※※※ Many people all over the world try to create a harmonious and humane society, but almost all of them fail, for the simple reason that no one thinks why society is not harmonious in the first place. It is discordant because every man is divided within, and his division is projected into society. It is impossible to truly achieve utopia in the world, it is impossible to truly create a harmonious society unless we resolve the division within the individual. So the only way to create a utopia is that your consciousness has to grow more and your unconscious has to become less so that there comes a moment at the end of your life when nothing is unconscious : You are just pure consciousness. Then there is no division.

※※※ Always move from the known to the unknown, with anything or with any experience. Even if the unknown turns out to be worse than the known, that's fine, worse or better doesn't matter, you move from the known to the unknown, you're ready to move from the known to the unknown, that's what matters Yes, that is very valuable. Always remember that new is better than old. I say even if all the old is gold, you forget about it.To choose new, it doesn't matter if it's gold or not, it's your choice: You choose to learn, you choose to experience, you choose to enter unknown territory.

Meditation is the only answer to all human problems. It may be frustration, it may be depression, it may be sadness, it may be meaningless, it may be extreme physical and mental pain, there may be many problems, but there is only one answer, and meditation is the answer. ※※※ Naturally, what the world needs is action, not inaction.Action is required for every success, not inaction; action is required for all ambition, and thus the whole world gradually becomes a part concentrated in action. But the action part will create tension, will create pain and sorrow, and even if you reach the goal, you will find that you have not achieved anything, you have just wasted your time and energy.

The mind in action cannot put you in a state of stillness and relaxation, in which you are at ease, at home -- that is impossible for an active mind. An inactive mind can give you a home to rest in, a sanctuary, and a beautiful feeling that you don't need to do anything, it's fine to be who you are, you're already on that goal, so You don't even have to move. ※※※ If meditation can be diffused and people can be brought to have only one consciousness with them, then the world can achieve harmony, which is a completely different level that you can work on. So far it has been a revolution, focused on society and its structure, which has failed over and over again in a variety of different ways. Now it has to be personal, not revolutionary, but meditative and transformative.

It is not as difficult as one thinks, it is just a matter of realizing the value of meditation. Then it is easy for millions of people to become undivided within themselves. They will be the first in humanity to become harmonious, and their harmony, their beauty, their compassion, their love - all their qualities - will surely resonate throughout the world. ※※※ This is a fundamental thing to understand: the truth can only be your own experience, there is no other way to get it. You can get lies from other people, it's so rich -- every lie, every color, every shape, every size, whatever you like. Not only are they readily available, but they can also fit you, you don't have to fit them, they will come to fit you, that's easy, they're made to fit you, they're cut for you.

Truth is an entirely different matter. You have to fit it, truth does not compromise, you have to change according to it, you have to go through a transformation. ※※※ A man with a religious mind will be religious in his actions and relationships, as well as in his thoughts and feelings. He doesn't need churches, monasteries, or temples, what he needs is a clear vision, a peace of mind, and an experience of his own nature, because his experience of his own nature will make him aware The whole world is divine, making him aware that everything that exists is in a different stage of evolution, but has within it the potential of life and the potential of consciousness.

※※※ The mind does not know that there are three tenses, it only knows two tenses: past and future. The "now" does not exist for the mind: the "existing" does not exist for the mind, and the "non-existing" exists for the mind. So the whole effort is how to get out of the mind, how to get out of that which is not there, and stand in the center where the Being is. How can we be in the "now"? --that's the whole trick of meditation. When you are in the "now" moment, enlightenment is its by-product. ※※※ All art should spring from meditation, and yet all art is far from meditation, which is very sad.Every artist, whatever his particular art, should find a way towards meditation, but this does not seem to be the case.

On the contrary, most of the artists, musicians, dancers, painters, sculptors and poets in modern times, they are not going to reach meditation, they are going to madness, which is the other extreme of meditation, and that reason is because in the First Source, It is the "gap" that matters, not the words, but over time the words become more important than the "gap". ※※※ No one who has achieved meditation will commit suicide or go crazy, because he will become more and more balanced, his inner will become more and more harmonious, and in the end he will move towards absolute harmony-that is "no mind" (no-mind; heart without distracting thoughts) harmony.

