How could there be no air channel?The body naturally has airflow to move around, and if there is no airflow, it will die.Tantric cultivation of Qimai is to cultivate the four elements first, and it is easy to empty them and understand the form method, but who is cultivating Qimai?This is not a matter of the Qi channel. If the Qi channel is not repaired properly, our body is shrouded in the four major karmic qi, let alone thoughts and feelings.The form is not empty, and the yin is hard to get rid of. Here, all day long, it is either a headache or numbness in the legs. I eat less and I am hungry!If you eat too much, your stomach will swell!When you are in a bad mood, you can feel it all.Even if you look down on me, I get angry; I don’t like you, you hate it, you are completely intoxicated in the shade, and your delusions can’t be empty.Yin movement is an instinctive activity of life, you can't be empty, you go with life and death, when you are going to be sick, you can't stay sick; when you are going to die, you can't live, and you can't control your mind and consciousness.So Buddhas, Bodhisattvas and good teachers thought of many ways for us.From the color body, cultivate Qimai.If you start from the heart, practice tranquility and meditation.Those who start from faith, chant the Buddha, the Dharma, and the monks.The eighty-four thousand methods are all the differential wisdom of prajna, and they are all the differential wisdom and methods evolved from the fundamental prajna.In terms of materiality, do you say that there is no function of Qi channels?Are there no physical and mental changes in the physical body?The flesh is clearly here, what's wrong?Sometimes you think you are proficient in Buddhism and know that you don’t want to be angry, but today your anger is so strong that you can’t control your temper. You can't be their master, it uses you, you can't use it.Therefore, the Bodhisattva told Shariputra mercifully in the second section of the Heart Sutra, which is also a kind of sigh: "Shariputra, form is not different from emptiness, emptiness is not different from form, form is emptiness, and emptiness is form." .Shariputra, you should contemplate like this. If you do this, you will not follow the route of cultivating the Qi channels, but you will be able to understand the Qi channels.The so-called qimai body is karmic qi, karmic qi exists, and when this force reaches the lungs, the lungs will function, change or get sick.So, if you don’t use other methods, and do teaching concepts every day, it’s still fine. The visualization of bones is the fundamental way to understand materiality, and the body is visualized as bones.The contemplation of white bones and the contemplation of impurity belong to the conditioned method, because all living beings cannot realize that form is empty, so they have to practice the contemplation of white bones and impureness first. Er.You can neither meditate on the Bone Contemplation, nor can you not practice it!When the Buddha taught his disciples the Dharma initially, most of them asked people to practice the contemplation of uncleanness and the contemplation of white bones.According to the statistics of the Buddhist scriptures, when the Buddha was alive, there were too many disciples who witnessed the fruit from the bones.In addition, there are many other ways, such as cultivating the qi channel, cultivating the essence, and cultivating the blunt fire of Tantric Buddhism.How about the success of kundalini?The kundalini is not a ball of fire, if it becomes a ball of fire, it is the achievement of the fire concept, and it will eventually return to emptiness, and it will lead to the same goal as other methods.Cultivating the qi channel is not a matter of completing the qi channel. Although the qi channel is the only way in the process of cultivating the Tao, it is not the ultimate.

