(1) Eighteen Royal Tea Trees Among the mountains beside the beautiful West Lake in Hangzhou, there is a Lion Peak Mountain with verdant forests, patches of green tea gardens, winding nine brooks and eighteen streams, gurgling water, shrouded in clouds and mists, deep soil layers, mild climate and unique advantages. The ecological environment breeds the world-renowned "four wonders", the best tea - West Lake Shifeng Longjing tea.In front of the Hugong Temple at the foot of Shifeng Mountain, there are "Eighteen Royal Tea Trees" surrounded by railings. Under the careful cultivation of local tea farmers, they grow strong and leafy, attracting many tourists every year.

Speaking of these eighteen imperial tea trees, there is a beautiful legend.According to legend, in the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty, the five grains were plentiful, the country was prosperous and the people were peaceful. Emperor Qianlong did not like to sit in the palace, but preferred to travel around the world.Once, he came to Hangzhou. After enjoying the scenery of the West Lake, he wanted to see his favorite tea.Qianlong told the eunuch that the local officials and the old monks of Hugong Temple were too busy, because according to the arrangement, Qianlong had to rest and drink tea in the temple.

On the second day, Qianlong led a large and small entourage to tour Shifeng Mountain. Along the way, the towering lion peak, the clear Longjing spring water, and the green tea gardens, the village girls carried tea baskets on their shoulders, shuttled between the gardens and were busy picking tea. Birds singing and flowers fragrant everywhere, Qianlong was deeply intoxicated by the natural scenery, wandering in the mountains for a long time, and came to Hugong Temple at the urging of the eunuch. The old monk respectfully offered the best tea. Qianlong looked at the cup of tea, the tea was green in color, the buds were upright, lifelike, and it was really beautiful. Then he asked the monk: "What is the name of this tea?

How to plant it? "The monk said: "This is the treasure of West Lake Longjing tea - Shifeng Longjing. It is made from young buds picked from the tea garden on Shifeng Mountain. Then he accompanied Qianlong to watch the tea picking and processing. Qianlong was moved by the labor and skill of Longjing tea picking and processing. " After Qianlong watched the picking and processing, when he returned to the temple, he saw more than a dozen tea trees in front of the temple, with buds sprouting all over and their tongues just unfolding. When he was very interested, a eunuch suddenly came to report: "The empress dowager is ill, please return to Beijing immediately." Qianlong was anxious when he heard that, he put the tea buds he picked into his sleeve pocket, and hurried back to the capital up.After returning to the palace in a few days, seeing the queen mother sitting by the bed, she hurried forward to pay her respects. The Empress Dowager was not seriously ill at first, but after eating too much delicacies from mountains and seas, her anger rose and her eyes were red and swollen. Seeing the emperor's return to court, she was very happy, and her illness had subsided a bit, so she remembered the emperor's situation outside, and while talking, the Empress Dowager smelled it There seemed to be bursts of fragrance rushing towards him, so he asked Qianlong: "What good thing did the emperor bring from Hangzhou? Such a fragrance!" Qianlong thought to himself, I hurried back, but I forgot to bring some gifts to honor my mother, and then smelled it carefully. There was indeed a fragrance emanating from it. He touched it with his hand and remembered that it was a handful of tea leaves picked by Shifeng. After a few days, it had dried up.While taking out the tea leaves, he replied: "Mother, this is the Longjing tea from Shifeng Mountain picked by myself."

"Oh, this tea is so fragrant! My mouth has been tasteless these days, let me taste it!" Qianlong hurriedly asked the maid to make a cup. The Empress Dowager took the scented tea and drank it slowly. It was strange to say that the Empress Dowager felt very comfortable after drinking the tea soup. In fact, this tea was of good quality, fragrant and delicious, and relieved greasy food; When I came to see the emperor, I was in a good mood, and the tea was picked by the emperor himself, so after drinking it for a few days, my anger calmed down, my jealousy disappeared, and my stomach felt better. The empress dowager told the emperor happily: "Son, This is fairy tea, it’s really like a panacea, and it can cure my mother’s illness!" Qianlong laughed loudly after hearing this, and hurriedly passed down the decree, sealing the tea tree in front of Hugong Temple as an imperial tea tree, and assigning special personnel to take care of it every year. Collected and sent to Beijing at the age of one year, it is exclusively for the Queen Mother to enjoy.Because there are only 18 tea trees in front of Hugong Temple, it has been called "Eighteen Royal Tea Trees" ever since.

