(12) Lushan Yunwu Tea Mount Lu is located in the Jiujiang area of Jiangxi Province, bordering the Yangtze River on the north and Poyang Lake on the south. The nationally famous Lushan Yunwu Tea is produced here.Yunwu tea has fat buds, strong fragrance and flavor, and is durable to brew. It is a treasure among green teas.Regarding Yunwu tea, there are two epic stories circulating in Jiangxi. One is that a long time ago, there was a young Miao man named Ahu who rode a white horse and came to Lushan Mountain with a bag of tea tree seeds on his back. But seeing Mount Lu "horizontally viewed as ridges and side peaks, with different heights from near and far", "Wulaofeng in the southeast of Lushan Mountain, golden hibiscus cut out from the blue sky", "Lushan Mountain shows off the South Douban, and the screen is nine folded with clouds and brocades". The scenery, while the mountains are shrouded in clouds and mist, the soil is deep and fertile, which is very suitable for planting tea trees. So, he decided to sow the tea seeds he brought on the hillside not far from the Miaojia village, and settled down in Miaojia. From then on, tea trees grew on Lushan Mountain, and villagers in Miao village picked and processed tea leaves, and changed rice for salt, making life easier every day.

One day, a county magistrate came to the Miao family's cottage, and his attendants yelled loudly: "Master is exhausted and his mouth is very dry, get some water!" In order to brew Mingqian Yunwu tea for everyone to drink. The county magistrate saw that the tea buds Ah Hu put into the bowl were big and thick, and his face was sullen, so he asked, "Don't you have good tea? How can you serve this kind of thick tea to your guests?" Ah Hu smiled, respectfully replied: "My lord, this is Mingqian Yunwu tea, you will know it after you taste it." He finished brewing the tea, added the bowl cover, and held it to the magistrate with both hands after a while. The county magistrate picked up the tea bowl and opened the lid, only to see a puff of white air coming out of the mouth of the bowl, first like an umbrella, then like a white cloud rising slowly, one of which has not dispersed, and the second rises again, which is very beautiful. And as the white clouds rise, the fragrance of tea overflows and fills the heart and spleen.what! What a cloud and mist tea!The county magistrate took a sip, and immediately felt that his mouth was full of fragrance, mellow and sweet, and he felt refreshed all over, so he drank it upside down in one gulp, even swallowing the tea leaves. The county magistrate thought to himself: This is fairy tea, if you bring it to the emperor, you will be favored and promoted. So, I asked Ah Hu:

"Who picked and processed this tea, and how much is there? I bought them all."Ahu said that he guided the villagers to pick and process the tea, and the Miao family couldn't do without Yunwu tea, so they couldn't sell all of them to him.The county magistrate was furious when he heard it, and was about to explode when a follower beside him gave him a hand and whispered a few words in his ear, the county magistrate suddenly changed his expression, patted Ah Hu on the shoulder and said, "Let's do it! I have a bag of Yunwu tea, I want to go to the capital, and I will honor the emperor on your behalf, do you like it?" So Ah Hu gave a large bag of Yunwu tea to the county magistrate.

When the county magistrate arrived in the capital, he presented Yunwu tea to the emperor after handing over the errand, and described the wonders of Yunwu tea.The emperor then ordered the court ladies to brew it and taste it. It was indeed a rare fairy tea, so he asked about the origin of the tea, and the county magistrate answered them one by one in detail, and finally said: "If I drink this tea all the year round, it will surely prolong my life." The emperor asked, "How can I get so many fairy teas for me to drink all the time?" For picking and processing, why not tell Ah Hu to go to Beijing and ask him to specialize in the production of Yunwu tea!" The emperor was overjoyed, and immediately ordered Ah Hu to go to Beijing.Ahu believes that tea is a kind of fitness drink, planting and disseminating it in the capital can also make the people in the capital share the benefits of tea, and the Miao family doesn't have to pay "tribute tea", so they are happy to pick tea seeds, pack up and go on the road.On the day of leaving, the villagers reluctantly sent him to the mountain pass and told him to come back to Miao's house after planting the tea trees. After Ahu rode on the white horse and gradually went away, the villagers still stood at the mountain pass and stared at the figure of Ahu who appeared and disappeared from time to time in the clouds and mists. From then on, the villagers looked forward and looked forward to it. One year came, and Ah Hu hadn't come back. Two years had passed, and Ah Hu still hadn't come back;Later, I asked someone to go to the capital to inquire, and I found out that although Ah Hu had planted tea trees and picked tea leaves, but due to the different ecological environment conditions, the tea picked by the same method would not be cloudy when brewed, and the taste was not good. Angry, thinking that Ah Hu had committed the crime of deceiving the emperor, he was given death.Ah Hu was so angry that he took advantage of the unprepared guards, stepped on the white horse and ran towards Lushan Mountain, but was shot to death by the pursuers with random arrows!

