This conception of a divided person, this conception of a dual existence -- body and mind, flesh and spirit -- is a wrong step for any seeker.Existence is non-discriminatory; all distinctions are of the mind only.It is the way the mind sees things that creates duality.Respectively is the prison of the mind.

The mind has to create opposites: God and the devil, life and death love and hate.How can you possibly imagine love and hate as an energy?This is too difficult for the mind.So the mind has to separate.This solves the problem.Hate is the opposite of love. Love is the opposite of hate.Now you can be consistent and your mind can be at ease.So distinction is a facility of the mind -- not truth, not reality.

It's convenient to divide yourself into two: concrete and you.But as soon as you separate, you have already gone wrong.Unless you go back and change the first step, you may be born to wander and end up with no results because one wrong step will lead to wrong steps, so start right.Remember: you and your body are not two.That two" is just a convenience. In terms of existence,-" is enough. Dividing yourself in two is artificial.In fact, you feel like you are one all the time, but as soon as you start thinking about it, trouble comes when your body hurts.In that moment, you never feel that you are two, you feel that you and the body are one.Only after it's over, when you start thinking about it.You will be separated.

There is no difference right now.For example, if someone stabs a knife into your chest, at that moment, there is no difference between you.You don't think he's going to kill your body; you think he's going to kill you.Only after the thing is over, when it becomes part of the memory, can you separate.Now you can see these things, you can think about them.You can say that that person is going to kill you specifically.However, under the circumstances at the time, you couldn't say this sentence. Whenever you feel, you feel one.Whenever you think, you start to separate.Then hostility arises.If you are not this body, there will be a war.The question arises; "Who is the master? The body or me?" Then the ego starts to feel hurt. You start suppressing the body. And when you suppress the conductor, you suppress yourself; when you fight the body , you are also fighting with yourself. Such a chaotic situation, it has become suicidal.

You can't really overpower your body even if you try.How can I suppress my left hand with my right hand?They appear to be two, but the same energy flows within both.If they really are two, then repression is possible -- not just repression.Total destruction is also possible - but only if the same energy flows in both.How can I suppress my left hand and foot that's just pretending.I can put my left hand down with my right hand, I can pretend my left hand won, but the next second I can raise my left hand and nothing will stop it.This is the game we play.It was played and played by us.Sometimes you suppress sex, and sometimes world suppresses you.It becomes a vicious circle.You can never suppress sex.You can transform it, but you can never suppress it.

If you start with you and the body separately, it creates oppression.So, if your purpose is transformation, you should not start with separation.Only when the whole is understood as a limb can transformation take place.To set up the whole as separate parts creates oppression.If I know both hands are mine it is obviously absurd to try to suppress one of them.War becomes absurd because who wants to suppress whom?Who will fight whom?If you can feel comfortable with your body, you can start, and that will be the right step.In this way, separation and suppression will not appear. If you separate yourself from your body, many things will follow.The more you suppress the body, the more disappointed you will be.Because suppression is impossible.A temporary ceasefire agreement can be reached.But soon you are defeated again.And the more disappointed you are, the greater the difference and the deeper the gap between you and your body.You start to become more and more hostile to it.You start to feel that the body is so powerful that you cannot hold it down.Then you think: Now I have to hit harder.

So I say that everything has its own logic.If you start with the wrong premise, you can keep going until you finish and never make any progress.Every war leads you to another war.The mind feels; the body is strong and I am weak.I have to double down on it. ’ or it feels like: 'Now I have to get my body down.All austerities are only efforts to weaken the body.But the weaker you make your body, the weaker you become.The same relative force always remains between you and your body. Therefore, the first thing is not to consider the problem with separate thoughts.This distinction—physical and spiritual, material and spiritual, consciousness and matter—is only an illusion of language.All absurdity comes from language. For example, if you say something, I have to say yes or no.We are not neutral. "Yes" is always absolute; "No is also absolute. There is no neutral word in any language. Language creates distinctions.Even the big thinkers are constantly using language to create things that don't exist.If you ask them: what is spirit? "They said: It is not matter." If you ask them: what is matter?They say: it is not spiritual.It turns out that you don't understand matter.Nor do they understand the spirit.They define matter by spirit, and spirit by matter.And their origins remain unclear.It's absurd, but it sounds a lot more convincing than telling us I don't know, no one knows.

