Chapter 14 12 Prison (1971-1976 Thirty-six to forty-one years old)

Memoirs of Li Ao 李敖 17253Words 2018-03-16
After I was invited into the black car, I drove straight to the Security Office of the Police Headquarters on Boai Road in Taipei City. I was placed in the fifth room, the last room of the interrogation room.Immediately two spies came in, one tall and one short, and interrogated me all night fatigued. They asked me all kinds of questions. kind of problem. At that time, Xie Congmin and Wei Tingchao had been arrested for 10 to 20 days. Because I mistakenly believed in the heroic image they (especially Wei Tingchao) usually gave me, I thought they had confessed nothing, so as far as I know, covering all the way, what The answers are not telling the truth, and they continue to lie to cover up.Because I was afraid that my confession would be harmful to Xie Congmin and Wei Tingchao, I gave the spies a bad impression of "Li Ao's uncooperativeness" from the very beginning, and since then I have worked in four-hour shifts.Always in pairs, day and night, asking non-stop.The so-called day and night is actually an imaginary statement, because I was tired and interrogated, and I couldn't tell whether it was day or night. The fifth room of the interrogation room is a small suite with a bathroom inside, except for a narrow bed, a round table, a tea table, and four wicker chairs. The ceiling is a piece of sugarcane board with dense small holes. The board surface is white, and the small holes look black. There are recording lines inside, and there are closed-circuit surveillance cameras protruding from the corners. Every move is monitored throughout the process. There are five or sixty light bulbs hanging from the roof in the center of the room, which are always on regardless of day and night. The four walls and the floor of the room are nailed with dark brown plastic cloth, and behind the cloth is foam, which is soft to touch and walk on. It is soft, even the bed is covered by plastic sheeting, the bed is fixed to the wall, and the bed is solid under the bed, but the whole room has no windows. There is only one door in the whole room, and there is a palm-sized glass above the door. Through the glass, the guards outside the door can spy on the movement of the room. I have lived in this fifth room for nearly a year, and the guards at the door have never been interrupted for 24 hours Pass.In other words, except for a blind spot when washing the face and defecating, every move is under the surveillance of CCTV and the guard alone. It is precisely because the decoration of the fifth room is so strange that when I was interrogated day and night, I could not tell whether it was day or night. I could only feel that another day had begun from the breakfast.

Since I was taken into custody on the night of March 19, 1971, after three or four or five days of fatigued interrogation, I was always tired but full of lies, to no avail. The way the spies interrogate is to listen to you over and over again, and occasionally take notes on the sidelines. The shift changes every four hours. After the two people who take over the shift read the records, they immediately enter the situation. They took turns to question me one by one about the things I had done to "harm" the Kuomintang over the years, especially during the 14 months I was "in prison" with me, I was supernatural, and I did a lot of "harm" while being "in prison". Their affairs, such as the incident of rescuing Bo Yang, the incident of Taiyuan prison list, the incident of Lei Zhen's release from prison, the incident of smuggling bugs, and even the bombing of the commercial bank of the United States, etc., are numerous.Of all the questions, the one that bothers me the most is repeatedly asking what are "two and a half"?I said "two and a half" because there are two and a half military strategists in Chinese folklore, one is Yang Jie, the other is Chiang Kai-shek, and half is Bai Chongxi. They say you Li Ao are talking nonsense, that's not what we are asking.I said that since it is not this, please give me a side and teach me how to answer, otherwise I will not be able to answer, and finally told me that Wei Tingchao said that "two and a half" means that he is a Taiwan independence, Xie Congmin is a Taiwan independence, and you Li Ao is a half Taiwan independence. There are only you "two and a half" who are willing to fight for Taiwan independence in Taiwan. In fact, Wei Tingchao never mentioned "two and a half" to me, so where should I start? In the end, the investigators told me that the intelligence they got was that there were five members of the "Taiwan Headquarters" rebel movement headed by Peng Mingmin, and I was one of them.I was puzzled when I heard this, because in fact, I knew nothing about this "Taiwan Headquarters", and I only learned about it after I was arrested. After listening to the Arabian Nights, I said that half is exactly one-fifth of "two and a half", and "two and a half" refers to the five committee members. The secret code name of the Fifth Committee? ——I still don't lose my sense of humor in the midst of sorrow, and this irony is still fresh in my memory.