Every year, the folks miss Ahu with great sorrow, and imagine that Ahu flies back to Yunwu Mountain on a white horse.Afterwards, people finally saw that whenever the clouds and mists rose, there would be a white horse running slowly in the clouds and mists, which could be seen clearly from tens of miles away. He was reluctant to part with his fellow villagers, Yunwu Mountain, and Yunwu Tea! The second is that as far back as the Eastern Han Dynasty, Buddhism was introduced to my country. At that time, there were many temples and monks gathered in Lushan Mountain. They climbed the cliffs, jumped over the springs, and competed for wild tea; Therefore, people say that growing tea in Mount Lu began in the Han Dynasty.

At that time, there was a stockade on Lushan Mountain, where five tea farmers named Zhao, Wang, Liu, Li and Lu lived. All the tea farmers with five surnames have sons and daughters-in-law. They make a living by picking and processing tea and collecting firewood, and they live a relatively peaceful life.As time goes by, the old people's physical strength is declining day by day, and it is difficult to do heavy work up and down the mountain. When the daughter-in-law sees them, they throw pots and bowls, scold dogs and chickens, and hate the old people.First, the old man Zhao couldn't take it anymore, hugged the torn cotton wool on the bed, and said to his son with deep sorrow: "My son, now that I am old, I can't cause you any trouble. I want to leave here. I hope you will live in harmony in the future!" Son Despite repeated dissuasion, the old man made up his mind to go. Before leaving, he took a tattered bedding roll and a bag of tea seeds he picked by himself, bid farewell to the other four surnamed brothers, and went up the mountain.

Before long, old man Wang was also forced to live, so he packed up his bed and left home to go up the mountain to find old man Zhao.He walked around in the deep mountains, calling from time to time: "Brother Zhao! Where are you?" His feet were swollen, his throat was hoarse, but he still didn't hear the echo. Looking at the cliffs in the mountains, he wondered if it was the Zhao family. When my brother died, I felt sad and thought about it. It's meaningless to stay alone in this world. It's better to live this life.Having made up his mind, he was about to jump off the cliff when he suddenly saw a hawk flying towards the opposite mountain peak screaming on the tree.Old man Wang followed the eagle's eyes, and unexpectedly found that there was light smoke floating in the big cliff cave under the opposite mountain peak.what! It must be the Zhao brothers living in the cave!I was overjoyed, and my energy came.So he climbed straight to the mountain. This is the highest peak of Lushan Mountain. Old man Wang climbed and climbed. He was hungry and his toes were rotten. He sat down to rest for a while, drank a few sips of water, ate some wild fruits and tender grass, and climbed up again. Finally, he climbed to the entrance of the cave. At that time, old man Wang passed out. When he woke up, he was already lying on the big stone bed in the cliff cave, and the Zhao family brothers were sitting beside him feeding rice soup to him.Old man Wang sat up happily and took old man Zhao's hand. Two lines of tears flowed down like broken beads. When old man Zhao understood it, he said, "Don't be sad, you'll be fine after a few days of rest, but I don't know. What happened to the other three old brothers?" Old man Wang sighed deeply, and told how the three of them had received the same cold treatment. After hearing this, the old man Zhao was very angry, and decided to take the three brothers up the mountain, and the five elders lived together.

Soon, the three old brothers were also forced to follow Mr. Zhao up the mountain.Five old people sat around a stone table, eating meals made by old man Wang.During the meal, old man Liu said: "It's good for the five of us to live together, but in this place where the mountains are high, the water is cold, and the soil is barren and rocky, how will we survive in the future?" Turning to old man Zhao, I saw a mysterious smile on old man Zhao's ruddy face. He lifted his chopsticks and said, "Don't think so much, eat the food while it's hot. I'll tell you when you're full." His waist is harder, his face is redder, and his mood is better. He will definitely come up with a good way. After eating, the old man Zhao led four people to a hillside. He pointed to a lush green tea garden nearby and said to everyone: "I brought a bag of tea seeds when I came out. I firmly believe that there are heartless wives in the world. There will never be crops that are unsatisfactory. I plant tea all my life, and the tea fairy will bless me. The tea seeds I planted on the mountain have grown into trees. The buds and leaves that have grown have been picked to make tea, which is of excellent quality , and can cure diseases and keep fit. Nowadays, several merchants come up to the mountain every year to exchange tea with me, and they bring whatever I want! Life is so good!" After finishing speaking, he laughed loudly. This kind of joy infected everyone, and everyone was determined to live and work together to develop tea production.Since then, the number of Yunwu tea in Lushan Mountain has increased year by year, and the life of the five elders has become more and more prosperous.

