It is important to remember that the methods we will discuss are spoken by those who have achieved them.They look too simple, but they are that simple.To our minds, things that simple don't attract, because if the technique is so simple and the house is so close, if you are already in it, if the technique is so simple and the home is so close, you will think yourself is ridiculous.If so, why do you keep missing it?Instead of feeling ridiculous about your own ego, you might think that such a simple method cannot help.

That's a scam.Your mind will tell you that these simple methods cannot help, it will tell you that they are so simple they cannot achieve anything.How can such a simple method be used to achieve "the divine being", to achieve "the absolute" and "the ultimate"?How can they be of any help?Your ego will say: they cannot be of any help. Remember another thing: the ego is always interested in difficult things, because when things are difficult it has a challenge, and if you can overcome that difficulty, your ego will feel fulfilled.The ego is never attracted to anything simple -- never!If you want to give your ego a challenge then you have to design something that is difficult, if something is easy then there is no appeal because even if you can conquer it the ego will not be satisfied.There is nothing to conquer in the first place because it is that simple. Be alert, you are "what you are". You can go on delaying forever, a mind that delays is always going on Delay, the question is not whether you will do it tomorrow, but only that you will not do it today, that's all.Tomorrow will be today again, and the same mind will say: "Okay I'll do it tomorrow." Remember, you never put off for years, you put off for a day, because if you put off for years, you cannot deceive yourself, you say, "It's just a matter of one day, it's just that today I don't do it, tomorrow I will Will do it." That gap is so small that you never feel like you're putting it off forever. Put these two things together: "consciousness" and "mindlessness".When they meet, meditation happens, meditation happens.You can try it with very small things, because nothing is really small, even sneezing is a cosmic phenomenon.In Existence, nothing