Many years later, I saw Xie Congmin's overseas memories and talked about the "Taiwan Headquarters". Xie Congmin said: "After I was arrested, I was first interrogated for eight days and eight nights, and I heard the secret agent's request in a daze. I fabricated the organization of the "Taiwan Headquarters" of the Taiwan Independence Alliance. The special agent pointed out that the 'Taiwan Headquarters' must have five committee members. 'You weave two wooden ones in first. ' said the agent.I don't know who the two wooden ones are, so I made Mr. Lin Shuiquan into it.They refused to let me be assigned to Lin Shuiquan. They said that Lin Shuiquan was sitting in prison and could not attend the meeting of the Taiwan Headquarters. What they wanted was two words. So I put Mr. Lin Er, who was invited back to Taiwan by the Kuomintang at that time, to the list.I said Lin Er was sent to Taiwan by Professor Peng. 'We want Li Ao, not Lin Er. 'The agent was impatient and said plainly. 'Li Ao is a mainlander, how could he join the Taiwan Headquarters? 'I asked. "The Taiwan Independence Alliance overseas advocates the accommodation of mainlanders, and Li Ao is a member of the Taiwan Headquarters, which is a matter of course. '" I have never heard of the name "Taiwan Headquarters", and of course I have never talked to him about it. Even if there is the name "Taiwan Headquarters", he may not accept the post of committee member. "'If you want to fabricate crimes, you must also convince the people! ''In any case we have decided to capture him. ' So they began to use torture to fabricate the list of members of the 'Taiwan Headquarters' to recruit mainlanders for the Taiwan Independence Alliance. "——Under the "snare" of the spies and the false accusation of Xie Congmin, I, Li Ao, became a member of the five-member team of the "Taiwan Headquarters". But until today, except for Xie Congmin and Wei Tingchao, I, I don't know the names of the other two!

In order to confirm that I am one of the five committee members, the secret agents insisted on confirming this fact from me.Therefore, I was tortured, and the content of the torture ranged from fingering to clamping bamboo poles.Later I found out: I was the one who was tortured most politely. Apart from Xie Congmin and Wei Tingchao, from Li Zhengyi down, Liu Chendan, Guo Rongwen, Wu Zhongxin, and Zhan Chongxiong were all subjected to various tortures, including filling gasoline, Sit on a tiger stool.Carrying a sword, hanging himself three times, shaking the phone, etc. After years of persecution to extort a confession, one can imagine the authenticity of the confession obtained at the end.

The person who tortured me was led by Colonel Li Binru, the head of the security department.Li Binru is ruthless, black and short, has a Shanghai accent, and is extremely poor. In 1963, when the prosecutor Wang Zhen was imprisoned, he was notorious (On May 6, 1963, the Overwatch Council "Wang Zhen appealed to the police chief" This is Lieutenant Colonel Li mentioned in the “Investigation Report of the Supervisory Council on the Criminal Request Case” and later died of a spinal illness. The other main accomplice was Staff Officer Chen Jingzhong, a member of the team. He was tall and tall, and he could speak Chinese well, but he was Taiwanese, and his level was extremely poor. His whereabouts are unknown. ... These people have extremely problematic mental states when handling cases. For example, when they tortured and extorted a confession, I asked them back, and I said, "Don't be so troublesome, okay? You can bring a blank note paper, and I will stamp your fingerprints as a gift at the end, and then you go back to the office, and you can do whatever you want." Just fill in my crimes, and you can fill in that I am a 'bandit spy' and 'Taiwan independence'. I am an 'old fox' on Changbai Mountain (when I was arrested, it was the time when the TV series "On Changbai Mountain" became popular). , whatever!" But they refused, they shouted: "What the hell do you mean, Li Ao? You look down on us like this! You think we can't solve the case, and you want to take the secret into the coffin? No! You If you die in a coffin, we will also pry open the lid of your coffin and ask you to spit out your secrets before you die. The real one can’t be faked, and the fake one can’t be real. In our eyes, you are a goldfish in a glass tank. We will see you It must be clear! You can’t do it if you don’t tell me!” I said, “If you want me to tell you, you have to reveal some clues, and let me make it up.” They said, “We don’t remind you!” precisely because their credo is “don’t remind us.” , That's why there is Xinjiang Wang Shengshicai's style of manipulating people. (After