(Mandarin pop music in the 1980s) I may go to many places in my life, and the scenes of my life may continue to change. The stories of you and me have their own beginning and end, but we are lucky, we will sing the same song . We have the same temperature, we are not alone. --Musician Su Lai In 1980, Duan Zhongtan and Duan Zhongyi, active participants in the campus folk song movement, founded the Taiwan Rolling Stone Record Company based on the original "Rolling Stone" magazine, and distributed it to BMG, one of the world's five largest record companies.Zhang Aijia, a very influential singer in the era of folk songs, switched to Rolling Stones, with Luo Dayou, who was just a fledgling at that time, as the producer and released a solo album.Although most of the works in the album still follow the folk song form, works such as "Let's Come Together", "Little Angel", and "Spring Hope" are all arranged and recorded in a very modern way, giving people a completely Refreshing feeling."Busy and Blind" released by Zhang Aijia and produced by Li Zongsheng has completely entered the field of pop music. This record tries to explore the state of urban middle-class life, busy work and blind love. From the side, it reflects certain disadvantages brought about by Taiwan's economic prosperity.

In 1982, Wu Chuchu and Peng Guohua, who were both important figures in the campus folk song movement, left Rolling Stone Records and founded the only UFO record that could compete with Rolling Stone Records throughout the 1980s.During those ten years, more than 500 record companies were registered and established in Taiwan, most of which were solely engaged in production or distribution. There are only about 50 companies that have a complete set of production, distribution, and publicity functions, and Rolling Stone and UFO are the biggest winners among them.At the same time, individual studios have been established one after another, playing the roles of producers and songwriters in the music system, and adopting the strategy of separating production and sales.

The 1980s in Taiwanese society is also known as the "golden decade of social movement": the "Former Island Incident" in 1979, the consumer protection movement in 1980, the women's movement in 1982, the "Democratic Progressive Party" in 1986, and the announcement in 1987 With the lifting of martial law and the "May 20" Movement in 1988, Taiwanese society showed a surge of vitality and strong calls for reform, making it an era when society is facing loosening after a long period of confinement.Chiang Ching-kuo also had to admit: "Times are changing, the environment is changing, and the trend is also changing", so he announced the lifting of martial law in 1987, breaking Taiwan's long-standing political taboo. The death of Chiang Ching-kuo in 1988 symbolized the disintegration of Taiwan's last strongman and the collapse of the authoritarian system.

In the 1980s, Taiwan strived to catch up with the wave of the third industrial revolution, and through the introduction of technology, export of labor services, and commodity transactions, the economy developed rapidly. Together with Singapore, Hong Kong, and South Korea, it was called the Four Asian Tigers. Development provides a solid economic foundation.Driven by economic development, education has also made great progress. Coupled with the return of many overseas students, more new concepts have been brought in. The opposition between art and business has gradually resolved, and instead it has become mutual penetration.

On the other hand, the Copyright Law was revised in 1985.The recording industry joined the international IFPI (International Federation of the Phonographic Industry) one after another, and established the IFPI Association in Taiwan in 1986, named "International Foundation for the Exchange of the Recording Industry", with Zhang Renfeng, the director of Fumao Records, as the first chairman. At the end of the 1980s, Taiwan had obtained the agency rights of foreign records, such as UFO as an agent of WEA, Sihai as an agent of EMI, Himalaya as an agent of CBS, and Fumao as an agent of DECCA. After the copyright law was revised in 1992 and the "Permission and Management Measures for Employment of Foreigners in the Mass Communication Industry" was announced, foreign record companies came to Taiwan to set up music companies, such as EMI, BMG, etc. set up branches in Taiwan, and Taiwan truly entered the international music industry. era.

Since the 1980s, Taiwan's pop music scene has gradually formed and improved a complete set of operating mechanisms from creation, production, planning and promotion to marketing.Another important sign of the maturity of Taiwan's recording industry is that the utilitarian nature of this industry has been clarified. The motivation of song creation and production has undergone fundamental changes. Self-entertainment or feeling-filled music has become a purposeful commercial behavior. . The emergence of MTV has also changed the promotion methods of record companies and has become a necessity for record promotion.Modeling, cover design, photography, dance, recording technology and even the printing requirements for the inner pages of the record have developed many related fields besides music.

