Anything that is aspired to be realized in the future, as long as it opposes who you are, it will cause tension.The less likely it is that an ideal will be realized, the greater must be the tension it causes.So, usually a materialist is not as nervous as a religious believer, because the religious believer is far away, something that was impossible to reach before.The gap is so wide that only extreme tension can fill it. Tension means the gap between what you are and what you want to be.If the gap is large, the tension is large.If the gap is small.There is also little tension.If there is no gap at all, it means you are happy with who you are.In other words, you do not aspire to be anything other than what you are.This way your mind is in the act.There is nothing to be nervous about; you are at ease with yourself.You live in the Tao.In my opinion, if there is no gap, you are pious; you are in the Dharma.

Gaps can have many levels.If longing is physical, then tension is physical.When you seek a particular body, a particular figure -- if you desire something different from yourself on a physical level -- then your physical body becomes tense.One always wants to be more beautiful.Now, your body is tensing up.This tension starts with your first body - the physical body - but if it is constant, long term.It may then spread deeply to other levels of your being. If you desire spiritual strength.Then the tension starts and spreads on the spiritual level.This kind of propagation is like throwing a piece of water into a lake. It lands on a specific point, but the vibration it raises will spread endlessly.So, tension may start in any of your seven bodies, but the source is always the same gap between the existing state and the desired state.

If you have a particular mind and you want to change it, transform it -- if you want to become wiser, more intelligent -- then tension arises.Only when we fully accept ourselves will we be free from tension.This total acceptance is the miracle, the only miracle.Finding someone who fully accepts themselves is the only amazing thing. Existence itself is not tense.Tension is always due to hypothetical, non-existential possibilities.There is no tension in the present; tension is always towards the future.It comes from fantasy.You can fantasize about yourself as something other than yourself.This imagined possibility creates tension.So the more imaginative a person is, the more likely he is to be nervous.In this way, fantasy becomes something destructive.

Fantasy can also be constructive and creative.If all your faculties of imagination are centered in the present, in the present moment, and not in the future, then you will be able to see your existence as poetry.Your fantasies do not create desires; they are used by you to live them.This present life is beyond tension. Animals are not nervous, trees are not nervous, because they are not capable of fantasy.They are below tension, not beyond tension.Their tension is only a possibility; it has not yet become a reality.They are evolving.One day, tension will explode within their being, and they will begin to yearn for the future.That was bound to happen.Fantasy comes alive.

The first thing that fantasy begins to crave is the future.You create images, and because there is no corresponding reality, you go on creating more and more images.But as far as the moment is concerned, you generally can't connect fantasy to it.How can you be imaginative in the present moment?There seems to be no such need.This must be understood. If you are consciously present, you will not be living in your fantasy.In this way, fantasy is created freely in the present moment itself.All you need is the correct focus.If fantasy focuses on reality, it begins to create.This creation may take any form.If you are a poet, it becomes the Tianfa of Shixing.Shixing does not yearn for the future, it is the expression of the present.Or, if you are a painter.Outbursts are painterly.This kind of painting is not painting what you have ever imagined, but painting what you already know and live.

When you are not living in fantasy, you are in the present moment.You can express it, or you can fall into silence. But this silence, now, is not the silence of trained death.This silence is also an expression of the present moment.That moment was so profound that now it can only be expressed by silence.Even poetry is not enough to express it; painting is not enough to express it.No expression is possible.Silence is the only expression.This silence is not something negative, but on the contrary, a positive flowering.Something has blossomed within you, the flower of silence, and through this silence all that you live is expressed.

The second point must also be understood.This expression of fantasy is neither a fantasy of the future nor a reaction to the past.It is not an expression of any known experience.It is the experience of experiencing - as you live it, as it happens within you.Not a lived experience, but a living process being experienced. Then your experiencing and being experiencing are no longer two different things.They are one, the same.So there are no painters.The experience itself has become painting; the experience itself has expressed itself.You are not a creator.You are creative, living energy.You are not a poet; you are poetry.This experience is neither about the future nor about the past; it neither comes from the future nor from the past.That oneness has become eternal in itself, from which everything arises.It is a bloom.