Sheng Shicai himself rebelled against the Soviet Union, he falsely accused people of being the Communist Party. He was very active. He personally interrogated Ding Weici and asked how much he had taken from the Soviet Union. Ding Weici was overwhelmed by torture, and told Sheng Shicai, take as much as you want, and I admit it. But Sheng Shicai insisted on forcing people to make false accusations. So Ding Weici had no choice but to start with 50,000 rubles. Stop, it’s too little. Ding Weici simply falsely took one million, but Sheng Shicai thought it was too much. Therefore, Ding Weici raised from 100,000, 200,000, and 300,000 all the way up, and then increased from 900,000 to A 100,000, 700,000, 600,000 all the way down. It wasn't until Ding Weici said 500,000 when he was beaten so badly that Sheng Shi thought it fit the "belly case" and stopped with a smile. Sheng Shicai's conclusion was: "Ding Weici ! If you had told the truth earlier, wouldn’t you have suffered so much less?”)——This kind of mentality of the investigators, I realized the truth later, it turned out that this is a kind of self-deceiving psychopath, a kind of Self-deceiving sadist.Clearly using unjust prisons to punish people, but enjoy the victim's slanderous details. After a long time, they also deceive themselves to some extent that this is not an unjust case, a false case, or a wrong case. So, although they were uneasy, they got the reason. They made up random stories based on the prisoners' nonsense, embedded them in the law, and bit the case to death. Finally, they got the bonus and the prisoner sat down.

Besides the five committee members, another question that was asked was: "Why did you hand over the documents that harmed the 'government' to the 'international traitor' Martin?" I said, "Because I want to fight for human rights, I have to entrust the 'international traitor' Send it to the United Nations Human Rights Commission and other organizations to expose the darkness under your Kuomintang rule.” The spies asked, “Is Martin a Taiwan separatist?” I laughed and said, “Martin is British and a British celebrity, how could he be a Taiwan separatist?” When the secret agents heard this, they grinned ferociously. Suddenly, they threw a book in front of me. It turned out to be the famous "Taiwan Independence League Organ Chronicle" mentioned by "News World" when I was sitting on the toilet not long before my arrest. "——"Taiwan Youth" No. 120, I suddenly saw the headline of "Taiwan Taiyuan Prison 'Political Prisoners' List", and I suddenly realized: It turned out that Martin "has a big horse", and this horse turned out to be in collusion with Taiwan independence elements of!

The most exciting thing is that at the end of the list, there is a photo with the title saying: "The Jiang family often sends spies to follow the so-called 'political prisoners' who oppose him even after they are released. This photo is one of their shots ( This alliance’s secret alliance members on the island).”——The content of the photo, it’s clearly the scene of “following the prison” that I secretly photographed from the window on the fourth floor of my house, and I became a secret alliance member of their “Taiwan Independence Alliance” on the island "!"It is so unavoidable to say that the style and intentions of these Taiwan "allies" are really known by blatantly wearing yellow robes and showing great love! But who are Taiwan's "allies" who treat me hard and lovingly?Could it be the "publisher Wang Yude", "editor-in-chief Wu Jinyi", and even "editorial committee members Luo Fuquan, Sun Minghai, Wang Yangzhi" on the copyright page of "Taiwan Youth"?Or is it the kind of "middle tail" that Kuan Min, the big boss of the fund, finally shamelessly surrendered to the Kuomintang and came back?Of course not, I have never met them in life, the real hard-boiled benefactor is none other than "Big Tail" Peng Mingmin himself! Many years later, Xie Congmin also told me privately with a smile: "It wasn't Mr. Peng who did it, or who?" What kind of style and meaning is this?If Li Ao is a secret member of the Taiwan Independence Alliance on the island, wouldn't it be the same as leaking information to the Kuomintang if you wrote it like this?If Li Ao was not a member of the secret alliance, wouldn't you deliberately frame Li Ao as a member of the Taiwan Independence Alliance by writing this?No matter from which point of view you look at it, this photo is published and this line of words is written, it is a typical case of framing a friend, a typical betrayal of a comrade, sacrificing a friend for politics, and making trouble when a friend suffers because of him. Which family is this? What about the quality of life?