(Zhuang Xuelan) (2) Controversy over tea and ink customs As the saying goes, "Wine strengthens the hero's courage, and tea attracts the bachelor's literature."Since ancient times, tea has had an indissoluble bond with literati and refined scholars. For example, the Eight Great Masters of the Tang and Song Dynasties in ancient times, the "Eight Eccentrics of Yangzhou" in the Qing Dynasty, and Lu Xun, Guo Moruo, Han Suyin in modern times, etc., are not only good at poetry, calligraphy and painting, but also good at drinking and fighting tea. They pay attention to the art of tea appreciation and the taste of drinking, and they are worthy of being experts in tea tasting. In the past dynasties, there are too many tea poems, tea poems, tea songs, tea poems, tea paintings, tea operas, tea books, etc. to describe the feeling of drinking and tea fighting, and describe the scenery with tea. These works are still read today. With profound meaning and profound meaning, popular among the people, many famous and excellent works are treasures in the cultural treasure house of the Chinese nation.

Why is the relationship between tea and ink so deep? This is related to the strong attraction of tea itself.First of all, tea has a strong sightseeing value. From the scenery of tea mountains to tea picking and tea making, everything is fascinating. Tea leaves and tea sets have high appreciation value, especially ancient and modern famous teas. Lianhe, and these places are also the places where literati and inkmen stop. "A poet is not a tea man" and other famous sentences are all praising the scenery of the tea area. Secondly, drinking tea itself is full of life fun and is a special artistic enjoyment in life. Chinese and English", "Faith in Spirituality", "Quanfang is the most".

"When you are bored, Shi Ding cooks tea, which is nothing but joy, and locks up your mind." "Good tea is always like a beautiful woman." They are as strong as the palace of Xiangfu", "Snowy nights are clear and sweet, and the well springs rise, and you can cook and fry with your own tea stove. There is no need to care about anything, and it is worth living in the world for a hundred years." "Several Desires" and Lu Tong's "Tea Drinking Song" both describe the life art and true interest of drinking tea, and these wonderful sentences are meaningful to read. The self-satisfied taste of life is indeed very tempting and eager to try; third, tea has many health benefits. For those who play "ink", tea has the effects of refreshing, refreshing, eliminating fatigue, and benefiting thinking. It is even more attractive. The so-called "tea benefits the thinking of scholars, and tea attracts scholars' literature", so many poets become addicted to tea, and even reach the point where "it is difficult to write without tea".I remember a writer once said:

"A pen and a pot of tea are two of my best friends. Even in times of war, they never leave me." This shows the seriousness of the tea addiction and the deep love for tea! During the Tang and Song dynasties, the style of writing flourished, and literati and scholars took pride in admiring tea. They were not only fond of drinking, but also participated in tea picking and tea making, so the trend of fighting tea rose. Fan Zhongyan’s "Song of Fighting Tea" said: "Beiyuan will Dedicated to the emperor, the heroes under the forest will first compete with beauty." And this kind of "tea war" joy has indeed attracted many literati.People gather together to fight tea and drink tea, and they pay attention to bringing their own tea sets and tea water, so as to better display the excellent quality of famous tea.According to legend, one day, Sima Guang invited more than ten people to have a tea fight together.Everyone brought the best tea leaves and the most precious tea sets from their collection to the meeting. First, they saw the tea samples, then smelled the tea fragrance, and finally tasted the tea.According to the social fashion at that time, the quality of white tea was considered to be the best among teas. The teas of Sima Guang and Su Dongpo were all white teas, and the results of the evaluation were among the best. White tea prevailed.Su Dongpo was happy in his heart, and he couldn't help showing a look of complacency.Sima Guang was dissatisfied, so he came up with a problem to suppress Su Dongpo's arrogance, so he asked Dongpo with a smile: "Tea wants white, ink wants black; tea wants heavy, ink wants light; tea wants new, ink wants old. Why are you the same?" Love two things?" Everyone applauded after hearing this, thinking that this question was well answered, but now Su Dongpo was stumped.Unexpectedly, Su Dongpo smiled, walked around the room for a few steps, and after thinking for a while, he calmly and happily asked: "Do you agree with the wonderful tea and ink fragrance?" Everyone was convinced.Wonderful genius!Tea and ink are predestined, and we love them at the same time. Tea benefits people's thinking, and ink promotes tea style, complementing each other.Since then, the bond between tea and ink has become a good story.

