Chapter 30 peter

One day at sunset, Jesus led us to the village of Bethsaida, we were exhausted and our faces were covered with dust.We entered a large house in the middle of the garden, and the head of the household stood at the door. Jesus said to him, "These people are exhausted and their legs and feet are aching. Please let them stay in your house. It is cold at night and they need warmth and rest." The rich man replied, "They can't sleep in my house." Jesus said again: "Then let them sleep in your garden!" The rich man replied, "No, not even sleeping in the garden."

Jesus turned to us and said, "This is what will happen to you tomorrow. This present situation is like your future. All doors will be closed to you, and even the garden under the stars will not be your couch." "Come on, let's go forward." The rich man became embarrassed, his face changed, he muttered something, and then slipped into the garden shamelessly. We followed Jesus and continued on our way.