After days and nights of interrogation, I finally realized that it was in the interests of both the spies and the Taiwan independence elements to frame me as a member of the Taiwan independence movement! Finally, I said to the spies: My whole feeling is that the Taiwan independence elements hope to make this case bigger, bite Li Ao, insist on supporting them, and publicize to the outside world: Look, everyone, the Taiwan independence movement not only has people from other provinces participating, but also top melons. Li Ao, a native of Gua, joins us!On the other hand, you Kuomintang intelligence personnel also hope to make this case bigger. With Li Ao participating in the case, it will naturally become a big case immediately. Receive bonus. In this way, if you push and pull on both sides, what else can I say?

In this way, after I lived in the fifth room of the interrogation room of the security department for nearly a year, I was transferred to the military law detention center under Jingmei Xiulang Bridge. That day was February 28th in 1992.In the fifth room for nearly a year, it was the darkest day in my life. In this room, I experienced the abuse and torture of the Kuomintang secret agents, the frame-up and betrayal of my good friends, the robbery by my own brother, and the I have experienced the sad departure of my little lover, and I have gone through the lonely years without seeing the sun all year round. ...Although I was in so many midnights, so many dark days, so many "dark afternoons", I cheered myself up with tears and encouraged myself not to collapse, but ten months later, when Xiaolei finally wrote, saying She didn't wait for me anymore, and I was saddened, and finally shed tears for it.I met Xiaolei on September 26, 1967. At that time, she was nineteen years old. She was graduating from Kaohsiung Girls’ High School and came to Nianmingchuan Commercial College. She and her classmates were waiting for a taxi with their luggage. I happened to be driving by and saw her. , I fell in love with her immediately. From then on, I often sent her to school and picked her up from get out of class, almost inseparable for three years and seven months.Once Li Hanxiang sat in my car and waited for her to finish class. She and her classmates came from a distance. Li Hanxiang immediately determined which girl was Xiaolei, and he was also a "star scout". He invited her to play Ti Ying and Qiong Yao's movies , but she refused.Xiaolei is 1.70 meters tall, has long hair, is pure, and is extremely cute. Apart from melancholy, she is completely a little girl in Qiongyao. During the days when "Wen Xing" starred, she was always by my side, accompanying me through the bereavement The years when the Kuomintang vigorously blocked them were on the side of the mountain. In the creek, in the garden, in the movie theater, in the bowling alley, in the Sun Moon Lake where the secret agents are following... We enjoyed the prosperity together and spent countless hours of joy.Xiaolei is the kindest girl, she never quarreled with me, she is always by my side, allowing me to propose to do anything I want to do, she is the woman I miss the most in my life.I have been separated from women all my life because of love, but the breakup with Xiaolei is because of love. It is my life and death caused by my political imprisonment, so all that is left is nostalgia and beauty. , nothing else.Xiaolei's departure, compared to my being tortured to extract a confession, is another dilemma I encountered. Both difficulties occurred in my first year in prison, when I was thirty-five years old.

Eighteen days after Xiaolei's letter, I finally left the fifth room of the security department and was transferred to Jingmei Judicial Detention Center.I was locked in the second room, and another prisoner was admitted that night. He claimed to be Captain Yuan Yaoquan of the garrison headquarters who had violated the military law.The second room is less than two pings in size, with a quarter of the toilet and sink removed, it is even narrower, and you have to turn around after five steps for a "walk". Every time you "walk" together, you have to pass sideways. .A few months later, Yuan Yaoquan was sentenced to life imprisonment and transferred away. I lived alone in the second room, and then transferred to the eleventh room. The eleventh room was more than double the size, but at most six prisoners would live there. In the end, my roommate Huang Yixin was released from prison, Hu Yanhan and Cui Jize were transferred, Li Guolong was disciplined, Huang Zhongzhong was shot, and all the other prisoners left. I was the only one left to live in. It's as small as the second room, but with better lighting.I lived in Jingmei Judicial Detention Center for four years and eight months, but I lived alone in the eighth room for two and a half years. In the eighth room, I am a privileged class: 1. I have a thermos bottle left by Huang Yixin after he left; However, after the "desk" is set up, there is only half of the "walking" space left in the whole room.I eat, drink and sleep all day by myself, and all my activities are here. However, it is not people-oriented, and there are also "creatures" in the small room, including termites and cockroaches.Geckos, spiders, and centipedes. ...The households in the capital are limited to wearing clothes and coming and going freely. As for the people who don't suffer from dogs, they can't help themselves.House No. 8’s household restrictions and comings and goings are mainly based on a small hole at the junction of the wall and the ground. The five-liter plastic bucket is also dragged in through the small hole; buying daily necessities, borrowing needles and thread, borrowing nail clippers, sending letters, taking out the garbage...all pass through the small hole; even quilts sent from outside are rolled into a long roll after inspection , stuffed into the hole section by section.Although the small room has a door, it is extremely difficult to open it.Although the door is set and always closed, the high windows can be opened, but the gray wall and chill seen outside the window through the iron bars on the window, even on a sunny day, it also gives people a sense of haze.

