京特K1718次车队共有干部职工222人,平均年龄才23.1岁。这是支年轻的队伍,其中大部分职工是被称之为小皇帝、小公主的独生子女,并且都是转业兵和技校生。面对这样的新人新岗位新成员,怎样把他们建成一支思想过硬、作风过硬、技术过硬、甘于奉献、爱岗敬业的队伍呢?车队干部告诉笔者,以人为本、以情动人、做深入细致的思想工作,坚持不懈地有针对性地进行人生观、价值观、革命理想和铁路宗旨教育,在当前市场经济条件下仍然有效管用。 该队二组有个列车员叫杨建鸣,14岁时父母便撒手人寰,她幼小的心灵里过早地饱尝了人世间的苦辣酸甜。对于这样的苦孩子,列车长左秀梅把一腔爱心倾洒到了她的身上。从她分到二组那天起,左秀梅就包下了她的伙食费,在小建鸣生日那天,左车长特意安排为她做了一碗长寿面,像亲姐姐那样又为她买了生日蛋糕。晚上,又组织全组的人员为她过了一个温馨热闹的生日。在车队干部无微不至的关怀与呵护下,杨建鸣健康地成长着。她思想积极向上,工作踏实肯干,为车队干了不少有益的工作,车队抓住这一典型,让她用自己的亲身经历讲自己和车队的故事,在全车队反响很大。并且在分局客运系统技术业务运动会上,取得了演讲比赛第二名的好成绩。 诚心待客,热情服务,是该车队永远的追求。 现在,年轻的K1718次车队又提出争创名牌列车和精品列车的口号,愿这支红旗车队一路走好,越来越好! 与铁老大竞争的哈尔滨长途汽车公司因时问关系没有前去采访。但笔者却采访了青岛市交运集团公司青岛长途汽车站。原先认为青岛的长途汽车只在本省经营业务,哪想到候车室一看,该站的运营业务竟北达北京、天津,南到福建江浙等十多个省份。该站站长宋定军开玩笑地说:邢老师,若你回北京坐我们的车,我可以直接送您到家! 宋定军所在的青岛长途汽车站就是青岛人播撒文明的流动哨,也是青岛人展示美好心灵的文明使者。市场经济实际是一本书,因理解不同,便有五颜六色之分,有千奇百怪之态。有的人理解市场经济就是赚钱经济,就是个人主义,就是宁可我负天下人,不可天下人负我。在这种思想驱动下,一些交运部门和私人车主超载强载,野蛮装卸,根本不顾及乘客的个人利益和人身安全,结果酿成多起翻车事故和沉船事故,在我国公布的特大伤亡事故中,交通事故一直占有很重。 青岛长途汽车站则认为,利己主义的车队永远也走不远。在这个意义上,青岛的长途车就是一个象征。宋定军说,我们的长途车能北到北京、天津,南到闽杭,如果是一个黑心车,一个极端自利的车,它绝对会搁浅会触礁,会破产会倒闭。省内省外一些同行同道的企业衰落史就说明了这一点。我们认为社会主义市场经济必定有与之相匹配的思想和文化,就像我们青岛的长途车,它来自齐鲁大地,因此它就有山东的风味,虽然它不会说话,但它却满载着我们的文化,如果会说话,一张口肯定是山东腔。我认为它实际上就是我们山东青岛派出去的宣传车,它播撒着我们青岛人的热情豪爽诚信忠厚的美德。因此,我们要求司乘人员一定要热情服务礼貌周到全心全意为乘客着想。这个要求完全体现着我们齐鲁文化的内涵和品质,体现着深刻的人本思想和人性关怀。我们把长途车当做一个载体,是我们开展各种文明活动的一个场所,比如学雷锋活动,为旅客排忧解难活动,环保活动等等。我们的体会是,要想使自己的车队走得更长远,更持久,也就是我们现在所说的有可持续发展的前景,就一定要有深厚的文化内涵,有精神文明活动的内容,这是企业制胜的法宝。只有这样的车队才有好的未来。 青岛长途汽车站多次取得市、省乃至国家颁发的各种荣誉,是青岛屈指可数的国家级精神文明建设先进单位。尽管市场经济条件下为我们提供了一个光怪陆离的环境,但宋定军他们回到原点,回到初始,回到本土文化中去,回到人性关怀中去,然后出发,去播撒文化和文明的种子,使企业牢牢站住了脚跟,取得了骄人的业绩,值得人们细细品味。 都说厦门航空公司客舱服务部乘务队的空姐一个比一个漂亮,是红粉佳丽,是南国之花,但与之相比,更美丽的是她们的心灵。 厦航乘务队组建于1985年8月17日,现有192名乘务员,以女乘务员居多。第一批空姐已经飞过15个年头了。现在空姐们的平均年龄才21岁。