is great, and nothing is small. Even a tiny atom can destroy the whole world. Even a sneeze, a very tiny phenomenon, can transform you. When the arrow leaves the bow, he is vigilant, and that is all we worry about, not the result, which is irrelevant." Lin Zhai had a student who was a great archer himself and never missed his target. He came to learn archery from Lin Zhai, so some people said: "Who do you want to learn from? He is not a master, he Not even a disciple, he is a loser, and you are a great master, you ask Lin Zhai for advice?" The archer said, "Yes, because I succeeded in technique, but in my consciousness In other words, I am a loser, he is a loser technically, but as far as his consciousness is concerned, he is the shooter, he is the master, because when the conciseness leaves, he is alert, the point is There." This shooter, he is technically a master, but he has to study under Lin Zhai for several years, and his hit rate is 100% every day, Lin Zhai will say: "No, you are a loser, technically It was quite right that the arrow went away, but you weren't there, you weren't alert, and you shot that arrow in your slumber." Their bravery was unparalleled. Where did it come from?Physically they are not strong, but in their consciousness, in their alertness, fear cannot enter. They are not afraid. When you're anxious, when you're plagued by anxiety, you try it.How to do?What do you usually do when you are anxious?how do you do itUsually you try to work it out, you try all kinds of different things, and then you get more and more involved, and you create a bigger mess because anxiety cannot be solved through thinking, it cannot be solved through Thinking and being dissolved, because thinking itself is an anxiety, so by doing this you are helping the anxiety to grow even more.You don't get out of anxiety by thinking, you go deeper into it, this technique says: don't do anything about anxiety, just be alert, just be alert! I'm going to tell you an old anecdote about another Zen master, his name was Bukeyu, who lived alone in a cave, completely alone, but during the day, or even at night, he sometimes He would shout: "Bukyu."