Chapter 16 The second part of Taoist "Book of Changes" and Chinese medical theory-6

Blue eyes and square pupils are gods When talking about the three veins last time, I pointed out the color of the three veins. Later, many people came to ask whether this color can be seen in human anatomy. If it can be seen, then the three veins are a kind of nerve or organ. , how can it be said to be invisible? Now I want to solemnly tell everyone that the three meridians are absolutely invisible when dissecting the human body. The so-called colors of the three meridians are those who have achieved success in cultivating the qi meridians. Color; when the central channel is opened up, there will be a blue scene in the sedative state. There is a saying in Taoism:

The blue-eyed square pupil is a fairy. That is to say, when one achieves success in cultivating the Tao, one's Qi channels will be fully unblocked, the eyes will be blue, the pupils will be firm and powerful, and they will emit a square-like light. This sentence does not prove that the blue eyes of Caucasians means that the central channel has been opened. Please do not misunderstand, because Taoism is a product of our China. Sixty-four hexagrams and seven rounds When we talked about the seven chakras, we mentioned the number of pulses in each chakra. The heart chakra has eight pulses, the throat chakra doubles to sixteen pulses, the crown chakra doubles to thirty-two pulses, and the navel chakra has sixty. four veins.

These veins radiate in an umbrella shape, forming a gourd shape (see above). Looking at the numbers of these pulses again, from eight to sixty-four, and the eight trigrams, evolved into sixteen hexagrams, thirty-two hexagrams, and sixty-four hexagrams, which happens to be the same principle. It is obtained by drawing the phenomenon of the universe, and the law of the seven wheels just shows that the human body is a small universe. The eight pulses of the heart chakra, plus the sixteen pulses of the throat chakra, plus the thirty-two pulses of the top chakra, and finally the sixty-four pulses of the navel chakra, add up to a total of 120 pulses. Large categories of diseases, summarizing the types and parts of diseases that may occur in the human body.

guanidine and pulse Now it comes to the question of the eight Chinese meridians. Is there any difference between the word "guanidine" and the word "pulse"?These two words represent different meanings. However, in ancient Chinese medical books, they are all commonly used. If you look at the principle of qi channels, you must have a clear understanding. "Guanidine": the veins of blood, representing blood vessels and nerves. "Mai" means Qimai, which is related to blood vessels and nerves, but not the same. The "guanidine" and "vein" mentioned in the "Neijing" sometimes have the same meaning. In fact, some places talk about blood guanidine, and some places talk about Qimai.

In Western modern culture, there are also many theories and books on Qimai, and many electromagnetic waves called transcendence, etc. what is blood Living in the 20th century, we hear about high blood pressure, blood tests, blood sugar, anemia, and various blood-related problems every day. A young man went to see an old doctor of traditional Chinese medicine, and when he heard him say that the patient's blood was not clear, he couldn't help secretly laughing to himself, and made an assertion in his heart, thinking that Chinese medicine was too unscientific, and he said that the blood was not clear without being checked. question.

In fact, modern people always interpret "blood" as superficial, thinking that it is just the red stuff running in the blood vessels. But in ancient Chinese medical books, the true meaning of "blood" is broad. "Blood" includes all kinds of fluids in the human body, except for the blood in the blood vessels, all endocrine (hormone) and various chemical compounds in the human body are included, so the Chinese saying "blood is not clear" may mean that endocrine is not clear balance. Therefore, we must first understand the meaning of "blood" in Chinese medicine before we can study it in depth.

Eight Extra Meridians and Twelve Meridians Why are the Eight Extraordinary Meridians so important? According to the experience of Taoism, if the eight meridians are unblocked, the mental state will reach a transcendent state, that is: "full of energy and no desire for sex, full of energy and no desire for food, full of energy and no desire for sleep." How can the eight extraordinary meridians be opened up? In the "Huangdi Neijing" and the Danjing of Taoism, there is a metaphor that when the energy of the twelve meridians is full, it is possible to overflow and disperse into the routes of the eight meridians, just like a big river or a reservoir, full of water. Afterwards, it will flow into the special ditch, but how can the qi of the twelve meridians be filled? This depends on the effort and achievement of practice.

Eater of Qi Many Taoist books and Confucius' family letters also said: "He who eats Qi lives long." The Taoist saying is: Those who eat meat are brave and fierce, those who eat grains are wise and die young, and those who do not eat are gods and live long. Many people think that nations that love to eat beef are aggressive.Whether it is also based on Taoist words is unknown. And we people who eat five grains, although smart and wise, will inevitably get sick and have a short lifespan. Only those who do not eat can live longer, which is also an incredible thing! In this way, if we haven't lived a long life, won't we starve to death first?