她们身处改革开放前沿,市场经济大潮的滩头,经常看到的是灯红酒绿和拜金主义之下扭曲的心灵,这样一批年轻貌美的漂亮女孩,她们能把中国民航总局授予的最佳乘务队的称号保持下去吗? 空姐们用自己的一串串故事回答了人们的疑问于新梅的故事。 乘务员于新梅是一位空嫂,电是一位军嫂。她的军人丈夫在她飞上蓝天以后,为了全力支持她的工作,承揽了全部的家务和照顾孩子的事。1996年7月,他们6岁的儿子在公园滑滑梯时,不慎摔断了手臂,被送到医院开刀接骨。儿子的手臂被夹板和纱布厚厚地缠住,行动不便,于新梅的丈夫毕竟也军务在身,既当爹又当妈,忙得团团转,不小心,儿子刚接好的骨头又给摔断了,旧伤未愈,又添新伤。当时于新梅正值连续在飞5个早晚班,几天不能回家,她丈夫为了不影响她飞行,硬是咬着牙没有把儿子的伤情告诉她。当于新梅飞行回来,看见儿子疼得满脸?目痕地找妈妈时,她心疼、内疚,抚摸着儿子的伤口泪如泉涌,说不出话来。 就是这位于新梅,没有尽到一个做母亲的责任,却尽到了一个乘务员的职责。在她的儿子伤口未愈的日子里,一次执行厦门至广州的航班任务,上来一位右脚摔成粉碎性骨折的旅客,右腿不能弯曲,裹满了绷带,伤口处还渗出殷红的血迹,她和乘务长苏艺虹立即将旅客调换到五排座位斜躺着,并找来坐垫将其腿部垫高,尽量减轻病人的痛苦。她还和苏艺虹不停地送开水、用手巾擦去旅客额头上渗出的汗珠,并向机上旅客打听广州哪家医院治疗骨伤最好,又通过机组与广州急救中心联系。于新梅看着这位旅客一直在出血的伤腿和苍白的脸,急得都要哭了。事后她说:我把乘坐我们航班的旅客都看成是我的亲人,他伤成那样子,我不忍,真想为他输血。飞机在白云机场刚刚停稳,救护车就把这位受重伤的旅客送往医院抢救。临走,这位旅客哽咽不止,他说:你们让我看到了生命的希望,我会永远记住你们。 1997年2月16日上午10时30分,上海至厦门8502航班飞至7800米高空的时候,细心的乘务长朱文霞发现前舱第6排座位上,一位年轻的母亲怀中的小孩脸蛋晕红异常,夫妻俩四处张望。她关切地抚摸了一下孩子的额头,发现这个孩子正在发高烧,从这对夫妻口中她了解到,孩子在上飞机前有点轻微感冒,上飞机后病情变得严重,朱文霞连忙打开飞机上的广播,焦急地询问旅客中是否有医生。乘务员丁琼等连忙拿出湿毛巾和开水,不停地给孩子喂水,把湿毛巾敷在孩子的额头上。但是,小孩的病情并未好转,脸色变得苍白,并开始不停地抽搐、咬牙,而且呼吸逐渐微弱,进入昏迷状态。眼见小孩病情危急,朱文霞立即请示机长。救孩子要紧!机长当机立断,迅速和上海华东管理局及杭州机场取得联系,并请求杭州机场准备好救护车。11点整,8502航班备降在笕桥机场。飞机落地后,朱文霞等乘务员帮着送这对夫妇抱小孩急忙坐上救护车去医院,夫妇俩感动得噙着眼泪连声道谢:谢谢小姐,谢谢厦航! 苏艺虹的虹是彩虹的虹,并不是陈瑾红、庄秋红的红,这三个姑娘是厦航乘务队推出的三个示范乘务组。因三个姑娘的名字最后一个字叫起来字音相同,也因为叙述上的方便,根据少数服从多数的原则,人们就叫她们为三红乘务组。 三红乘务组以各自的服务特色带动和提高了机上的服务质量。 庄秋红乘务组常说:在国内旅客面前我代表厦航,在国外旅客面前我代表中国。她们用规范的服务技能、尽善尽美的服务态度营造高水平的服务质量。 从迎客的微笑鞠躬到巡视客舱时轻盈的脚步,这个组的乘务员都经过平日一次次的仔细揣摩和演示训练,腰弯到什么角度最得体?手放在什么位置最优雅?怎样的问候最贴心? 厕所要洁净无异味;紧急舱门口要时刻保持畅通;头等舱送小毛巾一定要叠得整整齐齐、温热度适中才送出,让人感觉体贴备至;把报纸杂志的题头正面放好再递,让人一目了然。 花生米先放在烤箱中温热一下再送给头等舱的客人,口感又脆又香;夜航关天花板顶灯时,先帮客人打开阅读灯;水果、饮料像商店里一样摆放得美观整齐;航程中,一次次地巡视客舱,把对旅客的关怀,做在服务呼唤铃按响之前…… 陈瑾红乘务组每当航班延误时,便在轻音乐的伴奏下,播送她们自己利用业余时间编写的许多生动有趣的航空小知识,大受旅客欢迎。