Chapter 40 Section 4 "Thirteen Ways to Die" for Private Enterprises

The first way to die: unfair competition. Competitors are chasing you, you are in the open and they are in the dark, false accusations against you, and destroying your (your) reputation through lawsuits.Unfair competition between companies can sometimes kill a company. The second way to die: encounter malicious "consumers". An unreasonable consumer can also kill you, such as Ximin poisoning. We have all encountered these situations, trembling with fear, walking on thin ice. The third way of death: encirclement and suppression by the media. Back then, it was the media that killed me and caused me to go into shock. If the media got us two or three months late, we (would) not die.

The fourth way to die: The media does not objectively report on the product. If the media only reports 10% of the product as ineffective, the product is dead.In China, people are the easiest to believe when a product is said to be bad. The fifth way of death: the competent department kills the enterprise. If the product gets bigger, even if there is a failure rate of 1/10,000, and it is complained to the competent department, the approval of the entire product may be revoked. The sixth way to die: the flexibility of the legal system. The unreasonableness of the legal system (on) makes you have to violate the rules (operation).

The seventh way to die: being cheated. Sometimes a company will run out of cash after its funds are cheated, and even the whole company will go bankrupt. For private companies, the legal protection is very limited. The eighth way of death: the threat of "pink eye". There are too many pink eyes and too many rumors. The rumors of the company are easy to handle, but the most feared are the rumors of the products. The ninth way to die: extortion by the underworld. The tenth way of death: Offending a powerful official, the official may use his power to create obstacles to the development of the enterprise.

The eleventh way of death: Offending a certain evil force may also kill the company, for example, he poisons the product. The twelfth way of death: Encountering fraud. Counterfeit and shoddy products can also kill a company. Some time ago, we seized fake products worth tens of millions in a certain pharmaceutical and health product counterfeiting base. The counterfeiters were caught (afterwards), released by the local police, and continued to counterfeit (after they came out). Now as soon as we see a fake, we will buy it ourselves, fearing that it will harm consumers. Thirteenth way to die: Entrepreneur's own safety.