In 1972, after I was transferred from the Security Office to the Jingmei Judicial Detention Center, I was waiting for a military trial. During the whole process, there were some ridiculous changes. It turned out that the "main text" of my being convicted of rebellion at the Military Law Department of the Police Headquarters was: Li Ao intends to subvert the "government" by illegal means, and he will be sentenced to ten years in prison and six years of public power in the temple. Looking at the Judgment No. 12 and No. 17 of Special Zi and No. 17 of the early 1972 of the Police Headquarters, and Judgment No. 2758 of Cheng Li Zi in 1972, it is found that the so-called crimes of Li Ao's rebellion are not more than three categories: The first category is the crime of "communicating with Peng Mingmin with a letter" - saying that I knew that Peng Mingmin still had the idea of "treason" after he was pardoned and released from prison, but I still secretly communicated with him, and introduced a foreigner to bring a letter to Peng Mingmin The letter was sent overseas, but no report was made. The second category is the "crime of family possession of documents into gangs" - saying that I accepted several rebellion declarations and monthly magazines from Xie Congmin's questioning. He also agreed to join the rebellion led by Peng Mingmin and became a member of the "Taiwan Headquarters". The third category is the crime of "leaking out the prison list" - saying that I handed over the list of rebels in Taiyuan Prison to a foreigner and took it to a foreign country for use against the "government". The security headquarters sentenced me to ten years in prison for the above three types of crimes. The judgment date was March 10, 1972. The presiding judge was Nie Jianguo, and the judges were Zhang Yufang and Wang Yuntao. After receiving the judgment, I refused to appeal and was going to sit on it for ten years. However, Han Yannian, the military prosecutor, said that the sentence was too light. He submitted a letter of appeal, saying that Li Ao's crime "is not minor, nor can it be forgiven. The sentencing seems to be too lenient, and Aiyi appeals for a re-sentence in accordance with Article 187, Paragraph 1 of the Military Judgment Law."After the re-judgment started, it dragged on for a long time until three and a half years later, on August 12, 1975. The presiding judge was Xiao Kai, and the judges were Li Huan and Cheng Ding. The document number is the 1972 Sharp Jiaofeng No. 33 "Ministry of National Defense" judgment, and the "main text" is "The original judgment was revoked and sent back to the Taiwan Garrison Headquarters for further trial." Therefore, the old court was reopened and the judgment was made again. , because he caught up with Chiang Kai-shek's death and his sentence was greatly reduced, so the sentence was shortened. The "main text" is: Li Ao planned to overthrow the "government" by illegal means. He was sentenced to eight years in June and deprived of public rights for six years. Taking a comprehensive look at the Judgment No. 49 of the 1975 Annual Remonstrance of the Police Headquarters, it is found that the so-called crimes of Li Ao’s rebellion are not clearly classified into the three categories above. There are additions and deletions. The security headquarters still sentenced me to eight years and six months in prison for the above three types of crimes. The judgment date was September 25, 1975. The presiding judge was Wang Zong, and the judges were Xu Wenkai and Fu Guoguang. This re-sentence has been reduced from ten years to eight and a half years. Obviously, there has been an obvious political change, but the most amazing thing about the change is that I have become the only "traitor".In my case, there are eight people involved in the same case. The other seven people are Xie Congmin, Wei Tingchao, Li Zhengyi, Liu Chendan, Guo Rongwen, Wu Zhongxin, and Zhan Chongxiong. The legal provisions used in the two judgments were Article 2 and Item 3 of the "Regulations on Punishment of Rebellion" (commonly known as Article 2 and Article 3), which is to carry out the preparation to overthrow the "government" by illegal means, and I shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of more than ten years. But for the first time, it was the first item of Article 2 (Article 1 of Article 2). Fifteen years in prison; Wei Tingchao and Wu Zhongxin were sentenced to twelve years in prison. All were five to two years heavier than me.However, during the re-sentencing, their crimes were all changed to the crime of disturbing public order at the instigation of traitors in Article 4, Paragraph 1, Paragraph 10, and Wei Tingchao, Wu Zhongxin, and Liu Chendan were charged.Guo Rongwen and Zhan Chongxiong