Chapter 10 09 Triple into Taiwan

Are you happy?
Taiwan used to be the land closest to the mainland but the farthest. As far as I can remember, apart from "I love Beijing Tiananmen", almost one of the first few revolutionary slogans I learned included the phrase "We must liberate Taiwan", and I hardly know where most of the provinces on the map look like. Now, I know where Taiwan is and what it looks like; of course, I have always felt sorry for my Taiwan compatriots, and they are probably living a miserable life in the "white terror". Therefore, the impulse to liberate Taiwan has become the childhood of several generations of mainlanders. memory.

It is also against this background that for a long time, before the People's Liberation Army "liberated Taiwan", it never occurred to me that it was possible for me to go to Taiwan, and not once or twice. The opportunity came suddenly. In the spring of 2001, I was informed that I was going to Taiwan. Since the end of the 1980s, Taiwan's ban has been lifted. In addition to veterans returning to their hometowns to visit relatives, non-governmental exchanges between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait have also increased, including exchanges between the top ten outstanding youths on both sides of the Taiwan Strait.Because I was selected as one of the top ten outstanding youths in the mainland in the first year, I became a member of the delegation of the Mainland Youth Federation to Taiwan. This delegation was led by the then chairman of the Youth Federation, Hu Chunhua. Waiting for more than ten people.

However, this visit does not seem to be the right time. In the first year, Taiwan's political situation changed. The Kuomintang's decades-long rule in Taiwan was overthrown, and the DPP's Chen Shui-bian came to power. The already sensitive cross-strait relations became more troublesome.Under such circumstances, when we arrive in Taiwan, how should we get along with others? What should I do if I see a sensitive flag or slogan?Do you want to get up and leave or make serious negotiations when you hear unsound or even "reactionary" words? All these have become the necessary obstacles and challenges for the "first time".

This is a picture I took when I first went to Taiwan. The small lake behind me thought it was the entrance of Sun Moon Lake, but I didn’t expect it to be the famous Sun Moon Lake itself! It's better to miss it than to meet each other. After that, I never went there again. However, if you haven't been there before, would you not go?What's more, the attraction of Sun Moon Lake to mainlanders has nothing to do with its size. tension and strangeness The first trip is destined to be long. We will first gather in Shenzhen, then enter Hong Kong, and then fly to Taipei. But what is longer than the geographical distance is the psychological distance.

In Shenzhen, everyone held a pre-departure preparation meeting. It was nothing more than what to say and do, what discipline to observe, and what to do in special situations. This meeting aggravated the tension in my heart. It should have been a pleasant trip, but because the destination was Taiwan, I felt a heavy sense of sadness. The plane landed at Taipei Taoyuan Airport, and the heartbeat began to accelerate. How will Taiwan, this mysterious land that makes people tense, unfold in front of us one by one? The person who received us was the New Party in Taiwan. The convener of the New Party at that time was a fast-talking elder sister Xie Qida. Later, she lived in the mainland for a long time because of a lawsuit. However, when we arrived, it was at a time when both she and the new party wanted to make a difference and were therefore in high spirits.

The first impression of Taiwan, to tell the truth: so-so. In mainland China in 2001, the development has entered the fast lane, especially the construction of hardware such as airports and roads, which is even more generous. In comparison, the prestigious Taoyuan Airport is far behind. It is estimated that mainlanders will whisper: "Don't talk about Beijing and Shanghai, the airports of ordinary cities are better than here..." After leaving the airport, take the expressway, the road is not wide and the car is not fast, and you can't find the feeling of taking off to Taiwan.

However, with the deepening of the visit, Taiwan's big and small gradually emerged. Going to Sun Moon Lake may be the homework that every mainlander must do after arriving in Taiwan, but I made a joke there. After the boat left the shore for a while, I asked, "Where is the entrance to enter Sun Moon Lake?" The escort told me, "This is it." After driving for a while, we will enter through a certain entrance, and then the big Sun Moon Lake will appear in front of us.Unexpectedly, the small lake that I thought was the entrance was Sun Moon Lake itself. Go to Caoshan to look for traces of Chiang Kai-shek, and go to the alleys to visit the charm of Zhang Daqian. The places are not big, at least not as big as imagined, but they are all small and exquisite. In such a scene, Taiwan began to bid farewell to imagination in its mind, and gradually became real.