(Zhuang Xuelan) (3) Origin of milk tea and butter tea According to legend, in the middle of the 17th century AD, Queen Catherine of King Charles II of England was fond of drinking tea. After she married to England from Portugal, she actively advocated the prohibition of drinking tea, spread the fashion of drinking tea, and developed the tea trade. The British called her "tea drinker". Queen".In Chinese history, there was also a tea-drinking queen, even earlier, that was Princess Wencheng of the Tang Dynasty. In the Tang Dynasty, Princess Wencheng was pro-Tibet. Since then, the frontier has been stable, and it has been passed down as a good story in history. At that time, the fashion of drinking tea was very popular, and people advocated drinking tea.Princess Wencheng married far away to the Western Regions, so the dowry was naturally generous. In addition to gold and silver jewelry, pearl agate, silk and satin, etc., there were also various famous teas. Because Princess Wencheng loved tea all her life, she developed a habit of drinking tea and liked it. Treat guests with tea.

Tibet is located on a plateau, with a cold and dry climate. People eat meat for three meals a day, and there are very few fruits and vegetables. When Princess Wencheng first arrived in Tibet, she was not used to life.Every morning, when the maidservant brought cow and goat milk, she would frown, not wanting to eat, and her stomach would feel uncomfortable after eating, so she came up with a way to drink half a cup of milk first, and then half a cup of tea , I feel my stomach is more comfortable.Later, she simply mixed the tea juice into the milk and drank it together, and accidentally found that the taste of tea and milk was better than a single milk or tea. After that, not only did they add tea to their milk in the morning, but they also liked to add some milk and sugar to their daily tea. This was the original milk tea. As the saying goes, "What is good at the top will be effective at the bottom".Princess Wencheng liked to drink tea, which was very novel to people at first, and then officials and dignitaries followed suit one after another. The princess also often gave tea to officials and relatives and friends. The teeth and cheeks are fragrant, the stomach is refreshed, the thirst is quenched and refreshed, and the body and mind are light. In this way, it was passed on from ten to ten, and people regarded tea as a wonderful medicine, and even believed that the reason why Princess Wencheng was so beautiful was the result of drinking tea. all over Tibet. In order to popularize tea drinking, Princess Wencheng not only learned the truth and passed on the law, but also suggested that the king of Tibet send people to Shaanxi, Sichuan and other places to exchange local specialties such as livestock, fur, and velvet antler for tea. The wind is getting stronger day by day, and the consumption of tea is also increasing day by day.In the practice of drinking tea, people have gradually discovered that drinking a cup of strong tea after eating greasy meat makes the stomach feel particularly comfortable. At the same time, Princess Wencheng thought that green onion, ginger, sesame, fried rice and other condiments were used to make tea in the capital, so she tried to add some ghee and pine nuts to the tea. Salt, salty, fragrant, and better in taste. Princess Wencheng personally made this kind of buttered tea to reward ministers during festivals, so "buttered tea" has gradually become the most solemn etiquette for Tibetans to reward and respect guests. Until today, it is still a unique custom of Tibetans to offer buttered tea to guests.Of course, today’s butter tea is much more particular. When making it, not only must high-quality tea, high-quality butter, and top-quality condiments, but also a long tube for making butter tea and a set of exquisite tea sets. But whenever Tibetans sit together, eating crispy glutinous rice cakes and drinking salty butter tea, they often cherish the memory of the tea-drinking queen—Princess Wencheng—with reverence, and vividly describe various legends about Princess Wencheng .Where do these legends come from?No one has verified whether it is reliable, but people can infer from the history of tea drinking that Princess Wencheng played an active role in spreading, wholeheartedly propagating and promoting the rise and development of Tibetan tea drinking fashion, which is beyond doubt. (Zhuang Xuelan) (4) Girl Biluo On Dongting Mountain in Taihu Lake, Jiangsu Province, there is a famous tea called "Biluochun" with "copper wire strips, spiral shape, full of hair, and frightening fragrance".According to Qing Wang Yankui's "Liunan Essays": "Wild tea is produced on the stone wall of Biluofeng in Dongting Mountain, and there is no difference at the beginning. In a certain year of Kangxi, it was picked according to the season, and the baskets were too heavy. Because it was placed in the bosom, the tea got hot and smelled suddenly. Hair, the pickers scramble to scare the Sharen incense. Scared the Sharen Wu Su dialect, so they took the name. Since then, the natives picked tea and put it in their bosoms, and Zhu Yuanzheng’s family made the unique essence, which was particularly valuable. Jimao, Fortunately, the car drove to Taihu Lake, and the name was changed to Biluochun." Speaking of the origin of Biluochun tea, there are two moving