The 1980s was also an era of strong sales of singers and creation of idols. The emphasis on "singer" is an important part of popular songs after the 1980s. Music genre is just one of the many copywriting materials that shape the singer's personal style, such as Yu Chengqing's RAP, Chen Sheng's folk rock, Youke Li Lin's folk songs, Chen Mingzhang's Nanguan and local folk songs, instead of becoming a category with appeal like modern folk songs in the 1970s. The boundaries between folk songs and pop songs are no longer clear. Some songs are definitely school songs or pop songs, and some straddle both. The biggest reason is the transformation of folk singers and rising musicians in the folk song movement began to play an important role in the pop music scene. Therefore, among the singers and records mentioned below, it is difficult to determine whether they belong to the new sound of pop music in the 1980s or the elegy of the folk song movement.

……………………… Climb the peak and look at my hometown/The yellow sand is thousands of miles long/Where does the camel bell sound/The sound hits the heart/Looking forward to embarking on the road of longing/Flying thousands of miles of mountains/Going to the sky to return to the sky/Where is the hometown /The wind and sand can not go away imprinted in the bloodstains of history/the wind and sand can not go away pale/begonia blood and tears/climb the peak to look at the hometown/the yellow sand is thousands of miles long/where is the sound of camel bells/the sound knocks on the heart/hope to embark on the road of missing/fly Thousands of miles of mountains/Goose and geese in the sky/Where is the hometown/Wind and sand blow the old years/I will not grow old My thoughts/How many tonights have there/Dream back to Qinguan--"Dream Camel Bell" Lyrics: Xiaoxuan Song: Tan Jian Chang sings: Fei Yuqing, the creators of the husband and wife team Tan Jianchang and Xiao Xuan are often called "Tan Xuan" because of their cooperation.Counting from the first collaboration "Little Rain in March", there are hundreds of works by Tan Xuan.Tan Jianchang was born in Indonesia, and Xiao Xuan was born in a military family in Taiwan. Influenced by their parents, both of them have a deep Chinese complex.Strong national sentiment has always been the main thread running through Tan Xuan's works. Their creation "The Ancient Moon Shines on the Dust of the Day" once made countless Chinese people shed tears.

In 1987, the Taiwan government decided to open the policy of "visiting veterans who came to Taiwan to return home to visit their relatives". Under the wave of returning home, nostalgia is no longer "looking at home" in the folk song era, but has evolved into a "near home feeling timid". ".Inspired by this emotion, Xiaoxuan and Tan Jianchang created the classic "Three Hundred and Sixty-five Li Road", which became a classic work about nostalgia in Taiwan, and was later performed by Bao Nana at the CCTV Spring Festival Gala. And became popular in the Mainland.

At the age of 11, Tan Jianchang took a boat from Indonesia to Taiwan with his family. The first time he saw someone playing the guitar in the captain's cabin, he was deeply fascinated by it.Since then, he has saved 50 cents and 1 yuan of land, and finally bought his first guitar with 165 Taiwan dollars in his first year of high school.Tan Jianchang may be one of the earliest rock choirs in Taiwan. At that time, the Vietnam War was still fighting, and they sang in the restaurant to the American soldiers who came to Taiwan for vacation. It is really hard to imagine that he is now modest and gentle. Back then, he was also a rock youth with long hair.

