Tea is one of my country's traditional export commodities. In the early 1950s, China Tea Industry Company was specially set up to be in charge of the national tea production, transportation and marketing business. There are adjustments. The status quo of tea corporations, regional tea institutions and tea export institutions is briefly described as follows: (1) Brief introduction of organizational changes of the Tea Corporation 1.China Tea Corporation was established in December 1949, under the Ministry of Trade, and later changed to the leadership of the Ministry of Foreign Trade.Unified management of tea production, purchase, export and domestic sales.

In the second half of 1951, tea production was placed under the management of the Ministry of Agriculture. 2.At the end of 1955, China Tea Export Corporation established the Agricultural Product Purchasing Department, and the domestic and foreign trade business of tea was separated. The domestic purchase and sale of tea, allocation, processing, and export supply are under the responsibility of the Tea Management Bureau of the Purchasing Department, while the foreign trade export business is exclusively operated by China Tea Export Corporation. In 1957, the Agricultural Products Purchasing Department was abolished, and the domestic tea business was under the control of the Supply and Marketing Cooperative, which was later changed to be under the leadership of the Ministry of Commerce.

3.In 1960, China Tea and Native Products Import and Export Corporation merged the foreign trade tea and native products companies to form the Tea Native Products Import and Export Company. In 1961, the domestic tea purchase, sales, allocation and processing business operated by the Ministry of Commerce were transferred to foreign trade, and the Tea Native Products Import and Export Corporation managed the tea domestic and foreign trade business in a unified manner. 4.In 1970, China National Native Products and Animal Products Import and Export Corporation merged the Tea Native Products and Animal Products Import and Export Corporation of the Ministry of Foreign Trade, and established the Native Products and Animal Products Import and Export Corporation.

In May 1970, the domestic and foreign trade of tea was separated again, and the acquisition, processing, allocation, domestic sales and export supply were handed over to the Tea and Livestock Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce, and the China National Native Produce Import and Export Corporation specialized in tea export business. 5.Established in April 1985, China Tea Import and Export Corporation is a subsidiary of China National Native Produce Import and Export Corporation, specializing in the import and export of tea. With the change of the head office system, before 1960, the tea business in Hong Kong was represented by Hong Kong China Resources Company, and after 1961, it was replaced by Hong Kong Dexin Hong Co., Ltd.
