Chapter 11 10 Yasukuni Shrine and Garbage Sorting

Are you happy? 白岩松 12108Words 2018-03-18
Someone once asked me: "Do you hate Japan?" I said, "I'm from the Northeast, what do you think?" However, at the beginning of March 2007, I was going to Japan, not for meetings or travel, but for the production of a large-scale special series "Yan Song Sees Japan". For Chinese media, this is the first time. Since Hong Kong returned to live broadcast reporting, I have almost never felt nervous about work, but before going to Japan, my nervousness continued. Not lack of preparation, but inability to judge: How will the audience perceive the action? Can they understand?Because I know what the word "Japan" means in the hearts of Chinese people.

Before we set off, we collected questions and suggestions online. Unexpectedly, a by-product was: I not only saw the support and understanding of many people, but also many of the questions collected were deep and professional. Obviously, they were rational thinking result. So, I understand a little bit: in the silent majority, rationality has never been absent, and as long as what you plan to do is what you should do, do it with all your heart.Worrying about gains and losses, I'm sorry for those silent people. In my luggage to Japan, there are nearly a hundred pages of opinions and questions from online viewers. I don’t know why, but with them, I feel at ease.

The plane to Tokyo took off at 9 am, and we arrived at the airport at 7 am. Ten minutes later, I received a long text message from my mother on my mobile phone. I was a little surprised. For my mother, sending text messages is a labor-intensive task. I don't receive a few text messages from my mother throughout the year. Apparently my mother sent it for my mission to Japan. In the text message, she warned me: It is no small matter when it comes to Japan. The history of more than 100 years makes people very sensitive. Therefore, when you go to Japan to do a program, you must carefully choose your wording. It is best to put it on paper first to avoid problems. .

My mother is a history teacher. She was born in Jilin and grew up in Liaoning. She worked and lived in Heilongjiang for a long time. She was born in 1937 when the Marco Polo Bridge Incident broke out. Her father, my grandfather, died during the Japanese invasion of China. The cause of death is said to be related to the Japanese. I know my mother's mood and worries, and I guess: this long text message should be the result of her sleepless nights. However, we are destined to go, because the time comes, and some things have to be done. Planning to go to Japan is not a momentary ecstasy, although it is only a moment to blurt out the idea.

I want to thank Typhoon Haitang during "Yansong Watching Taiwan". On the last night in Taiwan, after finishing all the live broadcasts, we could only chat in the hotel because of the typhoon. At that time, everyone already felt that this time "Yan Song Watching Taiwan" was destined to be a success. The sense of accomplishment made everyone a little excited on the night of the typhoon. Someone asked casually, "Where shall we go to see next?" I blurted out: "Go and see Japan!" There was a moment of silence, and it seemed that the answer was far beyond people's expectations.

"why?" I remember answering a lot, but the core sentence was: "Because the news is there." When I said this, it was the summer of 2005.In April of that year, from Beijing to Shanghai, from Xi'an to Chengdu, large-scale anti-Japanese demonstrations broke out in China one after another, and Sino-Japanese relations fell again and again, hitting new lows repeatedly. This situation is naturally directly related to the repeated visits to the Yasukuni Shrine by then Japanese Prime Minister Koizumi. Against such a background, it is indeed a proposal that confuses everyone by proposing to look at Japan.

"China-Japan relations will not deteriorate forever. Under the current circumstances, what can the media do? What's more, Japan understands us, but we don't understand Japan. This is dangerous for the future." In Chinese bookstores at that time, the introduction to Japan still stayed in the American and Dai Jitao’s "On Japan" nearly a hundred years ago, but for Japan in reality, due to oversensitivity and anger among the crowd, the media rarely report in a timely manner. As long as Japan is written, most of it has to do with history or textbook issues.Anger has already blinded our eyes. At this time, if we take a step forward and put aside love or hate, will it open a door and at least increase the reality perception of an opponent or neighbor?

I believe that part of my explanation was accepted by everyone, but no one was excited, because everyone knew what a difficult and risky journey this must be. Having an idea doesn't mean you can start right away. In the spring of 2006, a reporter from "Beijing Youth Weekly" interviewed me and used a very provocative title: Break the Yasukuni Shrine. In the interview, I put forward the plan of "seeing Japan" for the first time, and positioned it as "before loving and hating, understand first".The reporter naturally asked me: "What is the right time?"

