说归说，吵归吵，我对启民还是十分理解和支持的。1963年11月初，启民正在为油田开展的十大试验搞总结、拿方案，这时我已经怀孕9个多月了，越来越需要人照顾，领导和同志们多次催启民，让他把我送回北京的娘家，但他还是闷在办公室里写了三天三夜的10大试验年终报告后，才把我送到哈尔滨。到哈尔滨后，由于我的身体越来越不舒服，就在车站附近找了一家卫生所做了检查，医生说：预产期快到了，还是在这儿等着生吧。听医生这么说，我俩心里都很紧张。好半天，谁也没有说一句话。我知道启民心里既牵挂我又想着那份没有写完的试验报告，就壮着胆子对他说：还是我一个人回北京吧，反正坐一天车就到了。启民说：按理说，我应该陪你一块回去，可我确实脱不开身，只好委屈你了，路上要多加小心。于是，我忐忑不安地登上了开往北京的列车。上车后我就觉得腰和肚子疼得一阵紧似一阵。旁边的大娘看我吃力的样子，关切地说：闺女，看你疼的样子，怕是要生了吧，别硬撑着，这种事可大意不得。听了大娘的话，我害怕了，真不知道该如何是好。大娘叫来了列车员，列车员说：车上没有大夫，出了意外不好办，下站到锦州，我们帮你联系一家铁路医院，你就在锦州下车吧。这样，当天夜里，我独自一人在锦州下了车，天黑乎乎的，我的心缩成了一团。折腾到半夜12点多，孩子出生了。临产前我想把情况告诉启民一下，但又一想，他知道了也来不了，反而让他着急，所以，只把父母的姓名和北京的地址告诉了医生。当我见到匆匆赶来的母亲时，万般委屈涌上心头，眼泪刷地一下流了出来。别人生孩子，亲人跑前跑后，精心照顾，可我呢，临产前连个签字的亲人都没有。为了纪念这段经历，我们给女儿起名叫锦梅！ 30多年来，在启民的工作日程表上，几乎没有节假日，就连春节，一家人也很难在一起吃顿团圆饭。我开玩笑地对他说：你不该姓王，应该姓油。他说：只要有油，我姓啥都行。启民孝敬父母、关心后代。可是当个人的情感和他的事业发生矛盾的时候，他总是服从事业。启民在大庆工作30多年，很少回老家。还是1989年他到杭州开会时，顺便回去了一次，在家只呆了短短3天。回来后对我说：咱妈的岁数大了，这次回去，成天叫我守在她身边，还一个劲念叨自己老了，没几天活头了，叫我们常回去看看她。启民说：他临回来的时候，老母亲说啥也要送到大门口。走出老远了，老人家还站在那里看着他。启民答应妈了，以后，无论多忙，也要回去看看她老人家。 谁料到，启民的承诺还没有来得及兑现，81岁的老母亲得了脑血栓。病重期间，启民的弟弟几次来信催他回去一趟。信中写道：哥哥，妈已经不能说话，经常用手指着你的照片。妈想你啊11960年爸爸去世时你在大庆实习就没有回来，这次你无论如何要回来一趟啊！读着弟弟的来信，他恨不得一下子回到母亲身边。但是，当时正是稳油控水试验的关键时刻。稳油控水措施的落实情况、示范区的试验效果及下一步对策、重点攻关课题的进展等等，作为院里主管科研的领导，他的日程排得满满的，每天加班加点还觉得时间不够用，启民把对母亲的思念和牵挂埋在心中，连着发了两份电报。我又张罗着给家里寄去了1200元钱。不久，弟弟发来电报，母亲病故了，启民非常难过。那天晚上，他默默地坐在沙发上，一直到深夜。第二天一早，他又按时上班去了。 在启民面前，战斗永无穷期！ 90年代，大庆油田全面进入高含水后期，如果继续沿用世界上普遍采用的提液稳油法，年产液量将大幅度增加。投入资金加大，经济效益自然就大大降低。 经过群策群力和科学论证，为实施稳油控水工程，王启民又提出了三分一优结构调整的具体做法和调整原则。