I still remember that the first record I made was "Whispering" by Huang Yingying. At that time, there was no MIDI, and everything from arrangement to accompaniment was done by myself. Later, I realized that musicians could also do it.That record was so painstakingly made that it was a nightmare for a while after it was done.Although I won an award with that record, the award is not important, the important thing is the enjoyment. When he first signed Fei Xiang, he was a newcomer in every record company. Tan Jian often gained the other party's trust by talking with Fei's mother. It was in Singapore at that time, and it was the season when durians were on the market. Xiaoxuan and Tan Jianchang co-created the homophonic "Liu Lian" as Fei Xiang's first work, and it was unexpectedly sung to the streets and alleys. In the record company, Xiaoxuan is more like playing a role like a mother. She not only takes care of Gao Mingjun who has just signed a contract in life, but also tells him that boys should regard work in the entertainment industry as a kind of transition. Have bigger ambitions.I don't know if Gao Mingjun, who later ran the catering industry in Beijing, still remembers this sentence. Sitting opposite Xiaoxuan and Tan Jianchang, I am often moved by their respect as guests. Tan Jianchang would occasionally pat Xiaoxuan's hand, even outsiders can feel that unusual warmth.Xiaoxuan and Tan Jianchang met through a friend's introduction. At that time, Tan Jianchang, who had long hair and sang rock music, and Xiaoxuan, who was wearing a white shirt and a blue skirt from the Chinese Department, did not seem to match on the surface. When I asked Xiaoxuan what attracted him the most, Tan Jianchang only said one word: "Be good!" So when Xiaoxuan's family strongly opposed him, he resolutely cut off his long hair and decided to face all kinds of problems. difficulty. Before that, whenever Xiaoxuan's younger brother watched a TV show where Tan Jian often sang, Xiaoxuan's father would angrily turn off the TV.Unexpectedly, after he visited at home, Xiaoxuan's father "Longyan Dayue", and later, when his younger brother watched TV, his father actually said: "Children are not sensible, so we should learn more from Brother Tan." Later, Tan Jianchang was the old man's favorite His son-in-law, he is very filial, not pretending, but a natural and true feeling. Both Tan Jianchang and Xiaoxuan are born in the year of Ox, with type O blood, and they are very stubborn. In the beginning, the two often quarreled. Friends joked that they quarreled once, three, five, and two, four, and six. Sundays were divided into single and double weeks.Especially during creation, the quarrel became more fierce. For a word or a note, the discussion developed into an argument and finally turned into a vicious quarrel. The two once calculated that the song with the most quarrel was the most popular. The first song of the collaboration "Little Rain in March" was so noisy that I almost turned my face. "Clouds of Hometown" was arguing with long-distance calls. The only exception was "Dream Camel Bell". After the words and music came out, both of them were very moved. This song "Dream Camel Bell" kept the album at the top of the sales record for 13 weeks, and Fei Yuqing also started the real peak of his singing career. Every day is blue/Teach me that it’s hard not to think about him/I don’t know the child/He still wants to ask/Why your eyes are sweating/Love is deep/Meaning is strong/Divorce is bitter/Thinking is empty--"Everyday Tianlan" lyrics: Zhuo Yiyu's song: Chen Liou singing: Pan Yueyun In 1982, Taiwan's most popular TV variety show "Variety Show 100" was born, and a unit of the best-selling song list was launched in the program, which counted the top ten albums with the best sales results in Taiwan . "Variety Show 100" had to be canceled in the end because its credibility was strongly questioned by record industry players such as Liu Jiachang and others, but it still provided a good reference for record sales during that period. Pan Yueyun was the first singer to win the title of "Variety Show 100" with "Day and Sky Blue". This album sold more than 100,000 copies. ), Best Arrangement (Chen Zhiyuan) and three awards.Pan Yueyun is one of the veteran singers of Rolling Stone Records. He lost his parents when he was a teenager. He surprised folk singer Tai Zhaomei when he sang in the karaoke hall, so he came to Taipei alone with a suitcase containing a few clothes and books. She joined the Rolling Stones in 1980, and together with Wu Chuchu and Li Lifen released the first album of the Rolling Stones "Triple Show", and immediately rose to the music scene with a song "My Missing". The lyricist Zhuo Yiyu of "Everyday Sky Blue" is a professor at San Diego State University, and the composer Chen Liou is a professor of the