So instead of the above-mentioned practice, just follow the prajna route, how can we use the emptiness method? --- View.Vipassana, contemplation of form, form is empty, if you have wisdom, you can enter as soon as you observe, and you will empty your body of form.If the wisdom is not enough, the meditation on the impurity of the active method, the meditation on white bones, etc. will still be empty.When it reaches emptiness, is it the truth?Is it true that your Qi veins have been emptied?Not exactly!Relic, "empty is not different".After emptiness, there is no emptiness left. There is an empty state, a pure state, which is also a disguised form of materiality, which is no different from materiality.So the first step is to tell you the Hinayana Shravaka's "form is not different from emptiness", has it been proved to emptiness?Emptiness has to be emptied, "emptiness is not different from form", emptiness is still pure with form, and what is realized by the mind and consciousness is still an attachment.Then you mentioned the second step of "emptiness is not different", even the emptiness is empty, isn't that right?It's not completely clean, it's only halfway, no. "Form is emptiness, and emptiness is form." This form itself is emptiness, and you don't need to empty it. Its nature is always flowing, and it doesn't stop at all times. Why should you empty it?This is the realm of Mahayana. "Form is emptiness, and emptiness is form", because it is originally emptiness, there is form, a body, and the function of the material world. Don't pursue another emptiness, think it is the Tao, and it is the ultimate; if this is the case, it is not true, because emptiness still exists .All dharmas and all cosmic phenomena exist because of emptiness. Without a vacuum, there is no dependent origin of everything.For example, if a room is not empty, it cannot be used, because empty space has multiple uses.All dharmas are born from emptiness, extinguished from emptiness, and emptiness arises from emptiness. It is not nothing. "So the Tathagata has nothing to come from, nothing to go to, and the self-nature is empty, so it is said that "dependence arises, nature is empty, and nature is empty, and nature arises". When it comes to "form is emptiness, emptiness is form", there are two ways of emptiness, and there is no difference at all. Why bother to create empty form It takes a lot of effort. But why not create all the dharmas and produce all the wonderful effects! Only here is the achievement of Mahayana. At the beginning of the scriptures, "Guanzi Bodhisattva, who walks the deep prajna paramita for a long time, sees all the five aggregates. Empty, to overcome all hardships. "The Dharma has been taught. Knowing that you can't be empty, so I said, Shariputra! The five aggregates are empty, it's not easy, the first physical method is difficult enough; don't talk about the physical method, can the body see empty? We meditate Here, the legs must be numb at this time. It is the relationship between the material and dharma energy channels and the body seeing cannot be empty. If there is no energy channel, it will be no problem to sit for ten thousand years. Everyone keeps saying that the five aggregates are empty. Have you arrived? When you arrive, you will achieve. To become a Buddha, you don’t need to practice anymore, and you will reach the place of no learning. So, relics! It’s not easy! You need form, “form is not different from emptiness”. Do you understand? Got it, hey! Don’t hold on to an emptiness, "Emptiness is not different from form", there is no difference between emptiness and form. Then, if you are not attached to form and emptiness, is it right? Not right, you haven't really put your heart into it. "Form is emptiness", the dharma of form is empty at the moment , there is no need to go to the emptiness, don't hold on to the emptiness, "emptiness is form".

So, "received" - the state of feeling. "Think" - thought. "Row" - the kinetic energy of life. "Knowledge" - present knowledge.This is also the case, all of which are the same as the above four sentences of materiality.Zen important people "leave four sentences, absolutely nothing wrong".The four sentences are: "emptiness", "existence", "neither emptiness nor existence", "emptiness is existence".Everyone should understand it in detail.The Chinese translation of this sutra is too clever, so I don’t re-translate the last four sentences of Seyun, sentence by sentence.If you use the method of scientific logic, you want to write out the feeling, thought, action, and knowledge as the same as the physical method, but this scripture does not follow this way, but uses a literary method-"Thinking, thinking, and knowing, it is the same." .Consummation in one stroke.However, it is not possible to be wordy!Prajna Dharma is the highest wisdom attainment Dharma, how can ordinary people understand it?Materiality has just been mentioned. "Form is not different from emptiness, emptiness is not different from form, form is emptiness, emptiness is form", and the explanation is over, let's talk about the state of feeling.Relic! "Feeling is not different from emptiness, emptiness is not different from feeling, feeling is emptiness, emptiness is feeling." Look at yourself now, your legs are almost seated, some people were originally full of samadhi, but now they are the opposite of samadhi. subject to have to shake.Feeling uncomfortable after sitting for a long time, even restless, this is caused by yin. "Receiving is emptiness, and emptiness is feeling".Can?If someone is holding a pistol now, you will be killed if you move. If you are afraid, you will forget about your legs and only pay attention to the pistol. Disguised effect, diversion of attention, disguised as fear by yin, it is not true that this feeling can be emptied.Therefore, it is important to observe, to observe the mind.But the feeling you observe the mind is the thought, don’t think that only the function of thinking is called the thought!When people sit there, a thousand feelings are rolling in their hearts, which is because the yin is not empty, and the yin is not empty.For example, if you sit on the Qi channel and shake your body freely, once you shake it, you will have a thought; because your thoughts follow the Qi channel in your body and cooperate with the yin.If the shou yin does not cooperate with it, it will not be shaken with him.Some people can't figure it out, and insist that it's just the movement of the Qi channels. They really don't help it, and they don't care about it. It moves naturally, and there is nothing to do.It is even considered to be miraculous, the magical effect of Tao.This is really ridiculous, can't say, can't say.Because they don't understand the principle of present consciousness, it's the mischief of the eighth alaya consciousness who is familiar with the whole idea!