legends among the people. One is that it is said that a long time ago, there lived a beautiful, hardworking and kind girl named Biluo on the West Dongting Mountain. The girl likes to sing, and she has a clear and round voice. When she sings, she sings like an oasis pouring down, which makes everyone very happy. This singing moved a young man named Axiang on the East Dongting Mountain across the water. This Ah Xiang is tall and strong, with strong martial arts skills. He makes a living by fishing. He is upright and willing to help others. People around tens of miles around him praise him and love him.Biluo often sang with nets by the lake, and Ah Xiang always punted and fished in the lake. Although the two never had the opportunity to express their love, they loved each other deeply in their hearts. The villagers also liked these two people very much, so Bring happiness and joy to the folks with them. In the early spring of one year, disaster suddenly came to Taihu Lake.A ferocious and ferocious dragon appeared in the lake, raging in a storm, playing monsters, and threatening to ask Miss Biluo to be his "Mrs. Taihu Lake", which made the people of Taihu Lake feel uneasy day and night.Ah Xiang is determined to fight the evil dragon to the death to protect the lives of the people in Dongting Mountain and protect the beloved Biluo girl from suffering! On a moonless night, Ah Xiang took a big harpoon and sneaked into the West Dongting Mountain. After seeing the evil dragon doing evil, he was resting triumphantly. Put the harpoon in your hand straight to the dragon's back. The evil dragon was seriously injured, struggled for a while, opened its bloody mouth, and rushed towards Ah Xiang even more fiercely.Ah Xiang fought bravely with his harpoon up high, so a vicious battle started. He fought from night to dawn, and from dawn to night, until the sky was dark and the earth was shaking. After fighting for seven days and seven nights, Ah Xiang's harpoon pierced the dragon's throat. At this time, both sides were seriously injured and exhausted. He fell down in a pool of blood and passed out. With deep gratitude and reverence, the villagers carried Axiang back. Miss Biluo was heartbroken when she saw it. In order to repay Axiang for saving his life, she asked to carry Axiang into her home, and she personally take care of.Miss Biluo tried every means to treat him, and stayed by the bed day and night, taking care of him carefully. When Ah Xiang was in pain, she hummed the most beautiful song softly. However, Ah Xiang's injury is still getting worse day by day.Ah Xiang felt very relieved knowing that Miss Biluo was by his side day and night. He had so much to tell her, but his weak body made him speechless, so he could only stare at her with infinite gratitude. Miss Biluo was even more anxious. With the help of her fellow villagers, she went to the doctor to seek medicine, but it still didn't work. One day, the girl looked for herbs and came to the place where Ah Xiang had fought the evil dragon. Suddenly, she saw a small tea tree growing very well. She thought: This is the testimony of Ah Xiang's fight with the evil dragon. Many people know how Ah Xiang sacrificed his blood for the people to live a stable and happy life! Then I added some fertilizer to the small tea tree and cultivated some soil. After that, she went to see it every day. Just after the waking of sting, many buds grew on the tree. It was full of spring and very cute. In the cold temperature, Bi Luo was afraid that the buds would freeze, so she used her small mouth to hold the buds. In this way, go to contain it every morning.Around Qingming, the buds are first released, and the first and second tender leaves are stretched out.The girl looked at these tender green buds and leaves, and said to herself: "This tea tree is nourished by Ah Xiang's blood, and it was swallowed by my singing mouth. Why don't you pick some and give it to Ah Xiang to drink, and express my love for you?" It’s a kind heart.” So he picked a handful of young shoots, put them in his arms, and made a cup of tea for Axiang when he got home.Strange to say, as soon as the tea was poured with boiling water, there was a pure and clear fragrance that refreshed the heart. Ah Xiang was so refreshed that he drank the tea soup in one go.The fragrant and hot tea seemed to seep into every pore of his body, and he felt indescribably comfortable. He tried to raise his hands and stretch his legs, and said in amazement: "It's so strange! I can sit up! What kind of medicine is this? It's more effective than a elixir." Seeing this scene, the girl burst into tears with joy, and also Before I had time to get the bamboo basket container, I ran to the side of the tea tree, picked another handful of buds in one breath, put them in front of my chest, wilted the buds and leaves with my own body temperature, took them out at home, rubbed them gently, and then soaked them for A Xiang drink. After several days in succession, Ah Xiang actually got better day by day.Ah Xiang finally sat up, took the girl's hand to express his love and gratitude, and the girl shyly told her love and respect for Ah Xiang.Ah Xiang was saved, and the heavy stone in the girl's heart fell to the ground.Just when the two were intoxicated in the happiness of love, Biluo's body couldn't hold it anymore, and there was no blood on her haggard face. One