(September 14, 1937) Bo, Ye, and Zhou [1] also told Lin, Dong, Zhu, Peng, and Ren [2]: On the question of the united front in the border areas: A. The negotiators sent to Wuhan by Fu Qiutao[3] from the Hunan-Hubei-Jiangxi Border Region admitted that the Wuhan camp sent many people such as military directors and adjutant directors to the army and many other unfavorable conditions. This is completely wrong.Boqu and Biwu have been called to inform the negotiators to stop the negotiations and go back immediately. Fu Qiutao will send another representative to deny the original conditions and redefine the method, insisting on the following points:

(1) The Kuomintang shall not insert a single person; (2) Certain military pay; (3) The garrison relies on dangerous and defensible mountainous areas to strictly guard against surprise attacks and sabotage, and it is not required to be stationed in large places. B. Has Zheng Weisan[4] met Bo and Ye in Nanjing? Please refer to Bo Yan and ask Zheng Weisan to carry out the negotiations between Hubei, Henan and Anhui according to the above three points. C. Ask Nanjing to order Yu Hanmou [5] to return the guns of He Ming's [6] men, and there must be no shortage of guns for each man. How is the negotiation between Bo and Ye?