The body is shaking, not because there are no thoughts. The so-called feeling that there is no thought is just the delusion that there is no sixth consciousness.In fact, the shaking itself is just the big idea, and it is necessary to empty this feeling.This is not empty and useless.Did you hear me?Quickly throw away the shouyin, "Shou is empty".Can't get rid of it, you recite this mantra "feeling is not different from emptiness, emptiness is not different from feeling, feeling is emptiness, emptiness is feeling", a classmate was shaking it yesterday, I told him, teach you a mantra, once you read it Stop shaking, "shake, shake, shake, shake to grandma bridge, grandma called me good baby, good baby! Don't shake, don't shake." (Everyone laughs!) What's the point?Thoughts control thoughts, what is the difficulty, what is so strange.Shaking itself, foot pain and leg numbness, are all thoughts.It’s hard to say it’s difficult, it’s also easy to say it’s easy, knowing that this thought is causing trouble, but this thought is hard to be empty, numbness is still numb, pain is still painful, so stop bragging, life and death come, sick!aging!pain!It's harder to leave room.Knowing that life and death are empty, but still life after life, not escape from reincarnation, turn with life and death.So where did the shouyin come from?Qimai come.Therefore, some practices need to open up the Qi channels first.This is the intentional method, yes, and it is also a great convenience.After the Qi meridian is really connected, the physical body will not be hindered. Once sitting on the seat, the body will see the natural emptiness, and then it will be easier to clear the mind. You must know that the body and the mind account for half, and the other half is held by the body and controlled by the four elements. , it is very difficult, the karmic qi of the four major color yins of the qi channels must be resolved first.Therefore, you can see how clever the practice of Heart Sutra Prajna is. (Speaking of this, a person on the spot was instructed to say: This is observing the mind, just observe here in the heart, but don’t bow your head.]