day she fell into Ah Xiang's arms, with a sweet and happy smile, and never opened her eyes again. I can't open my eyes anymore.Axiang was so sad that he buried the girl next to the tea tree in Dongting Mountain.Since then, he has worked hard to breed and cultivate tea trees and collect famous teas. "Good tea is always like a beautiful woman." In order to commemorate Biluo girl, people named this precious tea "Biluochun". The second is that a long time ago, there was a strange fragrance on Moli Peak in East Dongting. People mistakenly believed that there was a goblin, and they dared not go up the mountain. One day, a brave, stubborn girl went to Moli Peak to cut firewood. When she was halfway up the mountain, she did smell a fragrance. She was also surprised, so she looked towards the top of the mountain and found nothing strange. Driven by curiosity, the monster climbed up the cliff and came to the top of the mountain. She saw a few green tea trees growing in the crevices of the rocks, and the fragrance seemed to come from the trees. She approached the tea tree, picked some buds and leaves in her bosom, and came down the mountain. Unexpectedly, the tea leaves in her bosom exuded a strong fragrance all the way, and the more she walked, the stronger the fragrance became. Drowsy. Back home, the girl felt tired and thirsty, so she took out the tea leaves from her bosom, but the room was full of fragrance, and the girl yelled, "It's scary, it's scary!", and she picked up some buds and leaves to make a cup of tea and drank it. .From the bowl to the mouth, the fragrance refreshes the heart and spleen. Swallow it in one mouthful, and the mouth is full of fragrance; Swallow it in two mouthfuls, moisten the throat and clear the head; The girl was overjoyed and determined to move the precious tea tree back home to plant. The next day, she took a hoe, dug up the small tea tree, transplanted it at the foot of the stone mountain in West Dongting, and cultivated it carefully. After a few years, the tea tree has grown strong and leafy, and the aroma of the tea tree has attracted neighbors from far and near. The girl made tea from the buds and leaves picked to entertain everyone. , everyone was full of praise, and when asked what kind of tea it was, the girl replied casually: "Shocking tea is fragrant." It has been gradually improved, and has gradually formed Biluochun tea, which has the characteristics of "one tender and three fresh" (that is, tender buds and leaves, color, fragrance and fresh taste), green and clear, spiral-shaped, and covered with hairs. As for how to change the name of Scaring Sharenxiang to Biluochun? It is said that when the emperor went to the south of the Yangtze River, he tasted this tea and saw its fragrance, mellow aftertaste, green and clear.Later, because of its shape like a snail, it was also called "Biluochun". (Zhuang Xuelan) (5) Frozen top oolong Dongding Oolong is a treasure of oolong tea produced in Taiwan Province, and it is called sister tea together with Baozhong tea.Its production method is similar to Qingxin Oolong, but the taste is more mellow, the throat rhyme is strong, and the fragrance is particularly strong.Because it is produced on Dongding Mountain, it is named Dongding Oolong. Dongding Mountain is a branch of Fenghuang Mountain in Taiwan Province, with an altitude of more than 700 meters and an average monthly temperature of about 20°C. Therefore, Dongding Oolong is not caused by the severe cold and freezing climate, so why is it called "Dongding"?It is said that because the mountains are foggy and rainy, and the steep and rugged roads are difficult to walk, people who go up the mountain have to stretch their toes. The Taiwanese saying is called "frozen toes" to go up the mountain, so this mountain is called Dongding Mountain.According to legend, more than a hundred years ago, in Lugu Township, Nantou County, Taiwan Province, there lived a studious young man named Lin Fengchi. He was knowledgeable, strong and strong, and loved his motherland very much.He couldn't remember which year it was, but when he heard that Fujian Province was going to hold an imperial examination, he really wanted to try it, but his family was poor and lacked travel expenses, so he couldn't make the trip. The folks liked Lin Fengchi for being upright, knowledgeable, ambitious, and ambitious. When they learned that he wanted to go to Fujian to take the exam, they met and came to him and said, "Fengchi, it's a good thing you want to take the exam! Go, if you have difficulties, Let's help you, don't worry, hurry up and get ready!" After that, everyone generously donated their money and collected enough travel expenses for Lin Fengdi.Lin was so grateful that he bid farewell to his fellow villagers on the third day and set off on the road. Before leaving, the folks went to the seaside to see him off, and they repeatedly told them: "I wish you a smooth journey, and be careful on the road!" "No matter how you do in the exam, you have to come back!" "Don't forget your hometown and folks. I hope you come back!" Lin Fengchi was moved to tears, and secretly made up his mind to win glory for the villagers. Soon, Lin Fengchi was nominated for the gold list, was admitted to Juren and took office in the county government. One day, Lin Fengchi decided to go back to Taiwan to visit relatives. Before returning to Taiwan, he