Chinese Department. After the song was completed, it was transferred to Tao Xiaoqing by Tao Xiaoqing's husband Liangxuan (Ma Guoguang).By chance, folk singer Fan Guanghui became the earliest singer of this song, but it was only limited to a certain concert, and the recording was not made public.Tao Xiaoqing gave this song to Wu Chuchu who was still in Rolling Stone at the time. Both of them were not sure who should sing this beautiful and special song, but later found that Pan Yueyun could interpret it.However, when recording the first album "Goodbye and Parting", because there were too many good songs at that time, "Everyday Sky Blue" was suppressed at the bottom of the box.It was Li Shouquan, the record producer of "Everyday Sky Blue", who had a unique insight and dug it out and put it in this album.Sure enough, after the release of "Everyday Sky Blue", it not only made Pan Yueyun a well-known singer, but also made this song a brilliant representative work in the transition period between folk songs and pop.More than ten years later, "Everyday Sky Blue" ranked fourth in Taiwan's Top 100 Records Selection. Pan Yueyun took the road of artistic pop songs. Because of her unique vocals, Rolling Stone created a precedent for her to record in the United States from Taiwan. In 1987, Pan Yueyun launched "Osmanthus Lane" Original Soundtrack, a film directed by Chen Kunhou, and specially invited musician Chen Yang as the soundtrack.People who have watched this film cannot fail to be moved by Pan Yueyun's singing at the end of the film. That feeling, as Chen Yang said: "The helplessness and insignificance of a person in nature." Because of its uniqueness, Pan Yueyun and Almost all big-name musicians have collaborated. These people's love for Pan Yueyun is also impressive. For example, Luo Dayou, even if he is not a producer, as long as Apan sings the songs he wrote, he will appear in the recording studio; for example, Xiaochong, in order to create an atmosphere, he will record for Pan Yueyun. The room was filled with flowers and candles, so that for a long time, the news that Pan Yueyun was going to marry the producer Xiaochong had been circulating.Luo Dayou, who once worked as a producer for Pan Yueyun, commented: "Although there are many singers in Taiwan, there are not many voices that can be recognized at a glance. Pan Yueyun is one of them, which proves that her voice is recognizable. In the recognizable voice Among them, Pan Yueyun has her own particularity: First, her vocal range is the most average. Among other female singers, Qi Yu, Su Rui, and Zheng Yi all have high vocal ranges, while Cai Qin is low; because of Pan Yueyun's average vocal range, she The possible range of expression is also the largest; second, Pan Yueyun's voice itself is not very tense, but the emotional tension it conveys is extremely high." In 1999, Pan Yueyun released "Clap your ass to fall in love" on Motivational Records, record producer Yang Lide. This record did not become a new starting point for A Pan's singing career, but one of the songs "Night Party Lover", which may be overlooked, is the most timeless love song of Pan Yueyun. "Meeting Lovers at Night" has only four short lines of lyrics: I went to meet my lover at night, but unexpectedly, the snow fell in the morning, and when I looked back, there were traces of the road, so why hide it from the sky. This song tells the story of Tsangyang Gyatso, the sixth Dalai Lama, who wrote "the world is safe and secure, and you can live up to the Tathagata and live up to you". It is very touching. Pan Yueyun is almost the only one who can sing a song in a variety of styles. This glass of wine is bitter/tasteless/you left me quietly/without saying a word/what did I do wrong/that made you treat me like this/you just walked away quietly/you know that my heart has been covered by you Take away/The light rain comes at the right time/Represents the tears I can't shed/The light rain comes at the right time/Dilutes my miss for you/The light rain comes at the right time/The light rain comes at the right time--"The light rain comes at the right time" Lyrics : Xiao Chong sings: Zheng Yi's 1983 "Little Rain Comes at the Right Time" comes from Zheng Yi's singing. Musicians Xiao Chong, Li Zongsheng, and Zheng Huajuan all showed their talents in this album. In the alternate period of campus folk songs and popular songs, these singers and musicians who came out of the folk song movement started a new journey.Xiaochong, who is still in military service, also turned to music because of the success of his first creation, and later became the godfather of Taiwanese music alongside Luo Dayou and Li Zongsheng. Many representative works of singers benefited from his creation or production, such as Pan Yueyun, Du Dewei, Wen Wen, Qi Yu, Zhou Huajian, Feng Feifei, Ren Xianqi and so on. This