After long-term research, archaeologists finally discovered the Ru kiln site in Qingliangsi Village, Daying Town, Baofeng County, Henan Province. Some excavations have been carried out, and a large amount of material materials for research have been obtained.Ru kiln porcelain has a rich variety, including general celadon, sky blue glaze, sky blue glaze porcelain and some coarser porcelain belonging to the Jun kiln system. There are not many works that match the celadon collected in the imperial palace of the Qing Dynasty and recorded in the literature of the Song Dynasty. Its carcass is thin, delicate and fragrant gray; its shape is very bold, vigorous and full; the glaze layer is egg blue. The combination of the glaze layer and the carcass is lustrous and slightly pink. The glaze layer of Ru enamel is relatively thick, mostly bisque, and generally not decorated with patterns. There are ice cracks on the glaze, also known as crab claw patterns and fly wings.Ru porcelain craftsmen have successfully controlled the reduction flame, and the glaze is extremely fine, and crystal agate particles can be seen under a magnifying glass. This kind of high-level artefacts are tribute porcelain fired for the court, and the quantity is very small, so they are generally not sold in the market.Zhou Hui of the Southern Song Dynasty said in "Qingbo Magazine" that "there is agate powder in the Ru kiln as glaze, and it is only for the imperial court to choose and return, and then it is allowed to sell, which is especially rare in recent years."These words are confirmed by archeology. The general celadon, Jun-glazed porcelain and other coarse porcelain produced in large quantities by Ru Kiln were sold in the market and used by the people.

The other celadon wares in the Ru kiln of Baofeng Qingliang Temple were called Linru kiln in the past, and they are Linru celadon wares that are different from the above-mentioned Ru wares. This kind of work is also produced in Linru, Yuxian, Yiyang and other places, and there are many kiln sites of considerable scale, which belong to the folk kiln type. Some works have a finer texture, while others are thicker. The glaze layer of celadon glaze is relatively thin, and the color is greenish-yellow, pea-green, which is its characteristic. The types of utensils include bowls, plates, plates, bottles, pots, cans, etc., and there are more types than Ru kiln celadon. In addition to celadon, there are Jun glaze porcelain, Cizhou kiln type products of white glaze and black flower, and black porcelain.Linru celadon has rich decorative patterns, various patterns, flowers, figures, etc. made by engraving, scratching and printing techniques. It is simple and durable, and has a strong northern rural flavor.