To attain "no mind" is to attain everything. There is nothing more than it, because it is peace, it is stillness, it is bliss. "Mindless" is divinity, it is immortality, it is eternity. ※※※ Western psychology is still hovering at the root, it has not even touched the leaves, flowers and fruits, they have not yet entered into the problem of "no mind", they have not yet been able to notice the problem of the whole mind, when you do not yet know The whole mind, you cannot jump into "no mind". "No mind" is attainment. "No mind" is enlightenment.

"No mind" is liberation. ※※※ Science will never understand the abyssal depths, dark and mysterious parts of their minds. ※※※ If there is only one science, then there may be only one religion. If a science is enough to explore the objective world, then a religion is enough to explore the inner world of man, and that religion does not need to add any adjectives, no need to say it is Christianity, Hinduism, Taoism, or any other adjective . It's as if science is science and religion is religion. In fact, as far as I can see, there is only one religion, and it has two dimensions: one dealing with the outer world, and the other dealing with the inner world. We could even drop the word "religion".

It is a fundamental rule of science that we must use the fewest assumptions possible. So why use two words? One word is enough, and "science" is a beautiful word, it means "to know". Knowing something else is one thing, knowing one's inner self is another, and "knowing" covers both. ※※※ If you are going to open a new door into your being, if you are going to listen to your own heart, then anything I say is very simple, don't believe it, because there is no way you can't believe it .It's so simple that you have no way of doubting it. ※※※ Therefore, I object to all belief, for the simple reason that nothing I teach requires belief.I am all for doubting, because you cannot doubt my simple teachings. Our conditioning does not allow us to be natural, our conditioning teaches us from the beginning that we must become something more than natural, that to be natural is to be animal -- we must become supernatural. This statement seems very logical, all religions teach that to be human means to transcend nature, and they have persuaded the human beings for centuries to transcend nature. No one has ever succeeded in transcending nature, all they have done is succeed in destroying their natural and spontaneous beauty, destroying their innocence. ※※※ When a mature person becomes a child again... there is a difference between an ordinary child and a child born again, the ordinary child is innocent because he is ignorant, and the innocent born again is The greatest value in life, because he is not ignorance, but the purest intelligence. Only naivety becomes ignorance. Only intellect becomes cunning. If the two are put together, they are neither ignorant nor cunning, but just a receptivity, an openness...a heart capable of being in awe of the smallest things in life. To me, the one who can know what awe feels is the only one who is religious. It is through his awe that he knows that existence is not just matter, it cannot be so, for him, this is not a logical conclusion, not a belief, but a real experience.Such a beautiful experience--so mysterious, so unfathomable--speaks of great ingenuity within it. Existence is not cunning, it is very simple, it is innocent. So if a man can keep these two qualities - innocence and intelligence - then he doesn't need anything else. These two qualities will be able to lead a person to the ultimate goal of self-fulfillment. ※※※ I want to tell you that there is only one thing that determines a real master, and that is: his presence can make your dormant mind suddenly alive, he can set you ablaze, he can set you in the Tens of thousands of flowers bloom in a single moment. That moment becomes so intense that it almost equals an eternity. That's the only way to decide, everything else is meaningless. ※※※ The mind sees things either black or white, there is no in-between; there is only day and night, there is no in-between; there is only life and death, there is no in-between; there is only love and hate, there is no in-between. The mind can only divide, it can only divide, it cuts a thing into two separate entities, into two poles, making them seem very contradictory, making it seem impossible that they are not separate, that they cannot belong to the same real presence. The mind just adopts two ends of the same entity, that's what it is.Logically, love and hate are opposite things, opposites, but existentially, it is not so, love can easily enter into hate, there is no obstacle, hate can easily enter into love, just like a A wave enters another wave without any obstacles in between. Our idea that light and darkness are two opposite entities is wrong, they are not in conflict with each other, the most we can say is that light is less darkness and darkness is less light. We have to use something that makes them appear to be differences of degree, without creating any opposition. Every day we see life moving into death, life moving into death peacefully and peacefully, without causing any unnecessary disturbance. You cannot even hear the footsteps of death, there can be no opposition. Those who know also know the other side - that death also continues to move into new life forms. All distinctions are artificial, there is no distinction. Once you start thinking of a real being without distinction -- without distinction into duality -- the cross in our mind can disappear. No one else has crucified you, you yourself have to be responsible, because you can take that cross out of you, your mind can become a unity.
