Chapter 64 Chapter 64: The Small Door to the Tunnel

Of course, there are two mazes on the map, one for group A and one for group B.Both should be built under the cornerstone of the WICKED headquarters building.Thomas doesn't know which one the map directs him to, but whichever route he chooses, he returns to the maze.He was terrified and disgusted, but he started running towards the tunnel that Prime Minister Page had indicated. Following the map, he ran through corridor after corridor until he saw a long staircase leading to a basement. The road took him past several empty houses, and at last he saw the narrow door leading to the tunnel. The tunnel was dark, but not completely dark, so Thomas breathed a sigh of relief. He ran down the narrow passage and saw a few bare bulbs hanging from the ceiling. After running about two hundred feet, he came to a ladder, as marked on the map.He climbed up and saw above it another round metal door with a round handle that reminded him of the entrance to a map room in a glade.

He turned the handle and pushed the door hard. After Thomas pushed open the door, he saw a faint light coming from inside. The door flicked open, and a cool breeze blew.He rushed out to the ground and landed just next to a rock, in a snowy wasteland between the woods and WICKED. Carefully he lifted the cover over the tunnel, replaced it, and crouched behind the stone. He didn't notice any movement, but it was too dark to see clearly. He looked up at the sky and saw the same dark clouds, only to realize that he couldn't remember how much time had passed since entering the complex. Was it only a few hours before he arrived at the building?Or has it been a day and a night?

Prime Minister Page said that the Positive Army had entered the building, maybe with explosives, as Thomas had heard before, and he should find the entrance first. He thought it wise to connect with a group of people.More people are safer. And he had to let them know where the Immune was hiding. From the map it seemed that Thomas' best bet was to run to the buildings furthest from where he had come from and search that area. So he found the direction, walked along the edge of the big rock, and ran to the nearest building. He ran as low as he could.Several bolts of lightning cracked in the sky, illuminating the concrete walls of the complex, as well as Bai Xue.Immediately afterwards, thunder was heard, rumbling through the earth, beating on his heart.

He got to the side of the first building and pushed away the tangled bushes along the wall.He walked all over the side of the building, but found nothing. When he reached the first corner, he stopped, looking from time to time to the left and right. He saw a series of courtyards between the two buildings, but he still didn't see a way into them. He walked around the other two buildings, and when he got close to the fourth building, he heard someone talking, and immediately lay down on the ground, and then he made as little noise as possible, along the frozen soil, towards the growing well I walked over to the bushes, and looked around to see where the sound was coming from.

There, piles of rubble littered the yard, behind which a large hole appeared, from which it appeared to have been blasted. That is, the explosion happened inside.A faint light shone through the hole, casting mottled shadows on the ground. There are two people in civilian clothes sitting on the edge of the shadow, it is the righteous army. Thomas was about to stand up, when a cold hand covered his mouth and pulled him back. The other arm wrapped around his chest and dragged him, his feet buried in the snow.Thomas kicked and tried to break free, but the man was too strong. They turned the corner of the building and walked into a small courtyard, where Thomas was thrown face down on the ground. His captors jumped on his back, one hand clamped tightly around his mouth. He didn't recognize the man, while the other crouched down.

It's Jenson. "I'm very disappointed," said the Rat Man. "It doesn't look like everyone in my organization is on the same page." Thomas couldn't move, and could only fight hard against the man who pinned him down. Jensen sighed, "I think we're going to be a little more ruthless this time."
