You could see my hand from the outside and I could see it. It was something objective.You can share its knowledge with me.But my hand, seen in this way, is not known from within.It has become public property.You can train it as well as I do.

Only when I see it from within does it in a sense become mine, unshareable.You cannot know it; you cannot know how I feel it from within.Only I can know this.The body as we know it is not our body.It is an objectively known body, a body that a doctor can understand in a laboratory.It is not the body that exists.Only private, personal knowing can lead you inward; public knowledge cannot.So physiology or psychology, as outer studies, they do not lead to knowledge about our inner body.It's just the flesh as they know it. Therefore, many dilemmas are caused by this.A person may feel beautiful from the inside, but we can force him to believe he is ugly.If we all agree on that, he probably will too.But it would be ugly without a single person in it.The inner feeling is always beautiful.

This external sensation is not actually a sensation at all.It's just a fad, an externally imposed standard.A person who is beautiful in one society may be ugly in another.A person who is beautiful at one stage of history may not be at another stage.But the feeling deep inside is always beautiful.Therefore, if there is no external standard, there will be no ugliness.We have a concept of beauty that everyone shares.That's why there is ugliness and beauty, otherwise there would be no such thing.If we were all blind, no one would be ugly.Everyone is beautiful. So, feeling the body from within is the first step.In different states, the feeling of internal signs in the body is also different.When you are in love you have a special inner feeling; when you experience hate the inner experience is different.If you ask Tantra he will say, "Love is beautiful." Because in his inner feeling he knows that when he loves he is beautiful.When you have hate, anger, jealousy, there is something loathing within you that makes you start to feel ugly.So in different situations, at different moments, in different states, you will feel different about yourself.

There's a difference when you're feeling sluggish than when you're feeling active.There is also a difference when you feel sleepy.You must clearly understand these differences.Only then can you know the inner life of the body.Then you will know the inner history, the inner geography of your childhood, your youth, your old age. Once a person knows his body from within, the second body automatically appears.You will now have a second body from the outside.If you know the first body from the inside, then you will know the second body from the outside. From the outside of the first body you can never experience the second body, but from the inside you can see the outside of the second body.Every body has two dimensions; outer and inner.Just like a wall has two sides - one facing outwards and one facing inwards - every body has a boundary, a wall.When you know the first body from within, you are aware of the second body from without.

If you want to know about the experience of the second body.This is the second step.The method is not difficult.Just want to leave your body.You will leave it.Hope itself is practice.If the second body does not come, you have to work hard, because there is no gravitational force.The difficulty with the first body is gravity.If I want to go to your house, I have to fight gravity.But if there is no gravity, then just desire is enough.Things happen. Our upbringing, our religion has always been the root cause of the split personality of human beings.It doesn't matter that they are in perfect harmony.There are teachers who teach the method of upward movement to those who have not even entered their physical bodies.The method comes into play, a part of the person stays outside the physical body, and another part moves up.Then a crack will appear between the two.He will become two people: sometimes this, sometimes that; a son with two personalities It is very possible for one person to become seven people at the same time.Then the division is complete.He becomes seven different energies.One part of him is moving down, clinging to the first body; another part is clinging to the second body; another part is clinging to the third body; one part is moving up; move.There is no center in him at all. Now reason will claim the whole house as its own and refuse to give the world a place. Everyone claims that the house is his.When anger is there, it becomes the master.Now there is neither intellect nor awareness.Nothing can get in the way of anger.Because of this, we cannot understand others.A person who is in love starts to get angry, and suddenly the same love is gone.We don't know right now whether he's in a relationship or not.Love is a servant, and anger is only a servant.The owner is not at home.Therefore, the general operator cannot rely on anyone.He is not the master himself; asking a servant can take his place.He is not one, he is not one. You cannot lose yourself because you have no self.A rich man can throw away his wealth, but a poor man cannot.He has nothing to throw away, nothing to lose.But there are also some poor people who consider abandoning things.A rich man is afraid of giving up because he has something to lose, but a poor man is always willing to give up.He is willing, but he has nothing to throw away. The fifth body is the richest.It is the culmination of what a human being can achieve.The fifth body is the culmination of personality, the culmination of love, the culmination of compassion, the culmination of everything of value.The thorns of the flower have been lost.Now the flowers must also be lost.Then there will be only fragrance and no flowers. The sixth body is the field of fragrance, the fragrance of the universe.No flower, no center.An atmosphere, but without a center.You can say that everything has become the center, or there is no center now.There's just a diffuse feeling there.There is no gap, no division - not even a division of the individual into "me and no-self", me and "other".There is no difference. Therefore, there are two ways to lose the individual: one is, schizophrenia, split into many Asia-Pacific; the other is, the universe - into the ultimate; broad.Now the flowers are gone, only the fragrance. Flowers are also a hindrance, but if only fragrance exists, it is perfect.Now there is no source, so it cannot die.It is immortal.Anything with a source is going to die, but now the flowers are gone, so there's no roll.This kind of fragrance has no antecedent (uncaused), so for it, there is no self and no boundary.A flower is limited; fragrance is infinite.It has no obstacles.It goes on and on and on and on and on and on. So start with the fifth body.The question is not up, down, sideways, in, out.The question is whether to have a self or not to have a self.Self is the hardest thing to lose of all things.Up to the fifth body, the ego is not a problem.Because progress is self-fulfilling.No one wants to be schizophrenic; everyone prefers to have a crystallized personality.So every one. Sadhaka - every aspirant - can develop the fifth body. There is no way to go beyond the fifth body, because every way is closely related to the ego.As soon as you use the method, the ego is strengthened.So those who are busy going beyond the fifth body talk about no way.They talk about no method, no means.Now, there is no question of how.Start with the fifth body.There can be no other way.