invited his colleagues to visit Wuyi Mountain. When I went up to the mountain, I saw that "Wuyi Mountains and Waters are amazing in the world, thousands of peaks and valleys are beautiful." There are many tea trees growing among the rocks on the mountain, and I heard that the young leaves on the trees are made into oolong tea, which has a high fragrance and mellow taste. , Refreshing, diuretic, anti-greasy, invigorating the stomach, strengthening the body, etc., I thought it would be great to bring some back to Taiwan, so I bought 36 tea seedlings from local tea farmers, wrapped them carefully with soil, and brought them to Nantou County, Taiwan .The villagers were overjoyed to see Fengchi Jinyi returning to his hometown, and they were very excited to see that he brought the oolong tea seedlings handed down from his family in Fujian. They selected several experienced farmers and carefully planted 36 tea seedlings in the highest nearby On the frozen top of the mountain, and send special personnel to carefully manage.Coupled with the mild climate in Taiwan, the tea seedlings are alive and spitting out green shoots, which is very cute. Then, according to the method introduced by Lin Fengchi, people picked the buds and leaves and processed them into oolong tea.It is strange to say that this tea is picked and processed on the mountain, and the fragrance can be smelled from the foot of the mountain, and it tastes delicious, mellow and sweet, and has a strange smell. It has become the leader with unique flavor among oolong teas. origin. (Zhuang Xuelan) (6) Mengding jade leaves Mengding tea is a brilliant pearl among the famous Chinese teas. "If you teach Lu Yu to be fair, it should be the first tea in the world", "The only thing you know about Qinli is Lushui, and the old tea is Mengshan", "Shu Tu tea Famous phrases such as "Praise the holy, the taste of Mengshan is unique and precious" are all praising Mengding tea, which shows that Mengshan tea has a high reputation in people's minds. Mengding tea is produced in Sichuan Province, known as the "Land of Abundance".There are many famous mountain resorts in Sichuan, known as "Jiange is dangerous in the world, Emei is beautiful in the world, and Qingcheng is secluded in the world".Mount Meng is located in the middle of the Qionglai Mountains, west of the Chengdu Plain, across the two counties of Mingshan and Ya'an. There are five peaks on the top of the mountain, also known as Wufeng (there are peaks such as Shangqing, Lingjiao, Piluo, Jingquan and Ganlu), which are shaped like lotus flowers. There are towering ancient trees and numerous temples on the mountain. The majestic mountains, the straight peaks, the diffuse clouds, and the peculiar landscape are comparable to those of Emei and Qingcheng. Circulation, surrounded by mountains, tea borders and cedar paths, strange stones and strange flowers, it is enough to be called a famous place.Mengshan has now developed into a key tea-producing area in Sichuan Province. According to historical records, Mengshan tea has a history of more than two thousand years.According to legend, at the end of the Western Han Dynasty, there was a Zen master Puhui in Mengshan Temple who planted a tea tree on Shangqing Peak. These seven tea trees are "not full of feet, never born and never destroyed". They grow old in spring and wither in autumn. They pick tea every year and germinate every year. , known as "fairy tea".The seven "immortal teas" are recorded in the steles of the Han Dynasty, the Ming and Qing dynasties, and the "Mingshan County Chronicles".But where did these seven tea trees come from, and how did they spread?Opinions vary. Some think it was introduced from the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau, some think it was introduced from Fujian Jianxi, and some think it was cultivated from the tea species collected from Mount Emei. As for how the seven fairy teas developed and spread, there are many mythical records. and legends. It is said that a long time ago, an old monk was seriously ill, and the medicine was ineffective. Suddenly, an old man came to visit, saying that "Jade leaves from Mengshan Mountain were collected at the vernal equinox, and decoction with mountain springs can cure diseases."The old monk believed in his words, picked and processed fairy tea in the same way, and after taking it for a long time, his condition gradually recovered. After taking it for a long time, he felt refreshed and healthy, and more energetic. Picking tea leaves. The old man's wife died in his early years, and he only had one daughter.Yuye has beautiful eyebrows and big eyes, is smart, and is only sixteen years old, and has not yet married. One day, the old man wanted Yuye to go down the mountain to do some shopping, but he met some villainous young men halfway up the mountain, blocking his way, molesting and insulting him in every possible way, Yuye was quick to wit, and let go of his voice to yell for help. The mournful cry alarmed the young man Wang Hu who was chopping firewood.Wang Hu is thick-backed, honest and honest. Hearing the cry for help, he hurried to run, but seeing Young Master E flirting with a girl in broad daylight, he was very angry, picked up a stick, yelled, and rushed straight over, those dudes are no match for Wang Hu, Some were beaten until they hugged their heads and begged for mercy, while others scolded