*************** *Chapter 1 Your Body Your Home *************** In fact, we believe that you can understand the function of each part of the body by thinking about the function of the house.Well, that's actually what this book is about: Knowing your body empowers you to make changes to your body, maintain it, groom it, and strengthen it. --------------- A Whole Body Journey to Staying Healthy --------------- A cover figure with a perfect body can sell magazines, a body tattoo can attract curious eyes, and a well-trained body can win you sports championships (and huge advertising contracts).Celebrity bodies are stalked by “paparazzi” and candid photos are published in the tabloids or ridiculed by late-night talk show hosts; commercials promise you a better body (“If you use With this brand new belly button cream, you can lose thirty kilos!").And now, even those with flawed bodies are starting to feature in culturally popular ways, such as plastic-surgery reality shows. There is no doubt that the whole of the United States is cashing in on a good figure because it not only stimulates hormone secretion, but also economic growth. We all agree that the human body is admirable because of its curves, its angles, and its ability to skyrocket TV ratings. But perhaps this obsession with the body's appearance overshadows the importance of knowing what's inside. We don't know what is rushing, churning and jumping in the body, because many people have formed an opinion that the human body structure is very simple, even more obvious than paper cutting. So we wanted to take a step back and look a little deeper -- that is, at the places that only a surgeon, an MRI machine, or a tapeworm in your body can see clearly --

That is the internal structure of the body. Why is this?Everything that runs in your body allows you to see, run, smell, have crazy sex on the beach, feed your kids, build dinosaurs out of jigsaw toys; Geometry problems, tying shoelaces, and humming the ditty "哔唻米音打", and countless different things that allow you to complete every day.Your body gives you life, your body makes up life. But even if you understand many of the body's functions, you may not really understand how they work, and more importantly, you may not know how to make your body stronger, healthier and younger. This may be because complex medical issues and scientific jargon confuse our minds. Like a car speeding across an interstate, the signs, numbers, and warnings are so rushed that we hardly have time to pay attention to them, let alone Forget about figuring out what they mean. The consequence of this deluge of information is that trying to find important information about your health is almost like looking for a needle in a haystack. However, to figure out which elements of information apply to your own life, you have to dig through the pile of information and spend a lot of time. You'll also need a pair of waterproof boots to protect yourself from the spam out there.Having such a pair of "waterproof boots" is very important to your health and life. With this book, we have the boots, and we can step on them and pick out the elements of information you need for you. This way you can live a healthier life. This way you can become an expert in knowing your own body.In order to achieve the above two points, we want you to treat your body as a home, your own home.If we start thinking about the similarities between our body and our home, we realize that the two are extremely similar, even more like twins.Your home, like your body, is an important investment you've made, both provide a home for priceless personal possessions, and they're places you want to protect with all your might. This is only an approximate analysis. But if we compare the two in more depth (as we will do throughout the book), you will get a better understanding of their relationship: bones are like the wood that supports a house, protecting the internal structure of the "home"; Eyes are windows; lungs are vents; brains are fuse boxes; guts are plumbing; mouths are food processors; hearts are water hubs; Fat is like the useless things that are stored in the attic, and your lover is always nagging you to get rid of them.If you can ignore the fact that you don't have a house number on your forehead, there are too many similarities between the two.In fact, we believe that you can understand the function of each part of the body by thinking about the function of the house.Well, that's actually what this book is about: Knowing your body empowers you to make changes to your body, maintain it, groom it, and strengthen it.At the beginning of each chapter, we will start from the physiological anatomy of the main organs of the body.To achieve results, we will take you deep inside the body and show you how the body's organs work and interact. We won't talk like a doctor, but we won't indoctrinate you like a fourth grader. We won't oversimplify the science, but we'll make things plain and understandable. Then, we'll tell you how to get your organs to function better so you can prevent disease and live a younger, healthier life.We will also explain to you how the disease starts, how it affects the body, and how we can defend and overcome it before it affects your quality of life or even threatens your life.Let’s use your house as an example. We want you to take the same approach to understanding basic body maintenance and repairs as you do at home with maintenance and repairs. If you have some knowledge of plumbing repairs to back you up, you don't need to find a plumber first. You'll try the piston, lift the toilet tank lid, fiddle with the float, and try to fix the problem yourself. If you find a fly in your kitchen, you don't go to a fly exterminator; you don't go to an electrician when a light bulb blows out, you're on your own to maintain everything in your home and keep it from rapidly aging.Because you know the price you pay for letting things break down so badly that you have to do a complete overhaul to keep them functioning properly is relatively cheap to prevent problems and deal with minor problems in a timely manner. Say much smaller. Finally, we hope that you treat your body well and maintain a comfortable and comfortable feeling, so that you will be confident in the basic maintenance of your body, and avoid doing things that cause excessive body wear and tear, and do more things that are effective for your health in the long run.In order to achieve our original intention, we will explain to you such phenomena as how clogged arteries; why you can't remember where you put your keys; how to have a more satisfying sex life; how to exercise the heart and bones ; why immune cells protect against some diseases but not others, and what to find in the gut (told you we have waterproof boots so we don't mind getting dirty). We'll explore your entire body so you can understand how it works and what you can do to make your body work better. We hope that as you read this book, you learn a lot, put a smile on your face, and discover things in your life that you can change to take full control of your health. Before we get started, we think it's important to understand some of the main principles and goals of this book. We're trying to outline some of the most important things about health and hope you stay in excellent health. This is what we want to convey to you through this whole body journey. 
