欧阳凯福建漳浦人。康熙五十七年，任台湾镇总兵，加左都督。六十年春，朱一贵谋起事，有粤人高永寿者，负贩为生，途次见一病人，饿且死，救之，亦不问其姓名。一日至南路，遇之，欷歔感泣，引入山，置酒待，偕见一贵。刀枪森列，具言起兵事，邀入党。佯许之，乘间走赴南路营告变，弗信。至府，复告镇署，凯亦弗信，且以为狂。会巡道梁文煊鞫问，坐妖言惑众论死，从宽递回原籍。方是时，文恬武嬉，固不以治乱为意。已而一贵果起事，破冈山汛。报至，中营游击刘得紫请行，不许。右营游击周应龙，庞然魁伟，议论风生，令以兵四百人往，大败而逃。一贵逐之，迫府治。凯率镇兵出驻春牛埔，军中夜惊，黎明稍集。五月朔，一贵来攻，镇兵内乱，把总杨泰刺凯坠马，馘首去，右营守备胡忠义、千总蒋子龙、把总林彦、石琳皆战没，府治遂陷。事平，诏赠太子少保，赐祭葬，荫一子以守备用。忠义陕西长安人，子龙、林彦皆福建闽县人。琳永定人，为汀州镇标中营把总，适带班兵渡台，赴战死。马定国陕西人，为台湾南路营守备，死于凤山。陈元福建侯官人，为镇标左营千总；林富福建长汀人，为南路营把总，皆死于赤山。各予恤，赐祭葬，荫一子以卫千总用。孙文元云南人，康熙五十七年，任台湾镇左营游击，及是兵败，走鹿耳门，投海死。赠拖沙拉哈番，予恤，赐祭葬，荫一子以守备用。俱祀忠义祠。 许云福建海澄人。康熙五十七年，任台湾水师副将。朱一贵之役，南路既失，总兵欧阳凯出驻春牛埔，云率水师援之。五月朔，一贵攻府治，镇兵败，凯死。云冲突血战，与游击崇功、千总林文煌、赵奇奉、把总李茂吉奋臂大呼，所向披靡，自黎明至日中，矢穷炮尽。云重创，坠马步行，犹手刃数十人，弁兵俱没。次子方度在旁，顾之曰：“吾为副将，义当死。汝其速突围出，将安鹿耳门各炮封钉，无畀敌。”方度从之，云遂阵没。事闻，赠他拉布勒哈番世袭，赐祭葬，荫一子以守备用。方度后随参将王万化攻鹿耳门安平镇，有功，补台湾镇中营游击。崇功漳浦人，康熙六十年春，任水师左营游击，巡哨笨港，闻报，以兵还至鹿耳门。见文武眷舟逃出，叹曰：“官者兵民之望，官眷逃则人心散，大事去矣。”登岸赴敌。壻叩马请区处家属，叱之曰：“今日遑知有家哉！”麾军至春牛埔，手持大刀，左右驰突，遂战死。赠拖沙拉哈番，赐祭葬，荫一子以守备用。奇逢广东人，文煌侯官人，茂吉漳浦人，俱赐祭葬，荫一子，以卫千总用，入祀忠义祠。安平人士悯其死，别建五忠祠以祀。 罗万仓陕西宁夏人。康熙五十八年，任台湾北路营参将，驻诸罗。朱一贵之役，府治既失，万仓骤筹战备。五月初四日，赖池、张岳、郑维晃等率众来攻，万仓与千总陈徽、把总郑高、叶旺分门拒之，而自当其南，奋战尤烈。顾无援，所部略尽，陈碧以枪刺其喉颠，张岳、赖元改挥刀斩之，以头献一贵。妾蒋氏见乘马逃归，溅血被体，大呼曰：“吾夫其死矣。”遂自缢。事闻，赠拖沙拉哈番世袭，赐祭葬，荫一子以守备用。蒋氏下旨旌表，祀节烈祠。 蓝廷珍 蓝廷珍字荆璞，福建漳浦人。少勤恪力田，忽有所怀，喟然叹曰：“吾其为持戟之士乎？”族祖理镇舟山，释耒从之。康熙三十四年，擢把总，累迁至温州镇右营游击，获海寇有功。五十八年春，迁澎湖副将，寻授南澳镇总兵。六十年夏五月，台湾朱一贵起兵，据府治。闻警，简师徒，治军实，上书总督满保请行，并陈进兵事宜。满保赴厦，途次得书大喜，命统水陆军万二千名，战船四百余艘伐台，而水师提督施世骠已先至澎湖矣。会议军略，部署既定，以林亮、董方为先锋。六月十六日，进攻鹿耳门，克之。复攻安平，再克之。逼府治，一贵败不敢出。世骠用降者计，夜遣林亮、董方率兵千二百从西港仔暗渡，以出府治之背。廷珍见曰：“此诚奇计。顾彼众我寡，脱有失，将奈何？”世骠曰：“然则何如？”曰：“公宜速遣将弁至濑口涂、墼埕等处，分道夹击，某当亲率大军，以继林、董二将之后，方可万全，府治恢复，在此数日间尔。”平明，大战于苏厝甲，一贵稍却。复战，追之至木栅，又败之茑松溪。一贵北去，遂入府治，而世骠至。闰八月，一贵被禽，地方渐平。署台湾镇总兵，仍统诸军。September.世骠卒，署理提督印务，遂抚杜君英父子而械之，余党悉平。满保以经理台疆，拟画沿山之界，禁出入。廷珍复之，略曰：“人情安土重迁，既有田畴庐舍，室家妇子，环聚耕凿。一旦驱逐搬移，不能遍给以资生之藉，则无屋可住，无田可耕，失业流离，必为盗贼，一可虑也。其地既广且饶，宜田宜宅，可以容民畜众。