这个方案改变了油田开展各个阶段都要提液的传统做法，大庆油田3年含水上升率不超过1%，有效地控制了产液量剧增的局面。八五期间，累计增收节支150多亿元。这说明了一个惊人的事实，世界上同类油田高产稳产的最长时间是12年，而大庆到1998年底，已经连续23年高产稳产，成为名副其实的油田开发世界冠军！ 目前，王启民正和大庆油田的科技人员一起，全力以赴向三次采油技术的世界高峰攀登，为大庆实现50，00万吨第三个10年稳产提供技术保证。 30多年来，王启民同志先后荣获中国石油天然气总公司科技进步一等奖、特等奖、铁人科技成就奖金奖，全国科学大会奖、国家科技进步一等奖、特等奖，1995年中国十大科技奖等19项大奖。1997年1月17日，中国石油天然气总公司授予他新时期铁人称号。 以新老两代铁人为代表的大庆人，在油田创业中为甩掉祖国贫油帽子，探索我国石油工业发展道路方面，做出了巨大贡献：现已探明油气田34个，拿到石油地质储量52亿吨，占全国探明储量的三分之一；累计生产原油16亿吨，占全国陆上石油总产量的47%，累计为国家贡献8000多亿人民币，销售收入和利税多年名列全国工业企业榜首。一座现代化的石油城市在松辽平原上拔地而起，这就是美丽的大庆市。 大庆精神实际上也是大庆的城市精神。当笔者从精神文明建设这个切口走进城市内部的时候，不管在社区、街道，或是油区、工厂，都能真切地感受到大庆精神的存在。 什么叫大庆精神？同志曾给予它很好的界定：为国争光，为民族争气的爱国主义精神；独立自主、自力更生的艰苦创业精神；讲究科学、三老四严的求实精神；胸怀全局，为国分忧的奉献精神。这四个方面的有机统一，构成了大庆精神的基本内涵。黑龙江省文明办主任陈充芳说：大庆精神诞生在我们这片黑土地上，对我们的精神文明建设工作来说，真是有近水楼台先得月的感觉。这些年来，我们唱响祖国颂、改革开放颂和大庆颂，使城市鼓满先进的思想风帆，积极推进社会公德、职业道德、家庭美德建设，促进良好的社会风气，形成一种强大的精神激励机制，激发干部群众投身二次创业的热情。现在，我们可以自豪地说，我们大庆市是思想政治工作开展得最活跃，形式最多样的城市，是正确的主流思想具有强大市场的城市，是先进文化、意识形态占主导位置的城市…… 来到大庆，笔者总有许多怪异的念头。比如说王进喜，他曾说过，宁肯少活20年，拼命也要拿下大油田，然而，油田拿下来了，他果然在人生最美的黄金季节猝然而逝。他本来可以再活20年、30年或者更长的时段，活在改革开放的季节里，让人们有活着的榜样可以追随，有真的触手可摸的东西可以感知。但是，他早已随风而逝，只留下那些精神和思想供后人品味，他把自己变成了星辰，让我们仰望。他这种撒手而去的决然，充满了神性。他把自己变成了一座占地几万平方米的纪念馆，把自己生前使用过的工具、骑过的摩托车、经历过的事件让人们感受和领会。他走了，但却把悬念留了下来；他走了，却把思索留了下来；他走了，却把一个大庆留了下来。他真是用心良苦，他给大庆人留下了一个天大的思考题：我的时代结束了，诸位，新时期来了，你们该怎么办？这时候，王启民又接过了王进喜手中的接力棒。 王启民实际上只见过王进喜一面。那是1960年7月28日召开的劳模会上，当时王铁人在台上披红戴花，王启民作为实习大学生坐在台下。很可能就是那一次，王启民就是从王进喜那里得到了暗示，就像冥冥中有人引领着他一样，他把自己的手交给了那位英雄，并且对自己命令说：跟随他，学习他，为拿下大油田贡献自己的全部精力和智慧。 