This can't be called fake news, but I laughed anyway.I understand the enthusiasm of the media and experts, but not everyone understands everything.In fact, I often thank the "News Network" for holding one end and letting go of the other. A relatively stable "News Network" has provided the greatest space for the reform of many other news columns.From this perspective, although "News Network" is often talked about, it has been contributing to news reform in a unique way. So I know: "News Network" may continue to have small changes and changes in a timely manner, but it is impossible to make a big change.I understand the intentions of my colleagues, and I hope that through this, the Chinese media can make greater changes, and I hope that they can accomplish all their achievements in one battle. Knowing that "News Network" will not change greatly does not mean that we do not expect a new round of changes.In fact, those who are in it know more about the problems and look forward to better changes. "News 1+1" is a column name I like very much, because it is simple and complex, and you can add a lot of associations and explanations to it.As a commentary program that is broadcast live every day, I always feel the pressure of facing an abyss and walking on thin ice. However, even if there are risks and pressures, I still often think: How long can it last?Will it help this society get better? 自然有人不高兴，甚至在报社登完这篇对话之后都能感受到一点儿小压力，但更多人支持。这么做的考虑很简单，作为一个还不算老还有改革冲动的传媒人，有义务谈一些自己的看法，也许不中听，但如果对将要进行的改革有一些帮助和支持，也算尽了心。而如果等到改革之后，再去马后炮，没意义。 幸运的是，在一两个月之后开始的又一轮改革中，我当初的很多想法居然真的变成了现实，当然与我的建议没有任何关系，而在于决策者的共识和决心，更在于时代的需求与推动。 前几年，也曾有两家很大的国际猎头公司找我谈过，聊天中也都会问到：“什么可以让你离开这里？”或者，更直接地说：“是什么样的价码？” 我的回答也都很直接：起码从目前看，没有任何物质的条件，可以让我从央视离开。 这个回答，不仅仅因为多年的感情或成长的感恩，又或者是冰冷大机构中一个又一个活生生常给我温暖的同行者，一个很重要的理由是：至少在当下的中国，当越来越多的卫视，由于现实的难题或者更快可以看到的目标，纷纷放弃新闻阵地的时候，想做电视新闻，这里依然是离新闻与战场最近的地方。对一个新闻人来说，这就是最大的诱惑，而对于央视自己来说，是否也该意识到这一点？ 又一轮改革不过才刚开始不久，过早的鼓掌也许并不恰当，对于央视来说，我们身在其中的任何人都是过客，这是一艘太大的船，调头不易。其实，CCTV一直沉默、中性，向哪个方向航行，取决于工作在这里的人们以及相关人士的努力与决定。不过，我想，最终真正起决定作用的还是观众与时代。人们的需求与期待，也许不会那么迅速，但最终会改变一切。 尊重新闻规律，屏幕后面的改革必须跟上，求上进有理想的人要有正面回报，承担着再大的宣传任务也要让观众看得进去听得有味道。该干的坚决干好，别人不干的自己也要干；不该干的坚决别干，干了对自己有利也不能干。创新精神必须鼓励，不能原地踏步固步自封…… 这一切，都在被看重并陆续在改变中，我看到了决策者和员工们的这种努力，并看到了在未来的很多可能。同时，我也会好奇地观察：这是上一次以《东方时空》为标志的改革的余波，还是和未来有关的新一轮改革的开始？如果是后者，那将是我们与时代的幸事。 在CCTV工作时间长了，我已经习惯了这样的一种评价与现状：你干的事情再好再漂亮，也别指望人家太多的喝彩，因为这是正常的，因为你在央视；而你哪一点干得不好出了漏洞，就必须接受人们的冷嘲热讽，因为你在央视，还因为别人认为你在某些领域的垄断。虽然，这种垄断并不一定给央视带来的都是好处，甚至很多是限制，但毕竟有某种垄断的存在，就很难改变别人对此产生的不满意。 在中国做新闻，你们为什么那么严肃？我想回答的是：得给我们一些笑的理由吧？不过，这张照片倒是告诉人们：笑的理由不多，但似乎还是拥有笑的能力。其实，全世界真正做新闻的人都严肃。 到了2010年夏天，我又得知：CCTV内部，拿出二十多个部门主任的位置，让台内众多有意者直接竞聘。这动作是改革的另一种纵深，观众看不到，不过或许将来会在屏幕上感受到。我的一位年轻同事打算参加，之前并不太自信地给我打过一个电话，“能真竞聘吗？”我安慰了他：“就当真的……”之后，他竞聘成功，我发短信祝贺他，并附上一句：“还是要相信阳光下的东西。” 台内业务领导者的产生，用公开民主的方式来竞争上岗，怎么说都是好事。虽然我无心参加，但作为民主尝试的这一变革动作，我当然鼓掌支持，希望竞争者多带一些理想，多带一些观众的期待，多带一些忧患和变革的勇气，因为时代与人并不会给我们太多时间。不主动就会被动，身在央视，我总会有一种莫名的危机感，我想，央视自身，也该有。因为真正的危机感，不仅是一种动力，还是一种新生。