We recognize several negative states of health; health in the sense that we say we are unhealthy if we are not sick is negative.This health is simply the negation of disease.It doesn't have any affirmative ingredients.It's just the absence of disease.The medical definition of use is; if you are not sick.You are healthy.But health also has a positive dimension.It's not just the absence of disease; it's the presence of health.

Only when your existence is moment to moment can your body be free of tension.If you are eating and this moment becomes eternity, then there is no past and no future.This eating process tax is all there.You are not doing something; you have become doing.There will be no tension; your body will be satisfied.Or, if you're having sex, sex isn't just a release of tension but, rather, an expression of loving affirmation -- if that moment becomes total.Thoroughly, you are completely immersed in it - then you will experience a certain health of the body. If you are running, and running has become your whole being; if you are the feelings that happen to you, not something separate from them, but a fruit that holds them together No future, no purpose of running , running itself is the goal - then you will experience a positive team member.Then there is no tension in your body.On the physical level, you have reached the point where you can exist without tension.

This is true for each of the six bodies.It is easy to understand the non-expanded moment of the first body, since we already know that there are two possible states of the physical body: disease, a positively sick state, and negatively defined health, a state without disease.We have known this knowledge for a long time, so we can imagine the third possibility, the certainty of health, Aetna.But it is a bit difficult to understand what the tensionlessness of the second body, the etheric body, is, because we don't know anything about it yet.Of course, some things can still be understood. The etheric body has its own tension.We experience the etheric body only in dreams, so if the etheric body is tense, the dream becomes a nightmare.Now.You are tense even in your dreams; that tension follows hunger. It is related to the realization of the first tense eye desire of the body.We all have dreams about feelings.Sex is biological; love is not.It has nothing to do with the limited body, it has to do with the body; but if it is not fulfilled.Then even your physical body may suffer from it.Not only does your physical body have needs that must be met, but your physical body also has needs.It has its own hunger; it also needs food.Love is that food. We keep dreaming of love, but we never love.Everyone dreams of love—what it should be like, whom it should be for—and everyone is frustrated in love.We either dream of the future, or the past in depression; but we never love. same.The etheric body also has other tensions.But love is the easiest one to understand. If you can feel in the present moment, then you will develop a state of tension-free in Eda.But if you have demands, expectations, conditions for your love, you cannot love in the present moment, because the demands, expectations, conditions are all about the future. The present moment transcends our norms.It exists as it is.But you may have all sorts of expectations about the future how it should be.Love also becomes a "should"; it is always about the "should".Only when your love is not a requirement, not an expectation, only when your love is unconditional, can you love in the present moment. Likewise, if you love only one person and no one else, then you will never be nothing.Dharma love is in the present moment.If your love is a relationship not a state of mind.You will not be able to love when, because.Very subtle, that is also a condition.If I say I can only love you, then I can't love when you're not around.For 23 hours I was in a state of not being in love, and only one hour, when I was with you, I would suffer.This is impossible!You cannot be in a state of love for a while.Be out of love for a while. If I am healthy, then I am healthy 24 hours a day.It is impossible to be healthy for one hour and not be healthy for another 23 hours.Health is not a relationship; it is a state of being. Love is not a relationship between two people.It is a state of mind within yourself.If you love, you love everyone—not just people, but everything.Love also moves from you to the object.Even when you are alone, even when there is no one, you are loving.It's like breathing.If I swear: I only breathe when I am with you, then the result can only be death.Breathing is not a relationship; it does not involve any relationship.To the etheric body, love is like breathing.It is its breath. So either you love it or you don't.The type of love that humans create is very dangerous.Not even disease has created so much absurdity as this so-called love.Because of this wrong idea of ​​love, the whole human race has become sick. If you can love and continue to love, without discriminating between objects, then your second body can produce a sense of wellness, a certain peace of mind.That way you won't have round dreams.Dreams become poetry.So what happens to your second body, its fragrance permeates not only you but others as well.No matter where you are.The fragrance of your love spreads everywhere.certainly.It has its own echo that responds