My answer is: "Koizumi will leave office before the end of 2006. I believe that the new Japanese prime minister will not pay homage to the Yasukuni Shrine immediately. That is an opportunity." These contents were left in black and white in the magazine in the spring of 2006. However, I was afraid that even I was not sure at the time: Is this possible?Would it be too naive? In September of the same year, Koizumi resigned and Shinzo Abe took over as prime minister. Unexpectedly, the destination of the new Japanese prime minister's first foreign visit was China. On the night when Abe arrived in Beijing, I received a call from Liu Aimin, my partner in "Looking Taiwan": "Yan Song, can you leave for 'Looking Japan'?"

In recent years, the Chinese media delegation, with Liu Beixian, the boss of China News Agency, as the "head" and Chen Xiaochuan, the boss of China Youth Daily, as the "political commissar", has had four or five closed-door dialogues with Japanese media counterparts. We have been fighting with each other, and now we can find some common words, which shows that quarreling is also the beginning of communication.Every time there is a dialogue in Japan, the Japanese Prime Minister will meet with him. Hatoyama is in the photo, but there is a phenomenon: soon after each meeting with us, there will be news that the Prime Minister will step down. So far, we have met with three Such a "former prime minister".I wonder if there will be a Japanese prime minister who will dare to meet us next time.

"Yes, that's exactly what I was thinking!" From making a proposal to starting, the time was earlier than I thought. Fortunately, the relevant preparations had already started earlier. What are you looking at? What to see in Japan? The first thing to face is of course the unavoidable historical issue. What does Japan think about the things that make us angry? What does the Yasukuni Shrine mean? How many views of history do the Japanese have? How did Japan's media giant and former prime minister think about these issues? After these contents are determined, it is a further choice: what else should we watch in Japan? What are you listening to? Of course, it is necessary to meet for a while the outstanding representatives of all walks of life in Japan who are well-known in China. Through them, we can feel the temperature between China and Japan, as well as the thoughts of each other.Among them, writers Watanabe Junichi and Murakami Ryu, actors Kurihara Komaki, musicians Tanimura Shinji and Hamasaki Ayumi, "financial prime ministers" Mitarai, former political prime minister Yasuhiro Nakasone, and Abe's wife Abe Akie were slowly confirmed. , Of course, there are also Panasonic boss Fumio Otsubo and others. What really bothered me was not the choice of characters, but what to watch in Japan. At this time, I set a rule and went to Japan to see those: Japan is facing, China will face now and in the future, and Japan has accumulated considerable experience, let Japan become a mirror to see ourselves, so that the future Good luck. This principle has also become the purpose of "looking at the United States" in the future.I remember that I said a word: Even if the other party has only one advantage left, we have to take it first and then talk about it.Although in action, we are looking at Japan and the United States, in essence, we are looking at China and our future path. Yasuhiro Nakasone's reign was a "honeymoon period" for Sino-Japanese relations. He also visited the Yasukuni Shrine, but he gave up after learning of China's strong reaction, and he still opposes the Prime Minister's visit to the Yasukuni Shrine. He has a very good personal relationship with Hu Yaobang, and has always dreamed of taking a train on the Qinghai-Tibet Line.In his living room, there is a group photo with the heads of state of various countries. There is only one in each country, but China has two: Zhou Enlai and Deng Xiaoping. Under such a purpose, apart from historical issues, the next thing to determine is Japan's pension, because the elderly in China account for less than 13% of the total population, but there are already signs of getting old before getting rich; , the elderly over 65 years old account for more than 20% of the total national population, and figures show that by 2050, the elderly over 65 years old in Japan will account for 40% of the total population, which shows that Japan is aging Degree. And everything that Japan has done for this will become a mirror for China to solve the problem of aging in the future. Next, Japan's garbage sorting, garbage incineration and environmental protection, Japan's disaster prevention and mitigation, protection of Japanese traditional culture, Japanese animation and fashion, and even food have been determined.Unexpectedly, topics such as disaster prevention and reduction, garbage disposal and environmental protection will all show great value in China a few years later. A few years later, someone also asked me, why don't I watch those bad things in Japan? When Japan's NHK watches China, it sees a lot of bad things about us.Actually, I have thought about this too, and I also know that Japan has too many problems, such as the high suicide rate, such as social assistance, such as confused young people. important.I also don't want to slowly fall into the self-anaesthesia of "others are just like this" in the process of discovering other