is also the first time Li Zongsheng, who bid farewell to the Acoustic Guitar Choir, went behind the scenes and served as the producer. There is an unknown story behind this. The original producer of Zheng Yi's record was originally Hou Dejian. The producer left Beijing when the record was just being produced, which led to the suspension of the record.Li Zongsheng bit the bullet and took over the production work. Unexpectedly, "Little Rain Comes at the Right Time" made the originally unknown guitarist Xiao Li a blockbuster and became a sought-after producer in the Taiwanese music scene. It was also that year that Li Zongsheng began to officially publish his creations, leaving behind his early works such as "If You Say" and .The song "Little Rain Comes at the Right Time" sung by Zheng Yi once won the championship of "Variety Show 100" for 13 weeks. After Fei Xiang became popular in the mainland, he once sang a lot of Taiwanese folk songs in his album. Among them, "Want to Fly" and "Yueqin" (named "Thinking" in Fei Xiang's album) are all from Zheng Yi's works . In 1987, Zheng Yi released a new album "Mood". Ketang Records adopted all-round promotion methods for this album. Zheng Yi frequently appeared in TV commercials at that time. For the MTV shooting of the album, the company spent huge sums of money to go to Egypt to complete it, which produced a great publicity effect and made the work sell 80,000 copies in a month.Another attractive feature of the album is the conceptual song "East Side Story" by the famous composer Guo Wei. This work uses a conceptual story to develop the plot, running through the works of Qu Youliang, Ma Yufen, Zheng Yi and others, and has become a music circle. topics discussed above. That’s how this life started/Walk across the green grass of the playground and walk up to you/Can’t say a word Pick up a pen/Write down seven numbers in your palm/Nod your head and run away/Hold on to the phone and live like a year The wild anticipation/When the bell rings, my voice is so urgent/I am I am I am I am I am I/Seven o'clock you said seven o'clock/Okay I will arrive early/Ah/Obviously standing by your side In front of me/I am still afraid that this is a dream/Is it really a dream or a dream/Is it really a dream/Sitting in the carriage facing each other/There is a reflection of a frightened girl in your eyes/The train keeps going/I don’t want to get off/ No matter where it takes me/my station/by your side/right by your side/I am by your side--"Seven O'clock" Lyrics: San Mao Song: Li Zongsheng Sings: Qi Yu 1985 In 2010, San Mao, Qi Yu, and Pan Yueyun jointly released the music album of San Mao's personal biography "Echo--San Mao's Work No. 15".Rolling Stone Records introduced advanced technology, making this record the first CD record in Taiwan's history, and its number is RD-1001. "Echo" was co-produced by Wang Xinlian, a folk singer and musician in the folk song era, and Qi Yu.Sanmao personally wrote twelve lyrics, composed by Li Taixiang, Li Zongsheng, Li Taiming, Weng Xiaoliang and Wang Xinlian to form a complete music record. From closed childhood, beautiful first love, shocking love, desperate sadness to the release of emotions, Qi Yu and Pan Yueyun interpret Sanmao's different moods in different situations with different singing styles, interspersed with Sanmao's own narration, These three Taiwanese women who are best suited to wear bohemian style clothing have created a lasting and beautiful myth. San Mao once said that she has two good friends in her life: one is an angel and the other is Cleopatra, the angel is Qi Yu, and Cleopatra is Pan Yueyun.Pan Yueyun once recalled in an online chat: "I got to know Sanmao because of the collaboration on the "Echo" record. In about two months, Qi Yu and I will go to Sanmao's house for meetings. Her home is very comfortable, isn't it? It is magnificent, but very comfortable. There are many, many books, even the kitchen has many, many books. Sanmao’s home is very clean, but it is different from ordinary people’s homes. Her home has that kind of national character It tastes like a homeless person. Sanmao speaks slowly, very delicately, and in a low voice. You may have to be very careful to hear what she is saying. Sanmao is very eloquent. When Qiyu chatted with her, I It is the person who listens to her quietly, because I think her speech is very pleasant, just like telling a story. Sanmao said that I just sat there quietly, like a painting - most people would not describe it like this. In this record , besides Qiyu and I’s singing, the most special thing is Sanmao’s narration. She will tell us a part of her story in every song she composes. Although Qiyu’s voice is very different from mine, it’s different. This combination is very special. I think highly of this album, because it contains Qiyu’s voice, Sanmao’s voice, and