I believe that every mainlander, after arriving in Taiwan, will have such a process of fighting against his own imagination. Politics and a Bowl of Wine However, Taiwan at that time was in a state of exuberant political enthusiasm, and everyone seemed to be a participant. Turn on the TV in Taiwan, and at 90 o'clock in the evening, famous people from all walks of life are "participating in and discussing politics" on the screen. In small Taiwan, at least a dozen TV channels are doing this at this time, so it is impossible for you not to be disturbed by politics. Watching TV in Taiwan, go to two extremes. In the news and current affairs programs, there are either overwhelming news about people's livelihood, parents' short stories, and they are everywhere. They are fresh and lively at the beginning, but after a few days of watching, problems and depression can be seen.In Taiwan, due to various special reasons, there is almost no international news. You search desperately, but you can't find a few in a day, which makes you think that the world, excluding Taiwan itself, is at most as big as the Chinese world. One reason for saying this is that there were already many mainland news on Taiwan's screens at that time.

In addition, it is talk show politics, where the whole people speak, freedom, chaos, excitement, and "show" are mixed in it, which makes people feel emotional. As for entertainment programs, it doesn't matter if you don't talk about it, because most of them can be cloned or copied in mainland China, so we don't waste time in Taiwan. This kind of political enthusiasm at that time was very normal. After all, Taiwan’s political scene had just changed, and every ordinary person felt that he was also involved in history. When they came to Taiwan, Chiang Kai-shek and Chiang Ching-kuo were the two names that couldn’t be avoided. However, the third generation of the Chiang family was mostly unfortunate. A Taiwanese Feng Shui master said that it was because both Chiang Kai-shek and Chiang Ching-kuo were buried in temporary cemeteries, and they could not be buried in peace. due to.Under the photo of the two Jiangs, the person being interviewed is Jiang Xiaoyan, the only member of the "Jiang" family in the third generation. However, he has just changed his surname from "Zhang" to "Jiang" not long ago, and he is an important figure in promoting direct flights between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait.

For those of us who are first-timers, apart from being new, there is sometimes a little irritation, even a sting. One day on the street, I suddenly saw a parade marching swaggeringly. It turned out that they were angrily denouncing Chiang Kai-shek and his son. Naturally not adapted. The strange thing is this incompatibility, why for decades, we all hated and scolded Chiang Kai-shek, but when we saw this scene on the street, we had the urge to fight for Chiang and his son.Thirty years in Hedong and thirty years in Hexi, it seems that after turning another page in history, in the face of a big issue in China, our relationship with the Jiang family has undergone subtle changes, but we didn't know it at the time, a few years later , The Kuomintang and the Communist Party have come together again.