people's shortcomings. We have enough problems, the most important thing is to look in the mirror more and make ourselves better. To face historical issues, one must first face the Yasukuni Shrine. When you are really familiar with the Yasukuni Shrine, you will know that there are actually two Yasukuni Shrines: one is the external garden-like building complex, which is as beautiful as a chrysanthemum; the other is the internal one, represented by its middle reaches. The absurd view of Yasukuni's history is as vicious as a knife. The Japanese believe that people become gods after death, so shrines are ubiquitous, and they are a place to pay homage to the dead. The Yasukuni Shrine is one such place. On the gate of the Yasukuni Shrine, there is a huge chrysanthemum pattern. Those who are familiar with Japan know that only the royal family can use this chrysanthemum, which shows the status of the Yasukuni Shrine. However, in 1978, the so-called "heroic spirits", including 14 Class A war criminals sentenced to death by the Far Eastern Military Tribunal, were put into the Yasukuni Shrine and enshrined. The main culprits of the massacre are Matsui Iwane and others.Since then, the nature of the Yasukuni Shrine has mutated in the hearts of Asians, and it has become an important place for some people in Japan to distort history. Behind me, walking slowly, you enter the Yasukuni Shrine. When I was reporting, there were Japanese police not far away who had been vigilantly observing. There is no doubt that the Yasukuni Shrine is also a place of right and wrong and a sensitive place in Japan.Look carefully, the gate-like "torii" is on the same level as the Japanese flag. Is this part of the image of Japan? Our filming application was approved, but the related interview request was not approved. However, the written answer told us that the number of visitors to the Yasukuni Shrine last year exceeded 5 million. But the fact that the proportion of young people has increased is worrying. Accompanying us to report is Chinese Li Ying, who has just finished filming the documentary "Yasukuni Shrine" and is seeking to release it in Japan and China. After entering the door, he told me another fact: during World War II, in this seemingly quiet and beautiful shrine with a national character, there was also a workshop to produce sabers and award them to soldiers in the war.Perhaps this is another absurd version of the combination of chrysanthemum and knife. What really stings people is definitely not the external environment of the Yasukuni Shrine. As I said, if only from the outside, the Yasukuni Shrine looks like a small park. Many Japanese come here to see cherry blossoms in spring and golden fallen leaves in autumn and winter. When we interviewed, it was the season when Japanese college students were graduating. On both sides of the main road outside the Yasukuni Shrine, there were college students taking pictures everywhere, which shows its quiet environment. However, this is only the outer side of the Yasukuni Shrine. The other side of the knife is very obvious in three places, which is very unacceptable. One is a place of worship where Class-A war criminals are enshrined, but since this is a separate place, we cannot enter without an application, not to mention that we are not interested in going in at all, even for filming. I remember that many years ago, Jiang Wen called me to "ask for help". It turned out that he went to the Yasukuni Shrine to learn about the situation for filming.Of course I know that this is a "misjudgment", and later it was explained in the media that "pilgrimage" is not something that ordinary people can do.But now, I estimate that such misunderstandings may no longer exist. The second place, which is also the key to the history of the Yasukuni Shrine, is the Yushukan inside the Yasukuni Shrine. The word "youjiu" comes from a saying in the Chinese "Xunzi" that "a gentleman travels with a scholar", which means that when traveling, one must learn the norms and conduct of a virtuous person. If Xunzi knew it in heaven, he would be furious that his words were quoted so unjustly. In fact, Yushukan is a museum of World War II, the core place to promote the so-called "Japanese Jihad". In this tour hall that promotes an absurd view of history, there are a large number of objects, historical materials, and photos from World War II, all of which distort history. The museum is always playing two so-called historical films in a loop, and most of the commentary is like this—for example, "Japan is working hard to liberate Asia"; for example, the Pacific War is called a self-defense war; , the film said that "Because the Chinese shot and provoked, they had to...", but it is strange, why didn't you explain why so many Japanese soldiers were doing at Lugou Bridge in China at that time? I believe that Chinese people are very difficult to watch, and they can't stay in the theater for long. Even if I want to make a show, I will come out soon.Facing the camera, I expressed my opinion: After watching it, the biggest feeling I felt was not anger but wanting to laugh, because this thing is already too ridiculous. However, no matter how ridiculous or angry, Yushukan is an existence, and it represents a part of Japanese self-interpretation of history. What needs to be explained here is that in the films of You Shuguan, more targets are not only aimed at China