the laughter of the three of us. Sanmao’s appreciation for us To this day, we miss her very much, that record is very important to me and Qi Yu, and it is the best gift we can give Sanmao." In the copywriting of "Echo", Sanmao Mao wrote: "What she wants is dawn, a dawn without any sound. Even if she longs for it so much, the echo still refuses to recede." "Echo" is also the Chinese translation of Sanmao's English name Echo, which comes from Greece Tragic myth. I hope to go to Changning. Gently wake up the sleeping heart/Slowly open your eyes/See if the busy world is still turning around alone/The spring breeze is incomprehensible/Blowing the hearts of teenagers/Let the tears on yesterday's face dry with memory / look up to find the wings of the sky / migratory birds appear its shadow / bring the news that the famine in the distance and the ruthless war still exist / the jade mountain snow falls / burn the heart of the young man / melt the true feelings into notes / pour out the distant blessings / sing Show your enthusiasm and stretch out your hands/Let me embrace your dream/Let me have your sincere face/Let our smiles be full of youthful pride/Dedicate a devout prayer for tomorrow/Who can disregard their homeland /Leave aside the childhood in memory/Who can bear to see the sorrow of yesterday taking away our smile/Youth is incomprehensible to the red dust/Rouge is stained with dust/Let the long-lost tears moisten your face/Wake up the sleeping heart gently / Slowly open your eyes / See if the busy world is still turning around alone / The sunrise wakes up the morning / The earth is reborn / Let the sound of the wind blow / Compose the music of life / Sing your enthusiasm Stretch out your hands/Let me embrace your dream/Let me have your sincere face/Let our smiles be full of youthful pride/Let us look forward to a better tomorrow--"Tomorrow will be better" Lyrics: Luo Dayou , Zhang Dachun, Xu Naisheng, Li Shouquan, Qiu Fusheng, Zhang Aijia, Zhan Hongzhi Song: Luo Dayou Sings: Chorus October 25, 1985 is the 40th anniversary of Taiwan's recovery. Sixty-two singers from Malaysia and other places jointly sang a public welfare work "Tomorrow Will Be Better".This move follows the form of the American singer singing Weare The World in 1984, and also echoes the "World Peace Year" in 1986.Although the song caused great repercussions in the Chinese world when it was released, it missed the Liberation Day due to the delay in its release, and its public welfare appeal became vague and even caused considerable controversy. As for why this song has seven lyricists, the reason is that the original version created by Luo Dayou was considered "too gray and negative in theme awareness", and it was not easy to adopt it all.Afterwards, people in the music and cultural circles used Luo Dayou's version as the basis, and after their own consideration, they finally completed the final version of the lyrics. The producer of "Tomorrow Will Be Better" broke the restrictions of regions and companies and invited Chinese singers from all over the world to participate in the concert. In the name of "Tomorrow Foundation Preparatory Meeting", they invited Taiwan's most famous record companies at that time, including UFO, Himalaya, New Companies such as Gelin, Rolling Stone, Town and Country, Polygram, and Lige participated in this album, and various record companies bid for the distribution rights. The surplus from the sale of the album was donated to the "Consumer Culture and Education Foundation of the Republic of China" by the Blue and White Record Company, which later won the bid for the album distribution rights, and raised a fund of NT$6 million for the "Consumer Foundation" as a public welfare for. Singers include Cai Qin, Yu Tian, Su Rui, Pan Yueyun, Zhen Ni, Li Jianfu, Lin Huiping, Wang Zhilei, Chen Shuhua, Jin Zhijuan, Wang Menglin, Qi Yu, Zheng Yi, Jiang Hui, Yang Lin, Huang Yingying, Hong Ronghong, Fei Yuqing, Qi Qin, Xiao Song, Xiao Bai , article, water and grass trio, lily duet, Li Peijing, Li Bihua, Li Zongsheng, Wu Qixian, Wu Dawei, Lin Yusheng, Lin Shurong, Tai Zhaomei, Shi Xiaorong, Yue Lei, Tang Xiaoshi, Xu Nailin, Xu Wei, Mai Weiting, Chen Lizhong, Zhang Qingfang, Tong Ange, Yang Yaodong, Luo Jizhen, Lan Xinmei and other famous singers in various regions at that time were produced by musician Li Shouquan. After the work was released, it aroused great repercussions in the Chinese world. At the end of the year, in Taiwan's general election, the Kuomintang used this song to play the banner of "A Better Tomorrow" and used it as the theme song of the general election. This is consistent with the original intention of the promoters "not to authorize this song for any purpose other than public welfare". Inconsistent, Luo Dayou, Zhang Dachun and others later publicly mentioned this matter, and they