Compared with this scene on the street, the more exciting thing is yet to come. There are many things in life that are scary when imagined, but the fear disappears when it comes to the actual situation. This was the case for the first trip to Taiwan. Before leaving, I was worried about this and that, but after arriving in Taiwan, the communication between people will resolve all these. As the host, we often know the difficulties of the guests, and will take care of the guests intentionally to avoid embarrassment. We have basically never encountered the various scenes that we were worried about; and as the guests, we also gradually get rid of unnecessary sensitivity. We also laughed off the sensitive words blurted out by the hosts.Face it with ease, and some difficulties are easily resolved. It is precisely because of this change that there is a special dinner for the last meal before the return journey. On the first night back, in Kaohsiung, the organizer gave us a farewell party with wine.At the scene, apart from us, some local young talents and relevant people were also invited. We chatted at the wine table, everyone had fun, and found that there were more than ten people at our table, and there were members of five parties on both sides of the Taiwan Strait. We are the Communist Party, and Taiwan has the Kuomintang, the People First Party, the New Party, and the Democratic Progressive Party. A fantastic combination that I had never thought of before. After drinking on the N tour, I don’t know who proposed: In the end, a “bipartisan confrontation” was launched. A young congressman from the Democratic Progressive Party was on one side, and the other four parties elected me as their representative. They took out a bottle of Jinmen sorghum, We poured two large bowls, and the people next to us were excited and encouraged me. This DPP congressman and I had no choice but to fulfill our mission and drink a large bowl each. Ten minutes later, the other party was unconscious in the lobby a few steps outside the door. I insisted on talking until the end, and fell asleep when I returned to the room. I was the winner. This has become a topic that we must talk about every time we get together. I have always been curious: Why do these four parties on both sides of the Taiwan Strait become one group, while the DPP becomes another group? Is this a subconscious "political" decision, or is it a drunken behavior? So far, I have no answer. However, it was in this bowl of wine that I ended my first trip to Taiwan, as well as my imagination of Taiwan and my sensitivity to distance. When I said goodbye, I had new expectations: When will I come back as a reporter? Only one year after we bid farewell to Taiwan, we had our first cooperation with Taiwanese media, and this time the cooperation was triggered by a disaster. In 2002, China Airlines crashed. When the plane crash happened, I was a producer of "Time and Space Connection". This is news, and we naturally have to follow it. At that time, my partner Liu Aimin chased after him to Dongsen TV Station in Taiwan. We were overjoyed when the cooperation was originally intended to be a "try it out". I remember that when I connected with a Taiwan Dongsen reporter to report on the air crash, and the accent of Taiwanese Mandarin really came from the earphones, I dared to believe it was true.It is also because of Dongsen's cooperation that this cross-strait link report was successfully completed. In fact, we didn't think too much about it. News facts determine the way we report, but interestingly, there are people who are more sensitive than us.A few days later, an overseas magazine headlined: "The three links between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait have not been established, but the media will communicate first", and reported our cooperation in detail. It turned out that this was actually the first such cooperation between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait. Accidentally, we filled a gap, and after this time, we have already started serious preparations, and when the time is right, we will cooperate on a larger scale.Regarding this point, through our several small cooperations with Dongsen TV, the other party also thought of it with us. Just need a chance, a chance to start to melt the ice of history. Yansong looks at Taiwan In 2005, the history of the two sides of the Taiwan Strait opened a new page. Since spring, Lien Chan and James Soong have come to the mainland one after another, especially the arrival of the former, which ended the hostility between the KMT and the Communist Party after 60 years, and a handshake across history was staged in Beijing. I am hosting the visits of these two figures and the related live broadcasts. At this time, our plan to "see Taiwan" is already in full swing. When Lien Chan came to visit, many reporters came from Taiwan, and Dongsen TV naturally continued our cooperation. This time, they sent