It is said that these five old men are all over ninety years old and are still in good health. When people see the five old men planting tea and picking tea, there are often clouds and mists circling around the top of the mountain. So people who went up the mountain became stronger and younger. When the daughter-in-law passed away, the five old people were still living happily in the big stone cave. After the five elders passed away, the tea garden was preserved. In order to commemorate the five elders, people called the tea-producing mountain "Wulao Peak" and the cave where the five elders lived was called "Wulao Cave". ", and the tea picked by Wu Lao is called "Yunwu Tea".One year the emperor went on a tour to Lushan Mountain in Jiangxi Province. After tasting Lushan Yunwu Tea, he asked about the origin of Yunwu Tea. So big, he inscribed the three characters "Wulao Cave" in his own handwriting, and ordered it to be engraved at the entrance of the stone cave where the five elders lived together.Today, although the word "Wulaodong" has been washed away by wind and rain for a long time, it is still faintly visible. The Yunwu tea in Wulaodong is still famous all over the world.

(Zhuang Xuelan) (13) Dahongpao People who go to Mount Wuyi in Chong’an County, Fujian Province like to see Dahongpao tea as soon as possible, but it is not easy to see Dahongpao tea trees, because Dahongpao grows in the Jiulong nest near Tianxin Rock in Wuyi Mountain. Only those who are afraid of hardships and dangers can reach it.Dahongpao grows on a small tea field among the towering rocks on the mountain wall. There are only a few tea trees, some protruding from the rocks, and some scattered among them. The three characters "Dahongpao" are engraved on the rock wall beside the land. There is a mountain spring on the cliff, gurgling down, all year round.Looking at the appearance of the tea bushes, it is similar to vegetable tea, with slightly thicker leaves and slightly red buds. Although the appearance is not peculiar, the "Dahongpao" tea picked and processed is the best among Wuyi rock teas. Meaningful, and the "rock rhyme" is very strong, has a long-standing reputation and is well-known both at home and abroad.Due to the very small output, every spring when the buds germinate and the ground falls to the ground, rich and noble families rush to buy them, and the first-served ones are the fastest.

How could the Dahongpao be planted among the rocks?Who discovered and used it?Why does this kind of oolong tea have the reputation of "Dahongpao"?In this regard, there are three beautiful and moving legends widely circulated in Wuyi Mountains. A long time ago, in Huiwan Village at the northern foot of Wuyi Mountain, there lived an old woman who was over fifty years old. Her husband died early, she had no children, and she was alone. She relied on cutting firewood to grow vegetables and helping villagers sew She makes a living by sewing and tinkering. She is diligent and helpful, and is well-known in the village as a good person.People don't know her last name, but they all affectionately call her "Grandma Qin". One year, Wuyi Mountain was hit by an unprecedented severe drought. The vegetation on the mountain withered and turned yellow, the crops in the fields died of drought, and the springs in the rocks dried up.People had no choice but to climb uphill, peel bark, goug out grass roots, dig Guanyin soil, etc. to satisfy their hunger. After eating, their stomachs became more and more distended and their faces became more and more yellow. One day, Granny Qin came back from collecting wild vegetables from a distant mountain. She was hungry, thirsty and tired. She put down the basket, took out the fresh leaves just picked from the tree, and sat down in front of the stove to cook a bowl of soup. She put the young leaves into the pot, added water, and started to boil. While cooking, she thought: "This little wild vegetable is hard to come by, so you should save it. How will you live through the hard times in the future!" Water When it was boiling, Grandma Qin scooped up a bowl and was about to drink it when she heard painful groans from outside the door. The old man was panting with difficulty. She went over and hurriedly helped the old man into the house. The old man's open lips were dry and cracked, and some of the openings were already bleeding. Granny Qin was heartbroken. Without thinking, she took the freshly cooked leaf soup and handed it to the old man, saying: "In the year of severe drought, There is nothing delicious, this bowl of leaf soup, drink it while it's hot!" The old man gratefully took the soup bowl, gulped it down in a few gulps, and suddenly his breath improved and he was refreshed. The old man handed over the bowl and asked "Is there any more? Give me another bowl." Granny Qin poured him another bowl without hesitation. , you saved me, the old man has nothing to repay you, so I will give you this dragon head crutch!" As he spoke, he handed the crutch to Granny Qin, but seeing the crutch was shiny yellow, and there was a bead in the mouth of the faucet, Granny Qin thought that no matter whether the bead is real or not, it is also a precious thing because of its fine