖之道歉”。萧孟能沉吟良久，表示说“我愿意”，可是“问问剑芬吧”。这时王剑芬在旁怒目而视，陆啸刽回来告诉我：“孟能为了这种女人，失掉了最后挽回与李敖友情的机会，我真为他可惜！” 我是1981年8月10日再度入狱的，表面上是普通刑事案件，实质上是第二次政治犯入狱。我在入狱前写道： 首先是舆论对我的封锁，《中国时报》的高信疆终于受到压力，要他在国民党全会期中，停刊我的文字一星期。于是，在“美丽岛事件”前四天，我写信向高信疆辞去专栏，一方面多谢他“这半年来对我的道义支持”，一方面抗议某方面“直接间接扼杀异己的言论，究竟要闹到什么地步才同归于尽？” 舆论封锁以后，接着是舆论的斗臭，其中最突出的，就是鼓动胡茵梦表演“大义灭亲”，各路人马为了嫉忌李敖、斗臭李敖，居然认同了胡茵梦这种离奇模式，居然不警觉胡茵梦的“不义灭夫”行为是“违背善良风俗”的。“违反公秩良序”的，甚至与他们“复兴中华文化”的目标绝不相容的，这种“打倒李敖统一战线”，不是太邪门了吗？ 在舆论的一片杀伐之声里，国民党《中央日报》带头以专论攻击我，《新生报》干脆漫画骂我是狗。……统计各报的新闻处理，是以三十比一的比例进行的。不但使我只有三十分之一的“公平”，并且一律拒绝按照他们的“出版法”、他们的“中国新闻记者信条”给我更正。 当《疾风》杂志系统，鼓噪在中泰宾馆之外的时候，眼看而来的，就是对异己法律上面的斗倒；当《疾风》杂志系统，乃至《黄河》杂志系统，鼓噪在“高等法院”内外的时候，眼看而来的，同样是对异己“政治问题，法律解决”。于是，在选举前夕，在李敖“千秋评论”杂志执照拿到后一个多月，“高等法院”就快马加鞭地判我有罪。 在入狱前十六天，认识“汝清”。“汝清”是我不认识的一个留学生的新婚夫人，这是我生平第二次和有夫之妇私通（第一次是我二十八岁时候，和一个我不认识的流氓的太太），我真正做到了罗素《婚姻与道德》名著的境界。在这一两年里，在我床上，虽然不乏女人，“汝清”却是一个最能跟我腻在一起的惹人怜爱的小情妇。我跟她同居十六天。性交N次，每次我都把我的性幻想传给她，她都相与挽仰、淋漓尽致。我入狱后，她写了大量的情书给我，后来飘然而去。1982年1月23日，我在狱中写《然后就去远行》一诗，就是写这十六天的： 花开可要欣赏， 然后就去远行。 唯有不等花谢， 才能记得花红。 有酒可要满饮， 然后就去远行。 唯有不等大醉， 才能觉得微醒。 有情可要恋爱， 然后就去远行。 唯有恋得短暂。 才能爱得永恒。 我出狱后多年，一天收到“汝清”的信，约我一见，我没回她；去年一天在远企大楼相遇，我含笑问了一句“好吧”，淡然而别。 在复出这两年两个月里，我除了由远景出版社沈登恩出版书，由四季出版公司叶圣康出版《李敖文存》、《李敖文存二集》、《李敖全集》外，还为远流出版社王荣文编了《中国历史演义全集》，极受欢迎，使王荣文发了大财，我发了小财。后来林白出版社的林佛儿闻风而至，透过陈中雄、黄华成请我挂名出版《诺贝尔和平奖全集》，我以这种书不可能有利润，免费同意了。后来他怕赔钱，宁肯不顾信誉与商誉，出了三本就不出了。我责他失信，他说请我吃饭谢罪。到了饭店，我还没点菜，他先发制人，向侍者说：“我吃蛋炒饭。”——我为之哭笑不得，小气的人你想大吃他一顿出气，都没机会啊！ 复出时期一件插曲，也值得一述。我在景美军法看守所时，不准看报，外面消息只靠日耳相传。有一天，一个外役搞到几“块”破报纸，他说他喜欢搜集歌词，以备他年做谱消遣。如我能写几首歌词同他交换，这几“块”报纸便是李先生的了。I agreed.就立刻写了几首，其中一首就是《忘了我是谁》： 不看你的眼， 不看你的眉。 看了心里都是你， 忘了我是谁。 不看你的眼， 不看你的眉。 看的时候心里跳， 看过以后眼泪垂。 不看你的眼， 不看你的眉， 不看你也爱上你， 忘了我是谁。 这歌词我发表在1979年9月18日《中国时报》，新格公司作为“金韵奖”第一名推出，由许翰君作曲、王海玲演唱，引起轰动。事实上，我认为作曲和演唱都比歌词好。这首歌词《忘了我是谁》五个字，后来变成台湾报刊常用语，经常用在标题上。传说这歌是我为胡茵梦作的，绝对错误，因为在牢中写它时全无特定对象，眼前只是一面白墙耳！