—his own name, and then he would say: "Yes, I am here." While there was no one around at that time, his disciple proudly asked him: "Why did you call you Named himself Bookyu, and said: Yes, sir, I am here." He said, "Whenever I enter into thought, I have to remember to be alert, so I call myself by the name Bookyu. Then for the last two or three years he never called his own name and never answered : "Yes, sir, I am here." The disciples asked: "Master, why haven't you done this lately?" He said: "Now Bukhyu is always there, he is always there, so there is no need , I used to miss him a lot, and sometimes the anxiety would take hold of me, cover me, and then Boukyu would disappear, so I had to remember Boukyu and then the anxiety would go away." Try this, it is a very beautiful thing, try it with your own name, when you feel deep anxiety, just call your name and answer, "Yes sir, I am here." Then Feel the difference, the anxiety will go away, at least for a moment you will have a glimpse of what is beyond the cloud, and that glimpse will be deepened, once you know that if you become alert, the anxiety will not be there, it will go away, You will know yourself deeply, you will know deeply your inner workings. 平常我们在饥饿之前就用食物来填满我们自己,在现代的世界里,根本不需要去感觉饥饿,你有固定的用餐时间,时间到了你就用餐,你从来不问身体是否感觉饥饿,在固定的时间,你就用餐,饥饿并没有被感觉到,你或许会说:"不,一点钟的时候,我才会感到饥饿。"那或许是一个假的饥饿,你感觉到它是因为那是一点钟,因为那是你用餐的时间。那一天你可以玩一个把戏,叫你太太或你先生把钟拨快,使那个钟在十二点的时候显示出一点,你将会感觉到饥饿,或者它已经慢了一个小时,当刚好两点的时候,时钟上显示出一点,那么你就会感觉到饥饿,你看了时间,然后就感到饥饿,这是人造的、虚假的,它不是真实的。 所以绝食或许会有帮助,如果你绝食,那么有两三天的时间你会感觉到一个假饥饿,唯有在三、四天之后你才会感觉到真的饥饿,你的身体将会要求,而不是头脑在要求;当头脑在要求,它是假的;当身体在要求,它是真的;当它是真的,而你变得觉知,你就变得跟你的身体完全不同。饥饿是一个身体的现象,一旦你能够感觉到饥饿不同于你,而你是它的一个观照,你就超越了身体。 但是你可以使用任何事情,这些只是例子,这个技巧可以使用在很多方面,你可以设计你自己的方式,但是要坚持一件事,如果你用饥饿来作为尝试,那么至少要用饥饿做三个月,唯有如此,有一天你才不会跟你的身体认同。不要每天都在改变设计,因为对于任何技巧而言,深入是需要的。 所以,选择任何东西,做上三个月,坚持下去,应用这个技巧,继续使用它,一直要记住,在开始的时候要觉知,到了中间,那将会很困难,一旦"你是饥饿"那个认同被感觉到,你就无法改变它,你可以在心理上改变,你可以说:"不,我不是饥饿,我是观照。"但那是假的,那是头脑在说话,而不是一个感情的经验。只要试着在开始的时候觉知,然后记住,你不要说:"我不是饥饿。"头脑就是会这样欺骗,你可以说:"饥饿在那里,但我不是饥饿,我不是身体,我是婆罗门。"你什么都不要说,任何你所说的都将会是假的,因为你是假的。 诵念着"我不是身体"将不会有所帮助。你一直在说:"我不是身体。"因为你知道你是身体,如果你真的知道你不是身体,那么说:"我不是身体"又有什么用呢?那是没有用的,那将会看起来很愚蠢。要觉知,然后那个"我不是身体"的感觉就会在那里,但那将不是一个思想,那将是一个感觉,那将不会在头里面被感觉到,那将会在你整个人被感觉到,你将会感觉到那个距离——身体离得很远,而我是完全不同的,甚至连将两者混合的可能都没有,你无法如此。身体是身体,它是物质,而你是意识,它们可以生活在一起,但是它们从来不混合,它们无法混合。 