workmanship. A bowl of leaf soup, how can I accept a gift from others, so I refused to accept it, and the old man took out two seeds from his pocket and handed it to Grandma Qin, saying: "For your kindness, I will give you two more seeds. You can use a crutch to dig a hole in the ground, scatter the seeds, cover the soil, water some water, and then lean the crutch against the tree, and it will bring you Happy!" After finishing speaking, he felt a gust of fragrant wind blowing around him, and the old man rose from the ground and flew away in the air.The mother-in-law Qin was stunned. She thought, maybe she met a fairy, so she dubiously followed the old man's instructions, dug a hole in the yard, sowed the seeds and watered it. Within a few days, she saw a green tender seedling unearthed. Yes, it looks like a tea tree.Strange to say, when the crutches were leaned against the seedlings, the tea tree seemed to absorb water and nutrients from the crutches, and it grew wildly, and soon it became a lush tea bush. There are clusters of new shoots on the trees, and the spring breeze blows, wisps of fragrance, attracting the birds in the village, the butterflies and bees by the stream, and also attracting men, women and children in and outside the village. The mother-in-law Qin was very happy, picking the buds and leaves, processing the oolong, and making a big pot of thick tea soup from the tea leaves, and distributing them to the villagers. It's strange to say that the new shoots of the tea tree are clustered in clusters, and they grow while picking; People were surprised to call this tea bush "God Tea", and everyone happily danced around the tea bush and Grandma Qin. There is no impenetrable wall in the world, and this matter soon reached the emperor. The emperor is a greedy and ruthless person. In his eyes, the celestial grasses, viburnums and rare treasures all have the surname "Huang", and divine tea is no exception. So he sent ministers and soldiers to snatch this clump of divine tea, planted it in the imperial garden, and called all civil and military officials to hold a grand meeting.Amidst the sound of drum music, the emperor rolled up his sleeves and stretched out his pale pointed fingers to pick the tea himself. Unexpectedly, the tea tree seemed to be playing tricks on people, and kept growing upwards, allowing the emperor to raise his feet. Standing on the bench and climbing the ladder, the tea tree still grew and grew, and it was always taller than the emperor. The emperor was furious and ordered to cut down the tea tree and eradicate it by the roots. Besides, since the divine tea was robbed, Grandma Qin cried like tears. She thought she was guilty of failing to take good care of the tea bushes given by the gods, so she pleaded guilty to the gods every day and asked the gods to bless the gods. , her hair turned gray from worry, her eyes turned red from crying, and finally fell ill.One day, she was sleeping on the bed, and suddenly heard magpies chirping non-stop at the window, so she went out on crutches to find out what happened. She saw a few men walking towards with a tree root on their shoulders. She looked closely, isn't this divine tea?It turned out that a good-hearted person brought back the sacred tea root discarded by the palace. This joy was no small matter. Granny Qin’s worries disappeared, her eyes were cleared, and her illness was gone. She ran over to touch the branches of the tea tree and smiled, and said kindly: " God tea, god tea, I'm sorry for you! I'm a miserable person, I don't have this blessing to get your gift, you better go, stay here and they will come to kill you." After saying that, he leaned the dragon's head and crutches against the tree trunk. Unexpectedly, the leading crutch suddenly turned into a red cloud, carrying the clump of divine tea and making three circles over the courtyard, as if thanking Granny Qin, and also like the local folks who were reluctant to part with it, and then slowly flew away, this red cloud Skimming Huiwan Rock, drifting across Liuxiang Stream, flying into Jiulong Nest, and landed among the rocks halfway up the sky. When people went to see it again the next year, the tea tree had sprouted new shoots, and the green was lovely, and there was a clear spring trickling down on the rock wall, like fairy water dripping from the night pearl on the walking stick of the white-haired old man.The reason why the white-haired old man let the tea tree take root on the half-day waist rock of Jiulongke is because this is a "treasure land" and there was no way up the mountain at that time. Only those who are brave, hardworking and strong-willed can climb such a cliff to pick divine tea. Only these people are worthy of happiness and joy. Afterwards, the tea trees sprouted and grew into three clusters. This is the origin of the first three "Dahongpao". I can't remember which dynasty the imperial gift red robe came from. There was a queen who suffered from a strange disease. The emperor summoned the imperial doctor and searched for panacea, but none of them worked. One day, the empress wept and held the prince's hand and said, "Son, if you are filial to me, go to the folks to interview. Maybe I still have