In fact, this means eating as little as possible. Last night, I saw a scientific news in the evening paper. When it comes to the new theory of western medicine for health and longevity, the first thing is to eat less. After the age of 30, you should eat less fat and sugar. , Their way of eating less has been advocated by Taoism thousands of years ago. However, when it comes to eating less or not eating, it is not a simple matter. If you do not know the principle of using the Qi channel, not eating is a fatal thing. This Taoist saying also shows the importance of the Qi channel. Ten years ago, I did a gambler's experiment and went without food for a total of 28 days. During these 28 days, I only drank tea and occasionally ate a banana. In this experience, I found that the most dangerous time was the third to fourth day.

When not eating on the third day, the energy is weak and the energy is exhausted, so you must lie down. The most important thing at this time is to feel calm and use a kind of qigong to fill the stomach with qi so that the stomach wall will not rub against and cause bleeding. After the fourth day, the mind is clear and full of energy, which may mean blue eyes and square pupils. But during the twenty-eight days, the appetite in consciousness and habits still exists. In old Chinese houses, people often put the four feet of the bed on the shell of a live turtle, in order to auspiciously live a long life of the turtle. Simultaneously sucking the bugs and microorganisms in the air), the spirit turtle will automatically open up the Renmai. It is said that the thousand-year-old spirit turtle is a sign of the longevity of the breath-eater.