and Asia, but also at the United States. In recent years, Americans have finally understood a little bit, and their dissatisfaction and protests have begun to heat up. The third place is about tens of meters away from the entrance of Youshukan. It rarely attracts people's attention on weekdays, so it attracts less criticism, but the reactionary attitude contained in it is no less than that of Youshukan. It can even be said that , together with You Shukan constitutes Yasukuni's historical view of rebellion against justice. This is a statue, and you can see it carefully. It was the only Indian lawyer who defended the innocence of Japanese war criminals during the Tokyo trial. You can imagine, what is the psychology and attitude behind the statue of him as a benefactor? To sum up, the Yasukuni view of history displayed in the Yasukuni Shrine is not only against the world but also against history and even against justice. It clearly calls out the soul of militarism and rehabilitates the war of aggression. Therefore, it is not just something that China and South Korea can object to, it should attract worldwide attention and criticism. It is worth noting that in August 2010, far-right political figures from France and the United Kingdom joined together and traveled thousands of miles to Japan to openly pay homage to the Yasukuni Shrine. This is a new trend. Anti-justice people in the world are using the Yasukuni Shrine as a place of pilgrimage. This also requires righteous forces from all over the world to pay attention to the Yasukuni Shrine. At the end of the interview, I want to say a concluding remark on the spot. What should I say? When we walked out of the gate of the Yasukuni Shrine, we saw the six Chinese characters on the gate of Tokyo Institute of Technology in the distance. One of the characters "Li" was getting bigger and bigger, which deeply touched me.Yes, it is reasonable to walk around the world, but it is difficult to walk without reason, and it is the same in the face of history. Saying goodbye to the Yasukuni Shrine, I was thinking along the way, for the Chinese, this place is a sensitive place, however, if there is a chance, the Chinese in Tokyo should really come and see it, know its absurdity, and understand another aspect of Japan. On the one hand, let yourself not forget some things that should not be forgotten. For example, before entering the gate of the Yasukuni Shrine, there are two stone lanterns, which are like monuments. Among the more than a dozen reliefs on them, there are multiple pictures of the Japanese army appearing on the Chinese land in the form of victors. A vivid record of our history of humiliation. As a Chinese, after seeing and remembering, I know better what to do.As the saying goes: Never forget the past, the teacher of the future. In the winter vacation of 2010, I brought my son who was already in junior high school to Japan for the first time, and I took him to see the scene on the stone lantern that made the Chinese angry and sad. After reading it, my son asked me: "Dad, can I say a bad word?" I replied: "Yes!" Yasukuni's view of history is naturally abominable, but it would be wrong to think that all Japanese see it this way.Facing history, there are various attitudes among the Japanese people. Yasukuni’s view of history is by no means the mainstream, and the use rate of revised and absurd history textbooks is not high, but it should not be taken lightly. At Ritsumeikan University in Kyoto, Japan, there is a Peace Museum whose attitude and understanding are completely opposite to those of the Yasukuni Shrine. When we went to interview, we saw another attitude of the Japanese towards history: reflection, confession, and expectation of peace. However, not many people visit. After that, we went to Kagoshima at the southern tip of Japan, where there is a "Peace Hall" of the kamikaze. When World War II was coming to an end, the Japanese army recruited a lot of young people. When they got on the plane, it was a one-way ticket. They used their lives to drive the plane into a US plane or warship, and they never returned after taking off. I'm looking at Japan, and they're looking at China. This is the scene of me facing the Japanese media after I came out of the Kagoshima Kamikaze Special Forces Peace Hall.Maybe what I said is not what they want to hear, but if I say it, maybe they will think about it.The next day, after the program was broadcast, a Japanese colleague said to me: You are very good, you are right! In this guild hall, there is neither the blatant evocation of militarism like the Yasukuni Shrine, nor the sober reflection on history like the Peace Museum. , their mother's face" is displayed, and an ambiguous view of history is contained in it. Since we were the first batch of Chinese TV reporters to enter the hall, when we came out, there were cameras from three Japanese TV stations waiting for me.I said bluntly: "There is emotion here, but lack of reflection; there are Japanese mothers, but why don't you think of other people's mothers?" In fact, in Japan, there are many people who reflect on history, and among them, there are many heavyweights. Among the newspapers in the world, Japan's "Yomiuri Shimbun" ranks first in circulation, with more than 10 million copies, and "Asahi Shimbun" is also ranked in the top ten in the world. It is also a newspaper with great influence in Japan and the world . Then we can imagine that one day, Watanabe Tsuneo, the boss of "Yomiuri Shimbun", talked with Wakamiya Kaifumi, the editor-in-chief of "Asahi Shimbun", reflecting on history, criticizing the Prime Minister's visit to the Yasukuni Shrine, and doing a lot of historical work to prove that Japan The war of aggression in Japan, and even the Nanjing Massacre, etc., you can imagine what kind of huge repercussions this will cause in Japan. And the two of them did. When we arrived in Japan, we interviewed Wakamiya Kaifumi and Watanabe Tsuneo successively. Tsuneo Watanabe is over 80 years old, and he is known as the "Media Prime Minister" in Japan, which shows his influence. In another conversation with me after this interview, he once personally called the then Japanese Prime Minister a "bastard", which embarrassed the translator, but this also shows that Watanabe is not satisfied with the current Japanese government. Facing the issue of the Yasukuni Shrine, the old man clearly stated: "Of course the prime minister should not go." As for himself, he said: "Because my dog is not allowed to go in, I never go in." What worries the old man is: "I am over eighty years old, and there are fewer and fewer people like me who have experienced wars. We must work hard, otherwise, the truth of history will be taken away." As the interview drew to a close, the old man suddenly asked me a question: "How can Japan do it so that the Chinese will be satisfied?" I replied: "We all know Germany's attitude towards history. When the German leader sincerely knelt in front of the Jewish tomb, it promoted inter-ethnic reconciliation. Therefore, if the Chinese feel that Japan is sincerely reflecting on history, the two sides can move forward. step." The old man was thoughtful, but in the end, he said a word: "I am not the prime minister, if I were, I would be." I believe he will. It is precisely such Japanese colleagues and predecessors who let me see another face of Japan facing history in their words and actions. Someone once used the word "ambiguous" to describe the Japanese, and in the face of history, this word seems more appropriate. There are very few people who believe in Yasukuni's view of history, but there are not many who reflect on history with a clear stand like Mr. Watanabe. Most Japanese people are ambiguous there, knowing that war is wrong in their hearts, but expressing it, and Not happy. For example, a professor asked me a question with absolutely no malice: "Did Japan help China when it entered China?" Looking at him, I seemed to answer easily: "I entered your house to renovate without asking for your permission. Would you be angry?" It seemed to dawn on him, "Yes, yes." In fact, in the face of history, the "ambiguity" of the Japanese has also constrained the Japanese themselves. Every day they cannot reflect clearly, and they are burdened with the weight of history every day. It is difficult for people around them to accept them in their hearts and in the future.I don't know, how long can you be ambiguous in Japan? History is heavy, and reality is not easy.In the past two decades, Japan's economic myth has disappeared, and recession has become a big problem. When I asked Japanese scholars what Japan's biggest challenge is, the answer I got was: the population problem. Think about it. On the one hand, Japan’s birth rate has been declining year after year. The more the economy declines, the less people will have children. It is the country with the longest life expectancy in the world, with one in four citizens over the age of 65.This fact also makes it difficult for Japan. It’s no wonder that a Japanese scholar thinks that everyone puts the cause of Japan’s economic recession on the conspiracy of the United States and the lack of changes in Japan, but in fact, there is another important reason: the aging of Japan, from consumption to employment, from the government’s burden to a lack of dynamism, combined, to create a recession in Japan. However, when I came to Japan, what I cared more about was not the phenomenon, but how Japan should deal with it.Because before long, China will face the same problem. There is a phenomenon of reemployment of the elderly in Japan.Think about it, even if you retire at the age of 60, the average life expectancy is 80 years, and there are still 20 years left, the pressure of life will also increase, and being unemployed is nothing but sitting and eating. As a result, almost all employment agencies in Japan have job-seeking counters for the elderly, and the government has also set aside certain jobs for the elderly by formulating corresponding policies. For example, by setting the age limit for driving, most taxi drivers in Japan are elderly.Almost all garden workers and highway toll collectors are elderly people. This is the "sunset red" characteristic of Japan. In Japan, try not to give up your seat for the elderly in the subway, because the elderly will think that you think he is old and useless; if you are really sorry, it is better to communicate with him with your eyes first. We also went to a nursing home in Japan to shoot. The conditions and environment are good, but the fact is: the old people here have spent their hard work to buy a bed for themselves. Walking on the streets of Japan, looking at the gray-haired old people everywhere, I saw a Japan that is no longer young.Of course, I also see a China that may no