那一次王进喜可谓熠熠生辉。他身披彩带，胸前挂着大红花，油田领导亲自为他拉马坠镫，他骑着高头大马绕场一周，王启民当时就在列队鼓掌的人群里。王启民至今还记得王进喜在他面前走过的画面，他无声地滑过记忆，并无数次进行着精彩回放。王进喜在七月的阳光下显得很腼腆，大概他不经常骑马，那个额头上有着一块白的枣红马让他有些不放心，尽管有油田工委领导为他牵马，他仍双手攥住马缰，在如雷的掌声中偶尔环顾左右，对人报以略带羞涩的微笑。王启民在瞬间就读懂了英雄的暗示，在阅读英雄的几十年间，王启民一直把铁人的形象珍藏在心底，成为他在大庆创业的一种动力。 王启民和王进喜一样，也是一个能改变城市发展方向的人。在没有王进喜的日子里，他的个人存在，对大庆油田的第一个10年稳产和第二个10年的稳产有着多么至关重要的作用。王进喜已乘鹤而去，成为大庆上空的一朵云霞或者夏夜的一缕清风，而王启民却和我们同在，使我们常常有机会品味英雄就在我们身边的平凡。但是，王启民和王进喜一样，在石油开发事业上具有神性的一面。所谓神性，笔者理解就是英雄性，比如王启民的脊椎早已变形，他将永远弯曲下去，但他却一直追求我们民族的脊梁比喜马拉雅山还直；他的眼睛由于风湿病的影响，常常红肿酸疼，但他却阅尽大庆地层下数十万份的地质资料，获得了大量的第一手资料，使自己的眼睛比上帝还明亮。他的灵魂常年厮守在大庆这片土地上，不管秋冬寒暑，不管风吹雨打，从没后退半步。他的灵魂和王进喜的灵魂像两只洁白的鸽子一样都飞到了相同的高度，他们在那样的高度翩翩双飞。外国人看到说，这是圣者和神者的高度，而我们则说，这是民族的高度，是爱国主义和英雄主义的高度。 大庆精神、铁人精神是我们厂的立厂之本。毛主席有一句话叫：遍地英雄下夕烟，在当下，我们越来越感到广大工人、干部在改革开放时期的主导作用。我们不可能使每个人都成英雄模范，但可以使他们拥有英雄素质；不可能成为铁人，但可以使大家学会拥有铁人那样的精神，学会拥有铁人的心灵。这就是大庆的希望所在，我们炼油厂的希望所在。最近，市委要求我们企业选树一批建市20年来，大庆的改革建设做出贡献的重大典型，广泛宣传他们的事迹，我们厂就推出了宣传四十佳的活动。四十佳中既有技术上刻苦钻研勤学苦练，敢于攻坚啃硬，拼搏进取的知识分子；又有在工作中爱厂如家，身先士卒，以身作则，清正廉洁的公仆；既有在平凡的岗位上敢于吃苦，勇挑重担，无私奉献，任劳任怨的女工：也有在事业上自学成才敢打敢拼，苦干实干，锐意创新的青年。他们是全厂6000多名职的先进代表，是新时期爱国主义集体主义精神的崇高体现。在他们身上充分地展示了炼油人的时代风采，那种弄潮人敢向潮头立，手把红旗旗不湿的豪迈气概，正是我们炼油厂的希望。 他叫于永福，维修四车间主任。在采访中，他给人留下最深刻的印象就是一次类似电影《冰山上的来客》中冻成冰人的经历。那是1998年春节前夕的一天，上午8点30分，位于供水车间2号路化纤厂门前一处管线断裂，一时污水四溢。这条横贯东西、直径200毫米的白钢质污水线，位于地下2米深处，担负着一气分、锅炉两车间每小时150吨含碱和含硫污水的排放重任。由于湿度变化频繁，水线法兰接处胀裂，大量的污水伴着刺鼻的气味喷涌而出，若不及时处理，不仅会影响一气分、锅炉两车间的正常生产，造成附近路面油污遍地，更主要的是大量的泄漏污水，将会聚积在地势较低的化纤厂区，久而久之，有毒气体和大量污水会引起重大灾害事故，后果不堪设想。