were sentenced to the same sentence as mine.Such a sentence is a wonderful thing. According to Article 2 of the "Regulations on Prosecution and Elimination of Bandits and Spies during the Reconnaissance and Rebellion Period": "Those who are called "bandits and spies" in this regulation refer to the traitors referred to in the "Regulations on Punishment of Rebellion." One article: "The person who is called a traitor in this regulation refers to the person who committed the crimes of the second article." In other words, only the person sentenced by the second article is a "traitor"; None of them are traitors. So among the six people in the same case, only I was a "traitor", and none of them were anymore. They were all just criminals "instigated by traitors". The military law of the garrison headquarters sentenced me to the three types of crimes. In fact, the key to my conviction is whether I participated in the rebellion led by Peng Mingmin and whether I was a member of the "Taiwan Headquarters". The other crimes are actually jokes. For example: 1. It is said that I knew that Peng Mingmin’s thoughts of treason had not disappeared after he was released from prison with amnesty. In fact, I did not know at all. Whether the thoughts in Peng Mingmin’s head disappeared or not, how did I know? What was said in the verdict is all slander and cannot be established, and there is no physical evidence or other necessary evidence for this fact (a violation of Article 156 of the "Criminal Procedure Law"). 2. It is said that I have a relationship with Peng Mingmin secretly, but in fact, I have a relationship with Peng Mingmin completely openly, there is no secret at all. There is no secret, even to the extent that Peng Mingmin asks me to make an appointment for intelligence personnel to eat. On July 3, 1967, Peng Mingmin sent me a letter saying that he wanted to have dinner with Wang Tu, director of the Bureau of Investigation. Peng Mingmin's relationship was so secret to the intelligence officers. Is there such a secret in the world? 3. It is said that I introduced a foreigner to bring letters overseas for Peng Mingmin without reporting them. In fact, the letters are sealed, and I am not an intelligence officer who likes to open letters. How can I get a glimpse of the contents?Would it be illegal to ask foreign friend Mei Xinyi to bring a letter without going through the post office? What is the law?If you don't break the law, what are you reporting? Is it possible to sentence a person to ten years in prison for bringing a letter? 4. It is said that I accept Xie Congmin's handover of the rebellion declaration and monthly magazines. In fact, this is a lie.Because the manifesto given to me by Xie Congmin is the English translation of their manifesto five years ago (1965). It is a historical document. In the eyes of my history student, it is the same as the founding declaration of the Xingzhong Society and other declarations. , are all historical data.If it is a new manifesto that is about to be issued, maybe I can still weave in this way. In fact, there is no such new manifesto. The English translation of the manifesto five years ago was translated by Lien Chan, a member of the Kuomintang. The translator Lien Chan was innocent, but how could the reader, Li Ao, be held accountable? As for the number of monthly magazines, what kind of law is it against if the monthly magazines are all foreign language magazines? Is one sentenced to ten years in prison for reading foreign magazines?Even the defense letter of the public defender of the military court said: "Li Ao only read the materials and collected the list of rebels, and did not intend to destroy the organization of the 'government', let alone 'preparing to subvert the government'"? 5. It is said that I handed over the list of Taiyuan Prison to a certain foreigner to take it abroad as a use to attack the "government". The purpose of giving him the list of Taiyuan Prison is just to ask him to help political prisoners through this humanitarian organization.Amnesty International’s report on human rights corrections in communist countries was later cited by the KMT in Taiwan to promote it. It was published in China Daily on July 10, 1987. Why did I come into contact with this and turned it into an attack on the “government” up?Is it true that a "government" has arrested people legally, and is the list of those arrested confidential? This is the secret of "which country"?If it is classified, there is no doubt that it is illegal. If it is illegal, stop the weirdo and expose it!But in any case, it is not illegal to bring the list to a foreign country in this way. The above five points refuted the three types of crimes given to me by the police headquarters