the female anchor Lu Xiufang, who also became the first Taiwanese female to enter the mainland CCTV studio. anchor. Therefore, in the subsequent cooperation, we jointly owned many "firsts" in the history of media exchanges between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait. James Soong has basically withdrawn from the political arena in Taiwan, but he still enjoys a great reputation in the mainland.Like Ma Ying-jeou, this political tycoon who is known by Taiwanese as having a good image and being close to the people, made a peak move, which was his trip to the mainland after Lien Chan. Because the Kuomintang and the Communist Party shook hands again after 60 years, and when they met and smiled, I could become the first mainland reporter to come to the once sensitive Kuomintang Central Party Headquarters building to conduct interviews and filming. This building also proves that the Kuomintang has a strong family background in Taiwan. Therefore, after Ma Ying-jeou came to power, the Kuomintang Central Committee moved out of this building, keeping a low profile and enjoying the fun with the people. With Lien Chan and James Soong coming to the mainland, the atmosphere on both sides of the Taiwan Strait immediately changed, and our request to go to Taiwan for an interview report also received efficient and kind responses from both sides of the Taiwan Strait.Going to Taiwan, our partner is naturally Dongsen TV. The ten top figures in various industries in Taiwan that we hope to interview are all in smooth contact, and basically agree to be interviewed freely; and the more than ten to be produced Topics are also being planned and selected.Of course, relevant parties in Taiwan also provided positive interactions during our inbound interviews. We know that this is not easy. In the previous exchanges between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait, there has never been such a media action. This is also the first time that the mainland media has entered the island to report on a large scale, and it has been observed from various angles. So a green light like this is unthinkable without a shift in atmosphere. For example, in the selection of topics, we reported on the Kuomintang headquarters building, went to the cemetery of Teresa Teng for interviews, filmed Master Cheng Yen’s morning class in Hualien and “chat” interviews with the Master, and of course also interviewed Lien Chan, James Soong, Wang Yongqing and others, Of course, there is no need to mention the reports on the color and fragrance of Eslite bookstores, night markets, and snacks. If there is a regret, it is that Taiwan has stipulated that once entering Taiwan, you can only stay for ten days at most. Our interviews with ten people, production of more than a dozen special topics, and multiple live broadcasts must be completed within these ten days. Mori TV helped us prepare for contact and implement the route in advance. Such work is impossible. This also corresponds to the witty saying in life: Only a group of one can be a pair of red.Although in the end, due to the typhoon, all the planes were grounded, and we stayed in Taiwan for one more day, but it was only one day.In fact, if you have more time, you can see more carefully and deeply. However, there is nothing to complain about. The departure and the trip are already the greatest success. In July 2005, we finally ushered in the moment of departure.Unlike before going to Taiwan for the first time, there are no more sensitive, tense and conceptual imaginations, but more curiosity: what kind of Taiwan will we present on the screen after departure? At this time, there is no direct flight between the mainland and Taiwan. I get up at 6 am, take off in Beijing in the morning, and go through various procedures after flying to Hong Kong. After that, I take off again in Hong Kong and arrive in Taipei at night. When all the formalities are completed and the car drives into Taipei from the airport, the lights are flourishing, and Taipei repeats its own life night after night. However, what has begun to change? How has this city, this island, prepared to face the mainland and the larger and curious future? Lu Xiufang She was my partner in "Yan Song Watching Taiwan", but our cooperation started with Lien Chan's visit a few months ago.Xiufang entered the studio of Oriental Time and Space, and the program we co-hosted was broadcast on both sides of the Taiwan Strait, and it was a high ratings point. From this, we began many times of cooperation.Although the word "Yan Song" was used in front of the "Looking Taiwan" later, I have stated on many occasions: I am afraid that the ratings should be attributed more to Xiufang. This is not polite. Xiufang is a beautiful and young senior anchor. This seemingly contradictory comment is true for her. She was also a "big name" in Dongsen and even the entire Taiwanese TV industry at that time.It stands to reason that our partners should