Then, Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva mentioned "thinking" --- thinking, thinking is very difficult. (Question) You listened to the Consciousness-Only class, did the eighth Alaya Consciousness have the five-pass practice? (Answer: Yes.) (Question) Did you think about it during the five-pass practice? (Answer: Yes.) The effect of thinking is powerful, but "thinking is not empty", can you be empty?Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva said: "I see that the five aggregates are all empty," but you are trying to figure out an empty state here, right? (Self-answer: No.) Because "emptiness is not a fantasy."Emptiness is what you think of, and you have to go further to see the Mahayana state of "thinking is emptiness, and emptiness is thinking" like Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva.It doesn’t matter if you think about it, it can’t stay, you think about it now, it’s a mess, you think about everything, you want buns, you want steamed buns, you want snacks, you want to celebrate the new year, you want to go home and go back to the small temple, you’re worried about the teacher scolding you, you sit I dare not move, it is very painful, I enter into all kinds of hardships, and fall into the abyss of pain.well!What do you think about this nonsense?Hey!You can think about it, it doesn’t matter if you want to die, if you want to keep it, you can’t keep it. "Empty is not an illusion", emptiness is still a change of illusion.Therefore, the Mahayana Bodhisattva does not prove the way until he empties his delusions. The Mahayana Bodhisattva contemplates with Prajna, "Thoughts are empty."Relic!The yin of thinking is inherently empty, so you don't need to grasp an emptiness, hold on to an emptiness, "emptiness is thinking", then emptiness is also delusion.This is teaching the Fa, not the scriptures!You have to see through it bit by bit.As mentioned earlier, the five yins go to the three yins.What's more, "Sariputra! Actions are not different from emptiness, and emptiness is not different from actions." The blood circulation in our body, the karmic meeting of the five Yins in our lives, the operation of the universe, and the endless life of different ripening and other flows are all actions. Negative.For example, when we sit in meditation, close our eyes and meditate, we don’t think about anything, it’s dark and empty, and you think it’s static, but actually the yin is rotating, and you just don’t know it.Because it is a practice that does not correspond to the conscious mind.When you sit in meditation and close your eyes, you start to be pure shortly after you sit on the seat, then become chaotic, and then become pure again.However, "action is not different from emptiness, emptiness is not different from action, action is emptiness, and emptiness is action." Shariputra!In this practice, the moment is emptiness, don’t search and search to create an emptiness, otherwise, emptiness is also the appearance of yin.If you want to observe well, then your awareness of this thought is also the same. "Consciousness is not different from emptiness, emptiness is not different from consciousness, consciousness is emptiness, emptiness is consciousness", distinguishing consciousness is completely empty, the reason is the same as above.

When the scriptures are mentioned here, let's read it again: "Prajna Paramita Heart Sutra. When Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva practices deep Prajna Paramita for a long time, he will see that all five straights are empty, and he will overcome all hardships. Empty is not different from form, form is emptiness, emptiness is form, and perception and awareness are also the same." If you really have great wisdom, no matter what Zen or Prajna School, just come to see it.From observation to reflection, do it now.When the mind is empty of thoughts and five aggregates, you are home.If you can't, come to practice the method of action, there are still 84,000 methods that can help to liberate the five aggregates.If after the five aggregates are liberated, Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva again warns Sariputra, O Sariputra! "It is the empty phase of all dharmas."When you are truly liberated, all dharmas are empty, conditioned dharmas and inactive dharmas are empty, all phenomena are empty, prajna emptiness is present, incomparably liberated, supremely liberated.Now everyone meditates without contemplating the mind, and cannot contemplate a single thought.See clearly, it is inherently empty!The idea is to think, "Thinking is not different from space".A classmate studied scriptures and teachings all day long, and he talked about it as if the belly of an old sow was so big, and he was all delusional.Just contemplating like this, isn’t it empty?That is, the liberation of all dharmas, emptiness, and prajna.The purpose of prajna contemplation is to relieve the afflictions of the five shades, but in the realm of space, you must understand that this is illumination, not contemplation.This empty self-nature is neither born nor destroyed. Don’t be afraid of the five skandhas coming and going. It doesn’t matter if you think about it or don’t think about it.That's why it is said "neither born nor destroyed, neither dirty nor clean, neither increasing nor decreasing." All the karma and pollution created in the past have never stopped flowing, and all pure thoughts have never stopped flowing.If you want to maintain a pure state of mind, you are wrong. This is a big delusion.Because it is not dirty or clean, it is empty!There is a clean place there! ?Clean is no longer empty.You said that the white color is the cleanest, but there is actually a color called white, is it colored?Empty, no white is not white, black is not black, and so on, "no increase, no decrease".