在紧急时刻，于永福在零下26℃的气温下，像当年王铁人一样跳进齐腰深的污水里，指挥维修，清理积水，测量裂口，精心下料。由于冷缩原因，白钢管整整短了40厘米，管口上下错位，倘若用焊接的方法会很快接好。但由于现场瓦斯含量极高，若出现明火，就会发生不测。在这种情况下，只能用手工操作。在滴水成冰的东北，于永福他带领的维修队一个个如火线下冲锋的勇士，他们轮番作业，在冰水里上演了一幕感人的新版《创业》话剧。经过十多个小时的抢修，管道终于修好了，污水得以清除，然而于永福他们则一个个成了冰人…… 3年多来，于永福心系全厂安危、以为装置服务为宗旨，兢兢业业，忘我拼搏，在全厂干部和职工中间树立了严于律己、吃苦耐劳、敢冒风险的形象，获得了分厂、总厂级优秀党员、十佳公仆的光荣称号。 刘忠仁是仪表车间主任。1971年，刘忠仁被分配到仪表车间当仪表工，因为他虚心好学，刻苦钻研，很快就成为仪表车间最年轻的岗长、班长。1982年，他通过了成人高考。毕业后，他坚持要求回到仪表车间，从事他热爱的仪表工作。 1990年2月，刘忠仁被派往新加坡福克斯波罗公司学习，并进行DCS集散控制系统的组装验收。按国际惯例，对输入输出点抽查10%即可。但刘忠仁却不放心，坚持100%检查验收。由于工作量加大了许多，刘宗仁和同事们放弃了大量休息时间和游览异国风光的机会，圆满完成了DCS的验收任务，深受外国专家的称赞，为炼油厂第一套EX2S的开车打下了坚实基础。回国后，他积极组织DCS集散控制系统的商检、安装、调试工作，同时全面负责三套常减压的常规仪表安装调试工作，使三套装置开车一次成功，因此，刘忠仁在炼油厂的知名度也大大攀升。 刘忠仁干的第二件露脸的事是1997年，为了完成润滑油系统的DCS仪表改造任务，他亲领15名优秀科技人员，进行了一年的封闭式学习，所有人员一律攻读英文资料，经过多次考试，然后再送北京培训。受训完毕，再选5人到美国进行系统组装。回国后，刘忠仁与同事们共同努力，经过两个月的奋战终于将这套世界上最先进的DCS集散控制系统开动起来了。 此系统在全国是第一套。在世界上是第二套。 即使是许多发达国家诸如英、法、德、日本也没有。然而刘忠仁却成功地驾驭了这套系统。 所以刘忠仁很牛。 王巍是炼油厂十佳知识分子的头名状元。大家都叫王巍为隐形虎的克星。 轰鸣的炼油塔高耸，每天都为国家创造着效益，可是，一种隐形虎却每天悄悄吞噬着设备，这就是设备腐蚀。按照国外防腐权威机构的统计表明，石化企业每年产值的4%将在腐蚀中流失。对于炼油厂来说，这个4%将是个几千万元的损失。 然而，只有中专文化程度的王巍为了减少企业的损失，却自告奋勇打虎上山。他先后自学化学分析、非金属材料学、金属学等20多门学科，前后5年，探索研究出许多新招用于装置防腐。使多年的老设备不断焕发青春。 1995年，炼油厂部分储油罐由于腐蚀严重，厂里决定更换新的油罐。这当然是没有办法的办法，因为当时应用的防腐方法效果不理想，无法解决设备腐蚀的问题。为了摸清储油罐腐蚀原因和实验防腐材料性能，他在七月的天气钻进油罐调查。罐内散发的呛人的溶剂味和汽油味，熏得他阵阵恶心，由于高度缺氧，使他头疼恶心，食不甘味，夜难成眠，但他不顾领导和同志们的劝阻，一连数天不下火线。以顽强的毅力坚持录完了100多组数据，然后又投人到紧张的新型防腐涂料的研制过程中。经过几百次的试验，他在中石化总公司系统内率先研究开发出水溶