longer be young in the future, what should we do?In fact, taking care of the elderly today is taking care of our own tomorrow. In front of me was a "dummy" equipped with many instruments to test my ability to do artificial respiration.Get it right and the meter will show "Pass" and if you don't get it right, keep going.Such a popular science method obviously helps people save lives at critical moments. And how many of us will do the correct artificial respiration? However, recently I have seen such training in China on the news, which is more effective than just saying "people-oriented". Japan is an island country, so earthquakes occur frequently. It is precisely because of this that Japan's awareness of disaster prevention and mitigation has penetrated into the capillaries of society, which makes people deeply impressed. The reason why I chose to shoot this topic is related to a news memory of mine. One year, a fire broke out in a hotel in a certain city in northern China, where many Chinese and Japanese lived. However, in the end, none of the Japanese died, and dozens of Chinese died. Why is that? The reason may have to go back to daily life and education to find the answer. In an elementary school in Tokyo, Japan, the principal did not tell the children to conduct a disaster drill in advance. When the students were in class, the fire alarm was suddenly sounded. In just a few minutes, all the students in the school walked out of the classroom very sophisticatedly, covered their mouths with masks, and gathered in the playground in an orderly manner.Among them, the primary school students in the first and second grades also did equally well. The reason is not complicated. Japan stipulates that every semester, schools must do similar exercises. In a chain store in Japan, I saw so many disaster prevention items that I had never seen before. For example, there is a special thing that fixes tall cabinets to the wall so that when an earthquake occurs, the cabinets will fall and hit people. While interviewing another subject in a Japanese family, we learned that the elderly at home replaced the emergency food yesterday because the original emergency food expired. On weekdays, emergency kits including food, water and electricity are kept in the courtyard for emergencies. It can be seen that Japan's awareness of disaster prevention is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. For earthquake prevention, Japan has more prevention education. For example, an experience car drove into the school and drove into the community, letting people experience the magnitude of the earthquake and what to do first after the earthquake. You can imagine that people who have had this kind of experience will naturally not panic too much when the incident happens; if they don't panic, they may help themselves and others escape. As for the strength of science and technology, it is a big investment.Japan is still unable to accurately predict earthquakes in advance, but it can issue an early warning ten seconds before an earthquake occurs.Don't underestimate these ten seconds, it means that the subway slows down, the car stops, and people escape early. The loss will be greatly reduced because of these ten seconds, especially it can help people effectively save their lives. This is Japan's disaster prevention and mitigation: buy more medicine on weekdays, but in the end buy a lot less coffins. The Wenchuan Earthquake reminded us that we must make up for this lesson. In Japan, wherever you go, you can see several sorted trash cans side by side. After many days of interviews and observations, I found that this is really not a decoration. Our driver, Master Yang, has come to Japan from China for nearly 20 years. He seldom commented on other topics, but when he saw us doing environmental protection and garbage sorting, he talked a lot, "You should have done this a long time ago. It’s a good thing, it should be filmed! If China can achieve 50% of this matter, the environment will definitely not be like this.” However, it is definitely very difficult to achieve 50% quickly This is because garbage sorting has become a natural and conscious way of life for Japanese people. First of all, we came to a small city called "My Grandson" on the outskirts of Tokyo. It was not to take advantage of others. It was called this very embarrassing name for Chinese people. In Japanese, there is no meaning of taking advantage of a disadvantage as we understand it.This is just a small episode in the cultural differences between China and Japan. It is no coincidence that "My Grandson City" was chosen for garbage sorting. It has tried garbage sorting since the 1980s. Now, among cities with more than 100,000 people in Japan, its waste recycling rate ranks first. At around 7:00 in the morning, we walked into the home of an ordinary citizen. Since we came to collect sorted garbage twice a week, the home was already prepared. Newspapers were tied up, bottles and cans were cleaned, and more than a dozen categories were sorted at home. For example, the bottle and the cap are separated, and the plastic wrapping paper on the top must also be separated. After that, they bring different garbage to the garbage collection site. After a while, many sorting garbage trucks with different garbage come. Take away the trash. When we were filming, we saw a woman come with trash and then leave with trash. We