don't get caught up in gossip Where is Ren Du in the eight meridians? We often see modern martial arts novels describing Ren and Du's two veins everywhere, but in the history of Chinese culture, the earliest mention of Ren and Du's two veins, except for Huangdi's "Neijing}), is that. The fable of Pao Ding Jie Niu in "Zhuangzi · Health Preservation Master" mentioned: "The governor thinks the scriptures by fate" and "the meeting of the heads of the Chinese classics". However, Ren Mai was not mentioned. Some people say that the "Huangdi Neijing" is actually the culture of the Warring States period. At that time, the alchemists of Qi State studied the traditional culture of Taoism and compiled the "Neijing". This textual research is not in this topic. Discussion, but it really proves that the history of medical development is very problematic. Taoism believes that the two channels of Ren and Du are equal to the yin and yang between heaven and earth. Speaking of this, I think everyone should throw away the burden of gossip, and find another scientific way according to this rule, because the relationship between qi channels and gossip is the same in Tang and Song Dynasties. If Chinese medicine is still stuck in the circle of gossip, it will have a limited future and endless troubles.Because it is not easy for people who study medicine to be proficient in imagery, not to mention the marriage of imagery and medicine, there are right and wrong places, so it should not be too far-fetched. The Eight Meridians of Star Chess Take a look at the diagram of the eight veins of the human body, it is really like the stars in the sky, no wonder Taoism calls man a small world. However, on this point, the theory between Chinese medicine and Dan Taoism is not completely related. The Du and Ren channels of the eight channels all originate from the perineum (that is, the so-called five judges in Tantric Buddhism). As far as the Baihui point, if the eight channels are combined with acupuncture, qigong, acupoints, massage, and joint communication, it will undoubtedly be a new treasure of human life knowledge. At the same time, it can also open a new era for medicine. The function of Du Vessel governing Qi influences and dominates the entire spinal nervous system. The role of Renmai Department of blood. In the treatment of men's diseases, the Du Channel is the most important, while for women, the Ren Channel is the most important. Wei Chong is the central channel. The belt vein is in the middle, and it is the most important for women. All gynecological problems are often related to the belt vein. The yang and yin functions of the upper and lower parts of the human body and the left and right limbs are intersected. The solar terms of Meridian Liuzhu and Linggui Bafa These are two methods of acupuncture and moxibustion, which are related to acupoints and eight extra meridians, and combined with the method of heavenly stems and earthly branches. But it is very problematic to use this method now, and it can be serious if you get it wrong. First, is there any deviation in the twenty-four solar terms currently used? When the 24 solar terms were first set in the calendar, it was very accurate. China is a country with developed calendar and astronomy. However, the difference in celestial body width and the deviation caused by the constant change of astrological orientation should be compared frequently in the 24 solar terms. Yes, but our twenty-four solar terms and the almanac have not been corrected for hundreds of years. These solar terms may have been deviated by many degrees. If the solar terms with problems are used as the standard for application, wouldn't it be biased again and again? When the pyramids were built in Egypt, there was a hole in the tower facing the Big Dipper.Looking out from that hole now, you can't see the Big Dipper at all.It turns out that the Big Dipper is far away to the side, and the changes in the universe and celestial bodies are really incredible. If the calendar is not corrected soon, and the acupuncture and moxibustion are applied according to the incorrect solar terms, it is really a big deal. Second, using the method of opening acupoints with stems and branches, and using the same stems and branches to calculate for each patient, it is worth studying. This calculation formula adopts the method after the development of astrology in the Tang Dynasty. The year, month, day, and hour of destiny are different for men, women, old and young. Each has its own definite number of good times and bad times.Assuming that this principle is correct, then it is necessary to understand numerology (that is, astrology) before diagnosing each Qi meridian and opening acupuncture points. Is it possible to study medicine and master numerology?is it necessary?Or not?It really needs to be re-studied to determine its principles and rules. Third, whether it is completely appropriate to only add the heavenly stems and the earthly branches without adding the time branches, completely disregarding the relationship between the twenty-four solar terms and the stems and branches, regardless of the space and area, and not asking questions such as the age of the person who comes, is really worthy of in-depth research! Now people in the world are shocked by the development of medicine and acupuncture in the mainland. However, I have seen that the newly compiled materials are still not scientific enough, and there are still big problems. The reason is that they summed up the chaotic medical theory and practicality for thousands of years into a relatively specific and systematic law, which is not in line with the new discoveries of human physiology and natural physics. As for the effectiveness of the application, it is also based on the experience of the ancient Chinese, not because they have a particularly new invention. Why don't our Chinese and Western medical circles unite and work together to seek the truth? For the above questions, only the key points of the questions are raised first, and we will discuss them later. Ziwu Maoyou In order to get through the conception and governor channels, Taoism starts with meditation, using the rule of the twelve hours, in conjunction with the image of Qi channels and eight trigrams, we can take a look at the picture on the next page first. This picture shows the Rendu Second Meridian in the body. The position of the son is the perineum, which is also the starting point of the Rendu Second Meridian. It reaches at noon, which is Baihui Point. Maoshi is just at the spine of the human body. Youshi is the dantian of the human body. Because of the need to cultivate and open up the Qi channels to achieve the state of rejuvenation, Taoism raised the problems of Zi, Wu, Mao, and You. From now on, all those who cultivate qi are obsessed with the importance of meditating at the four hours of Zi, Wu, Mao and You.In fact, being able to meditate at Ziwu Maoxi every day is of course effective, but there are other reasons. There is another saying in Taoist meditation, which is: warm and nourish at midnight, and take a bath in Maoyou. Therefore, some people who meditate, according to the meaning of the text, must take a bath at the two hours of Mao and You every day, and ignore the four characters of Ziwu Maoyou. Taoist life From the perspective of Ziwu Maoyou, the position of "Zi" is of great significance. It is the palace of the driving force of life and the hub for the initiation of Qi channels. Therefore, this Zishi is alive. Since Taoism believes that the human body is a small world, and all things have their own Tai Chi, then in this system of the world, there is also its own operation. Although there is a great relationship with the laws of the operation of the world, there is also the autonomy of the ego. ability. In terms of seasons, "Zi" represents November, which is the Lei Fu hexagram for the birth of Yiyang. In terms of human life, yang represents yang energy. When yang energy activates, it is the so-called living Zi time, which does not necessarily coincide with the fixed Zi time of the laws of heaven and earth. This is the starting point of the operation of its own small world. A baby boy was sleeping in the cradle, and the moment he was about to wake up, his sexual organs suddenly swelled up, which is exactly what Lao Tzu said: "I don't know the union of male and female, but I do it." This baby has neither sexual desire nor sexuality, and this is when his genital energy is activated, and it is also when his own system is active. A sick person, as long as there is still vital energy, he also has the symptoms of being alive. However, it is not all based on the standard of sexual organs, but calculated based on the periodicity of mental decline. Only by grasping the power of life and keeping one's body and mind still without a single thought can the yang energy rise. This is the practice principle of Taoism. When human beings grow up and mature, when the yang comes and returns, that is, when they are alive, they all chase the opposite sex and radiate. If they can take the opportunity to sit quietly and sublimate, turn to the governor channel, and follow the way, it will become a practice. Refined. Acupuncture and Moxibustion Both acupuncture and acupoints pay attention to the opening and closing of Qi channels. The opening and closing of Qi channels also changes with the twenty-four solar terms. This is a long-standing theory. However, as we have pointed out earlier, the calendar has not been corrected for a long time, and the deviation of the angles of the sun, moon and stars has made the twenty-four solar terms, which have been used for hundreds of years, suspicious. If acupuncture is performed according to the heavenly stems and earthly branches of the twenty-four solar terms, or if it is not coordinated with the laws of climate, whether it will produce adverse consequences should be worth studying. Therefore, acupuncture and moxibustion should be developed in the "living time". There is a saying in Taoism's Qimen Dunjia: Yin and Yang follow the way, but it is difficult to be poor, The second is to return home and the first nine palaces. If a person understands the principle of yin and yang, Heaven and earth come in one palm. The so-called second solstice is the winter solstice and one yang birth, the summer solstice and one yin birth, and the first nine is the Kanli second hexagram of the Houtian hexagram, which is also the representative number of Ziwu. It is okay to temporarily discard the twenty-four solar terms, but the importance of the four seasons must be grasped. The influence of changes in the weather in spring, summer, autumn and winter cannot be discarded. Then grasp the individual's living time and the principles of the eight extraordinary meridians, and develop a new set of acupuncture principles, which may be a truly important and meaningful contribution to human beings.