Second trick: 其他教导的"纯"对我们是一个不纯。在真实的存在里,不要把东西看成纯或不纯。 这是坦陀罗最基本的讯息之一,很难去设想它,因为它是纯粹非伦理的、非道德的。我不是说它是不道德的,因为坦陀罗并不顾虑到道德或不道德,坦陀罗说它是不相关的,这个讯息是要帮助你成长而超越纯和不纯、超越分裂、超越二分法、超越二分性。坦陀罗说,存在是非二分的,它是一体的,所有的区别都是人造的——记住,所有的区别。这样的区别是人创造出来的:好与坏、纯与不纯、道德与不道德、美德与罪恶,所有这些观念都是人创造出来的,它们是人的态度,它们不是真实的。什么是不纯的,而什么是纯的?它依你的解释而定;什么是道德的,而什么是不道德的?它依你的解释而定。 尼采曾经说过,所有的道德都是一种解释。所以某件事在这个国家可能是道德的,但是在邻近的国家可能就变成不道德;某件事在佛教讲起来可能是道德的,但是对印度教讲起来可能是不道德的;对基督教讲起来是道德的,但是对耆那教讲起来可能是不道德的;或者,某些事对老一辈的人讲起来是道德的,而对年轻一辈的人讲起来是不道德的,它要看情形而定,它是一个态度,基本上它是一个虚构的东西,然而事实就是事实,赤裸裸的事实就是事实,它既不是道德的,也不是不道德的,它既不是纯的,也不是不纯的。 想一想,如果地球上没有人类,那么什么是纯的而什么是不纯的,每一样东西都将会存在,只是"存在",没有什么东西会是纯的,也没有什么东西会是不纯的;没有什么东西会是好的,也没有什么东西会是坏的,有了人,头脑就进入了,头脑会划分,它说"这"是好的,而"那"是坏的,这个划分不仅在世界创造分裂,这个划分也在划分者里面创造出分裂,如果你划分,你也是在那个划分里面被分裂了,不论你对世界做什么,你也同时对你自己这样做。 最伟大的西达瑜珈(SiddhaYoga)大师之一那罗帕 (Naropa)说:"一寸之隔,地狱和天堂就被分开了。"一寸之隔!但是我们一直在划分、一直在冠以名称、一直在谴责、一直在辩护。注意看存在赤裸的事实,而不要冠以名称,唯有如此,坦陀罗的教导才能够被了解,不要说好或坏,不要将你的头脑带进事实,当你将你的头脑带进事实,你就创造出一个虚构之物,那么它就不是一个事实,它就不是一个真实的存在,它是你的投射。这段经文说:"其他教导的纯对我们是一个不纯,在真实的存在里,不要把东西看成纯或不不纯。" "其他教导的纯对我们是一个不纯。"坦陀罗说:"对其他教导而言是非常纯的东西、是美德的东西,对我们来讲是一项罪恶性,因为他们所谓纯的概念会划分,因此,对他们来讲,某些东西就变得不纯了。" 如果你称一个人为圣人,那么你就创造出了罪人,那么你就必须去谴责某个地方的某一个人,因为,没有罪人,圣人无法存在,然后再看看我们所有努力的荒唐、我们一直试着去摧毁罪人,我们设想和希望世界上没有罪人,只有圣人,这是荒谬的,因为圣人没有罪人不能够存在,他们是同一个钱币的另一面。你无法只摧毁钱币的一面,它们都将会存在,罪人和圣人两者都是同一件事的重要部分,如果你摧毁罪人,圣人将会从世界上消失,但是不要害怕,让他们消失,因为事实上他们是没有任何价值的。 罪人和圣人两者都是同一个解释的一部分,都是同一个朝向世界态度的一部分,在那个解释或态度之下,一个人会说:"这是好的,那是不好的。"而你不能够说:"这是好的",除非你说:"那是坏的",要去定义那个好的,你需要那个坏的,所以那个好的要靠那个坏的而存在,你的美德要依靠罪恶而存在。你的圣人是不可能的,他们不能够没有罪人而存在,所以他们必须感谢罪人,如果没有罪人他们就不能够存在,在跟他们关联之中,在跟他们比较之下,不管他们是多么谴责罪人,他们都是同一个现象的一部分,唯有当圣人消失,罪人才能够从世界上消失,在这之前是不可能的,当没有美德的观念,罪恶就不会存在。 坦陀罗说:事实是真实的,而解释是不真实的,不要解释,在真实的存在里,不要把东西看成纯或不纯,为什么呢?因为纯和不纯是我们加诸于真实存在之上的态度。尝试这个技巧,这个技巧是费力的,它是不容易的,因为我们非常倾向于二分式的思考,我们奠基于、根入于二分性的思考,以致于我们甚至没有觉知到我们的谴责和辩护。如果某人开始在这里抽烟,你或许尚未有意识地感觉到任何东西,但是你就开始谴责,在你内在深处,你就开始谴责,你或许看起来有谴责、或许看起来并没有谴责;你或许没有看着那个人,但是你已经在谴责。 这是困难的,因为那个习惯已经根深蒂固,你继续藉着你的姿势、藉着你坐的姿势、藉着你站的姿势来谴责和辩护,而你甚至没有觉知到你在做什么。当你对某人微笑,或是当你不对某人微笑,当你注意看着某人,或是当你不看他,你只是在忽视某人,你到底在干什么?你是在把你的态度强加上去,你说某一样东西是美的,那么你将必须把另外某一样东西谴责成丑的,这个二分的态度同时也在分裂你,所以在你里面将会有两个人。 如果你说某人在生气,而生气是不好的,那么,当你生气的时候你要怎么办?你将会说这是不好的,那么就会有困难,因为你说:"这是不好的,在我里面的这个生气是不好的。"那么你就开始将你自己分裂成两个人:一个不好的人、邪恶的人和另外一个好人、一个圣人。当然你一定会跟你里面的那个圣人认同,所以那个魔鬼、那个撒旦、那个你里面的罪恶就被谴责,你被一分为二,那么就有经常的争斗和冲突,那么你就不能够成为一个个人,你将成为一个群众,你将成为一个分裂而反对它自己的处所。