a glimmer of hope." Just set off, rest at ease and wait for the good news!" At dawn the next day, the prince changed into commoner clothes, packed his wallet and set off.He traveled all over the country and village, visiting folk herbal doctors. One day, after a doctor asked the reason, he said to the prince: "All gods and hermits live in the deep mountains and old forests. They practice Zen to cultivate the truth, collect herbs and practice alchemy. If you want to find the secret recipe of immortal grass, you must have the courage and perseverance to go deep into the mountains. Old Lin." The prince thought it made sense, and decided to venture into the mountains and dense forests because of his mother's illness. He bought dry food, took a self-defense dagger, and walked straight to the dark mountain. He climbed and climbed, and he did not know how many mountains he had crossed. Where does this endless mountain forest end? That day, he was tired, hungry and thirsty, but the mountains were rolling and uninhabited for dozens of miles, so he climbed to a big tree to pick wild fruits to satisfy his thirst and hunger. As soon as he climbed up the tree, the trunk shook, and many ripe fruits fell to the ground. He was afraid that he would not pick enough and threw some on the ground. Then he came down and sat with his back against the big tree and ate it deliciously. He lay down on the ground and fell asleep. In his sleep, he was still worried about his mother's illness. He suddenly heard the voice of "Help, help!", thinking that his mother was critically ill, he stood up vigilantly, and found himself in a deep mountain, thinking that it must be caused by a dream, but unexpectedly the cries for help kept coming, the prince opened his eyes and looked around Suddenly, a white-haired old man fell down under a tree, and a colorful tiger was running up from the bottom of the mountain. The prince was quick to gain wisdom, and hastily pulled out his sword and hid behind the tree. When the tiger approached, he suddenly stabbed him from the side, hitting the vital point, and the tiger spurted blood, and slowly fell to the ground and remained still. The old man was saved. The old man knelt down in front of the prince gratefully and said: "Young official, you are so brave and good at martial arts. You saved my life. This kindness and virtue will never be forgotten!" If you don’t save your husband, that’s what juniors should do.” So they sat under the tree and chatted while eating wild fruits. The old man saw that the young prince was handsome and had an extraordinary manner, unlike Orion, why did he enter the mountain alone? So he asked the prince directly, and the prince narrated his mother's illness and his desire to find a secret recipe. When he said that his mother's illness was unknown, he couldn't help crying and wet his clothes. : "There is a secret recipe!" The prince hurriedly asked, "Where is it?" The old man twirled his beard as white as silver, and slowly talked about this experience: The old man had a cousin, surnamed Wang Mingcheng, who lived at the foot of Wuyi Mountain. There is a kind of leaf soup picked from the mountain. After drinking the first bowl, I feel comfortable in the stomach and intestines;Nowadays, people in Wuyi Mountains, who feel uncomfortable in the stomach, go to the mountain to pick this kind of leaves to make soup, and the disease will be cured after drinking. They drink it all the year round, and they will be disease-free all the year round. It is really a fairy medicine! The prince was overjoyed when he heard that, he grabbed the old man and begged him to help find the tree. As soon as the old man wanted to repay his life-saving grace, and because of his filial piety to the prince, he readily agreed to accompany him. That night they prepared two good horses and drove all night, arriving at Wang Cheng's house early the next morning.Under the leadership of Wang Cheng, they came to a cliff. Wang Cheng pointed to a few small tea trees on the rock wall and said, "Here, they are the leaves of these trees." The prince looked up and saw the bare cliffs There is a medium-sized tea tree with strong branches and leaves growing on it. The middle one is bigger and the next two are smaller. It looks like three brothers standing among the rocks. The prince was ecstatic and climbed up the cliff with the help of Wang Cheng Yan picked the buds, and took out a red cloth bag from his bosom, carefully put the picked leaves in the cloth bag, filled a large bag, and then went down the mountain quickly, driving the horse and whipping the whip day and night, and heading straight to the capital like shooting stars chasing the moon. . As soon as the prince returned to the capital, he went straight to the queen's bed.But seeing that her mother was thinner than before, and her spirits were even more listless, she hurriedly took the queen's hand and said, "Queen mother, my son has brought a fairy medicine." When the Queen heard this, she felt much more relieved, and then drank a bowl of tea soup, but felt a slight rumbling in her stomach, and the bloating and discomfort eased. After drinking the second and third bowls, the condition gradually eased. After