were all extremely dissatisfied with the political use of this song.Because of this, Luo Dayou was unjustly labeled as a "propaganda tool of the Kuomintang", which became one of the reasons why he immigrated to the United States. "Tomorrow Will Be Better" sold more than 250,000 copies in Taiwan, Hong Kong and other places in just a few months. The comprehensive meaning represented by the work is still unmatched. In the wind / Just stand still / Let the laughter / Throw yourself into the sky / When the sun / Stay on the blurred horizon / Do you now start to come out of the old pain / In the rain / Just stand still / Let yourself / Fall in It’s a blur/I don’t want to be persistent between you coming and going/Do you want to get out of the tricks of fate now/Which emotional world should I/belong to Mayfly/Besides you/What else/Which emotional world should I/belong to The mayfly in the movie/Besides you/What else--"Mayfly" lyrics: Qi Qin, Huang Dajun Music: Huang Dajun singing: Qi Qin Qi Qin also released his second solo album "Wolf's Album" in 1985 after retiring from the army , has become a model singer-songwriter in the hearts of fans with his rebellious and lonely image, and is regarded as a deviant hero, especially any idol singer who is as popular in the mainland as he is nowadays. Qi Qin first became interested in music when his sister Qi Yu gave him a guitar. At the age of 19, he had just come out of the reformatory school. He always felt that he was inferior and didn't know what to do.At that time, he started to learn guitar, and then knocked on the door of various restaurants to ask if they wanted a singer. At the beginning, he got a lot of rejections, but later he met Wang Menglin and Zhao Shuhai, and they gave him a chance to sing in the restaurant. It is also because of this that Qi Qin started his creative journey with a guitar, and was discovered by a record company because he sang in a folk song restaurant. There is such a unique musician in the Taiwanese music scene. Qi Qin has successively released "Haunting" and two albums, among which, "The Outside World" and "About Winter" all have extremely moving melodies and have been unanimously praised by music fans. The "Haunting" album is different from the previous style of music. The title song "Nine Suns" obviously incorporates more rock music styles. In this record, because the producer Chen Xiaoxia left Zongyi Records, the production assistants Zhou Zhiping and Huang Dajun had to bite the bullet and catch up, and wrote "Let Me Think of You When I'm Lonely", "Mayfly" for Qi Qin. " and other works have become the starting point for two unique musicians in the music world. Qi Qin, together with Li Taixiang, San Mao, Zheng Lisi, and Zeng Daoxiong, successfully brought Zhang Xiguo's novels to the stage and interpreted the performance of the stage play with pop music. This is the first time since the opening of Taiwan's music scene.Qi Qin served as the music director of EMI in Taiwan, and established his own Rainbow Music Studio with Jiang Jianmin, Liu Tianjian, Tu Huiyuan, Xu Dechang and other friends. The studio has produced Qi Yu's "Is there such a saying" and Zhao Chuan's "I finally lost you". In 1989, Hong Music Studio released Qi Qin's first album "Remembrance Day" since its establishment. The artistic atmosphere of the work, this record has also become one of Qi Qin's representative works.Although Qi Qin would occasionally release albums later, his performance in music has been disappointing in recent years. For a long time, people have paid more attention to the years of ups and downs between him and Wang Zuxian than the music itself, but it cannot be denied that Qi Qin's early maverick image will still exist in the minds of fans, especially those from mainland China For many of his works, he can sing all the lyrics at any time, which is rare among Taiwanese singers. You are the genie in my life/You know all my moods/It was you who woke me up/Again/Give me an open heart/About the road of love/We have all been there/About love song / we have heard too much / about us / they all guess wrong / about the words in the heart / the words in the heart / only to you / the focus of all my eyes / the two arcs on your forehead / It is faintly visible / It sets off you / It sets off your shy face--Song of "The Spirit in Life" Lyricist: Li Zongsheng In 1986, Li Zongsheng released his first solo album "The Spirit in Life". Li Zongsheng is a songwriter. At that time, we didn't understand the concept of musicians, and we didn't know much about producers. At that time, we hadn't learned to say those simple things in a language that was too complicated for us to understand and impossible for others. My evaluation is: a person who is very good at writing songs. The first time we saw him was on the cover of the tape called "Elf in