而置之空虚，无人镇压，则是弃为贼巢，使奸宄便于出没，二可虑也。前此台地何人非贼，国公、将军而外，伪镇不止千余，今诛之不可胜诛，俱仍安居乐业，而独于附近贼里之人，田宅尽倾，驱村众而流离之。邻贼之罪，重于作贼，三可虑也。台寇虽起山间，在郡十居其九，若欲因贼弃地，则府治先不可言。况郎娇并无起贼，虽处极边，广饶十倍于罗汉，现在耕凿数百人，番黎相安，已成乐土。今无故欲荡其居，尽绝人迹往来，则官兵断不肯履险涉远，而巡入百余里无人之地。脱有匪类聚众出没，更无他人可以报信，四可虑也。锯板抽藤，贫民衣食所系。兼以采取木料，修理战船，为军务所必需，而砍柴烧炭，尤人生日用所不可少。暂时清山则可，若欲永永禁绝，则流离失业之众，又将不下千百家，势必违误船工，而全台且有不火食之患，五可虑也。疆土既开，有日辟，无日蹙。台地宋、元以前，并无人知，至明中叶，太监王三保舟下西洋，遭风至此，始知有此一地。未几而海寇林道乾据之，颜思齐、郑芝龙与倭据之，荷兰据之，郑成功又据之。国家初设郡县，管辖不过百余里，距今未四十年，而开垦流移之众，延袤二千余里，糖谷之利甲天下。过此再四、五十年，连内山山后野番不到之境，皆将为良田美宅，万万不可遏抑。今乃欲令现成村社废为坵墟，厉禁不能，六可虑也。曩者诸罗令周锺瑄有清革流民，以大甲溪为界之请，凤山令宋永清有议弃郎娇之详。今北至淡水、鸡笼，南尽沙马、矶头，皆欣然乐郊，争趋若鹜。虽欲限之，恶得而限之？职等愚见，以为人无良匪，教化则驯；地无美恶，经理则善。莫如添兵设防，广听开垦，地利尽，人力齐，鸡鸣狗吠相闻，而彻乎山中，虽有盗贼，将无逋逃之薮。何必因噎废食，乃为全身远害哉？今窃议于罗汉内门中埔庄，设汛防兵三百名，以千总一员驻扎其地，郎娇亦设千总一员、兵三百，控扼极边一带。三六九期，操演之外，准其自备牛种，就地屯田，以为余资，虽险远而弁兵便焉。槺榔林在平原旷土之中，杜君英出没庄屋，久被焚毁，附近村社，人烟稠密，星罗棋布，离下淡水营内埔庄汛防不远，无庸更议。至各处乡民欲入深山，采取树木，或令家甲邻右互结，给与腰牌，毋许胥役需索牌费一分一厘，听从其便。伏读宪檄，添防之制，宜速议定，以便题覆。夫今所宜更议者，惟罗汉门、郎娇而已矣。外此则移八里坌汛千总驻扎后垅，为半线淡水适中之地，及添设文员诸事，尚未举行。其余俱经遵照宪檄，于南路添设下淡水营守备，带兵五百驻扎新园，设冈山守备，带兵五百，驻扎淡水溪埔，扼罗汉门诸山出没窦径。北路添设半线守备一营，带兵五百，居诸罗、淡水之中，上下控扼，联络声援。以诸罗山守备驻扎笨港，增兵二百名，添设下茄苳守备一营，兵五百。郡治添设城守游击一营，兵八百，与镇标三营相埒。再加罗汉门、郎娇各添设汛防兵三百，则全台共计增兵三千六百名，较宪檄前指之数，止多一百。但此三千六百之兵，不须请旨额外添设，就内地各标营分额招募，按班来台，如往例三年一换，然后内地不至空虚，无顾子失母之病。诸罗地方辽阔，鞭长不及，应划虎尾溪以上，另设一县，驻扎半线，管辖六七百里。鹿子港虽口岸扼要，离半线仅十五里，不用再设巡检，将巡检设在淡水八里坌，兼顾鸡笼山后。笨港设巡检一员，驻扎笨港，佳里兴巡检仍还佳里兴驻扎，兼管目加溜湾，移典史归诸罗县治。南路凤山营县，虽僻处海边，不如下埤头孔道冲要，然控扼海口，打鼓眉螺诸港乃匪类出没要区，当仍其旧，不可移易。添设凤山县丞一员，驻扎搭楼，稽察阿猴林、笃佳等处，弹压东南一带山庄。下淡水巡检一员，不许留郡，仍令驻扎下淡水，稽察淡水以南各庄及诸海口。台、凤、诸各县各练乡壮五百名，在外县丞巡检各练乡壮二百名，无事则散之陇亩，有役则修我戈矛，乡自为守，人自为兵，此万全之道也。满保韪之，乃罢议。六十一年，廷议以两次平台，皆先驻军澎湖，而后进兵，将移总兵官于此，而府治仅设陆路副将。廷珍以为不可，上书论之，语在《军备志》。而提督姚堂亦上奏，仍以总兵官驻台湾。廷珍乃筹善后之策，论筑城，增戍兵，行保甲，办团练，语多可采。以次班师。雍正元年冬十月，授福建水师提督，加左都督，世袭三等阿达哈哈番。既至，整饬军务，信赏必罚，爱惜贤才，所汲引者，多位至节钺，军民皆欢戴之。七年冬十一月，卒于任，年六十有六，赐帑治丧，赠太子少保，谥襄毅。孙元枚亦有名。 元枚字简侯。乾隆三十三年，以世职补广东参将，寻擢副将。三十八年，迁台湾镇总兵，调金门镇。四十九年，授江南提督。五十二年，台湾林爽文起兵，南北遏绝