taking it for several days, the queen was able to get up and eat normally, and her illness was really cured. This event caused a sensation in the civil and military ministers of the Manchu Dynasty, who came to celebrate one after another. The emperor was even more delighted, and issued two imperial edicts: one is to give a red dragon robe, and every year in the cold winter months, the red robe is wrapped around the tea tree and the imperial palace The second is to appoint the two old people as tree guard generals, who will inherit their posts from generation to generation, and pay tribute after harvesting and refining the buds and leaves every year. Since then, people in Wuyi Mountain have called these three tea trees "Dahongpao". One day, a scholar went to Beijing to take an exam, and fell ill while passing Wuyi Mountain. Just as the old abbot of Tianxin Temple was going down the mountain to ask for alms, he was carried back to the temple. The abbot saw that his face was pale, his body was thin and his abdomen was distended, so he soaked the tea leaves picked in Jiulongke in boiling water and brought them to the scholar, saying, "You will get better after a few bowls." Xiucai was cold and thirsty. He took a bowl and drank it. After a few mouthfuls, he felt astringent and sweet. After resting for a few days, he basically recovered, so he bid farewell to the abbot and said: "The abbot rescued him when he saw righteousness. If Xiaosheng succeeds in the exam, he will return to his hometown, repair the temple, and build a golden body again!" Soon, the scholar was indeed named on the gold list, won the first prize, and was recruited by the emperor as the son-in-law of the east bed.Although the scholar is proud of his spring breeze, he still does not forget to repay his kindness. One day, the emperor saw that he was depressed, so he asked the reason, and the scholar told him the truth. The emperor felt that he was eager to repay his kindness, so he ordered him to inspect as an imperial envoy. On a sunny spring day, the number one scholar rode a tall horse, followed by his entourage, and blared gongs all the way to clear the way, leaving the capital. This can be very busy along the officials. As soon as the number one scholar arrived in front of the Tianxin Temple, he dismounted immediately, walked up to the old abbot, clasped his hands, and said, "The old abbot is safe! I am here to repay the old abbot's great kindness!" The abbot was surprised and happy, clasped his hands together and said: "Save One life is better than building a seven-level pagoda, such a trivial matter, the champion don’t mind, Amitabha!" After exchanging greetings, talking about the cure, the champion asked what kind of elixir it was, and the abbot said it was not a panacea, but Tea leaves from Kowloon Nest. After hearing this, the champion thought it was a life-saving magic tea, so he must go and see it for himself. So, the old abbot accompanied the champion to go south from Tianxin Rock, cross the Elephant Trunk Rock to the foot of the mountain, then go westward, walk through a deep canyon, and boarded the Jiulong Nest. But I saw nine rock peaks coiled between the ravines and cliffs like nine dragons, clouds and mists in the valley, gurgling springs, and cool breeze, and three tea trees looked like three old men, radiant and energetic, standing on the mountainside, breathing Clusters of green buds look down on everyone with a kind smile. This natural scenery made by nature is intoxicating. The number one scholar lingered and forgot to return until the sun set before returning to the temple under the urging of the abbot. The number one scholar firmly believed that divine tea could cure diseases, and wanted to bring some back to Beijing as a tribute to the emperor. It was the season of spring tea mining. The next day, the old abbot led the monks in the temple, put on cassocks, lit incense candles, beat drums and rang bells, and marched to Jiulong Nest. The monks burned incense and lit candles, clasped bells and cymbals, chanted scriptures with palms together, and sang incense praises. Everyone shouted in unison: "Tea sprouts! Tea sprouts!" Then several people were asked to climb to pick tea.The tea leaves are picked, processed by the best tea master, and packed in special small tin cans, and brought back to the capital by the champion.Afterwards, the number one scholar sent someone to renovate Tianxin Temple, and made a golden body of Bodhisattva, fulfilling his wish. Unexpectedly, when the number one scholar returned to the imperial court, the empress fell ill, all kinds of doctors were ineffective, and everyone panicked. When the number one scholar asked about his condition, he found that his stomach hurt and bloated, his food was tasteless, and he couldn't sleep well. Then, after stating the efficacy of the divine tea to the emperor, he took out the can of tea and presented it.The emperor immediately ordered people to boil it for the queen to drink. It is strange to say that after the queen drank it, she felt that her stomach was full of breath, the pain was relieved and the swelling disappeared, her spirit gradually became better, and her body gradually recovered. The emperor