and slipped away. Yuye was saved. She looked at Hu Zi and said, "Thanks to the strong man for saving his life!" After saying that, she knelt on the ground and kowtowed three times. This made Huzi very anxious, so he quickly helped the girl up and said, "This is what I should do, don't do this. It's getting late, girl, hurry up!" Yuye thanked Huzi again and said goodbye to Huzi, and turned to the mountain Going up, not far away, he reluctantly turned his head to look at Huzi, who knew that Huzi was also looking at her, looking at each other with affection, since then Huzi can't forget the girl, always in the mountains wandering between.Yuye also likes to go for a walk in the mountains if she has nothing to do, hoping to meet this young man again. When she found out that the young man was a dutiful son who lived at the foot of the mountain, she missed him even more earnestly. Besides, Wang Hu's family is poor and they rely on chopping firewood for a living. There is an old mother with red and swollen eyes and poor eyesight. She can't even do some needlework.Wang Hu is not only filial to his mother, but also gentle to his neighbors. He also loves ordinary small animals, so people call him a filial son.One day, Wang Hu heard that the "jade leaves" on the top of Mount Meng could cure eye diseases, so he decided to go up the mountain to collect them.He arranged for his mother's life, and said to his mother: "Mother, I'm going to go up the mountain to collect herbs. I must cure your eye disease. You can just stay at home and wait for the good news!"Mengshan has five peaks, he climbed one peak after another, lay down under a big tree when he was tired, and drank some mountain spring water when he was thirsty. One day, he was drinking water by the spring, and he was very troubled when he thought about walking so many ways and couldn't find where the "jade leaf" grew. Suddenly, he heard a melodious singing sound coming from far and near. Climb to the tree and look around, I saw a girl walking towards here singing, she seemed familiar.Looking again, it seemed to be the girl who had been rescued in the past, so she couldn't help shouting. "Hey, are you a person who lives in the mountains?" The girl ran towards this side when she heard someone asking. As the girl ran closer and closer, Huzi could see more and more clearly, it really was her!Like being electrocuted, I feel flustered and my face has a fever. He quickly jumped down from the tree, and the girl was overjoyed when she saw it, and shouted: "It's you! That's great! You saved me last time, and I haven't asked you for your name!" Then she asked where Huzi's family lived , who else is in the family, why did you come to the top of the mountain, and so on.Huzi told the truth, and the girl laughed loudly after hearing this: "You are right! My name is Miss Yuye, I am in charge of Yuye, and I can see a doctor. You go back, I will come to see you in a few days. Your mother is seeing a doctor." Huzi returned home gratefully. In a few days, Yuye brought Baobao's treasured "Yuye" fairy tea to Huzi's house, looked at the aunt's eyes, washed it with tea soup, and asked the aunt to decoct it every day, mash the tea dregs and apply it on the eyelids.Strange to say, within ten days, the redness and swelling of Hu Zima's eyes disappeared, and her eyesight also improved.Aunt is very grateful to Yuye, but also likes Yuye very much.Soon Yuye and Huzi got married as lovers. In order to treat more people, Yuye set up a stall at the foot of the mountain, and at the same time collected some tea seeds and spread them around to expand the planting area of fairy tea.Since then, the news that fairy tea can cure eye diseases, refresh the mind and keep fit, and has the effect of rejuvenating the old has spread like wildfire, and it has become famous far and wide. People call it "Shengyanghua" and "Auspicious Rui".Afterwards, flatterers pick and process it as a gift to the government, and the local government regards it as an advanced treasure and pays tribute to the emperor. Since the Tang Dynasty, Mengshan tea has been listed as "tribute tea".Every time the buds sprout in early spring, the county magistrate will choose an auspicious day, put on court clothes, lead his staff and monks from various temples, beat gongs and drums, and go up the mountain to worship the "immortal tea".After burning incense and praying, the tea buds will be picked. It is stipulated that three hundred and sixty leaves should be picked first, and the tea monks will be responsible for frying. When frying, the temple monks should sit cross-legged and chant scriptures while frying in the cauldron, then dry it with charcoal fire, store it in two silver boxes, and send it to Beijing on horseback for the emperor to worship the ancestors of heaven and earth. The fairy tea picked from the tea trees in Shangqing Peak is called "Zhenggong", and the buds and leaves picked from other peaks are collectively called "Fanzhong".Immediately after the fairy tea is harvested, the tender buds of "fan species" are picked, made into twenty catties, packed in eighteen tin cans, and accompanied by tribute to Beijing, called "accompanied tea", which is exclusively for the emperor to enjoy.According to "Mingshan County Chronicles", Mengshan tribute tea garden is all managed by the monks on the mountain, with a fine division of labor, each performing