平地的一共五位老板，当初二号区买地的有十多人，纠纷发生后，县上给其余几位退了钱，这五位本来也要退，但他们打了井，地也平整了一半，要想解除合同，就得赔偿他们的损失，县上真是拿不出钱。经过协商，他们愿意按县上的规划和要求重新平地。林雅雯当时的想法是，先鼓励他们把地平好，至于将来怎么开发，等大方案出来后再定。实在不行，就咬着牙付钱，从他们手里再把平整好的地买回来。现在大方案已在她脑子里，林雅雯需要跟他们进一步沟通。 “这么着吧，田老板，你们几个好好合计合计，北湖肯定要整治，而且这一次县上决心很大，不管遇到什么阻力，县上都不会动摇。大方向已在方案里了，围绕这个方案，你们拿出自己的意见，合理，县上就采纳，不合理，就依法解除合同，该赔多少，县上赔给你们。一个原则，土地是农民集体所有，掠夺和盘剥农民，他们不答应，县上也不能答应。县上犯的错误，县上纠正，哪怕代价再大，也不能一错再错。”