was overjoyed and gave a red robe, and ordered the number one scholar to go to the Kowloon nest and put it on the tea tree in person to show the dragon's grace. At the same time, special personnel are assigned to take care of the tea trees, and the tea leaves are picked every year, and all of them are paid tribute to the court, and they are not allowed to be hidden. Since then, Dahongpao, the treasure of Wuyi rock tea, has become a tribute tea exclusively for the royal family.History keeps moving forward, dynasties have changed, but the people guarding Dahongpao have never stopped.During the War of Resistance Against Japan, the Japanese invaders also tried to occupy this tree, but fortunately they failed. Now, two of the three Dahongpao trees are still alive, with straight branches and green leaves, and some tea bushes have grown around them.People in Wuyi Mountains are working hard to preserve this rare treasure. (Zhuang Xuelan) (14) Dragon Well Tea Tiger Pao Water "Longjing tea and tiger running water" are the "double masterpieces" of Hangzhou, which are well-known both at home and abroad, and are popular among Chinese and foreign tourists who come to Hangzhou. When the Longjing tea brewed with Hupao spring water is placed in front of the guests, the tea leaves are stretched out slowly, the soup is clear and the fragrance is overflowing. The unique Longjing famous tea and Hupao water add to the beauty of Hangzhou's lakes and mountains. West Lake Longjing tea is famous far and near for its "color, aroma, taste and shape".According to the "Jiajing Tongzhi" of the Ming Dynasty: "The tea in Hangzhou County is always inferior to the hometown of Longjing. A flag and a gun before the rain, the dragon is a treasure." Tu Jiang's "Tea Talk" in the Ming Dynasty stated: "Longjing, only a dozen acres, There are teas outside the mountains, but none of them seem to be as good. Most likely, there are Longhong beautiful springs in the sky, and Lingshan’s special tea grows to accompany tea, which is a good pair of ears. There are only one or two in the mountains, and the frying method is very good. The Tianchi Lake can’t match it.” It can be seen that Longjing tea has been famous in history for its excellent shape and quality. How did Longjing tea come about? That goes back a long, long way.According to legend, Longjing Village in Hangzhou was originally a desolate small mountain village, and dozens of poor families lived in the village. One household at the head of the village is an old woman in her eighties, with no children and no one to rely on.The old lady is old and weak, unable to get down to the ground, so she takes care of eighteen old tea trees behind the house. She is kind and kind-hearted. Although she lives in poverty, she still leaves some tea leaves for the poor people who go up and down the mountains to quench their thirst. One New Year's Eve, it was snowing heavily, and the old lady was worried that there would be no rice for the pot, when the door of the house was opened suddenly, and an old man with silver hair and white beard came in.While dusting off the snow, the old man asked, "Grandma, what are you doing?" While wiping her tears, the old lady replied: "The rich people kill pigs and sheep during the New Year, and there is a mountain of meat and wine. They can't eat and drink endlessly; the poor people are short of food and drink during the New Year, so they have to cook tea and water." What do you do with tea?" The old woman said, "It's a convenience for the poor people who pass by." The old man admired the old woman's benevolence and compassion, and wanted to help her.He opened his eyes and looked around, only to see an old stone mortar full of rubbish next to the old lady's door, which was full of grass, green and green. There are also a few glittering and shining spider silk hanging from the eaves, hanging directly on the old stone mortar, as if stealing fairy juice. The old man looked at the old woman with flickering eyes and said, "You are not poor, there is a treasure in the corner of the house!" The old woman was surprised, and hurriedly asked, "Is there a treasure in my house?" The old man pointed to the old stone mortar in the corner and said, "Look, this is !” The old lady blinked and smiled and said, “Stop joking, if it’s a treasure, I’ll give it to you!” The old man said, “Don’t regret it, I paid a lot of money to buy it.” After that, he walked away in the snow up. After the old man left, the old woman thought to herself: He paid a lot of money to buy it, but the old stone mortar was too dirty, so she found a spoon, took out the garbage, poured it on the roots of eighteen tea trees, and found a rag to wipe it clean .Besides, the old man excitedly brought people to move the old stone mortar the next day. When I saw it, I was stunned, and asked quickly: "What about the baby? Where did you get it?" The old woman pointed to the old stone mortar and said, "Isn't that right? I've cleaned it up." The old man stomped his feet and said "The rubbish inside is the treasure. Where did you get it?" The old woman said, "It's all dumped on the old tea tree behind the house." The old man saw that it was so, and said, "It's a pity, the treasure