really need to get in touch. After all, there are many differences in speech habits, views on some things, and taboo things on both sides of the Taiwan Strait. However, it is hard to believe that so many times of cooperation, We have hardly run in, and even what you say and what I say are not discussed in advance, but every time you come and go smoothly. This is true no matter whether it is in Taiwan this time, or later in the mainland, whether it is shooting snacks or reporting on the Shenzhou spacecraft.I don't want to talk about tacit understanding or fate. Behind this, there should be the care and kindness of two people who consider each other, and naturally there are things in common after working in news for a long time; of course, there must be a lot of hard work behind it. Xiufang's ancestral home is in Shandong. Although she grew up in Taiwan, she still has Shandong's temperament in her bones. The atmosphere is the most important feature; of course, there are also the traditional virtues of Shandong and Taiwan. There is one detail that I will never forget. After arriving in Taiwan, one day, the Kuomintang Party Headquarters invited us to dinner. In attendance were the former Vice President of the Executive Yuan Xu Lide, Secretary-General Lin Fengzheng and other big figures, and Xu Lide was Xiufang's father-in-law.I remember that when the end was near, Mr. Xu Lide was going to leave first. I found that since Mr. Xu said he was going to leave, Xiufang next to me had never moved her chopsticks, and had been sitting quietly, as if waiting for something.Sure enough, after a while, Mr. Xu Lide got up to leave. At this time, Xiufang, who had been waiting for a long time, had already taken her father-in-law's clothes, stood behind Mr. Xu, helped him dress, and waited all the way to the elevator entrance until Mr. Xu took his seat. The elevator leaves. I have been watching this process, and the other Taiwanese friends at the table seem to have not seen it or are used to it, and continue to talk and laugh, but I am already full of emotions.I haven't seen this scene of etiquette between daughter-in-law and father-in-law for a long time, but fortunately, it has not been lost, and it is still in Taiwan, on Xiufang's body. It may also be because of our many cooperations that Xiufang's popularity in the mainland has risen sharply. She has been recognized in many places in the mainland, and autographed photos have become commonplace. Therefore, the Taiwanese TV industry understands a truth: whoever wins Xiufang wins the mainland. At the beginning of 2009, Xiufang was poached by Taiwan Zhongtian TV, and Dongsen TV lost Xiufang. Although we are always grateful to Dongsen TV, Xiufang is rare after all, so the cooperation will continue between me and Xiufang. This is something. Lyrics Taiwan If I go to Taiwan to report again in the future, I would like to do a special feature on "Lyrics Taiwan".There is no place like Taiwan where maps and music are so magically combined in our generation or two. I remember one day when I went to interview Bo Yang, the journey was long, coupled with absolute fatigue, I was drowsy in the car, when I heard someone say: I’ve arrived at Xindianxi, it’s almost here... I woke up in an instant, which Xindianxi? Is it the Xindian Creek in "The Same Moonlight, Shining the Same on the Xindian Creek" in Su Rui's "The Same Moonlight"? Answer: "Yes." My eyes never returned to the car.In fact, there is not much to see in Xindianxi in reality. However, I saw myself twenty years ago, and I suddenly discovered that Taiwan is actually no stranger. In the lyrics, I have been to too many places in Taiwan. It's just that I haven't summarized it in detail. When I went to Tamsui Ancient Town to shoot, no matter what the pictures and plots were, I was always accompanied by the melody of Cai Qin's "Tamshui Town", and the soundtrack was natural. In Taipei, I walked Zhongxiao Road again and again. According to different moods, sometimes Tong Ange's "Let Life Wait" sounded "walking on Zhongxiao East Road and wandering among the crowd"; sometimes, it was the power train "Zhongxiao East Road" Walk nine times..." At this time, an ordinary road was full of love and tears. When interviewing Bo Yang, talking about the days of being imprisoned in Green Island, it was natural to think of "Green Island Serenade", but this beautiful melody and the fear of imprisonment are too difficult to unify, it seems that sometimes the melody is deceiving . Go live, the location is in Ximending, Luo Dayou's "Seventy-two Changes of Phenomenon" came uninvited again, "Walking on the flyover in Ximending, how many civilized people are on the sidewalk..." So, I looked around carefully and saw Looking at the origin of Luo Dayou's anger at the beginning and the fact that the status quo has not changed. It’s just that no matter how you look at it, you can’t see Luo Dayou’s back. Today’s young people, no matter where they are, have