to its own. True love is not a function of the ego.The ego is always demanding power, so even when you love - because your love is not real, because it is only a part of the ego - it must be violent.Whenever we love, it is a force, a war.Father and son, and daughter, husband and wife—they are not true friends; we have made them enemies.They are fighting without union, and it is only when they are not fighting that we call it receiving.The definition of love is negative.Between two wars there was a gap, a peace. In fact.There can be no peace between two wars.This so-called peace is only the foreshadowing of the war that is about to break out.There is no peace, no love between husband and wife.We call 2 the question of love and the 4th is just a pad for the upcoming battle.We thought there was cause between the two diseases, and we also thought there was cause between the two battles.That is not love.That's just the reason for the fight.You can't keep fighting for 24 hours, so at some point you start loving your enemy. The third body is the side body.It has its own tension.They are not limited to your present life, but to your many past lives.The tension in the third body is due to the accumulation of everything you have ever done and everything you have desired.All your desires--life after life and their quest to come and go--lie in the front body.And you've been craving it!It doesn't matter what the desire is.longing to be there. The astral body is the storehouse of all your desires, all your desires.So it is the most intense part of your being.When you enter the hearts, you become aware of the tension of these souls, because the hearts start from the third body.Those who have become aware of these tensions through meditation have come to me and said, "Since I started meditating, I have become more tense." It's not that the tensions have increased, but you are now aware of them.Now you are experiencing something that you did not know before. These are the tensions of the soul.Because they are elements of many births, we cannot describe them with any specific words.Whatever you say about them is incomprehensible.They can only be lived, and experienced. Desire itself is tension.We never fail to desire this or that.There are even desires without desires.It's just plain absurd.In Ji's three bodies—Qianwan body, you can be completely without desire.In fact, longing for nothing is one of the strongest desires.It can create the biggest gap between what you are and what you want to be. So accept your natural desires, and know that the body has had so many desires in many lives.You desire so much, the whole thing is accumulating all the time.So for the Ji three concretes—the soul and the body—accept your numb desires.Don't fight them; don't create a leader against desire.Just accept them.Know that you are full of desire and be at ease with it.Then you will become less tense in the third embodiment. If you can accept the innumerable desires in your heart without creating a desire that opposes them, then you can use your body to innumerable desires - they are the past of your entire volume - and accept them as they are They; if this acceptance becomes total, then, in an instant, all these songs will disappear.They are gone, because their existence can only be established on the background of desire—the constant desire for what does not exist.The object of desire is not important; it has nothing to do with this.Even if you desire without desire, the background of desire is there; the whole cluster of desire will be there.If you accept your desires, you create a moment of desirelessness.You will accept it as it is.Now, there is nothing to desire; desire is gone.You accept everything as it is, even your desires.Then desires dissipate; nothing needs to be done about them.The astral body becomes very peaceful; it attains a certain state of health.Only then can you go further to the fourth body. The fourth body is the spiritual body.Just as there are desires in the astral body, so there are thoughts in the spiritual body: thoughts that contradict each other.A whole lot, each thought asserting itself as a whole, each thought possessing you as a whole.So the tension in the fourth body is caused by thought.No thought - not sleep, not unconsciousness.It is consciousness without thought—that is, the health, Aetna, of the fourth body.but.How can one be aware and not think at the same time? Every moment, you have a new thought.Every moment you have something from the past intruding on the present.You were a so-and-so and now you are a Catholic, you are believing in something else, but the past is still there.You can become a Catholic, but you cannot drop your so-and-so.It stays inside of you.You can change your thoughts, but the abandoned ones are always there.You cannot clear them.They reach your depths they go into your unconscious.They do not expose themselves to you.For you have cast them away, but they will remain there, waiting for their time.And the time will come.Even within 24 hours, you'll be a so-and-so again, and then a Catholic again.This situation will continue and continue.upside down.And the whole effect of it is confusion - so to the mental body tension means confusion - conflicting thoughts, conflicting experiences, conflicting expectations - ultimately leading to a confused mind.And if it tries to go beyond chaos, the confused