王禺丹摆了摆头,说,严格说来,任何一家企业,都要经历这三个阶段,这三个阶段,是不可超越的。不过,也不是完全不可以避免。比如说,一家大型公司,完全可以引进高管人才,这些人才,实际上已经经历了成活期考验。从这种意义上说,成活期的必要性,很可能不是对于企业的必需,而是对于企业管理者的必需,或者对于积累管理经验的必需。 欧阳佟说,真正是醍醐灌顶,茅塞顿开。我这个人从来不说别人的恭维话,不过今天,我真的忍不住要恭维你一句,你真是太伟大了。 王禺丹说,少来。我不吃你这一套。 欧阳佟说,我会好好考虑你的话,然后重新决策公司的经营方向。不过,我想问你,假若我开始按你所说的重新结构公司,你是不是有意掺上一脚? 王禺丹说,如果真是这样,我有兴趣。如果真有那一天,我会慎重考虑的。不过,有几件事,你需要想清楚。一是公司的股本结构,二是公司的投资规模。当然,你如果下决心做资源整合,就算公司起点低一点,规模小一点,我也还是有兴趣参与。但就我个人来说,我更希望的是你弄一个大结构出来,我本人再加几个朋友,一起来投资。如果你的结构不够大,我们投资以后,你的麻烦就来了,你的股份很可能被稀释得没有了。 欧阳佟不自觉地哦了一声,没有再说话。 晚上躺在床上,欧阳佟一直在回想王禺丹今天所说的一切。越想越深入,也就想明白了很多事情。比如说,当初他搞公司,想拉王禺丹入伙,最终发现,只不过是自己一相情愿,王禺丹连一丁点兴趣都没有。王禺丹没有兴趣,他以为只不过是某种观念上的冲突,比如王禺丹严格说来属于官员,大概不会去冒这种私开公司的风险。他之所以想当然地以为王禺丹会同意入股,也是觉得王禺丹是官员,她在江南烟草赚再多钱,也不属于她。相反,如果在自己的公司哪怕赚一分钱,也是自己的。这显然是一种资产或者说利润转移方式。可他忽视了一点,王禺丹早已经是企业界响当当的人物,这种人物做事,既要符合自己的身份地位,同时还要有足够刺激她兴奋的力量,相反,利益已经不是最重要的考量。什么样的力量能够刺激像王禺丹这样的人?不外乎两点吧,一是投资额,一是IPO前景。没有这两大条件,小打小闹,反倒与她的声誉地位成为一种反讽,她会干吗? 所以,若想与王禺丹这种重量级的人物合作,就一定要有与之相匹配的项目。 如此一来,他就面临一大问题了,有了与之相匹配的项目,就没自己什么戏了。比如说,真按王禺丹所说的,将博亿变成一家资源整合公司,成为一家投资上亿的公司,那时,王禺丹倒是有兴趣了。而他欧阳佟到哪里去了?变成一个占股份不足10%的小股东了,也就是说,他不得不出局了。仅从赚钱的角度看,占有一家亿元公司10%的股份,那也是一千万。他发财了。可一千万和一百万的区别有多大?当你成为一个有钱人之后,重要的恐怕就不再是钱,而是那种成功的喜悦,是那种操纵资本所带来的愉悦。 他也因此想到了博亿公司未来的发展。 正如王禺丹所说,按照他此前的计划,就算是成了中国最杰出的广告人,那又如何?随着行业竞争越来越激烈,随着某些占有优势平台以及人脉资源的公司的壮大,另外一些公司,肯定会越来越艰难。他也完全有理由相信,博亿公司会在较短的时间内得到长足发展,或者说高速发展。可是,他忽略了一个重要事实,那就是这种高速发展的前提,并不是他做出了怎样出色的成就,而是因为他的起点太低。对于
