Why do people go to college?Because to learn more knowledge.Why do people want to learn more knowledge?Because knowledge can make people more qualified and capable.Why do people need to be more qualified and capable?Because people with high quality and ability are more useful to society.Why should people be more useful to society?Because people who are more useful to society make more money.

Why do people want to make money?Because money can bring happiness. right?wrong! Money can't bring happiness, and those rich second generations who have a lot of money may not be happy; making money can bring happiness to people.It is a recognition of our ability that people willingly give us their own money. Therefore, it is happiness to let the society recognize it! So the real purpose of the university should be to increase people's happiness! Unfortunately, this purpose has been forgotten by many universities, which only focus on the inheritance of knowledge and neglect the cultivation of abilities.As a result, these universities continue to produce so many unhappy graduates every year-unemployed upon graduation.

If people are not happy, they will not be kind to others.Why are Haidilao employees so friendly to customers?The reason is that Haidilao's employees are more recognized by customers - they are waiting in line to pay us!In this sense, Haidilao is already a school for the Chinese catering industry.This is why there are so many people who are digging Haidilao in the same industry, because the "graduates" of this school are very capable! However, shopping malls have always been a battlefield where if you do not advance, you will retreat.If graduates from Haidilao School can win today's competition, tomorrow's competition will need graduates from Haidilao University.I think this may be the original intention of Haidilao to establish this university.