mind will only become more confused.Because out of the state of chaos, there is no way to be free from chaos. You are confused.Spiritual exploration will create a new dimension to your confusion.All your confusion is still there, and now a new one has been added.You retreat to this guru, then you meet that, then you meet the next, and each guru brings you new confusion.The old confusion is there, and the new confusion is increasing.You're going to be turned into an asylum.This is what happens with the fourth body, the mental body.There, chaos is tension. How can one stop chaos?You can only stop if you don't deny an idea in favor of another idea, if you don't deny anything -- if you don't deny a certainism in favor of literalism, if you don't deny God in favor of atheism -- confusion.If you accept everything you think, you have no choice and the tension disappears.If you keep choosing, you keep adding to your tension. Awareness must be without choice.You have to be aware of all your thought processes, all your confusion.As soon as you become aware of it, you will know that it is total confusion.There was nothing to choose; the whole house had to be jettisoned.Once you know it's just confusion.You will be able to drop that house at any time; there is no difficulty in dropping it. So start being aware of your whole mind.Choose not; remain unselected.Don't say I'm an atheist or "I'm a theist".Don't say "I'm a Christian or" I'm a Hindu.Don't choose.Just know that sometimes you are an atheist and sometimes you are a theist.Sometimes you are a Christian and sometimes a so-and-so, sometimes a holy flame and sometimes a sinner.Sometimes one ideology attracts you and sometimes another ideology attracts you.But these were fads at first. Be fully aware of it.The moment when you are aware of the many processes of the mind is the moment when there is no identification.Then you are no longer from the mind of the same body.For the first time in your life, you realize that you are awareness and not mind.The mind itself becomes your object.Just because you are aware of others as you are aware of the furniture in a house.You become aware of your mind, your mental processes.Now you are the knowing -- not identifying with the mind. The difficulty with the fourth body, the mental body, is that we identify with our mind.If your body is sick and someone says you're sick, you won't be offended; but if your delusions are sick and someone says, "Your avatar is sick; you're getting paid," you will. angry.Why? When someone says "your body seems sick", you feel that he has sympathy for you. But if someone says something about mental illness - as far as your spirit is concerned. You seem to be off the rails; you are mentally ill - and you get angry , because you are more identified with the mind than with the body. You can feel that you are separate from the physical body.You can say "This is my hand." But you cannot say; "This is my mind" because you think; "My mind means me." If I want to operate on your body, you will allow it I do, but you won't allow me to operate on your mind.You say "No, this is too much! You will lose your freedom." The mind is deeply identified.It is us.We don't know anything beyond it, so we identify with it. We know that there is something that tends to the flesh; the mind.So the possibility of not coming from the same endosome exists.But we don't know anything beyond the helmsman's mind.Only when you have a broad knowledge of thought can you understand that the mind is nothing but a process, a product, a mechanism.A warehouse, a self-contained computer that stores past experiences, past learning, and past knowledge.It is not you; without it.You can exist too.The mind can be taught.It can be changed; it can be thrown away by you. Now, new possibilities have emerged.One day, even your mind could be transplanted into another human body.Just as a heart can be transplanted, sooner or later memories can also be transplanted.Such a fast-breathing person will not be completely dead, at least his memory can be preserved and transplanted into a newborn child.Kid gets all of this person's memories.He will talk about experiences that he has not experienced, he will say, "I have experienced it." What the dead man knows, the child will know, because the dead man's mind has been given to him. It seems dangerous that we might not allow this to happen because we would lose our identity.We are our minds!But in my opinion, its possibility is still very potential.A new human being may be born.We can be aware of the mind because the mind is not us; it is not "I".My mind is as much a part of my body as my kidneys.Just as I can get a new kidney and I remain the same, unchanged, so I can go on living with a transplanted mind and remain unchanged.I can continue to be the old "me" I was, just with a new mind. The mind is also a mechanism. But because of our identification with it, tension arises. Therefore, for the fourth body, awareness is health, ignorance is disease; wide awareness means no tension, and lack of wide awareness means tension.Because of thoughts, because of your identification with them, you have been living in your thoughts and there is a barrier between you and your existential being. There is a flower by your side.The truth is that you will never understand it because you are thinking about it.The flower will die and you will