如此一来将不会有和平、不会有宁静,你将只会感觉到紧张和痛苦,这就是你所感觉到的,但是你不知道为什么。 一个分裂的人无法保持平和,他怎么能够保持平和呢?要把你的魔鬼放在那里呢?你必须摧毁它,然而它就是"你",你无法摧毁它,你并不是两个,真实的存在只有一个,但是由于你分裂的态度,你将外在真实的存在划分,因此,内在也一样被划分,所以每一个人都和他自己在抗争,那就好像你在跟一双手抗争,你用你的左手和你的右手抗争,而那个能量是同一的。我在我的右手,也在我的左手,我在两者里面流动,但是我用一双来反对另一双,我用我的右手来反对我的左手,然后我就创造出一个冲突、一个假的争斗;有时候我会欺骗我自己说右手战胜了,而左手失败了,但这是一个欺骗,因为我知道我在两者里面,任何时候我都可以将左手提起而将右手放下,我在两者里面,两双手都是我的。 所以,不管你认为你将你的圣人抬得多么高,而将你的魔鬼贬得多么低,你要知道,在任何片刻,你都能够改变那个地位,你能够改变到使圣人下降而使魔鬼抬头,那会产生恐惧和不安全感,因为你知道没有什么东西是确定的,你知道在这个片刻你是多么具有爱心,在这个片刻你将你的恨压下去,但是你害怕,因为在任何片刻,恨将会浮现,而爱将会被压下去,它在任何片刻都可能发生,因为你在两者里面。 坦陀罗说不要分裂,要不分裂,唯有如此,你才能够胜利。要如何才能够不分裂?你必须不要谴贵,不要说"这个"是好的,"那个"是坏的,只要取消所有纯和不纯的概念。注意看这个世界,但是不要说它是什么,要成为无知的,不要太聪明,不要冠以名称,保持沉默、不谴责、不辩护,如果你能够对世界保持沉默,渐渐地,这个沉默将会深入内在,而如果这个分裂不在外在,这个分裂将会从内在的意识消失,因为两者是一起存在的。 但是这对社会来讲是危险的,所以坦陀罗被压抑,这是危险的!没有什么东西是不道德的,也没有什么东西是道德的;没有什么东西是纯的,也没有什么东西是不纯的,东西就像它们本然的样子,一个真正的坦陀罗行者将不会说贼是不好的,他会说他是一个贼,就这样而已,而且藉着使用"贼"这个字,但在他的头脑里面没有谴责,这个"贼"只是一个事事,而不是一个谴责,如果某人说:"这里有一个伟大的圣人。"他会说:"是的!他是一个圣人。"但是没有评价在里面,他不会说:"他是好的。"他会说:"是的!他是一个圣人,而那个人是一个贼。"就好像"这"是一朵玫瑰,而"那"不是一朵玫瑰;"这"棵树是高的,而"那"棵树是矮的;晚上是暗的,而白天是亮的;但是没有比较。 然而这是危险的,如果没有谴责一件事而赞美另一件事,社会就不能够存在,社会无法存在!社会是靠二分性而存在的,那就是为什么坦陀罗被压抑,它被认为是反社会的,但其实它不是反社会的,它不是!那个非二分的态度是超越的,它不是反社会的,它是超越的,它是超出社会之外的。 尝试这个:进入世界,不要带有任何价值观,只要看自然的事实,某一个人是这样,而另外一个人是那样,然后渐渐地,你就会在你里面感觉到不分裂,你的两极将会会合在一起,你的"坏"和你的"好"将会会合在一起,它们会合并成一个,而你将会变成一个整体,将不会有什么东西是纯的,也不会有什么东西是不纯的,要知道有那个真实的存在。 "共他教导的纯对我们是一个不纯",坦陀罗说:"对别人来讲是基本的东西,对我们来讲是有毒的。"比方说,有基于非暴力的教导,他们说暴力是不好的,非暴力是好的。坦陀罗说:非暴力是非暴力,暴力是暴力,没有什么是好的,也没有什么是不好的。 有基于无欲的教导,他们说无欲是好的,而性是不好的,坦陀罗说:性就是性,无欲就是无欲,这个人是无欲的,而那个人不是,但这些都只是简单的事实,没有价值判断附加在它们上面,坦陀罗永远不会说无欲是好的,它永远不会说一个无欲的人是好的,而那个停留在性里面的人是不好的,坦陀罗不会这样说,坦陀罗接受事情本然的样子,为什么呢?只是为了要在你里创造出一个整体。 这是一个在你里面创造出一个整体的技巧,这是一个使你里面有一个完整的存在、使你里面不分裂、不冲突、不对抗的一个技巧,唯有如此,才可能有宁静。一个想要从一个地方移动到另一个地方去反对什么东西的人将永远无法保持平和,他怎么能够保持平和呢?一个内在自己分裂的人、跟自己抗争的人,他怎么能够胜利呢?That is impossible.你是两者,所以是谁要去赢呢?没有一个会赢,而你将会输,因为你将会在抗争当中不必要地散发你的能量,这是在你里面创造出"一个整体"的技巧,让价值观消失,不要判断。 耶稣曾经说过:"不要论断人,以免你被论断。"但是犹太人不可能了解这个,因为整个犹太人的观念都是道德指向的:"这是好的,而那是不好的。"耶稣在他的教导里说:"不要论断",他是以坦陀罗的口吻来说的,如果他被谋杀、被钉死在十字架上,那是因为他有一个坦陀罗的态度:"不要论断"。 所以不要说一个妓女是好的,谁晓得?不要说一个清教徒是好的,谁晓得?到了最后,他们两者都是同一个游戏的一部分,他们互相作为对方的基础,他们基于相互的存在,所以耶稣说:"不要论断。"而这段经文意味着:"不要论断人,以免你被论断。 如果你不判断,不采取任何道德观,只是观察事实本来的样子,而不按照你自己的意思来解释它们,那么你就不能够被判断,你就完全被改变了,那么你就不需要被任何神圣的力量来判断,没有需要!你自己已经成为神圣的,你自己已经成为神;成为一个观照,不要成为一个判断者。