We feel at ease when we say that mind is not matter—as if we have defined something.We have defined nothing.We know neither the spirit nor the material, but to say I don't know is to dishearten the ego.As soon as we separate, we feel that we have mastered those things that we know nothing about. Ninety-nine percent of philosophy is created by language.Different languages ​​create different types of philosophies, so if you change the language, the corresponding philosophies change.That is why philosophy cannot be translated.Science has always been translatable, but philosophy is not.Poetry is even more difficult to translate because it relies on a special freshness of language.As soon as you change its language, its charm is gone; the taste is gone.That Chen Dao belongs to a special arrangement of words, a special application of words.They cannot be translated. So the first thing to remember is: don't start with separation.Only in this way.You will get off to a good start.I don't mean to start with the concept "I am one".That was not what I meant.If so, you're starting with concepts again.Start with mere ignorance, with humble ignorance; only one premise: I don't know. You can say that the body and the mind are separate, or you can take the opposite position and you can say that I am one.Body and mind are one. "But this argument still presupposes a distinction. You say one, yet you feel two. In order to reject the feeling of two, you firmly say "one." This determination is again a subtle suppression. So don't start with advait - a nondual philosophy.Start with being, not concept.Start with deep, unconceptualized awareness.That's what I mean by right start.Begin to feel that there.Don't say one, don't say two, don't say this, don't say that.Begin to feel something exists.Only when the mind is not there, when the concept is not there, when the philosophy and the dogma are not there -- in fact, when the language is not there -- can you feel that there is anything there.when language is absent.You are in existence.When the language is there, you are in the mind. On the other side of me there may be someone who believes in karma. The so-and-so and this person have no contact with each other. They can't talk because they don't understand each other's language. They may be using the same words, but they Still can't understand what the other is saying. They live in different worlds. Because of language, everyone lives in a private world.Without language you belong to the common language - existence.This is what I mean by meditation: leaving the private world of words and entering a non-verbal existence. Those who separate body and mind are always against sex.The reason is that, often, sex is the only nonverbal, natural experience we know of.Sexuality requires no words at all.If you use language during intercourse, you can't get into it.So anyone who says you are not the body is against sex, because in sex you are not divided at all. No matter where you go, the human mind is basically the same, so everything produced by the human mind is often very similar.For example, the word mother happens to be similar in every language.Not because it has any meaning, but because the sound "ma" is the easiest sound for every child to make.Once you have pronunciation, you can create different words, but pronunciation is just pronunciation.The child is just pronouncing the sound ma, but you hear it as a word. Sometimes we are able to discover a resemblance that is purely coincidental. "god" and "dog" are the opposite. It's just a coincidence. But we find it makes sense, because in our consciousness, a dog is something low. Then we say God It should be the opposite of this. This is our interpretation. It is also possible that we created the word "dog" in order to oppose God.Then give this name to all dogs.The two are not related at all, but if you can create a relationship between them, it will make sense to you. Our mind is like this; when we are going to seek something.We always have a preconceived notion that we start with.If I think Zhang Wang is bad, then I will keep finding all kinds of evidence to support my thesis, and finally I will prove myself right.In this way, whenever I meet a Johnny, I start to find fault, and no one can say that I am wrong, because I have evidence. Someone may come to the same person with the opposite view.If Zhang Wang means a good man to him, then the same Zhang San can find evidence of "rape".Good and bad are not opposites; they exist simultaneously.Man can be any of these, so whatever you look for in him you will find.In some cases he is good, in some cases he is bad.When you judge him, it depends more on your interpretation than the situation itself.It depends