go on thinking about it.Thinking forms a mist between you and the meridians -- transparent, but not very transparent; just an illusion of transparency. For example, you are listening to me.But maybe you're not really listening.If you're thinking about what I'm saying, you've stopped listening.So you're either ahead or behind; you're not with me.Your mind is either repeating the past or using the past to project the future, but it is not listening to me. Mahavira said: One knows everything by knowing oneself. "This statement is wrong. One cannot know everything by knowing oneself. But its antithesis is true. One cannot know anything without knowing oneself. So, to balance the statement, Mahavira added : "By knowing yourself, you will know everything" Even if I know everything, what is the use if I don't know myself? If I don't even know myself, how can I know the fundamental, basic, Ultimate? That's impossible. So, for the fifth body, the tension is between knowing and ignorance.But remember.I speak of knowing and ignorance; I do not speak of knowledge and ignorance.Knowledge can be gathered from scriptures; knowledge cannot be gathered from anywhere.There are so many people who operate under this false assumption, this over-knowledge and misunderstanding.Zhizhongyuan is yours.I cannot pass on the knowledge of $ to you; I can only pass on my knowledge.The classics convey knowledge, not knowledge.It can say you are god, you are atman, you are me, but this is not knowing. " If you cling to this kind of knowledge, there will be great tension, and the sky will be accompanied by false, acquired knowledge and information -- borrowed knowledge.You are ignorant, but you feel you know.This creates great tension.It is better to remain ignorant while knowing clearly "I am an ignorant person." The tension is there. But not so strong. If you don't fool yourself with knowledge you have acquired elsewhere, then you can find within yourself and exploration, then knowing is possible. Because you exist, this is certain. Whatever you are, you exist.This fact can be denied. Secondly, you are a person who knows. Maybe you know others, but you may only know hallucinations, and what you know may not be correct, but you know.So, there are two things that can be taken for granted; the existence of the ball and your consciousness. Tan is the third thing the value is lacking.The basic personality of man can be expressed through three dimensions; Being, Consciousness and Joy, by which we know we are Being itself;Only joy is lacking.But if you look within yourself, you will also realize three things.It is there, the bliss, the ecstasy, of one's being is there.And when you know it, you will know yourself completely; your being, your consciousness, your bliss. Unless you know joy, you cannot know yourself thoroughly, because a person who is not happy is always avoiding himself.Our whole life is about advancing and retreating from ourselves.Others are very important to us because they can help us choose who we deserve.Even if a person begins to believe in religion, he also creates God as someone else.He is turning towards others again; he is repeating the same mistakes. So in the fifth stage.One must seek oneself from within.It's not seeking, it's seeking." It is not until the fifth body that you have the technology first.Beyond the fifth body, things become simple and natural. The sixth body is the universal body.Its tension is within you - your individual one.Between limited motion—and the infinite universe.Even in the fifth stage, you are embodied in your spiritual body.You are a human.That "person" will be the tension of the sixth body.So, in order to achieve the unstressed existence of the universe together, in order to become one with the fusion of the universe, you have to stop being an individual. Jesus said: "Whoever loses himself will find himself. This statement is related to the sixth body. Until the fifth body, this statement cannot be understood, because it is complete and mathematical. But from the sixth body This is the only math, the only reasonable possibility: to lose yourself. We are always using ourselves to strengthen and crystallize ourselves.Until the fifth concrete, you can carry this crystallization, this ego, this personality, but if someone insists on being an individual, he will be in the fifth stage.So, there are many spiritual systems that stop at the fifth stage.All those systems that say that the soul has its own personality and that personality can be maintained even in a liberated state - that you will be an individual, embodied in your ego - all the systems that say that.Both stop at the fifth stage.In such a system there would be no concept of God.This concept is not needed. The concept of God can only come with the sixth body. "God" means the personality of the universe, or, better said.The impersonality of the universe.It is not "I" in being but all in me that makes my existence possible.I'm just a point, a ring, in an infinite connection of existence. If the sun doesn't rise tomorrow, I don't exist.I will leave existence.The flame will go out.I am here because the sun exists.Although it is very distant, it is still relevant to me.If the earth is dead, as so many plants are dead, I cannot live, because my life is one with the life of the earth.Everything is on a chain of existence.We are not islands.We are the ocean.