its own duties, and is responsible to the end. There are also "stone houses" specially built on the mountain for the collection and processing of tribute tea. There are still relics of "tribute tea stone courtyard" on Mount Meng today. For more than a thousand years, Mengshan famous tea has been the patent product of emperors and generals, and the working people have the obligation to collect it, but have no right to enjoy it. Since the 1950s, Mengshan has established a state-run tea farm, reclaimed and developed thousands of acres of tea gardens, and successively produced famous teas such as Manna, Stone Flower, Huangya, Mi Ya, Wanchun Silver Leaf, and Yuye Changchun. Popular in domestic and foreign markets, people praise Mengshan tea as: The flowers are colorful and colorful, and the spring newspapers are high-quality goods with unique flavors. The golden light of a silver crown crowns the world, and Ye Ningqiong's fragrance is better than immortal tea. (Zhuang Xuelan) (7) Royal Tea Garden Ruins Wuyi Mountain is the first famous mountain in Fujian. There are thirty-six peaks and ninety-nine strange rocks on the mountain. There are staggered peaks and rocks, jagged rocks, undulating green hills, criss-cross streams, and Jiuqu River runs through the mountains and winds for fifteen miles. On the south bank of Siqu Jiuqu River, there is a ruins surrounded by mountains and rivers, overgrown with weeds. This is the site of the Royal Tea Garden. Speaking of this royal tea garden, people will never forget such a blood-and-tear-stained legend. It was in the early years of the Yuan Dynasty, Jiangxi tea farmers revolted, and after the uprising failed, people went their separate ways and went into exile.Among them was a young man named Lai Si'an, who took his wife and only daughter, Xiaolan, to the sparsely populated Wuyi Mountains, where the mountains were deep and forested, to avoid being hunted by the officers and soldiers. At that time, Lai Si'an was in the prime of life, with thick arms, round waist, great strength and dexterity, honest and helpful. He was born as a tea farmer, so he built a thatched hut at the foot of Wuyi Mountain, opened up wasteland, planted tea trees, and at the same time found some odd jobs nearby. Gradually, people got to know him and liked him.He also gradually got used to the local life.My daughter is also growing up day by day, and she is cute. Although she lacks clothes and food and lives a relatively poor life, she finally has a place to live.Unexpectedly, the good times will not last long, and disasters will come from the sky. One year, a corrupt official named Gao Mingxing came to Wuyi Mountain.Gao Xing is a corrupt guy who breaks the law. He flatters his superiors and suppresses his subordinates. His colleagues are afraid of him and the people hate him. That year, he was transferred to Beijing to visit Wuyi on the way.Accompanied by magistrates, he not only praised the beautiful scenery of thousands of rocks competing in Wuyi Mountain and the stream of thousands of streams, but also loved the good tea of Wuyi Mountain——"Stone Milk", because it tastes fragrant and has a lingering sweetness in his tongue. She raised her eyebrows, thinking that she had found another good opportunity to flatter the emperor. Therefore, he asked Chong'an magistrate for three catties of "stone milk", packed it in refined tin cans, brought it to the capital, and presented it respectfully to Emperor Kublai Khan.Kublai Khan was used to eating meat. After drinking "Stone Milk", the fragrance was tangy to the nostrils, the teeth and cheeks were fragrant, and the mouth was refreshed. Jue, ordered Chong'an magistrate to refine 20 catties of "stone milk" as a tribute every year.Since then, the people have suffered. The price of tribute tea was twenty, but when it came to the county magistrate, it became eighty, forcing the tea farmers to have nowhere to go.Lai Si'an thought, the emperor wants twenty, the dog official wants eighty, and next year one hundred and twenty, what will happen if this continues! There are not so many stone milk teas collected overnight. So I discussed with everyone, picked and processed some crude tea, and used it as a good one to prevaricate things, and let them know that Baixing is not easy to mess with. In the second year, the emperor was very dissatisfied after tasting the "Stone Milk" tea tributed by the county magistrate. Fortunately, all the ministers of the imperial court were bet on tea and interceded for them, so they were spared the death penalty. In order to curry favor with the emperor, the cunning Gao hurriedly submitted a memorial, suggesting that his son go to the mountain to supervise the production, and the emperor would be ready to play, so happy that his son Gao Jiuzhu led his troops to Wuyi in a majestic manner, demolished houses and tea gardens, and built a large area around Siqu. The tea garden is an imperial tea garden, and built "Baking Bureau", Renfeng Gate, Baifa Pavilion, Qingshen Hall, Thinking Pavilion, Peifang Pavilion, Yanjia Pavilion, Yiji Pavilion, Fuguang Pavilion, Biyun Bridge, Tongxian Well, etc. All the pavilions, carved dragons and painted phoenixes, were extravagant, and appointed officials to specialize in imperial tea. Since then, tea trees have been gradually excavated, collected and introduced, and used as medicine, sacrifices, vegetables and drinks.
