People in the Qing Dynasty took the scriptures as their names, and there were even more bizarre ones than this. [Qing] Zhang An Mao, styled Polygonum Bandit "Poetry·Zhou Song·Liangsi [si Temple]": "Qi 镈 [bo Bo] Si Zhao, to gather [hao Artemisia] tea Polygonum; tea Polygonum decay stops, millet millet flourishes." From these lines of poems, we can see that the use of "Polygonum" in response to "mao" means to get rid of the tea and Polygonum, so that the millet will grow luxuriantly.But adding the word "bandit" for no reason is unavoidably bizarre, and it can even be said to be a bit shocking.It turns out that "Poetry·Xiaoya·Liao'e" has the phrase "the Polygonum is the one, the bandit is Yihao", so the word "bandit" is pulled over from "Poetry".This "bandit" is "non", not the "bandit" of later generations of bandits.However, the "Polygonum" in "Liangsi" and "Polygonum" in "Liao'e" are not the same thing. Responding to "Zai" with "Stone" is to take the meaning of "Zai Huayue but not heavy".But why use "sleeve" to decorate "stone"?That's because the scriptures compare mountains to fist stones, so "sleeves" are related to "fist".But the word "sleeve" was not invented by Ping Kong, but it was taken from the story of Mi Fu (fu Fu), a great calligrapher in the Song Dynasty, who loved stones.According to "Song Barnyard Banknotes", when Mi Fu was a local official in Lianshui, he abolished political affairs because he was playing with stones. The inspector Yang Cigong knew about it and went to inspect:

Unexpectedly, Yang Cigong also loves stones, and in the end he snatched away the most precious piece from Mi Fu.The literati were curious, so they picked out a word "sleeve" from Mi Fu's affair, and put it on the "fist stone" in the scriptures.

People in the Qing Dynasty loved to renovate the decorative characters of table characters, and they were not limited to the names that summarized the meaning of the scriptures.For example, there are four characters of Xia Wei.We can tell at a glance that this is taken from "Guanzi Herdsmen" "Siwei Zhang Zeguo Decree" or "Poetry Xiaoya Jie Nanshan" "Four Directions Are Dimensions".But what does embellishment use "only" mean?It turns out that the modal particles in "Chu Ci" mostly use xi, some [shortened] and only, and there is a sentence in "Dazhao" that "fame is as bright as the sun, and it shines all over the world", so it is prefixed with "only" because of "four". .This seems very bizarre today, because in modern Chinese, "only" can be combined with numerals when it is used as a quantifier.This practice of kneading and decorating characters based on the turning point of the meaning of the characters is rare in the previous generation.