realistically thrown away their anger and shouting. Maybe this is the reason why Luo Dayou settled in Beijing? Of course, from this, you will think, where is the town of Lukang? Why is Taipei not my home?Of course, there is still a pity. When I walked into Alishan, I didn’t see any girls from Alishan. Could it be that the times have changed, and the girls from Alishan have all stayed in the singing? The climax of lyrics in Taiwan comes from the song that never stops during the daytime at Teresa Teng's cemetery. Our report in front of Teresa Teng's cemetery is the first time for mainland TV media. The flowers in front of Teresa Teng's tomb are always fresh, and the tree next to her is always full of paper cranes with messages, all of which contain various contents, without exception, written growth and gratitude. In Taiwan in July, it is a season of sweating profusely, and the feeling of humidity and heat makes people have nowhere to hide.People are also somewhat bored. However, for a few hours to Teresa Teng's cemetery, this summer was forgotten. Teresa Teng's cemetery is on the northernmost mountain in Taiwan. The operator of the commercial cemetery gave her the best cemetery. Since then, this has become the largest and best advertisement for the cemetery. , no longer care about all this. Xiufang and I held flowers in our hands, went up all the way, offered flowers, looked back along the line of sight of Teresa Teng's statue, and realized the splendor of Teresa Teng's cemetery. Facing the mainland, Teresa Teng's hometown, a place she has never been to. At this time, I suddenly realized the existence of live singing. In Teresa Teng's cemetery, selected Teresa Teng's songs are constantly being played, one of which is "When will you come again", a song that once made us talk about it.However, on this day, it is only sad, and even you find that it is like a prophecy. "Good flowers don't always bloom, and good times don't always stay..." This may be Teresa Teng singing about herself many years later, but time has passed, the singer is powerless, but the listener has the heart. When Teresa Teng's body returned to Taiwan, everyone mourned together. On that day, it was Xiufang who was broadcasting live.Speaking of today, more than ten years have passed, but it’s okay, Teresa Teng will always be fixed in the season when a good flower blooms, she will never grow old again, and will always become a statue, facing the sea, with spring flowers blooming. Teresa Teng is worthy of the splendor of this cemetery, because her singing voice carries too many memories of Chinese people. In the world, wherever there are Chinese people, there are her songs. The only thing that can calm Chinese people all over the world is Teresa Teng's song. Her voice is innocent, but it does not belong to children, but bids farewell to the people in childhood. The fluttering singing is far and near, with salvation and intoxication, like liberation and shackles. The countryside has become the nostalgia of all Chinese people. Eslite Bookstore Shooting a feature for a bookstore rarely happened in the past, but this time, I arrived in Taipei, and this time, I was facing Eslite Bookstore. Before coming to Taiwan, I knew about Eslite, and even mentioned Taiwan, I must mention Eslite. This is almost the consensus of the people in Taiwan, and it doesn’t even matter whether I read or not. This is a 24-hour bookstore operating in chains in many cities in Taiwan. The eternal lamp illuminates the city, and it seems to illuminate the hearts of the people. Of course, if you want, Eslite has become the pride and dignity of Taiwan. The Eslite Bookstore is covered with solid wood floors, clean and dust-free, in order to allow readers to sit on the floor conveniently. As long as you don’t block the bookshelves and interfere with other people’s buying books, you can sit for five or six hours at a time, and no one will disturb you. Open 24 hours, it provides not only a service but also a way of life.My interview was after 10:30 in the evening, and I also went to hang out several times after 24:00, and there were quite a lot of people. That kind of quiet and noble atmosphere makes you feel that life is beautiful and reading is dignified. Zhang Yuling from Dongsen TV, our collaborator, business manager, a gentle and strong woman, often works overtime until three or four o'clock in the middle of the night, and sometimes receives a call from the "cruel" boss: a meeting at seven o'clock in the morning! What should I do with the three or four hours left?Going home, disturbing the family; being in the office, boring and monotonous, making people desperate; so, Yuling chose to go to Chengpin Bookstore more than once, order a cup of coffee, read two books, take a nap, and when the time came, she calmly go to a meeting. There are many people in Taipei who live and choose like Yuling. As for the service of Eslite, there is one thing we have personally