Chapter 11 Section 2 "Six Faiths"

Islam in China 秦惠彬 2310Words 2018-03-20
Islamic doctrine scholars believe that the so-called religion consists of three parts. These three parts are: Faith (translated as "Imani" in Arabic), religious obligations, and conduct.Religious duties mainly refer to the five religious homework that Muslims must perform.Behavior refers to the code of ethics that Muslims must abide by.Belief belongs to the ideological side, duty and action to the practical side.Belief is meaningful only when it is combined with obligations, behaviors and other factors and is reflected in daily behavior.Chinese Islamic doctrine warns that as a Muslim, one must be "integrity in the heart, chanting with the tongue, and compliance with the body."Muslims in some areas of China express "Imani" by stretching out their index fingers, which means believing in the only Allah.Chinese Islamic dogma divides beliefs into two types: "general belief" and "divided belief".The so-called total faith refers to the confidence in all the virtues and revelations of God.This is the foundation of faith. The so-called "six beliefs" or "six beliefs" for short, that is, believe in Allah, believe in scriptures, believe in angels, believe in messengers, believe in the end of the day, and believe in predestination.

Islam is a typical monotheistic religion. It believes in one and only Allah.Allah is the free translation of the Arabic word "Allah", so believing in Allah is also called believing in Allah.Muslims in some areas of China are also called "Xinhuda". "Huda" is a Persian transliteration, which means Allah. Islam believes that Allah is unique, the Creator, the Provider, the Dominator and the Worshipee of all things in the universe.Allah has no image, no place, incomparable resemblance, no match, no place but omnipresent, neither born nor be born, transcendent and absolute, free and eternal.Allah is omniscient, omnipotent, merciful, and able to dominate everything without being dominated by everything. It is said that Allah created all things and people in the world in six days.Man was made of "black dry clay" by Allah. When Allah made the human form complete, he then breathed into him, that is, breathed into the soul, so a spiritual person was born.Man is the noblest of all God's creatures.Man is noble because he can know and worship Allah.

Allah has 99 honorable names, plus "Allah", a total of 100 honorable names. This is the conclusion made by later generations based on the description of the attributes of Allah in the book.Almost all of these 99 honorable names are beautiful words, such as the creator, the omnipotent, the perfect, the holy, the deep-knowing, and so on.Muslims usually praise the noble character of Allah by reciting these beautiful words. It is said that Allah has issued 114 "Books" successively, including "Torat" ("Pentateuch" in the Old Testament) which was given to Musa (Moses), and "Introduction" which was given to Jesus (Jesus). Jile ("New Testament Gospel"), "Zebur" (Psalm of David) that came down to Dawood (David), and that that came down to Muhammad. The so-called belief in the classics is the belief in the classics that Allah "sent down" to the messengers in different historical periods.Such classics are revelations from God, so they are often referred to as "revelation" in Chinese Islamic writings in China.

Islam believes that it is the last "scripture of truth" that Allah sent to the messenger Muhammad through the angel Jabrey. It is perfect and is exactly the same as the original scriptures of Allah.Even humans and elves could not create such a wonderful text. Therefore, Muslims should only believe in and obey the teachings. There are angels in it.It is a wonderful body created by Allah with light. They are holy and innocent, have no gender, and have wings (or two wings, or three wings, or four wings).Angels are many. They are servants of Allah, sent by Allah.Allah created angels before creating humans.Angels perform their own duties, some are guardians of human beings, and are responsible for recording people's behavior; some are responsible for managing the Garden of Heaven and Hell;Messenger can also be chosen among angels.Angels are hierarchical.Among them, the four famous archangels are Jebreylai, Mikaylai, Azraelai, and Israfilai.Jabre Yilai is responsible for conveying the "revelation" of Allah to Muhammad, and has the highest status.Mikayi came to be responsible for observing the universe and in charge of food, clothing and offerings in the world.Azrael is in charge of the taking of human life, he is the angel of taking lives.Esrafi came to specialize in the wind and rain, and when the present world was about to be destroyed, he was the one to sound the trumpet of the final judgment. There are also two angels accompanying each person, the one on the right recording good deeds and the one on the left recording evil deeds.Angels are not divine, and humans should not worship angels. On the contrary, Allah asked all the angels to bow down to the human ancestor Adam (Adam). However, Ibu Yousi (demon) refused to obey the command of Allah. He believed that he was created by Allah from fire, and he should not bow down to Adam, who was made of black soil, and was expelled from the Paradise as a result. From then on, Ibu Yousi fought against people everywhere, tempting people to commit crimes.

Islam believes that Allah has sent messengers to different nations in different historical periods. These messengers were "inspired" by Allah and had the sacred mission of spreading religion.Allah is said to have sent 315 messengers. There are 28 prophets or messengers with names in it.Among them, six are the most noble and enjoy special honorary titles. They are Adam (Adam), Nuhai (Noah), Ibrahim (Abraham), Musa (Moses), Isa (Jesus), Muhammad.Muhammad is the "sealed messenger" sent by Allah to the world. That is to say, Muhammad is the last messenger, and after him, Allah will no longer send messengers to the world.

As one of the basic creeds of Islam, the "messenger" actually believes that Muhammad is the "sealed messenger" of Allah. Belief in the doomsday includes "belief in the afterlife", "believe in the last judgment", "believe in the resurrection after death" and so on. Believe in future generations.Islam declares that there really is an afterlife, in which there will be Paradise and Hell. And this world will one day be destroyed. This life is short, and the hereafter is eternal. The afterlife is the final destination of life.Paradise is the paradise of future generations. There are eight floors in Tianyuan, and the throne of Allah, the preserved book and the "account book" that records people's activities are placed on the top. There are several heavenly gates guarded by angels in Tianyuan, which are only open to those who should enter.Hell is another story. It is a place of suffering for apostates and evildoers. There are seven floors and seven gates in Hellfire. People here are tortured and destroyed, and it is very miserable.People in Hell can talk to people in Paradise to verify the greatness and integrity of Allah. However, they will live in Hell forever and will not enter Paradise.

Letter Doomsday.Islam declares that there will always be a day of destruction in this world. But when it comes, it is "the mystery of heaven and earth".At the end of the world, Allah will bring human beings back from the dead and gather them in the liquidation field for final judgment and total liquidation.Everyone holds an unfolded book of merit and demerit that records all their actions, kneels in front of Allah, accepts judgment one by one, and then passes through the "overpass" on Hell. Those who believe in Allah alone and do good can pass through safely and reach Paradise; those who do evil and those who do not believe in Allah will fall into Hell.

Islam believes that all things in the world and their changes are predetermined and arranged by Allah. In the history of Islam, there have been debates about the relationship between "predeterminedness" and "freedom of will".One faction advocates that "everything is determined by the Lord, and nothing can be controlled by man"; the other believes that people are free to be ordained before Allah, and "believe in the destiny of heaven and do their best."Wang Daiyu, a Chinese Islamic theology scholar in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties, compared the relationship between "predeterminedness" and "freedom" to the relationship between "sea" and "boat".He said: "The future is like the sea, and freedom is like a small boat."