on how you look at this or that. For example, if you think smoking is bad, then it becomes bad.If you think manners are particularly bad, then it becomes bad.If we sit here.While we're talking, someone falls asleep, and if you think that's bad, it's bad, but in reality, nothing is good; nothing is bad either.Someone with a different attitude will think the same thing is good.He'll think it's good if someone lays down and falls asleep among friends and he feels free to do so.So, it depends on your attitude. Many lifetimes are wasted looking for things.Once you get serious about something, you can easily waste your life, playing with words is very self-satisfying, and you can waste your life on it.Even if it's fun -- a good, enjoyable game -- it's of no use to a spiritual seeker.Spiritual exploration is not a game. Playing with numbers is the same game.You can create relationships.You can figure out why there are seven days in a week, seven notes, seven planets, and seven celestial bodies.Why are there always seven?Then you can build up a philosophy about seven, but that philosophy is just a product of your imagination. Sometimes the origins of things are quite simple.for example.The origin of counting.The only reason there are nine numbers is that people have ten fingers.Everywhere in the world, the first counting happens on the fingers.So we choose to use ten as the boundary.Ten is enough, because you can continue to repeat.So there are nine numbers anywhere in the world. Once Yimujiu has been determined, it is difficult for you to imagine how to use numbers more than nine or less than nine to perform calculations.Of course, less than nine can be used.Nine is just a habit.Leibniz R uses three numbers: 1, 2 and any problem can be solved with three numbers, just like nine numbers.Einstein used only two numbers; 1 and 2.Then the counting becomes: 1.2, 10, 11 - it seems to us that there is a gap of "eight" between them, but that gap does not exist; it is only in our mind. There's some mystery to it. The mystery is just your mind seeing the coincidences and trying to explain it logically." Gurdierev said that man is the food of the moon.This is perfectly logical.It shows the stupidity of logic.Since everything in life is food for something else, Gurdjiev still had a highly inventive idea: human beings are food for something.In this way. "What food is man? It becomes a question of logic. It is impossible for the sun to eat man, because sunlight is food for other things, food for plants.Man should be on a lower rung than other species.However, this is impossible, because man is the highest animal-according to himself.Therefore, man cannot be the food of the sun. The creator of every system distorts and proves his thesis with logic.Every creator! There are cracks, cracks that cannot be joined.With me, you have to jump from one point to another. Truth is necessarily fragmentary.It is so infinite that you can never reach its wholeness with a finite mind.If you keep trying to achieve its wholeness, you will lose your mind, you will transform your mind.But if you're going to create a system, you'll never lose your head, because then your head will plug those holes.The system becomes polished; it becomes touching, plausible, understandable, but nothing more.And something more is needed: that power, that energy that transforms you.But that power can only come from intermittent glimpses. The mind has created so many systems, so many methods.It thinks if I give up my present life.Something deeper will be found.This is ridiculous.But the mind goes on thinking, where in Tibet, where in Meru Pravat.That "real thing" is definitely happening.The mind struggles: how to get there?How can I get in touch with the masters who work there?The mind is always looking for something elsewhere, never for something here and now.The mind is never here.And every theory is intriguing: that real thing is happening at Meirushan!Go there, contact the master there, and you will be transformed. " Don't fall prey to these things.Even if they have certain grounds, don't fall for them.Maybe someone told you something true, but you were attracted to it for the wrong reasons.What is real is here and now; it is with you.Just commit to yourself.Even if a person has traveled to every Meiru mountain, he must return to himself to pick it.In the end, a person discovered that Mega Mountain is here, and Tibet is here; here.inside me.And I've been wandering around— The more reasonable the system is, the easier it is to collapse, and unreasonable things will inevitably be introduced.And as soon as you bring in unreasonable elements, the mind starts to shatter.So, don't worry about the system.Just jump into the here and now.