experienced. My colleague Liu Aimin was entrusted to buy a medical book. I checked it at the Eslite Dunnan store in Taipei. In Taiwan, only Eslite in Kaohsiung had one left. So I made an appointment to go to Kaohsiung to buy it in a few days. Unexpectedly, when I arrived in Kaohsiung, just in time for the typhoon "Haitang" to hit, all the shops in Kaohsiung were closed. My colleague made a phone call with the mentality of trying it out, and it turned out that there was no problem. On that day, Eslite in Kaohsiung opened the door for my colleague once, and only sold this book in one day. Therefore, if you often choose Taipei as a tourist destination in the future, there must be one of the reasons: Eslite is here. Taipei National Palace Museum There are two Forbidden City, one in Beijing and one in Taipei. When you arrive at the National Palace Museum in Taipei, you immediately understand: the Forbidden City itself is the biggest attraction in Beijing; the exhibits in Taipei attract people. Since its opening in 1965, the National Palace Museum in Taipei has changed its exhibits every few months. Up to now, the collection has not yet been displayed. Not only quantity, but also quality. For example, "Yixi" in "Sanxitang" is in Taipei. But what is interesting is that there are three exhibits in the National Palace Museum in Taipei that never change, the jade carving "Jade Jade Cabbage", the meat stone "Dongpo Meat" and the Maogong Ding. Needless to say, the Maogong Ding is one of the two "best bronzes" in China, and the other is the Simuwu Dafang Ding in the Forbidden City in Beijing. As for the jadeite cabbage and the Dongpo meat-shaped stone, from the perspective of cultural relics, they may not be as valuable as many other collections in the National Palace Museum in Taipei. Or, the Chinese really love to eat, and always think of "roasted cabbage with meat", so the popularity of the two remains high, and the National Palace Museum in Taipei also puts people first, and never replaces them, so that tourists who come to the hospital to find these two treasures have fun. The National Palace Museum in Taipei is a new building, but this provides the best stage for displaying the collection. This time our camera was able to enter the shooting, and it was an unprecedented grace. Even the mainland "Taipei Forbidden City" documentary crew was not allowed, so it was hard to imagine. When we parted, there was another worry. I don’t know what I will see next time I come to the National Palace Museum in Taipei. There will also be regrets, the Forbidden City is divided into two, however, it is not bad, there is more concern due to separation, and each uses its own way to inherit and protect the warmth of the ancestors, so that you have more confidence : If the pulse of culture is continuous, the blood cannot be broken. volunteer Volunteer, Taiwanese usage, we are called volunteers. In Taiwan, there is no need to look for volunteers everywhere. To film the content of "Volunteer", Xiufang and I went to a hospital in Taipei to do volunteer work. The work is simple and complicated. Do the work of small patients one by one room, and then lead the consenters to a room, play games with them, make them happy, and the disease may recover faster. There are volunteers like us taking turns playing games with the children every day, which has become a way of treatment. After playing games with the invited children, we took a photo together, except Xiufang and I, and many volunteers.I don't know if the children will be happy after the game? But my memory tells me: I am really happy to be a volunteer. Aside from what we do, once you enter the hospital, you will see a volunteer counter in the lobby. You don’t need to look at it. As soon as you enter the door, volunteers will come over and ask you how you feel, see which department has any needs, and then accompany you to help you. There are volunteers doing this job every day, and the hospital only provides venues and the initial training. Knowing this, I have another hope: When will the hospitals in mainland China be like this, and by that time, the relationship between doctors and patients will be eased Not a lot.Because volunteers shuttle between you and the doctor like a lubricant, worries and anger are also reduced. Not only that, what surprised me is that the guides in the National Palace Museum in Taipei are all volunteers. However, it is not easy to become a volunteer of this kind, and you have to pass a strict qualification assessment. Therefore, the Forbidden City volunteer who accompanied us would proudly say: "Although you may only come for half a day a week, but when you walk on the street in this suit, you will be surrounded by Envious eyes." As long as you observe carefully, volunteers are everywhere, and there are more middle-aged and elderly people. Unlike here, volunteers are owned by the Youth Federation. In fact, volunteering is a kind of heart and has nothing to