respectively. They are all jokes and cannot be established. The only remaining key to its establishment is whether I participated in the rebellion led by Peng Mingmin and whether I am a member of the "Taiwan Headquarters".If this crime is overturned, the other laws will have nothing to do with it, and they will not be charged. However, what is intriguing is that during the re-judgment, this major case involved in the "Taiwan Headquarters" disappeared in secret. In the end, some nonsensical words were used instead to convict. This is completely untenable. !Twenty-one years after this judgment, I ran into Wu Zhangjiong, the director of the security department who punished me on the road. He had retired long ago and became the general manager of the Fugui Building on the fifth floor of the Far East Department Store on Renai Road. He invited me to his office. sit.I asked him: "Do you still believe that I am a Taiwan independence advocate?" He smiled and said: "You are, at that time you were one of the five committee members of the 'Taiwan Headquarters' for our intelligence. You were not only a Taiwan independence advocate, but also a Senior official!" I said, "In my final verdict, the fact of 'Taiwan Headquarters' is completely absent, and the statement of the five committee members was overturned at the re-judgment. I am honored to be such a high-ranking official. He was also secretly dismissed. Did you know?" He was very surprised when he heard this, and said, "How is this possible? We arrested you on the basis that you were a member of Taiwan independence!" I smiled and said; "What should I do? Hurry up and issue me a certificate, now that Taiwan independence is popular, I can use your certificate to become a high-ranking official!" ——The whole so-called "Taiwan Headquarters" is all about Wu Zhangjiong, who is a messy, bad and hateful person The spies believed that the truth was an illusion. What's funny is that whether Li Ao is a Taiwan independence leader or not, it doesn't hinder the service of the prison under the military court trial. Anyway, if you want to go to jail, why don't you have any trouble if you want to commit a crime? If you want to go to hell, why worry about innocence? The so-called Li Ao is an absurd play by a Taiwan independence leader. It is precisely because I have seen through this truth that I appeared in the posture of Jesus during the court-martial at the police headquarters. After I said, "Jesus didn't speak when he was tortured", I dismissed the court-martial. I don't even ask a lawyer to speak on my behalf.I am willing to go to jail, other nonsense. The verdict stated that Li Ao's "criminal evidence is very clear. Although the defendant is silent in this court, according to the provisions of Article 205 of the Criminal Procedure Law, he has to make a judgment without waiting for his statement." here. The most ridiculous thing was that during the trial, Wei Tingchao saw that I was silent and said to the military judge: "Li Ao doesn't speak, can I speak for him?" I, a Jesus, couldn't help laughing. ——This fat man, as Li Zhengyi said, "has a bad mouth." He and Xie Congmin are not friends enough, and he insisted on biting me into a Taiwan independence element. (I didn’t know Wei Tingchao when he was in the law department of National Taiwan University. He was introduced by Ma Hongxiang when he was in the army. This fat man is simple and simple. His elder sister told me that he couldn’t understand foreign movies because he only He can tell the difference between men and women of foreigners, but he can't tell the difference between individual looks. So in his opinion, all foreign men look the same, and all foreign women also look the same. In this way, there was a lot of trouble in the movie , there is only one man and one woman, so what’s so good about it. Wei Tingchao has always given me the image of a hero. In fact, some heroes are different once they are in prison. You can’t blame others for being in jail and suffering so much.) There were eight defendants in the verdict. In fact, I only knew Xie Congmin and Wei Tingchao, so there were eight people, with their ins and outs.Five months before my arrest, there was a bombing at the U.S. News Office in Tainan (October 12, 1970); and one month before my arrest (February 5, 1971), there was also a bombing at the American Commercial Bank in Taipei. case.At that time, I saw the news in the newspaper, and I watched the excitement with the mood of watching a good show. I never dreamed that it would be related to me.After being arrested on March 19, Major General Wu Zhangjiong, the director of the security department, called the deputy director, Colonel Zhang Yaohua, and said to me: "Mr. Li, please tell us who is the murderer