You can achieve all dharmas, all thoughts, all functions, all feelings, neither birth nor death, neither dirty nor clean, neither increase nor decrease, and you will understand the empty appearance of all dharmas.But you have to observe thoroughly, there are still many things behind, as well as the cultivation method, which you cannot understand.Don't think it's all over the place.Let’s stop here today, next time, maybe tomorrow or Thursday, not necessarily, we will talk about it according to your practice status.Just now, I first taught you how to meditate and practice the Dharma. The first one is to repent.The second: make a wish, the third: practice the method of observing the mind, and do the correct view of Prajna according to the Heart Sutra.Then some people say, teacher, you teach the Bone-Bone Contemplation, the Buddha Recitation, and the Avalokitesvara Method, there are so many, which method should you learn?Now there are many prajna contemplations, how should we cultivate?Those are all ways to help the Tao, and they are all ways of adding practice. In the end, it must be followed by Prajna Zhengguan, so "sometimes, just recite the Buddhas of the ten directions, and just contemplate the mind when there is nothing to do", because "forms are not different from emptiness".Since there is no emptiness, then you should practice the view of the bones and reach the pure state of being emptiness. Before you have realized the fruit, you should temporarily gather up this method of prajna contemplation and use it later.Next, recite the Buddha's name, ask for protection, and use the method of reciting the Buddha's name. "Receiving is empty."All of these are convenient. The Buddha said in the Vimalakirti Sutra that there are endless and endless Dharma doors, and Bodhisattvas must learn them; "Being active must be done in an inactive way", remember, "There are boundless methods and vows to learn".Sit down and rest.

I have said that "prajna contemplation" is the path of correct practice of Buddhism.Now I would like to ask everyone, in your opinion, is there any difference between the "view" of Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva and the "photograph" of seeing that all five aggregates are empty? (Student Chen: There is no difference.) (Student Jiang: Observation refers to the subject, and reflection refers to the object. That is to say, when doing kung fu, one must understand the external things, and the mind should not be taken away by it, but should be taken care of. If this is not the case, the preoccupation and clinging nature in our hearts and the nature of relying on others will create many wrong concepts in the self and hinder ourselves.) It is fundamental wisdom, and observation is a kind of choice, which belongs to the wisdom of discrimination. The two are one, and there are differences in the sameness, and there are similarities in the differences.) (Student Lin replied: I do not completely agree with the three statements just now. Viewing may only be Work hard on the function of the self-nature, and after taking photos, you can already see the self-nature.) (OO student monk replied: I think that viewing is more about conscious delusion, and taking pictures is a choice of wisdom.) (Classmate Zhou Answer: Observation is the essence of Prajna, and enlightenment is the state where the essence is used.) Well, you have all talked about it very well, and it is very similar, but you all eat duck eggs and get zero points.Most of the students are still in the stage of reasoning, just talking without practicing, how to apply this method to the heart is the real problem.You see, the Buddhadharma was passed on from the World Honored One to his disciples Kasyapa, Ananda, Mujianlian and others, and each of them taught different ways.That is to say, when Confucius' theory reached the generation of Zixia, Ziyou, Zizhang, and Zigong, the expression of ideas and the emphasis on things were different.Each has its own achievements, each has its own income, but after all, it is biased and not perfect.What you said just now is that each other has different experiences, which is generally not bad, but none of them hit the core of the problem.Now I combine the Heart Sutra with the method of practicing diligently, and by the way, I combine a little analysis of the teachings, and try to contribute to everyone's understanding of the Wisdom School, which is the so-called Zen, Heart, and Bodhidharma schools.In fact, many of you have not really gone deep into this method and practiced it wholeheartedly.Do you think teachings are not about practicing the law? !In fact, the real teachings are just the practice of the Dharma. Does it have to be a form of practice?That is an inferior method.The first-class law, the management is harmonious, and the legal world is not hindered.Reason is matter, matter is reason, reason is teaching and learning, and matter is practice and practice.If you really understand the teachings and have a thorough insight, this insight is kung fu.