do with age. Besides, middle-aged and elderly people have more time to do what they want to do. In this regard, the future of the mainland has unlimited potential. Lien Chan When we arrived in Taiwan, of course we needed to interview Lien Chan and James Soong.Compared with interviewing James Soong's memory, the interview with Lien Chan is more special. The time is the evening of July 14, 2005, which means that since the Kuomintang chairman election will start on the 16th, our interview with Lien Chan is basically his Last interview before party chairman election. During the interview, Lien Chan told me proudly that the KMT and the DPP had similar support rates, but in the past few months since he returned from the mainland, the KMT’s support rate has reached 34%, while the DPP’s has only 19%.Therefore, although Lien Chan in the photo is about to step down as party chairman, he seems to have a more confident expression. Lien Chan looks honest and honest, and therefore seems to lack the temperament of an idol and star. Compared with James Soong, Lien Chan's eloquence is also average, and he is called "dumb" by the Taiwanese media. Therefore, Lien Chan lost the election twice. No way, if the election is a show featuring democracy, then the lack of star quality and poor eloquence are really disadvantages. Lien Chan is an example. However, Lien Chan's mainland tour pushed his charisma and merit to the highest point. He has always been "dull", and his speech at Peking University was highly praised. One is that Lien Chan's so-called dullness is only compared with other competitors in Taiwan who talk about lotus flowers; No wonder so many people think that if they run for office after coming to the mainland, Lien Chan will surely win. However, history has no ifs. Lien Chan, who seems to be honest and honest, is actually not short of humor and domineering. It is said that General Secretary Hu hosted a banquet for Lien Chan and his party in Beijing. During the banquet, he toasted and said to Lien Chan: "You are a big brother who studies politics, so I have to ask you for advice." Lien Chan quickly replied: "Where is it? I have never learned guns." After finishing the words, everyone present laughed. In Taipei, I asked him about his plans after stepping down as party chairman in a few days, and his answer was not complicated. "I want to be a volunteer for the Kuomintang." In fact, more than that, the future volunteers on both sides of the Taiwan Strait are even more right. Bo Yang Bo Yang is old, which can be seen from his appearance. I interviewed him in Beijing seven years ago. Although he was nearly 80 years old at that time, he still had black hair, quick movements, and a loud voice. When he returned to his hometown in Henan, he looked like a The lone goose returned to its nest, full of excitement and curiosity, just like a teenager. But this time it was completely different, it was difficult to stand up.Some things often come to my lips but I can't think of them.Sitting opposite him, I suddenly felt sad slowly. No matter what kind of fighter, after all, they are no match for the years, and everyone will eventually fall. When he opened his mouth, my heartache disappeared.Instead of heartbreak, a greater sadness and despair stirred in Bo Yang's conversation, leaving the listener nowhere to hide. A writer who is famous for his essays frankly stated that essays are useless, because the better thing is construction and change, while essays only have some extreme language, which is useless. At this time, Bo Yang's words finally revealed the sharp fragility and his own pain in anger.Speaking of his hometown, the old man sighed and said: "Our generation will never be able to return home in good clothes, but can we return home safely?" Then he confessed himself, "I have never been happy in my life..." Hearing this, you understand that this is The tragic sighs and occasional laughter entrusted to him by an era are just short turning points in one tragedy after another. Only when talking about his wife Zhang Xianghua, Bo Yang became humorous and happy again.God is fair sometimes, if something is taken away from you, it will be compensated for something, such as love for Bo Yang. When I left, I almost knew that there would be no next time, no one could resist, the back of an era and life, what he could take away would not be happiness, but only some vague or present hopes. However, what kind of connection will this hope have with him? Two years later, I received a text message from Dongsen Zhang Yuling: Bo Yang is gone, your interview is the final record. After another period of time, in 2010, news came that Bo Yang's remains would be sent back to his hometown in Henan for burial. Wang Yongqing When you come to Taiwan, if you don't interview Wang Yongqing, it means you haven't faced Taiwan's economy. No matter how many brands there are in Taiwan, the biggest one in the business world is probably Wang Yongqing.