went to interview and found out that the sorting truck that collected the garbage she brought had already left, so she had to take the garbage home and store it until the garbage truck came back next week.In other words, in order to abide by the rules, she has to let the garbage stay at home for a few more days, and similar things are handled in this way by almost every family. Some people always say: China has exported culture to Japan and is the teacher of the Japanese. This is true, but the credit belongs to our ancestors. In the past few decades, I am afraid that most of Japan has exported culture to China. In the Doraemon Creation Room, the person in charge is introducing the birth process of Doraemon to us.The animation industry has become a major export industry in Japan. Anime images have entered households all over the world, and Japan's image has become "cute" because of this.Behind this, there is an invisible pusher of the Japanese government at work. In Osaka, we interviewed the Maishima Garbage Treatment Plant, which is responsible for waste incineration and large-scale waste disposal. From the outside, the colorful treatment plant looks like a Disney fairy tale world.Since the textbooks of the fourth grade in Japanese elementary schools already contain waste disposal content, the treatment plant has opened several floors of space for children. Here, it is interesting, vivid and participatory.I think that children who walk here will not have any objections to garbage incineration, and it also reflects the characteristics of "garbage classification starts with babies". The so-called garbage incineration is to put the sorted garbage into a large pit for incineration, and finally turn it into a powder substance. This powder can be used as the foundation soil for reclamation; No pollution. In the same way, waste water is also treated, and there is no pollution when it is discharged. Afterwards, we went to a large supermarket, and there was a recycling station at the door to recycle those degradable food packaging boxes. After returning home from shopping, many citizens will wash the packaging boxes and send them back to the supermarket recycling station. These recycled materials are then made into employee clothing and toilet paper. In this supermarket, such toilet paper will be specially marked, and the price is cheaper than others, to encourage everyone to consume such recycled products, and the low price is also used to express gratitude to the participants. After all the interviews, the first decision we made was to extend the broadcast time of this topic and compress the time of fashion culture.Because it touched us deeply, and we imagined: If we act now, what will China be like in twenty years? At present in China, many cities are staged civil actions against the establishment of waste incineration power plants. People are worried that when waste is incinerated, dioxins produced due to poor classification management will damage people's health. Looking back at Japan, I believe that waste incineration is the general trend of waste treatment in the future, and it is inevitable to start it.However, in terms of maintaining public health, the government is duty-bound to promote waste classification, strengthen the supervision of waste incineration plants, and improve the level of science and technology. However, while asking the government to fulfill its responsibilities, has every citizen involved in civic actions thought: This also means that each of us will take on more obligations to devote ourselves to it! When defending our rights, we should be prepared to take on our obligations; and if we relax our obligations in the future, our rights may be lost again. In every family that is fighting for rights today, if tomorrow they cannot tolerate the storage and sorting of garbage, and cannot strictly abide by the relevant regulations, everything will go back to the old road. Looking at Japan, if you scan it with thick lines, you will quickly pass the ten lines at a glance, and you may leave a big impression of "okay". Of course, you will ignore the characteristics of Japan in the details. In bustling areas of Tokyo such as Shibuya, watching pedestrians crossing traffic lights is a must-have item for shooting. When the light is red, no one is passing through; when the light is green, there are turbulent crowds and fish running through it, which is really spectacular. In Japan's big cities, people's transportation mainly depends on the subway.During peak hours, the chairs in the carriages can be put away, and everyone is standing. In order to save space, the chairs are only put down during off-peak hours; while in the carriages, few people cross their legs, and it is considered impolite to make a phone call Behavior: No matter shopping or eating, they line up in an orderly manner, and no one rushes. In Japan, the general staff have more than two mobile phones, which are strictly separated between public and private. They will never use the company phone to receive private calls, let alone use the company phone to make private calls. Once, I went to the suburbs to shoot in an urban-rural fringe area. I wanted to make it easier. There happened to be a small toilet next to an abandoned temple next to the farmland. The driver told me that there was toilet paper in the toilet. Does the toilet next to the temple really have toilet paper?