还为半大的孩子送去一套自己动手用硬纸剪贴制作的拼图卡,并告诉完成以后还有小奖品,这样一来,处于这种年龄段特别调皮的孩子一下子就安静下来了,身边疲惫不堪的母亲,脸上露出了舒心满意的笑容。 她们还在航班上自己花钱准备了旅游城市地图、主要酒店的地址、电话、房价;还备有胶卷、电池、衣架、卫生巾等,甚至主动帮助旅客擦皮鞋…… 1996年4月26日,苏艺虹乘务组在执行厦门至北京的8101航班上,迎来几位神情悲痛、心情沉重的客人。他们手捧一个骨灰盒和两盆齐胸高的青松,一个坐轮椅登机的大娘一直不停地掉泪哭泣。护士工作出身的陈燕一看心里就明白了几分。她赶忙上去,送上热开水和温热的毛巾,轻声地安慰老人,并询问:大娘,需要什么帮忙?当攀谈中得知他们是不久前因公殉职的厦门公安战线模范武清文的父母等亲人时,几位乘务员肃然起敬。她们流着泪不停地安慰英雄的母亲,最后大家自发地把身上带的钱全部捐献出来,由苏艺虹代表大家捧到烈士的母亲面前,老人感动得不能自已,再三表示:这钱无论如何不能收。苏艺虹急得动情地说:武清文的事迹我们都知道,他是为保卫特区而牺牲的,我们这点心意,希望您一定收下!情真意切,感人至深。烈士的母亲只得含泪收下了这非同寻常的情意。飞机降落后,苏艺虹等人又将烈士的亲人送到旅客出口处。烈士的亲人在不久写来的表扬信中万分感慨:我们从这几位空姐身上,看到了厦门特区人民的精神风貌。印敏和张艳婷的故事。 1997年元月,陈瑾红示范组的乘务员印敏和张艳婷在飞机上看到一位来自长春大房店年过花甲、名叫王继兴的老人。老人右半身瘫痪、语言吃力,这次是独自前往厦门鼓浪屿陆军疗养院疗养的。印敏和张艳婷立即给予他特别的关照,亲手削好苹果送到老人口中,关切地询问病情。当看到老人因突患脑血栓导致半身不遂而产生情绪低落,对生活丧失信心甚至拒食的情况后,两位姑娘的心一下子揪了起来。执行航班任务回到家,印敏和张艳婷放心不下,特地买了许多营养品,又专门带上几个北方人爱吃的大馒头,专程到鼓浪屿陆军疗养院去看望王继兴老人,鼓励他树立与病魔做斗争的信心。老人当时简直不敢相信这是真的!自己身处异乡,竟会有如此美丽的空中小姐来看望他。印敏和张艳婷还抽时间陪老人去厦门万古植物园等景区游玩,她们扶着他,和亲女儿没什么两样。老人感动得热泪长流,说:我原以为厦门是特区,特区人重金钱名利,人情淡漠,没想到会遇上像你们这样品德高尚的姑娘,你们让我看到了生命中最珍贵的东西。印敏和张艳婷的真情使王继兴老人恢复了对美好生活的向往和信心,身体康复得很快。临回长春时,他坚决选择厦航班机,并要求乘坐有印敏和张艳婷两位姑娘当班的航班。 乘务员陈燕在执行宁波飞往重庆的航班任务时,由于重庆机场跑道遭雷击,飞机备降成都。成都双流机场已停有许多等待飞往重庆的飞机,其中深圳航空公司的航班临时取消,机上有9个无人陪伴儿童被送到厦航飞机上,他们当中最大的11岁,最小的3岁。飞机起飞后,由于天气不好,气流不稳定,孩子们一个接一个地开始呕吐。刚20出头满脸稚气的陈燕抱起了那个最小的3岁小女孩,用累得已嘶哑的声音哄她、安慰她。孩子像找到救星一样,死死搂住陈燕的脖子不放手,大声地叫妈妈,孩子口中喷吐的秽物弄脏了陈燕一身,但这位妈妈硬是一直心疼地把孩子抱在怀中,直到飞机落地,陈燕的手臂都抬不起来了。这一幕幕情景,把机舱里那些真正做了父母的旅客感动得不得了。在飞机延误长达4个小时的情况下,还纷纷写下了表扬卡:看到你们无微不至的服务,我们没法不去谅解飞机的延误,更没法不被你们感动! 其实,在乘务队,这些故事何止一件两件,推迟婚期,不要孩子,不能照顾父母、家庭,所有的节假日不能和家人团圆的事情,对于她们,已经是再普通不过的事了。很多人以为当空姐很神气,工作很舒服,其实不然,在每一位新乘务员来乘务队报到的那一天,队干部就会对她讲:你们一跨进这个大门,就把安乐和享受留在门外了,而门内只有艰辛和奉献! 她们是一群乐于奉献的漂亮空姐! 就这样,厦航乘务队员以她们的真诚奉献,使厦门上空永远驻有一道美丽的风景! 采访中,有一个大交通的名