is all gone." On old rubbish you bury tea tree roots and dump them." Saying goodbye to the old and welcoming the new, it is the spring of the second year in a blink of an eye.Eighteen tea trees behind the old woman’s house have thick branches and luxuriant green shoots, which stand upright and sparkle under the sunshine. Long-lasting, sweet and fresh taste, unique. Later, the neighbors in the neighborhood used the seeds of the old grandma's tea tree to plant them on the hillsides far and near.Tea trees are planted all over the mountains and plains around Longjing. The tea made from this tea tree is called Longjing tea, which is famous all over the world.Later generations have poems to prove it: "Wandering on the Longjing, the clouds rise and the sun shines. The Duke of Cheng loves guests, and fetches water to pour into the secluded sinus.Sitting in my vetch, the lingering fragrance can't be smelled. But you can see the clear water in the ladle, and the emerald shadows fall in the mountains.Cook and fry yellow buds, do not take after the rain. The second and third sons came together, and the third swallowed and couldn't bear to cough. " Cooking and frying Longjing tea requires running water.Speaking of Hupao Water, there is also a very interesting legend: During the Yuanhe period of the Tang Dynasty, an eminent monk Xingkong came here to build a temple, but he was planning to move out due to the inconvenience of water. At that time, there were two brothers, the older one was named Dahu, and the younger one was called Erhu. They traveled all over Kyushu and made their homes all over the world. One day, the two brothers came to Hangzhou. Seeing the beautiful mountains and clear waters and the pleasant scenery, they didn't want to leave again.Dahu said: "Let's stay here, what do you think?" Erhu said: "It's great to be able to live here, but I regret that there is no place to stay." He walked to the front of the monastery.Coincidentally, monk Xingkong opened the door and the two brothers stepped forward to explain their purpose.Monk Xingkong looked at the big tiger and the two tigers from top to bottom, and saw that they were burly and suffering people, so he said to them: "It is difficult to get water here. You have to climb several mountains and cross several ridges to find water." Eat. There used to be a few monks in the monastery, but they all ran away because of the lack of water, and I was about to move out too!" After hearing this, the two brothers said, "We take care of the water, as long as you accept us." The monk was very happy and took them in immediately. Since then, Monk Xingkong no longer has to worry about running out of water. When the people in the village ran out of water, they also came to the monastery to scoop up water, so the villagers liked Dahu and Erhu very much. One summer, the weather was hot and there was no rain for a long time. The whole mountain was withered, the trees withered, the grass withered, and the stream dried up.The people in the village worship Buddha and burn incense every day, praying for rain, but God just doesn't rain, the villagers are in a hurry, monk Xingkong is sad all day long, and Du Hu and Er Hu are also very worried. One day, the two brothers thought of the "Tongzi Spring" in Hengshan, Nanyue, which they had visited in the past. It would be great if this spring could be moved to Hangzhou! The two brothers agreed that the "Tongzi Spring" must be moved here so that the people in the village can have water all year round. So, Dahu and Erhu bid farewell to Monk Xingkong and set off on the road. Along the way, Du Hu and Er Hu went through untold hardships. The two brothers did not know how many mountains they had climbed, how many rivers they had crossed, their clothes were scratched and their boots worn out, but they kept moving forward. They firmly believe that: high mountains must have passengers, and deep waters must have ferrymen. As long as there is perseverance and perseverance, there is no difficulty that cannot be overcome, and there is no mountain that cannot be overcome. One day, the two brothers finally came to the foot of Hengshan Mountain in Nanyue. When they heard the sound of "Tongziquan" dingdong, they seemed to see the happy scene when the monk Xingkong and the whole village drank the spring water beautifully. Tired again, unconsciously passed out on the ground.Suddenly, there was a strong wind and heavy rain. After a while, the wind stopped and the rain passed, and the sun was shining. When Dahu and Erhu woke up, they saw a little boy in a bun standing in front of him, waving a willow branch with his right hand, smiling at them. .They jumped up quickly and begged the little fairy to move "Tongziquan" to Hangzhou.Little Tonger said: "If you want to move 'Tongziquan' away, you need to be the most persistent people in the world, are you?" The brothers quickly answered: "We came to 'Tongzi Spring', we have gone through thousands of mountains and rivers, we have gone through hardships and obstacles, aren't we the most persevering people in the world?" Little Tong'er said again: "If we want to move 'Tongzi Spring', you need to become成拔得起山泉的老虎才行,你们可愿意?” (Hu Ping) (15) Monk Zhengzhi and Tea