Life". After getting used to the fact that really talented singers actually look like us, in his ordinary looks and ordinary clothes The smell can be seen in the appearance, which belongs to the smell of a mature man.At that time, the information was not developed, and it was impossible to see him on TV. I couldn’t imagine that he would stand on the stage in Beijing and sing the song in that tape more than ten years later, and I couldn’t even imagine that we would be in the world more than ten years later. In any corner of my life, listening to a certain song, I suddenly thought of that person named Li Zongsheng, and remembered that we were so young when we listened to that song. Rolling Stone has three godfathers of music, Li Zongsheng is one of them.If Li Zongsheng is the musician who best represents the entire history of Taiwanese pop music, I believe not many people will object. He has been a participant since the earliest folk song movement. It can be said that Taiwan really has its own pop music. He is the one who created history. One of the musicians.Although his works are not as awakening and critical as Luo Dayou, but because they are closer to the hearts of ordinary people, they can more accurately cut into the audience's vitals. Li Zongsheng is not sharp, he is always so straightforward and simple, but this makes people more convincing.Whether it is love or life, they are so real in his works, so real that people have to bravely face all the things they wanted to avoid before.Luo Dayou once said that in Li Zongsheng's works, "man really looks like a man, and woman really looks like a woman". It seems that only Li Zongsheng can do this. Li Zongsheng is a creator first, but also a producer, and then a singer. There are too many singers who have become representatives of Taiwanese pop music for which he was the producer: Zheng Yi, Zhang Aijia, Pan Yueyun, Xue Yue, Zhao Chuan, Chen Shuhua, Xin Xiaoqi, Lin Qiang, so he is also called "devil producer" and " Millionaire Producer". ... In 1986, Li Zongsheng released his first personal creation and singing album "Elf in Life" in Rolling Stone, forming a unique Li style in the future. This record has become a classic of Chinese pop music, and it is also from that record that we know the most honest Li Zongsheng: "The Prologue", "The Man Who Races Himself", "The Spirit in Life", "Lonely", "You're Like a Child", every song is simple and straightforward, but it can hit the fragile heart that has to pretend to be strong by surprise. In "The Man Who Runs Against Himself", Li Zongsheng left his thoughts on life: "We are all people who race against ourselves, and the meaning of success lies in surpassing ourselves." The production of Chen Shuhua's "Dream Awakening Time" is Li Zongsheng's music career an obvious turn.At that time, he had already served as the deputy general manager of Rolling Stone Records, directly participating in the company's planning and operation. This record allowed him to experience the professionalism of the industry and let him know that a singer's image can be shaped through cooperation in lyrics, music and planning. That record sold 870,000 records, and he became the emotional spokesperson of modern women. He successively created Xin Xiaoqi's "Comprehension", Doll's "Across the Ocean to See You", Michelle Yeoh's "Love Like a Shooting Star", Lin Yilian "Don't Care About Who I Am", Karen Mok's "Cloudy Sky" and a series of representative works that tell love from a female point of view, often make female singers cry in the recording studio, and make listeners, especially women, feel understanding and respect from a man. ...... how much I owe you in the previous life/how to pay back/these many heartfelt songs/these many sorrows/to repay you/turn into a red rose/thorny and passionate/open in the thorns/what do you owe me/in In a certain past life/a longing/a sympathy/so in this life I kept searching/so I met by chance/so I separated and reunited/I hope/let the love go away/come back again From the very beginning/My heart is looking forward/Let the love of the previous life last forever/To countless afterlife/Don’t forget/Even in the coldest valley/As long as you/Give me back mine/I will return you with the most ardent/This Unswerving love--"Life in a Rose" Lyricist: Shenzhi Music: Zhang Hongyi Sing: Xu Jingchun In 1987, Xu Jingchun, who became famous at the Campus Song Golden Rhyme Award, released the most representative solo album "Life in a Rose". Learning classical music since he was a child, and successively experienced several record companies such as Xinge, UFO, and Rolling Stones, Xu Jingchun's understanding of music and his unique ability to grasp music are on par with Qi Yu, and he was even praised as a "female voice textbook".Because of this record, she won the Golden Tripod Award for Best Female Singer.