of the bombing. If Li Ao tells who it is, Li Ao will be released immediately. Vice President Jiang guarantees his personality." I said, "Isn't it outrageous for you to handle the case like this? Even this kind of case is suspected of me, and you are too lacking in judgment Are you strong?" He listened and left without saying anything.Later, the Military Judiciary Department filed a public prosecution against me, and when the legal documents were sent, I found out that my old classmate Xie Congmin (from Changhua) was the only one in the case.In addition to Wei Tingchao (from Taoyuan), there are also Li Zhengyi (from Tainan), Liu Chensi (from Tainan), Wu Zhongxin (from Tainan), Guo Rongwen (from Tainan), and Zhan Chongxiong (from Taipei). The people I knew were all the murderers of the so-called bombing case. I was really shocked to be with these well-known people. I saw them for the first time on February 29, 1972, when the first secret trial opened. That day I was sitting on the far left side of the court. After I sat down, I found a strong man wearing black-rimmed glasses on the far right side of the same row. He kept turning sideways to see me and smiled at me. He was Liu Chendan.According to the rules of the detention center of the Military Law Department, anyone who is involved in the same case will be detained in isolation. We were eight people in the same case, and we were split up in the big room upstairs and downstairs, the small room, and the small dark room. I lived in the ninth room for a while), I lived in the second room first, then transferred to the eleventh room, and then transferred to the eighth room; he first lived in the thirteenth room, then transferred to the twelfth room, and then transferred to the sixth room.Because they are always in the same aisle, even though they are isolated, they still meet occasionally. Since they belong to the same case, they naturally became acquainted.Sometimes I met him in the infirmary when I was seeing a doctor, and I found that he was really thick and strong, and I envied him for having such a good body to go to prison. After I moved from the second room to the eleventh room, Liu Chendan moved to the sixth room and shared the same room with Wu Jinjiang, the "Chengdu Communist case".The sixth room is diagonally opposite to the eleventh room, and you can face each other from the high cave. Because I have a broken door panel, I used books to cushion it and built a table, so when I got on the table, I could stick my head on the high window; On Chen Dan's side, because of his unique skills, he stepped on the door frame, leaped, and could also climb on the high window. As long as you look down and there is no squad leader in the aisle, you can use codes to contact the other party and go to the Gaokuo to speak.Liu Chendan's code for calling me was to whistle a part of the movie "Tank Armageddon", and my code for calling him was to sing an English song. The song "Sister! Sister! Do you hear me?" was the song I sang to the nuns in the last movie "Fire Thunder Breaks Mountains and Seas" that Xiaolei and I watched before being arrested. However, in order to prevent other rooms from listening in, sometimes "big-character posters" are used. "Big-character posters" cut paper into long strips, write palm-sized characters with a brush, and write horizontally from left to right. After calling, one by one is slowly sent from left to right. Neon advertising is no different, what a magic trick. After being passed on, it is shredded and flushed away from the toilet without leaving a piece of paper. One day at noon, Liu Chendan and Wu Jinjiang fell one after another, and every time they fell, the floor made a loud bang. After passing the "big-character posters" with me for an hour or two, I think they must be exhausted. On my side, because there is an overcoming table, the feet are on the ground, and there is no need to step on the door frame with the soles of the feet, so it is not tiring at all to pass it on.Later, I moved to Room 8, and Liu Chendan moved to Room 6. They were in the same row, and could not print "big-character posters", so they mostly relied on calling.Sometimes Liu Chendan wrote a lot of news on a small piece of paper, secretly sealed it in a Shengli noodle bag, and pretended to send it to me, and asked the foreign servants (mainly a man nicknamed "A Cai") to forward it.I was very selfish and cautious at the time, and I didn't return the notes, for fear of being found out and affecting my reading convenience. ——I live alone in a room and read books desperately. Feng Yinru, the counselor, also gives me preferential treatment in terms of book control. It is very important to have a lot of books to be able to sit in this kind of prison.
